While one of my favorite foods is a burger, it’s hard to eat them often without feeling a little yucky — but let me tell you, the kitchen solved my problem. This burger was not only delicious, but left me feeling great after. We tried the Southwest Burger, and now I can’t wait to explore the rest of the menu! The staff was so kind, the vibe was high, and the food hit exactly what I needed after a long day. Do yourself a favor and go try their new smash burger and fries — you won’t regret it! 🍔

I never imagined that a kale salad could be so delicious! Great full Gardens is our go to because of dietary restrictions. This is the first time we tried The Kitchen. Highly recommend for people interested in healthy meals and those who have various dietary restrictions.

Amazing Cobb salad served for lunch on 9/24/21. The service was quick and everything was as ordered. Several tables are available for outdoor use and a few places inside. Great pumpkin chocolate chip cookie for dessert. Only negative is the price, but the higher quality makes it a reasonable ask.

Woo hoo! Greatfull Gardens takeout with the wait! I love the regular restaurants but they are so busy for a quick takeout lunch. They have a small salad bar and a few grill items, so not the full menu but that's ok for what it is. The Kitchen fills that need. My burrito today is what I expected from Greatfull Gardens, fresh, healthy and clean food.

It's a quiet area for a nice lunch. I cannot say more outside; it's a nice place for a quick lunch.

The Kitchen is one of my go-to spots for my lunch breaks. I like to place an order online to save time, and my food is always ready when I come to pick it up 10-15 minutes later. The food is delicious and healthy, and the employees are very friendly! I especially recommend the soba noodle salad and the great full burrito.

I went here for a healthy lunch with a friend. Because I'm eating super healthy right now we chose to share the paleo bowl and get it to go. Service was good, there was no wait (Thursday around 11:30). The facility was fine. There were a few tables to eat at if you want. To quote the guy I was with "their seating area is kinda boring. Let's take it to a park". The bowl was super healthy and fine but it left me pretty disappointed. For 22.50 for lunch I expected more. Significantly more flavor. It was just ok. And SUPER over priced. Kale is like 3$. I would not come back based on this experience. I felt bad for the guy who was paying dinner price and he only ended up eating two bites. I do appreciate their frozen soups with real and limited ingredients. I haven't tried them but noticed them and read a few ingredient and nutrition labels.

The Hot Honey Chicken Salad might be my favorite salad of all time, and I'm old! Lol The dressing is out of this world! Run over there and eat one!

First timer, but I really enjoyed the steak salad. I didn't know it was in this shopping center, and its proximity to my job makes it very convenient for lunch. It's not huge inside and I did take away, and if you're looking for ambiance, I'd say 'meh'. I've been to most of the Great Full Garden locations, so it's nice to have something for take away vs the sit-down full-on meal. Same great ingredients and my daughter and I are looking forward to enjoying lunch there soon.

This place is a go to lunch spot for me since it's so close to my work. Love the high quality ingredients and healthy options. Definitely a good alternative from fast food. I got the grilled cheese sandwich with a potato and leek soup. The soup was super yummy! Be prepared to spend some money though. My meal was about $20 without a drink but know you're getting a really good sandwich. You're definitely paying for the higher quality food. Service is always great, the servers are always friendly and great to spark a conversation. I also love the open kitchen concept, it makes me as a customer feel better knowing that I can see my food being prepared and knowing that they are remaining clean. Check this place out if you need a break from fast food and in the mood for different types of food.

Stopped in for lunch. There was no wait to order and the staff were friendly! I ordered the Teriyaki burger and tater tots. The burger was excellent! They cooked it perfectly as ordered. The tater tots were a little bland. This location is limited on seating indoors, but has outdoor patio seating as well. The ambiance is casual and laid back. Overall a great visit and will be back soon!

Food fresh & amazing. Quick, friendly service. Deli-ish vibe. Lots of options. You can be healthy or not too healthy.

I popped in for quick carry out lunch. This was my first time at this location. It's cute, it's quick, and the food is fresh and delicious. You can dine in or order carry out. And they also do catering. Staff are friendly and helpful and you really just can't go wrong with any Great Full Gardens visit or meal.

Always love picking up great food at The Kitchen! Favorites are the Yummy breakfast burrito, and the divine grilled cheese sandwich on sourdough. Sigh! Always friendly staff too. Cute outdoor seating or popular for to-go orders

Sandra saves the day! We had a catering order here, which through some unintentional miscommunication with their other location was almost missed for our son's graduation. Sandra said oh hell no and doubled down to get the order done! Kudos. (We placed the order here because we love GG to begin with)

Think snack bar on steroids, well...if steroids were super healthy and gluten-free and veganish. This isn't a sit-down and eat restaurant. It's more of a place to grab something on the quick and eat it on the quick. But don't eat it too quickly because it really is delicious. I have been in at least three times since they opened. The first times I was there they had a limited menu and a fantastic looking salad bar. Well due to covid...there is no salad bar...but they sure have pumped up the menu selections in response. Lots of good looking salads and bowls. Burgers and sandwiches. The food came out pretty quickly and the Southwest Burger my wife ordered was nice and hot when it came out. Fantastic tasting and filling. A bit pricey for some...but knowing the quality of the food is the best....I would say it is worth it. I ordered up the fiesta bowl and it was perfectly satisfying and not too filling for a lunch option. They have a small handful of seating options inside and out. And the parking is plentiful right in front of the business. T

Their enchiladas are way better than the ones I had at the Mexican restaurant close to here. I usually don't like rice, but their version is light and flavorful. Even the garnish is tasty! Why wouldn't you eat your garnish from a place known for their salads?! The service is also personable and warm, which I appreciate, especially for lunch. I keep trying to catch them on a day when the soup is what I'm looking for, but I keep batting out. Today, the one I wanted was nearly out. Must be good, right?

Wow!! Now that is what I call simple! This place is amazing! If you like great full Gardens You're gonna love this place! It's not a sit down restaurant.... it reminds me more of the hot and cold food options at whole foods... You know the area that you can go grab some hot food and a salad... Either eat there or take it to go, that's what it reminds me of. Super super easy to park! Seating outside, Window seating inside... clean, open and so inviting. The staff here is very knowledgeable about all things food! They understand what the meaning of vegetarian, pescatarian, vegan, gluten-free, food allergies and are sensitive and HAPPY about accommodating you. Sometimes when I going to restaurants I literally feel like I'm the bad guy because I want to customize my order to something that I can actually eat! These guys do a great job and ourSuper helpful and accommodating. When I went in for lunch on a Thursday around noon, they had vegan sandwiches, vegan soups, vegan shepherds pie and Vegan desserts! They also had plenty of normal stuff too!That's what I call diversity! For two helpings of a vegan sheepherders pie and a FBLT... Fake bacon lettuce and tomato it came to 22.00. It seems like they weigh the hot and cold items just like Whole Foods does... So depending on the weight of the food equals the amount that you pay. I think that's fantastic! My food was absolutely fantastic I would go back here again and again!! For something delicious and hot or delicious and cold, but something quick... This is definitely your spot!

I tried the Longley location finally and wow, I've been missing out! Fresh healthy food and a cheerful friendly staff. Vegan, vegetarian, and meat are all offered along with fresh in house made juices, etc. I tried a breakfast burrito and keto bowl, see pictures

Ordered chili cheese tamales. Got a chicken one and a roasted pepper one. Didn't eat the chicken due to being vegetarian, plus husband said chicken was nasty and dried out. This was a to go order. Looks like they were trying to get rid of other food and figured we wouldn't notice until we got home. Check your orders before leaving! I'll stick with the GG restaurants.

Vegans, vegetarians, and salad loving omnivores rejoice! The Kitchen is quite literally the commissary kitchen for the Great Full Gardens empire, but it's also a self service prepared foods and salad bar too! On the commissary side, The Kitchen is busy doing light prep for the other GG locations, preparing Gino's signature soups for retail, and handling all of the bakery, pastry, and dessert needs for the restaurants too. You can't help but notice the energy in the air as you watch the team move seamlessly throughout the space. If you're nice, they might even give you a tour to show you where all the magic happens! On the "restaurant" side you'll find a long salad bar with just about every ingredient you could want on your salad. I especially appreciated the variety of proteins available including turkey and tuna salad. Pricing is by the pound, so you can mix and match the ingredients to your hearts content. I made one with a base of spring mix topped with shredded carrot, chopped turkey, chickpeas, tuna salad, sunflower seeds, and quite a few other ingredients with the dressing (house made) on the side. I arranged it all so I could make each bite like a different salad, which made for a great lunch! They also serve vegan and vegetarian lasagna, rotating soups, and have a case with beverages and prepared wraps and salads for grab and go. There are only a few small tables inside, and when the weather is nice, several outdoors, so best to plan on take out. Overall a great addition to the scene, especially for the salad fiends!

I have always enjoyed Greatful Gardens, the one in Midtown and inside UNR when I was a student. They had the best soups, sandwiches and most of all their quinoa salad!    When I found this third location in South Reno, I had to check it out.  This is not to be confused with the third Greatful Gardens location in South Meadows; this is the kitchen located on Longley! I was confused. When I went inside I was so lost cause there were no menus in sight or things to order from.  A very friendly lady greeted me and told me that they do things differently at this location; basically they have a soup station, and a self-serve salad station.  You can also order burritos and sandwiches too.  This was different for me, but I was willing to try.  I had their vegetarian chili, Shepherd's pie, and salad.  They weigh your food for the price.  The chili was good but a bit salty, the salad was very good with a good selection of dressings, and the Shepherd's Pie was very good. I noticed as I walked out that this place was Greatful Gardens Kitchen/market so that makes sense.  Overall the food was good and I would recommend this place as a fast lunch or something healthy.  Definitely recommend for vegetarians and vegans.

Love love love! As a HUGE GG lover, I had to stop by The Kitchen By GG! It's a quaint spot located off Longley with quick service and the quick food offerings, still holding true to Great Full Garden's exceptional quality, taste, and service. For $9/lb, you can choose to create your own salad or choose from vegan, vegetarian, and meat lasagna. As a vegetarian myself, I was extremely pleased to see these options. The salad bar is fully stocked with veggies, greens, and numerous toppings. I ended up ordering my absolute favorite- the FLTA to-go. The sandwich was ready quickly and I was happy that I was still able to use my rewards points at this location. I can't wait to come back to try the lasagna when I'm down on that side of town.

At first I was unsure, since $17 for a to-go salad seemed a bit pricey to me. But when I got home and opened up my boxed chicken taco salad, I wasn't mad anymore. The portion size was hefty, and there was plenty of each component, including a HUGE sliced breast of deliciously seasoned, juicy chicken. Everything tasted delicious and fresh, including the dressing. The lady who took my order, and the chefs in the kitchen, were very friendly and chatty, and high energy! Sucks that there isn't Wi-Fi available there, as the outside tables are a perfect place to enjoy you lunch and get some work done in this summer sun.

The Kitchen is such a great addition to the area! Love coming by here on my lunch breaks since it's so close to work. I usually come here for the salad bar, but they do serve hot foods and soups as well. They do have a full menu as well (burgers, quesadillas, wraps, etc). You can also call in your order for pickup! They have several seats available inside, but wouldn't come here with a large group. Love coming here!

Went and got a salad which they have a lot of toppings. They also have wraps and tacos. After a few bite in, it felt like i was eating dirt or sand so I went and dig in my salad and found some of the romaine lettuce had not been properly clean. My advice to the employee is to clean and wash the lettuce COMPLETELY and make sure there is no more DIRT before serving it to customer.

I was disappointed in the wait time for the chicken taco salad however I did NOT order ahead of time. I didn't even know they had that option. I waited 25 minutes - needless to say I was late getting back to work. The chicken taco salad was fresh and tasty though!

I was excited to try out a new lunch spot hats close to my work but I was unfortunately a little disappointed. I ordered to go through their website and was projected a 20 minute window. I arrived and had to wait another 20 minutes on top of the projected time for my food. The staff was super friendly, but I wasn't sure what took so long for my food. I got tamales and tacos and everything could have used some more salt. I really didn't like the veggie tamale either. And for over $30 for a single lunch, the flavors just weren't worth it.

The food is always on point and the staff is so friendly all the time!! I went in at 1:55 (they close at 2) to get a raw dessert and instead of being upset, she was more than happy to help me. Every Friday, I think I will be ordering from here. They have yummy food!!

Had the soup of the day. "Chayote chowder". The soup was great! Staff was very friendly. Two issues. 1) A headache to get into the complex. Don't blame the restaurant but it's probably the worst shopping plaza I have ever tried to get into. 2) The portion of "Bowl" size is ridiculously small. If the portions get a bit bigger, I would raise to five stars.

Delicious food, fast service, and dangerously close to both home and work. The quinoa salad is amazing!

Yummy! So fast and so fresh! Everything from breakfast burritos to grilled sandwiches, tacos, salads, wraps, hot & cold choices, organic meats or vegan options...something for everyone. I ordered the chickpeas curry wrap and it was freshly made to order in less than 5 minutes. I was on my way to work so got it take out but there are places to sit inside and outside. They also had awesome looking bakery items and cookies

Very helpful and friendly staff. The salad bar very fresh and everything I tried was delicious. The hummus, tuna salad, dressings, everything! I finished my very large salad and came bake for a cookie. The cookie was an apple filled chai tea and was so amazing. If I'm on this side of town I will be back to try the hot items!

Food came out super quicksand the wrap I got was yummy! The menu has a variety of foods with choices for breakfast and lunch. It was my first time eating from here, but it was a good choice. There isn't much sitting room, there's a counter top with chairs only. It seems more like a grab and go kind of place. But overall I was very happy, will be back again!

Love their selection of healthy and delicious food! My favorite is the Turkey Pesto wrap. They have a salad bar and hot bar with rotating dishes that are posted on their Facebook page.

Not a great selection and how long does it take to make a blt??? The salad bar was sparse compared to Whole Foods and I get that it a fraction of the size. Lady at the counter was very nice. I have been here forever and now have to get back to work without my food.
