This restaurant exceeded all expectations. We sat at the chefs counter and it was an amazing experience. It was great to see that chefs: Becca and Teri are truly cooking all the food as it is ordered. It is all fresh and cooked to perfection. It is all delicious. It comes out quickly and worth the price. Our server Essence gave excellent recommendations and was on point with all of them. She was friendly and helpful. We will be back every time we are in the area!

The kitchen is a beloved Ligonier restaurant. Charming atmosphere and friendly service are two of its many qualities. Try the Lobster ravioli, the salmon Caesar and the burger - specifically! They make great cocktails, and also have fun specials. And there is a lovely little market attached with wine, and different gourmet products for purchase. We love The Kitchen!

I stopped for dinner for the first time this past Saturday. We were greeted immediately by Essence, a wonderful host and server. We did not have a reservation and wasn’t sure if they could get us right in but they did. We also found out we could sit at the Chefs counter, which we we excited to do. Once seated, Essence went over the menu and answered our questions with great detail. I selected the Lobster Ravioli, and my girlfriend selected the Tuscan Chicken. We also ordered the Brussel Sprouts as an app. It was such a great experience to watch our app and meal being prepared right on front of us. Being foodies, we were impressed that the food was fresh. everything from the main protein to the vegetables and garnishes. We were able to watch both Becca and Terry, who work well together preparing these amazing dishes. These chefs take the time needed to make these dishes correct. Not just rush to get them done. We got through the Brussel sprouts quickly, as there are plenty for 2. Our meals came shortly thereafter, and wow!!! everything from the presentation, temperature and tastes was spot on. I chatted with Becca as she was making our dishes and others. A very personable Chef even though she was making several dishes at once. Both meals exceeded our expectations, and so looking forward to going back again and trying something else. At first glance the prices seem a bit high for the area, but getting this type of quality food is well worth it. Essence visited us several times during our meals, making sure we had what we needed. Overall this was a great experience, give them a try, you won’t leave hungry or disappointed. Kudos to whoever put this team together, well done.

Google
Food has amazing flavor. Service is always very good. I could’ve probably ate more than the portion of lobster ravioli (4 ravioli for $30) usually I take home about half of my meal but it was so delicious the smaller portion didn’t bother me too much.

My friend and I were visiting from out of town, and came across this diner. Fantastic food, great ambiance, 11/10 great restaurant in a small town!! We had the lovely Sarah as our waiter who just was absolutely amazing! Her service, her personality, her customer service that was given… it didn’t feel like we were talking to a robot and i admired that about her skills. Had great conversations and phenomenal customer service, honestly might be one of the best waiters I’ve ever had. 100% recommend it!

My wife and I went to The Kitchen on Main during a getaway trip. It’s the kind of restaurant with a modern hipster vibe, something that we’re looking for and couldn’t find where we were glamping. The dining section is medium to big size, accommodating at least 20 to 30 people at the same time. While there, I had a salmon burger along with a PB&H smoothie and both were excellent! My wife tried the roasted coconut coffee and enjoyed it. Unfortunately they don’t have GF replacements for breads, but that didn’t make our visible less enjoyable.

Google
Nice looking restaurant that I haven't been too in some time. This was my first time having dinner there and we weren't extremely impressed with the food. It was just so-so, but was priced as a higher end restaurant. The place itself looked nice. The service was good.

I have been aware of this restaurant for some time, but we never managed to time it right. Finally got in for lunch, and it far exceeded my expectations. We had the asiago dip as an appetizer, which was delicious. I had the Mediterranean pasta, which was delicious and so fresh. And my husband had the burger which he said was absolutely top-notch. We sat very near the kitchen area, so it was fun to hear the orders being called out. The atmosphere is upscale but quite casual. Our server, Natalie, was attentive and informative. We could not be happier with our experience. I wish I had had the presence of mind to snap a few pictures, because the food was beautifully presented. Can't wait to go back again! Thanks you for an unexpectedly delicious lunch!

Yelp
My wife and I came for brunch last year for our first date and returned this year to celebrate. I ordered the breakfast tacos and my wife got The Piggy. The food was excellent as always and I rank Kitchen on Main's breakfast tacos as the best I've had in all my travels! Funny enough, we were seated in the same booth we were in a year prior. The seating is comfortable and the restaurant has a small town, yet upscale vibe. If you've not stopped in you should!

Yelp
We went after visiting the farmer market. So it was a weekend and pretty busy. The wait staff was overwhelmed but friendly. The wait for food was a little on the long side but well worth the wait. I had the salmon burger and my friend had an appetizer for lunch and we were both filled and took home leftovers. Always so good.

Yelp
Perfectly fine. The staff are all very friendly and helpful, and the food is passable. Some dishes on the menu are fine, but others are lacking. We've been here a few times for brunch, and our experience has been mixed. We tried to order the kitchen tacos (breakfast tacos) without chorizo, and the result was bland and uninteresting. There was very little pico on the side, so they were mostly eggs on tortillas. The only available solution was to drown them in hot sauce. On another trip, we ordered the crab cake benedict. That was nicely done, but short of exceptional. The Old Bay hollandaise sauce was flavorful, but the seasoning didn't really pop or stand out. The poached eggs on the benedict were fine, but it seemed more like they came out of a mechanized egg poaching system than actually poached. We have also tried the single pancake on the side, and it came out doughy and undercooked. The greek salad was a salad, but the vegetables didn't seem as crisp and fresh as they could be. This seems to be a reasonable brunch destination, but it really could be much better.

Yelp
*Breakfast review only* I've been to kitchen on main a few times, given that we ski in Seven Springs and spend the night in Ligonier. This is the BEST breakfast spot in town. Huge portions, fresh ingredients, super kind staff. Our server Natalie was awesome today. I got the ham and Brie sandwich and it was the perfect ratio of ingredients, with the arugula and apples really bringing some freshness. My mimosa was made with fresh squeezed orange juice (major bonus points!) The prices are reasonable and their lattes are MASSIVE. what's not to love - 5/5.
google avatar

Kristine S.

Yelp
Had a lovely brunch with friends at this charming spot. We sat outside and it was a bit warm and the umbrella didn't fully shade us all, but we definitely enjoyed the food and the service. They had delicious mimosas with freshly squeezed OJ and awesome cocktails. The food was fantastic and we especially loved the hummus appetizer. I had the biscuits and gravy, which were good, but a bit dry. I might try one of the other great dishes next time!

Yelp
Absolutely fantastic lunch here yesterday as we popped in to Ligonier following a visit to Steelers training camp in nearby-ish Latrobe (we wanted to get out of the melee). The parking situation is annoying. There's pretty much nothing in the downtown that isn't metered, and annoyingly - while we thought we were looking at endless old coin-fed meters wondering where the heck we were going to find actual coins (extinct species!), we realized we had to download some app that no one else uses just to pay (??Meter Feeder??). Grrr. Setting that aside - the restaurant was a fabulous find. You enter the "pantry" entrance (this area sells a bit of wine & some odds & ends - but also houses the bar), and we had our choice of bar or main restaurant. We chose the bar. It's open, airy, feels new w/ a kind of farmhouse chic meets industrial aesthetic. The bartender was quite pleasant and quickly got us water with our food not far behind. I got the large SupperClub Salad w/ a 4oz portion of "Wild Isle" salmon. The dish was so flavorful! The sweetness from the roasted golden beets & golden raisins paired nicely with tart shallot vinaigrette & goat cheese, w/ huge, crunch toasted walnuts. YUM! Husband got the roasted chicken sandwich w/ smoked cheddar and crispy onions that looked kind of like very thin onion rings. These are apparently pickled. All of that paired so well with the roasted shallot and truffle aïoli - cut perfectly w/ spicy arugula- all on fresh ciabatta. DOUBLE YUM! I SO wanted a latte from their impressive, gigantic espresso machine, but it was too late for caffeine - sadly. Super impressed with this place. Can't wait to return & try some of their starters - like that cast iron octopus or the eggplant tower - or breakfast! Pancakes, bananas foster pancakes, banana bread French toast, the breakfast bowl...ohlala.

Yelp
The best food I had while visiting Ligioner. Came here for breakfast in the morning with my sister. Had the Crab Cake Benedict. It was absolutely delicious. The texture and pairing of flavors between the crab and the Benedict sauce was great. The potatoes were delicious too! When dinner came about, the family was debating where to go. And we unanimously decided to go back to eat dinner here. For dinner I had the Ribeye with mash potatoes. It was delicious (only critique would be it was just a tad too fatty for me). The mash potatoes were perfect consistency and taste. My sister got the mushroom ravioli which I tried a bite of and with the cheese on top, it was exquisite. Dad got the maple salmon and it was perfectly cooked with an amazing flavor. The service was great, very hospitable and the restaurant itself had great ambience.

Yelp
The food here is amazing. The atmosphere and service is great. First night food was so good we came back a second night. The crispy Brussel Sprouts were delicious as well as the salmon would definitely recommend

Yelp
Great food and service located in the heart of historic Ligonier! Has an amazing variety of high quality creative dishes, breakfast is a must

Yelp
Great food, properly spiced. Wait staff's service is top notch and attentive. Prompt and accurate descriptions of menus and drinks. Slightly noisy, but energetic as expected in a small venue. We'll be back!

Lisa T.

Yelp
Biscuits were buttery and moist. The French fries were cut thick and had an outer flaky crunch. Our sever was young, bright, friendly and on top of everything. The place had old school charm with ceiling details and booths with wooden benches. We thoroughly enjoyed our Sunday afternoon dining experience.

Yelp
They are friendly and there food prices are resonable and there food is great there pancakes are extremly good

Yelp
Had an absolutely fabulous evening at Kitchen on Main. It was a beautiful night, so we decided to sit outside on one of their tables on the sidewalk. Every aspect of our meal was delicious. We started with the crispy eggplant tower. It was quite an innovative dish. The eggplant was light and crispy. It went really well with the tomato/balsamic/pesto accompaniment. Next we shared the supper club salad. Also excellent. For our main course we shared the short ribs and the special of the evening, crab Mac and cheese. The short ribs were prepared to perfection and were served with root vegetables. Definitely gave us the feeling of fall. The crab Mac and cheese actually had the flavor of crab! I'm not usually one to comment on this, but I must say their presentation of each dish was spectacular and really made us want to dig in. See my pictures and you'll know what I mean.

Yelp
Excellent food and service with a pleasant atmosphere. The wine list is well composed, and wine is also available by the bottle for off premises consumption.

Yelp
While I can't comment on the food here I have to say they lost us before they had us! We were told that the kitchen was backed up and due to that we could not even be seated! We explained we were in no hurry and would even sit outside, but the hostess said her manager would not allow it. We placed our name on a call list but in that time we had already found somewhere else to go. We had a pretty stellar meal at the restaurant down the street so I can't say that we will be back to try again! Disappointing for somewhere with such rave reviews!

Yelp
What a great experience today! The team was incredible and really welcoming during a blizzard. Everything was great, with a truly excellent latte. Great selection of products in The Pantry section with unique offerings and goods. They feature products from area vendors and have an impressive wine selection.

Yelp
Excellent service, original recipes, traditional recipes with a twist too! Nice portions, not too large or small. Welcoming interior!

Yelp
great food and nice service and ambience but very overpriced-- and I am used to CA prices. $8 for a latte or cider is ridiculous.
google avatar

Yelp
Hello like always the Kitchen on Main's menu is quite good. I have a little bit of something for everyone Light-fare with a croissant or English muffin. Then we move onto the comfort food such as the gourmet French toast that are loaded full of pecans and other fun delights or the banana bread French toast. Our kids were completely enjoying themselves in their chocolate chip pancakes, and the fresh cut fruit that was available. It was a very good family experience for 6 people.

Yelp
We stopped here for breakfast/lunch but not brunch as no cocktails were served (insert wink) after our annual pilgrimage to Latrobe/Derry area for tax preparation. I saw The Kitchen on Main, when I dropped off our Pour Tour Passports at the end of 2020 at the Laurel Highlands Visitor Center in Ligonier. It looked cute and quaint and the menu offered some vegetarian options. Once we concluded our yearly filing we headed about 7 miles to Main St Ligonier. This is a small place. I guess people were social distancing.. It was hard to tell since I never been there before if the tables were spread out far enough or if that is how they always were. Most people wore masks. The staff wore masks and hand sanitizer was available. We had to wait about 10 minutes for a table. Since February of last year we both decided to primarily follow a lacto-ovo vegetarian diet. On occasion we have eaten seafood but primarily it's been plant based. They had some options for breakfast and lunch that sounded delicious. One of my favorite breakfast dishes to eat out was always Eggs Benedict, and to my surprise they offered a farm fresh eggs benny, that had spinach, asparagus, tomatoes with two poached eggs and some smokey tomato hollandaise over English muffins served with home fries. Matt went the lunch route and we waited for our food. Served in an appropriate amount of time, my breakfast looked enticing. I cut through the eggs and they seemed done perfectly. I took a bite but this unpleasant fishy taste filled my mouth. I figured out quickly it was this faux hollandaise. I pushed away what I could to eat the egg and other ingredients but the hollandaise inundated the dish. Probably would have been a good thing if it tasted good. I think my favorite part might have been the asparagus. The home fries that accompanied were very good. Overall it was ok. The prices were a little high but they offered a nice selection of artisan style food so I get it. If we ever found ourselves here again, I just would go with a salad.

Cary W.

Yelp
We went there especially for their tomatoe basil soup. When we arrived, there were empty seats, but they said they were taking anymore orders. Apparently someone had reserved the restaurant or a large portion of it. They should update that on their website

Yelp
If you wanna explore something away from Pittsburgh CHECK THIS PLACE OUT. Seriously one of my favorite places in PA now. Delightful salad, atmosphere is friendly/ welcoming. Servers are attentive, beverages good food is excellent. These cooks care about what they're serving and from the breakfast bar you can watch them in action. Very busy place when we came & the cooks/chefs are skilled I hope they know how much we appreciated getting exactly what we wanted & in a timely manor no matter how busy they were. I asked for some well done asparagus and I got it, everything was excellent.

Yelp
Came to town for fort Ligonier days and passed by while walking. We decided to stop in for a late lunch, and were pleasantly surprised! Food was amazing, service was good. Cute, cafe like ambience.

Yelp
We recently hosted party in the Wine Cellar and cannot sing enough praises. The Kitchen on Main team was outstanding in preparing a menu, adapting for food allergies/intolerances, including kids options, etc. The event space was perfect, the team was amazing and accommodating and all of the guests still talk about how great the food was. Thank you Kitchen on Main team for an incredible night!!

Brandie W.

Yelp
Ok so all of you know I turned 50 last week. My good friends Tracey and JR threw me a birthday party at The Kitchen "Wine Cellar" right here on Main Street. The room was perfect; like a little speakeasy, the decorations were adorable, the guests indulged me and all dressed up 50's style and the laughter was free flowing! Behind the scenes though there was a lot of disrespectful behavior from the restaurant manager Brooke Tavalsky. The restaurant; which is not cheap, dolled out food that you could've purchased at Walmart. The quiche tasted like cardboard, the meat balls were super salty, the shrimp overcooked, the cheese tray never arrived even though it was charged for....there was no sound system as promised to them and the waitstaff embellished what was being said regarding the displeasure of the hosts. Brooke refused to come discuss anything and has literally argued in every email about the situation to Tracey, blaming her rather than taking any type of accountability for what was promised and not received. She bitched about my 73 year old mother arriving 15 minutes early to place a dozen roses on a table, she bitched about my 19 year old daughter arriving early to put up a beautiful picture board and she bitched that Tracey and jr arrived 10 minutes late to decorate the place. Meanwhile no one was in anyone's way! She bitched about my service dog being there even though she was asked and agreed whole heartedly to his presence as everyone loves Oliver! (PS YOU CANNOT LEGALLY DENY ENTRY OF A SERVICE DOG!) She refused to give up an extra table for gifts, she also didn't supply high top tables. The list literally goes on and on! I stopped in hoping to talk with Mrs. McQuaide about the situation. I left a message from one business owner to another.... and let me tell you it's been radio silence. I have NEVER in my life understood these types of shenanigans. I am appalled at the disrespect to my friends for services at a party they overpaid for and did not get. Apparently, the Mcquiade family condones Brooke's disrespectful, unprofessional and childlike behavior! They must also condone paying customers to be blamed for the restaurant's short comings! Brooke's last email ended with, "thank you ever so much and please don't be in touch," what in the world???? You guys messed up but it's Tracey and JR? My mom and my daughter! I am DONE with this overpriced subpar place and I'm forewarning anyone who would want to have a party there. DO NOT! My dad always says, "Life will teach you," and it always does!

Yelp
Exceptional atmosphere, service and food! We shared crispy brussel sprouts and eggplant tower among six and it was plenty for starters - very tasty too. Tacos were the most popular choice but the pastas were also great! Also they now have a deep selection of beer and wine so you don't need to bring your own.

Jeremy H.

Yelp
Awesome place to get some food and some speciality drinks. The s'mores latte is amazing
google avatar

Christine C.

Yelp
Excellent food and service !! Great place to go eat I only wish they were open later in the evenings ., we went on a Saturday morning it was very busy I had an amazing cup of coffee. My food was fresh and hot I had an amazing burger and my husbands food was just as delectable ! It's clean inside but only has one bathroom I feel they would do better in a bigger place but other then that it was all top notch ! The atmosphere was very welcoming! We will definitely be going back for more

Yelp
Second time ever dining here, I will always eat breakfast here if visiting Ligonier. The food is absolutely amazing, the service is great also!

Susan H.

Yelp
Would be 5 star except the room temp half and half was bad and I had to return my coffee. Partner had the country salad - outstanding. I had their incredible smoked salmon hash. Easily enough for two. The scallion cheddar biscuit and jam is not to be missed. If they served actual half and half in a pourer that would be so much better than using the individual shelf-stable containers. Why give this beautiful upscale bistro the ambience of a gas station coffee service? Ditch the ugly basket and put the sugar in a ceramic container, with real cream. Ditto lose the plastic containers for the jam. Use a small ramekin. Would make this a total five-star.

Rebecca B.

Yelp
The food is always on point. I usually order the breakfast tacos, which are some of the best. They don't skimp on quality ingredients. I'd like to try dinner sometime. Service is good and the ambiance is nice and typically a full house, which says a lot about their popularity. An additional restroom would be helpful.

Marsha M.

Yelp
Very disappointing, 3 people ordered pancakes and sausage. All three orders of pancakes were burned black on one side along with the sausage. The highlight was the server.and the black currant tea

Matt P.

Yelp
Best food in the area. Unique flavors and ingredients as well as interesting specials.

Yelp
Incredibly good! First off, this place is bustling at lunchtime - most of the tables are filled and the kitchen staff (its an open kitchen) are moving from station to station fixing all sorts of fantastic food. Our server Anna was totally delightful and friendly as well as being efficient, refreshing our drinks and answering all sorts of dumb questions. I got the ham and Brie sandwich, because how could that be bad? My dad ordered the salmon chowder to start and shared with us. So the soup was amazing, kind of a broth-y base with chunks of salmon and potato. I wasn't even in the mood for soup, yet found myself slurping it down. That gave me high hopes for my sandwich, and I wasn't disappointed! The salty ham, creamy Brie, and arugula all worked together with a crunchy country bread. Don't even look at the other sandwiches, just order this one. It came with a mass of sweet potato fries that were just as tasty as the sandwich. Oh yeah! Too bad they aren't open on Mondays or Tuesdays, because I'd go back right now.

Yelp
Traveled to Ligonier on business and found the town to be very quaint and the history quite interesting. The town was preparing for Fort Ligonier days so the store fronts were all exquisitely decorated for fall and Halloween. A client brought us to dinner at Kitchen on Main and it did not disappoint. Delicious cocktails of the Kitchen Mule and Tequila Rojo. We dined on Tuna tacos which were cooked to perfection and the tuna was super fresh. The salmon with asparagus risotto has a great sear and crust on the fish resting on creamy risotto. The server was attentive and very friendly. I highly recommend Kitchen on Main.

Yelp
Incredible food and service. Highly recommend the octopus and filet. Yummy! BYOB. What a treasure!

Yelp
We went Saturday night for dinner. The food was good, the service was excellent and we enjoyed a lovely meal. I ordered the bitter sweet salad. I thought it was a good salad with yummy arugula, but a bit heavy on the red onions. I'm not a fan of the trendy candied walnuts either. I love goat cheese but this version was breaded and needed herbs. I wouldn't get this again but that's due to my taste. For dinner I would have ordered the scallops but they were out so I ordered the crab cake instead. I loved it. Packed with crab meat and no shell fragments it was delicious. I didn't like the cauliflower puree or the tomato & corn the crab cake came with but I didn't mind cause it's all about the crab. My dinner companions got dessert and we all got coffee at the end of the meal. I guess the dark coffee went perfectly with their dessert and I enjoyed the coffee straight and bitter...yum! Shout out to our excellent server Amber! She took such good care of us. Very professional. It was such a lovely time wandering around Ligonier's shops and ended sweetly with a great meal at Kitchen on Main! I hope to return!

Yelp
Count me in as a happy diner here! This place is worth driving to from Pittsburgh to get a nice Brunch! Seriously! The ONLY difficulty we had here was to get seating for our 7 person party, which is totally understandable - we had to wait something like 45 minutes to get in for lunch on a weekend day. Just so you know. That should NOT deter you from going here, however. I wanted to have one of their amazing eggs Benedict plates, but am on a diet (boo) and decided to have their roasted tri-color beet salad. I could not resist, and added the crab cake option (yay), although I am not sure this made the dish "healthier" than my original plan. It sure made it extra-tasty, though. I cannot emphasize how FRESH things taste here. I tried a few bites of others' dishes (we never can resist sharing items between ourselves in this family...) - octopus, flatbreads, and burger, and felt that they were all super fresh and had nice, bright flavors. Our server was a delightful young lady, who kept us all happy and really worked hard to make our experience a great one. Another cool thing is that you can definitely tell that the locals love this place, and many of them know the staff by name. Ligonier is a wonderful town, and this place is definitely a piece of the puzzle. Their nice downtown square would not be complete without them. We loved it, and we shall most definitely be back for more!!!

Excellent food and service. Nice atmosphere. Our favorite has been breakfast. Endless cups of coffee

Yelp
Stopped in for lunch on a Saturday and there was a 35 minute wait. We decided to wait and shop in the lovely vinegar and olive oil store a few doors down. My dining companion liked the veggie benedict and I did not care for my burger. The meat was quite red inside and the bun on the bottom was totally soggy and there were scant fries and it seemed like they were the end of a batch. I sent the burger back to be cooked a bit longer and the burger arrived with a new bun and no fries. The first bun was burnt on the top as well. Prices are not commensurate with quality and I won't be returning.

Yelp
We go to Ligonier Days every year and The Kitchen on Main is always full with a long wait. My best friend and I went up for the farmers market (awesome and well worth the drive!) We lucked out and were able to walk right in and were seated within 5 mins. It is a small, cute, clean, and fast moving restaurant. They had fresh squeeze lemonade-perfectly made, not too sweet not too tart. The menu was a nice size no too overwhelmingly big but enough of a variety. We settled on shredded chicken sandwich. It is on a ciabatta bun, shallot garlic aioli, pickled red onion strings and white cheddar cheese. With sweet potato waffle fries. The sandwich was amazing. It has a complex flavor profile. The fries could have used a dip: honey mustard or a cinnamon sprinkle. I can't wait to go back and try the bacon wrapped dates and other items from the menu.

Yelp
They're back! We went their last night for dinner. I had the burger and my husband had their pasta. We both enjoyed the artichoke hummus appetizer, everything was delicious but if your looking for a place to have an intimate experience this might not be the place. It's a small space and can get noisy but the food is delicious and the wait staff are very good.

Yelp
Most delicious brunch in this town. The banana foster french toast was to die for! The hostest was polite and let us know there was call ahead seating. We sat outside on the side of the building which was so enjoyable! Our server Stephanie was knowledgeable about the menu and helped us pick the perfect meal for our Sunday brunch, although I don't think we could've made a bad decision. My husband ordered the banana foster french toast. The whole meal was so delicious you didn't want it to end. The whip cream was amazing, the french toast was like dessert, and the syrup was to die for!! It was sweet but not too sweet. I ordered the salmon hash with an extra egg. I'm a savory kind of breakfast person, so this was perfect for me. The menu describes it perfectly. Both were big meals and filled us up!! We will definitely be coming back to the Kitchen on Main the next time we are in town!! It was delicious and the service was great from start to finish!!!

Yelp
This was our 2nd visit against my husband's wishes. The first time, our food was good - we had the shaved ham and Brie sandwich and arugula salad. However, we sat near the kitchen and witnessed the waitress drop toast - then scrape off the burnt toast ends into the garbage. Next visit, no refills on water - asked 3 times. I asked for a side other than waffle fries and they said they could do a side salad for a slight up-charge - I should have asked the price - it was $6 - so $19 for a chicken lunch meat sandwich and side salad. My husband ordered the Garden Eggs Benedict - eggs were hard boiled not poached and the sauce was bland - not the smoky/tomato sauce listed, the potatoes were burnt, cold and salty. My daughter's tomato bisque soup was more of a chunky tomato soup - not creamy. Very disappointed in the service and overall quality of the food for the price.

Yelp
It is a bit of a small restaurant but the food and staff was amazing. We tried the maple bacon pancakes, a breakfast bowel, and biscuits with gravy. It was all delicious! I am looking forward to going again and trying another breakfast item.

Yelp
Food was yummy and definitely unexpected from this area! Octopus was done right, rib was tender and even the kids meal was on point (tender chkn nugs, hot fries- lol). Will definitely return :)

Yelp
For a very long time, I've heard rumblings of the awesomeness of this place. Finally, today I got my taste. And, hey, it was great! A group of 7 of us got together for breakfast on a Saturday morning. We sat outside because, well, it was beautiful out; but also because they couldn't fit a group our size together at one table. The menu made it hard to decide; but I ultimately went with the breakfast bowl, which was full of potatoes, ham, maple sausage and pure deliciousness. It was so filling and tasty. I got my eggs scrambled; but I'd probably go over easy next time so the eggs could ooze all over my bowl :) The bowl was a wonderful balance of salty/sweet. The two pieces of toast were a nice add-on. But let's talk about this peach jam. This jam stole the show! It was so good; and I'm so glad I made the decision to get some for my toast. Others in my party had all kinds of other things ranging from the eggs Benedict to the BIG stack of fruit-topped pancakes. The salmon hash was very tempting. I've been told any of the dishes with the salmon are tasty! Oh, and let me not forget about the side of homemade spicy sausage. If you're a sausage guy/gal like me, do yourself a favor and get a side of this thick, meaty sausage. Lots of flavor. The service was wonderful, too... Our waitress was personable, attentive and friendly. In short, just go. Go eat all of the breakfast here!

Yelp
Food is always excellent as well as the service. Their new dinning space renovation of seating in the base is fun and available for special events.

Yelp
We arrived here around lunch time on a Saturday. We got street parking right in front. It was busy and we had to wait about five minutes. We got to our table and were greeted right away. I got a coffee and it came out quickly. It was good coffee. I ordered their kitchen salad and tomato soup. I asked for the soup first and I received it with in three minutes. It was really good and flavorful. It hit the spot for me. The kitchen salad got here within about 10 minutes and it was great. Just what I needed something filling and refreshing. The greens were crispy and fresh. The strawberries and honey almonds gave it a tasty sweetness but not too sweat. I really enjoyed this salad. I ate everything. It was a really good lunch. The restaurant was clean and I look forward to coming back here again to try out their other food. One other thing my wife got poached eggs here and they cooked the eggs perfectly. That doesn't always happen. Good job!
