Extremely organized kitchen, very professional and safe environment. I have been treated with respect by all I have encountered. Everyone is helpful easily find what I need, and all my needs are met! I rate this kitchen 5*.

Amazing shared kitchen facility with everything you need from ovens to storage space. You get all the certificates you need to sell your products in retail, farmers markets etc. And the best part is that the management is super responsive and accommodating to your needs.

Clean and well-maintained space for a new or existing food business. Very helpful with all startup paperwork, licenses etc - very easy to start and get going. Accessible 24 hours a day and on weekends. Lots of different set ups and kitchen types + storage. Highly recommend!

I contacted The Kitchen Terminal for a baby shower space to use. I hate baby showers and so does everyone else, but when the party was over, I've never received so many compliments. People said it felt more like an elegant cocktail party and this is how it should be! The space is very contemporary chic- clean lines, high ceilings, luxe lighting, a gorgeous, long rustic table and mini kitchen that came in super handy. Danielle and Sunita were able to arrange complimentary on-site help by way of Carl who was absolutely fabulous. He took great care in procuring a playlist on the mounted flatscreen for me which gave the party the perfect beachy, Brazilian vibe I was looking for. He checked in periodically to make sure everything was going ok and if there was anything I needed- awesome! As a former event planner, I've had to "make do" in some really awkward spaces but this group was able to anticipate all my needs and add little bonuses along the way. I still hate baby showers, but the team at the Kitchen Terminal made this party flawless. Thanks!!

I would love to Recommend The Kitchen Terminal for such amazing costume service ... This is by far one of the nicest facility as I’ve ever seen... I’ve been to other kitchen facilities and I truly feel welcome every time I go there! Thank you for the outstanding costume service and quality products!!

We ordered dinner from Nanas and it was DELICIOUS! Chicken Parmesan was yummy and the Lemon Pasta and Spicy Pink Sauce over rigatoni was cooked to perfection!

We used this facility to prep for our church picnic. We got the job done. Wonderful place to work. Everything was really clean and nice. 👍

I've been using this commercial kitchen for over 6 years. There is a kitchen manager that is always accessible, the facility is always clean and up to code, all the equipment is in top notch condition and sanitation supplies are readily available with posted procedures for their use. They use a kitchen rental app, so you can see kitchen availability 24/7, request scheduling and get an automated response.

TKT came to my rescue last year as I panicked when I picked up HUGE orders for the month of November. They immediately communicated with me and got me setup in time for days of prep for my events. Becoming a tenant of TKT is hands down one of the best decisions I've ever made! They're always very helpful and facility is kept in top notch condition.

To say this kitchen is the best thing that's ever happened to me is an understatement. Being a small business owner, I was in dyer need of a wholesale certified commercial kitchen space that would allow me to operate my business. I looked at a few different spaces and The Kitchen Terminal was the BEST one! From the layout to the energy to the amazing women who own the kitchen I can not recommend this place any more. I have been there for a year now and have been able to grow my brand with ease and comfort and confidence knowing that my product is being created in a clean and love filled space. Clean, helpful and friendly! Everything you need to start and run your food business. The owners are super accessible and were very helpful with the startup process - submitting permits for all licensing, inspections etc- they even have on-site Food Manager classes, so it is pretty much a one-stop-shop. Facility is clean and very well-maintained. Daniella, one of the owners responds pretty much immediately and resolves any issues. Bonus is meeting other cool startups and food vendors - overall a great place in the South Bay. Thank you for helping me start my business here!

I contacted them to check their price, it's really expensive and there was no chance of negotiation. You guys should review your customer service and how you treat people on the phone.

So glad this kitchen is here. It's got everything I need to efficiently prep for my events, big or small. You can access the kitchen 24 hours a day so it's never an issue when you need to get started early or work very late getting ready for the next day. I've looked into launching my own line of food items as well and the owners proved to be a great resource they are super knowledgeable and supportive.

I run a human grade dog food business called Zuri Food. We have been using TKT for 6 months now and can't be happier with the setup there. The kitchens are fully equipped, have plenty of space, and the load-in/out is easy. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. It is also Health Dept. approved(with your permit) so everything is above board. Love it!

I am so happy I found The Kitchen Terminal! I am new in the industry and feel like these guys have gone out of their way to be supportive and helpful as I go though the natural learning curve. The owners are super professional, courteous and all around fantastic to work with. They really care about my business and want to see it grow. All the other tenants I've met are also very nice and keep the facilities very clean. Everything is SO new and state of the art, a real chef's heaven. The location is also great, right off the freeway with ample parking. It's a fantastic facility run by people who want to work with you and see you succeed. What else could you ask for as a small business owner? A big two thumbs up!
