The Kluckin Chicken

Had to try this place because I love me sum hot chicken. It's not fair because I'm used to Dave Hot chicken in North Hollywood. This place was really good though. Portion amount was filling and flavor was great. Sauce was really good. Only thing was the bun was falling apart making it messy to eat and eat fast.

Let Magic Mountain and was looking for something close by to eat that I haven't tried before. The chicken was season well and the dipping sauce is delish. If you like spicy food make sure you get the hottest sauce, the Hot one isn't that hot. Also the bread for the sandwich is like a hoogie, and not a hamburger so keep that in mind. The wings are small like I like, and I would recommend the buffalo sauce or mango habanero, and don't get the garlic parm. They didn't have any crunch to them, made ask for well done. I give them a 2.5 out of 5

Lacks sauce compared to the other ones in the chain, also the owner wasn’t friendly unlike the other owners of the chain. I believe they’re a family run business and I fell in love with the chain after the kindness I received from the Reseda Branch, but this one isn’t it. They’re more stingy than the other branches on portions. The portion size usually helps justify the price compared to say other chicken places. The other problem with the chain in general with all the other ones as well is that they’ve decided charge customers extra when they order online with a B.S. online platform fee. Combined with the extra credit card fee that you don’t get when you go in store it comes out to an extra ~10% based off the subtotal. I highly doubt those are real additional costs as credit card fees for merchants are usually 1.5-3% unless they’re getting charged more, but usually it’s the price of business for most chains. Platform fees also seem strange as that usually tends to be a set price to maintain the platform. So I’m not sure if they’re trying to skim more off the top or those are real fees, but it does feel like the customer is getting taken advantage of. Also there are inconsistencies in how they charge for extras. Things like adding cheese to the kluckin combo #2 might be $1 total extra at one franchise, but at another it might be $1 per sandwich extra meaning $2 extra total

Oh man! Now these are chicken strips! Honestly I couldn't even finish the three piece, they were that large. Super fresh and juicy white meat. The seasoning was great. Fries are delicious. Coleslaw was fine, but good for the spice of the tenders. Lady at the front was very nice, very clean inside. 10/10!

This place is decently one of my favorite places to go when I’m hungry, especially for lunch. They have great food and fast service; such a friendly place to go to. The workers are very nice, the food is very, very tasty, and their Kluckin sandwich is very good. I have to grab two combos for me and my brother, and don’t get me started with their sauce. The klucin sauce is so, so good, so because of the flavor, I had to buy their jar of kluckin sauce for next time I go out to eat and have leftovers. Their quesadillas are very good too; they have little chicken bites, which are very good. Their combos come with fries, and let me tell you one thing, their fries are well seasoned with so much flavor, which goes with their klucin sauce. This is one hidden gem in Santa Clarita, and if you haven’t yet eaten here before, it’s a must.

That was the most revolting thing I have ever put in my mouth. I could not eat it. You owe me $30. I could not go back inside and tell the kids behind the counter that it was revolting because the place was full of really bratty young guys in silly loud cars that he was chatting with. 🤮

Chicken was tender, breading was crispy, and the spice was just right. I ordered the hot and it had a bit of spice but wasn't over whelming. Ordered the sauce on the side, it was good but I would want to control how much get used. Would go back!

It was not a good experience... it's not the worst but I will never go back... they are over priced and the food... I had the 2 sandwiches to share with my husband and the bread was saugy, the Mac and cheese was not my go too not creamy... the chicken by itself was good... my opinion I have had better...

I've been here a few times already, my go to is definitely the kluckin bowl and I'd 100% recommend! The service is always amazing and the ambience is very high energy! The flavor is also very consistent and doesn't vary time to time:)

I came here on a Friday evening and it was pretty empty. I ordered a Combo #1 Hot with a brioche bun (options were brioche or french bread). The building is pretty small but there is seating both indoor and outdoor. They also had a fridge near the door that has drinks to purchase. After 10 minutes my food came and the first thing I noticed was that the french fries are very long. It felt like they were the length of a whole potato - and they were crinkle cut. The fries are good and comes with a sweet aioli. The sandwich itself has pickled and coleslaw. The chicken is lightly breaded and has good heat. It is very juicy, but not crunchy.

Came here after spending the day at sixflags and let me tell you this place was so good. we stopped by fairly late and they had our food ready super quick. The guy at the register was very nice to the group i came in with along as myself even though we were very indecisive. i'd drive there just for the fries and mac tbh. 10/10.

I really enjoyed this place when I first started going and the food quality was amazing. My favorite was the quesadilla and I do recommend this to anyone who is trying Kluckin Chicken. However, after a while, I'm not sure what happened but the food quality went down. It went from 5 star food to 3 star food. The quesadilla is still very good but the other dishes just aren't up to par. This is a decent place for people who want Nashville hot chicken in Santa Clarita but it is worth traveling 30 minutes to go Dave's hot chicken which is light years better.

Staff is nice, price is expensive for what little you get. There's no reason for it to be this expensive!!

As a Fried and Hot Chicken connoisseur, this place was disappointing. I passed it several times dining at other restaurants near it. So it was on my list. And with Pyro Pete's closing today was urgency to find a new favorite Hot chicken spot. I hyped myself up, because the food is no where near up to snuff. I ordered the chicken strips combo.. the best part of the meal was the fries. The chicken itself had a texture that sounded/felt like I was chewing on rubber. I'm not sure if the chicken is brined overnight.. maybe this batch was sitting too long in water.. not for sure but it was definitely not fresh. It did not fall apart. The meat was not tender at all. Aside from the meat itself, not really feeling like it was real meat, there was no salt whatsoever. No seasoning period. But the coating was crispy. The coleslaw was dry and also lacked flavor. For 20 bucks? totally not !

Overpriced and the food was gross unfortunately. Dave's hot chicken is definitely better quality food.

I do not recommend this place at all!!! No flavor on the Mac n cheese. We got the 3 pc tenders and they were soggy and not up to par. Pricing kinda high and not worth it. Customer service was alright I guess. Came here after going to six flags. We should have just hit up Del taco instead.

Friendly place with great menu and great service. We got tenders and a sandwich. The fries were above average. The chicken was fine. It just lacked flavor and crispy texture. We dined in, so it wasn't an issue of take-out delay. The flavors were just average, and my daughter who LOVES chicken tenders was surprisingly unwilling to finish even 1 of the 3 tenders. We hoped for 5-star food but it was a solid 3.

Good customer service they are friendly fast and respectful. good food always perfectly seasoned the sauce is pretty good as well. clean store all tables and chairs not sticky, the kitchen area is always very clean, definitely a must be back .

Service was fast and the guy working was very nice and helpful. Chicken is delicious, fries are seasoned incredibly well, and the mac n cheese is perfect. If im ever in the area i WILL be returning

We found this place while charging our EV. We called the order in and they had it ready in 15 minutes. The staff was very friendly warning me of their spicy levels. I went mild but later he offered me a sample of the spiciest. The chicken tenders were some of the best juiciest tenders I have ever had. I also had the chicken sandwich but I think the tenders are the better.

Portions are terribly small, and prices are terribly high. Staff was nice. Paying over $20 for less than half a box of mac and cheese with one chicken strip and a drink is abysmal.

Was I eating chicken or a hotdog? My family and I tried the chicken place next to our favorite chicken place, Waffle Love, since, sadly, it was closed. I am sorry to say that the chicken tenders from the Kluckin Chicken were the worst chicken tenders I have ever tasted, never mind from a hot chicken place. The tenders were shaped like a hotdog, and the thick, hard breading was unpleasant. To top it off, the chicken tasted and had the same texture as a hotdog. It was the strangest and most unpleasant experience of eating chicken tenders. I am sad that the food was terrible, but I am also mad that we wasted so much money by throwing away most of the food. Even the fries were not good. :(

This place is really good! I tried the tacos and they didn't disappoint. The ingredients were really fresh and the fries were perfect. The guy behind the counter was really respectful and super cool. That's something I've notice is missing from a lot of places. I usually don't waist my time writing reviews, good or bad, but after I had lunch here today, I was compelled to give whoever the heads up. Give it a try, I think you'll like it!

It was good. Service was great too. I only order a chicken tender to try them. Will be back again.

I've never ever seen fried chicken cooked like this. Did not taste good. This looked nothing like the photos online.

After a 11hr shift skipped lunch and quick 45 min gym session, I would have found the teriyaki place good. That places is absolute disgusting. Back to the Chicken. Had high hopes for this place. This was my first time trying this place based off of my son's recommendation. It was so yummy! The girl at the register was super sweet. She took her time explaining things, made recommendations, and was super friendly. There was this big muscle guy working the grill and he was also so nice! He made a custom sauce blend so I could enjoy it hot without dying of spice. We ordered a double chicken sandwich and fry combo, chicken nachos, and a mac n' cheese. My son and I split everything. I have to say it's some of the best chicken I've had that wasn't homemade in a really long time. The nachos were my favorite and so different from anything I've had before. I'll definitely be coming back and it's definitely worth the price. It was a pretty quiet place too which was a nice change.

I had the yummiest chicken wrap. Fresh and clean place, good service and yummy food. Definitely will go back for lunch.

The food was super good and big portions. I got Combo 1 with a mild level which is a little kick of spice and it was perfect for me. Very clean place and nice stuff

In the area and wanted wings. Yelped and the suggestion came up for Kluckin Chicken. So glad it did! I am pretty picky when it comes to chicken wings. I ordered the mini wings half plain and half buffalo. They were perfect! I like smaller more natural sized wings, I feel like the large ones are fed hormones. They were perfect size and seasoned to perfection. Cooked perfectly! I also don't like saucy chicken. They were perfect. The owner was a very nice lady who let me sample the fried pickle. Omg it was delish! Kosher pickle slice with a perfect coating that wasn't soggy or crumble apart. Dipped in ranch it was delicious! If you want wings and in the area, I highly recommend. I want to come back and try the chicken sandwich next time.

The food was a lot more to be desired. Breading was there and slapped onto a hotdog bun. It feels like. I got the mild, not much flavor, even with the sauce on the chicken. The best thing about this meal is the fries, and they were also subpar. As for the service, noticed the Man at the counter, was on his laptop, and one AirPod on his left ear while he was talking to me. His demeanor seemed very flat, if not unapproachable at best. I understand you might have worked very long day, but don't show a demeanor that would look uninviting. It is such a shame that I went through all of that, waited 10 minutes, just to get food that was below average. As for the ambience, restaurant seemed inviting, especially the color scheme. I wished the staff seemed less uninviting and standoffish.

I am soooo disappointed. The chicken was not crunchy and the inside was extremely rubbery. There was no seasoning. I ordered mild and it was very bland. Never coming here again.

One of our new favorites! The chicken is always cooked well, and the combination of flavors is wonderful. I especially like that I can customize the level of heat, since their mild has enough of a kick for my palate. Our orders run the gamut - I get the sandwich on a French roll, my hubby gets their wrap, and our son loves their chx quesadilla. Their fries are substantial and yummy. And if you order online you accrue money off of your next order!

First time trying The Kluckin Chicken! The fries and Kluckin sauce were GREAT! Although I do usually like my fries cooked longer and a bit crispier. The chicken was juicy and delicious; perfectly cooked! I tried both the chicken sandwich and the tenders, both were great. The fried pickles were not my favorites . Seems like they use the same batter as the chicken, but it's a little too thick for the pickle., I would've preferred a lighter batter. Oh, and the cream puffs were excellent!

The food was absolutely delicious but the prices were high for what I got. My biggest issue though? Ordering. At least when I went, there was no music and the wait time was way longer than I would have expected for a simple combo. They also didn't ask for my name when I ordered, so they had nothing to call out for except the order type. But when "a number one!" is called out with no other information, it's very confusing. I waited for two other people with the same order to go first before I got mine, and that was AFTER an already long wait. Weird layout and not a great system. The seating wasn't great, the staff weren't special, but the food was indeed pretty nice. With so many other chicken places, I'd pick somewhere else

Great addition to Valencia! Tried The Kluckin Chicken for the first time and was a happy camper. The 2 chicken sandwich combo with fries was the perfect amount of food to share. There are a lot of spicy chicken sandwiches out there and this one is definitely a strong contender. The brioche bun was light and fluffy. The chicken was crispy and had the right amount of kick (we ordered the hot level). The fries tasted fresh and not too oily. Highly suggest dining there rather than take out if possible to experience the piping hot crispiness. Place has limited indoor seating but there are a few small tables outside if you have a larger party.

Not going to lie. Super good hot chicken. Got the combo 1 fried with hot and on a roll. Tasted very fresh and good.Person taking my order very nice and cordial. Try it out it won't disappoint. Nice clean sitting area as well.

This spot is trash honestly. Waste of my money. The chicken "seasoning" or "oil" they put to give "flavor" doesnt even make a difference. There wings .. trash. Thanks for taking my money. i threw my food away after the first bite. Oh and the service there is f weird lol who ever the guy cashier was today get off ur phone and learn how to attend people dont be there acting like u hate ur life or ur job bro.

We found Kluckin Chicken while searching for a replacement for Mega Hot Chicken (my husband was very distraught by their sudden closure). Their menu seemed very similar so we thought to give them a try for today's lunch. We decided on our favorites for comparison. My husband had the wrap (burrito) made hot and I had the bowl (loaded fries) made mild. We both removed the cole slaw. Nice portions and prepared well. My husband prefers more chicken so we'll add an extra tender in his wrap next time. The spice level was perfect. We actually like their sauce better than MHC's. The staff was really nice and helpful. As mentioned in other reviews, we were disappointed by the lack of fountain drinks. We sat outside so my husband decided to buy his drink next door at The Habit. When we were done, we found the outside trash receptacles overflowing. The place itself is very clean, so we were surprised to not have a place to dispose of our trash. This otherwise would have been a five star review if not for these two issues.

This has been a favorite of ours since me and my girlfriend first tried it! The quesadilla is my favorite and their wings are so delicious and reasonably priced. It brings me joy knowing that I'm going to get top tier fresh food, quality customer service and I'm supporting a small business! 10/10 would recommend!

I ordered the full Mac n Cheese which was quite lacking. It's NOT Mac n Cheese. It's some pasta, sliced chicken tenders, nacho cheese sauce and their "special sauce" it was gross. To top it off, the order took forever, the cook was super slow. Would never eat there again.

I highly recommend this chicken spot! The food was fresh, well seasoned and tasted delicious!! The atmosphere of the restaurant was enjoyable with music playing, and the customer service was great. The employees are very kind and helpful! Again, I highly recommend coming down and trying it if you haven't yet.

I'd come back in a heartbeat, and i'll be here soon again, the worker in the front was very nice and friendly and gave me a great recommendation which i loved (the fried chicken sandwich with fries) Overall, great place and i'd recommend it to anyone that's in the Santa Clarita or Valencia area.

I keep seeing people post pics of this food on Facebook so I couldn't hold out any longer and went to give the place a try. It is very small and has limited offerings but what they have are great. I had the quesadilla and it really hit the spot. Lots of cheese, good amount of chicken but damn that kluckin sauce is good. My wife has the mango habanero wings and enjoyed them. Kids didn't even have anything to complain about with their food. Really enjoyed. Will be back

So good I am writing this review from inside the restaurant! Everything is made to order so the chicken tenders and fries were hot and crispy, and the slaw was the perfect ratio of sauce to veggies. Seating area was clean too!

This place is great! Have eaten it over and over again and it's as consistent as it gets. The food is good quality and fresh. The spice levels jump on heat fast. Mild has almost no spice at all, hot has a perfect amount of spice and extra hot is almost like swallowing cayenne pepper powder so I wouldn't recommend the extra hot if it's your first time. One interesting thing that this place does that others don't is u can order each tender a different flavor (if you are getting 3 strips, you can order 1 of each flavor) which is a huge bonus if you were splitting it with someone or just wanted different flavors. Food always comes absolutely piping hot as it's fresh from fryer to package almost as it normally almost melts the Togo package so be aware of that but wouldn't have it any other way. There are some good options here and a very friendly staff with good service. Highly recommended.

Honestly not the place I would eat at if I'm trying to be "healthy", but it is definitely a delicious cheat meal! My boyfriend and I had a hard day at the gym and decided that we wanted something greasy and delicious after a rough workout. We landed on this place as we were actually heading to the Habit, but wanted to try this instead! We were definitely probably the first customers of the day considering it was a Saturday morning at 11am. The worker was super nice as he noticed us taking a long time looking up at the menu and letting us know his recommendations and what his favorites were! The ambiance was clean and welcoming. The inside has lots of tables located in just one long row, so we decided to sit outside since we were the only customers in the restaurant and did not want to disturb the worker. There are lots of tables outside that are clean too! We ordered a chicken sandwich, one chicken strip, and a side of Mac and cheese. Everything was delicious! You even get to choose your spice level which we enjoyed the medium spice. All in all it was a delicious meal and we did not walk away hungry! Definitely filled us up for the whole day!

I LOVE THIS PLACE. This is the best chicken sandwich I've ever eaten. I love a good chicken sandwich, and always had to go out of town to find a good one. I decided to give this place a try and it's now my designated cheat meal. Everything is made super fresh. It takes about 10-15 mins for the order to come out which means FRESH, crispy, juicy.. all of it. I get the hot spice level when I go and it's so good I haven't tried any of the other spice levels even though I say I will lol. The chicken inside the sandwich is so fat and crispy and juicy. There's so much flavor without being overly seasoned, it is truly the perfect sandwich. It's just literal heaven. The fries are good too, great seasoning and tastes good dipped in their sauce. I'm not the biggest fri fan in general though so I'm not really there for the fries. They are generous with sauce and when I ask for extra pickles, they know to give me a nice lil filled container of pickles because I loveeee those pickles. I just love this place and I'll keep coming back again and again. Grateful I don't have to drive all the way out to the valley anymore for some good chicken. Thank you for the amazing food!!

The chicken tenders and quesadilla are fantastic. The medium heat is really good and spicy but not overbearing. The Krikle fries are excellent as well

So we finally went to Kluckin with my friend today and ordered the Kluckin Quesadilla and the mini wings with mango habanero sauce and I have to say that it was amazing. The flavor, the spice level and the kluckin sauce were beyond our expectations. Also excellent customer service. Definitely will come back again!

I love their quesadillas and loaded mac & cheese bowl. Their Valley location is just as good.

We went when the place just opened, so there may have been a few kinks they were working out. That being said, The food was decent, but a little bland. We did get a decent amount of food, but was it memorable, No. However seems that the quality may have changed since then. So give it a try.

What a yummy chicken spot! Very unique combinations to use chicken strips in. We enjoyed our food very much and the kluckin suace for dipping was a treat. The service was great and our food was made to order so it was all fresh and hot.

Thats kluckin delicious!! I'll start by saying this place is open til midnight so it's perfect for those late night munchies or dinner on the way home from a football game in Palmdale! The Kluckin Chicken fits the mold of the standard hot chicken spots throughout California but delivers on consistency! The chicken crispy the flavors spot on. If you want a little flavor get mild with extra kluckin sauce if you like a more steady heat get the hot, it's not over powering and has the perfect balance of flavor. Add some honey on top to really set the heat sweet balance off.

Nothing here lives up to the quality the menu prices ask for. Chicken meat is flavorless, seasoning is spicy but not flavorful, like it's not tasting like anything other than the sting of capsaicin. The breading is also oddly dry, like when you chew on it it dries your mouth. Fries are crinkle cut bagged fries with zatarains creole salt sprinkled over it. Sauce is like a Russian dressing or thousand island spruced up slightly...and I do mean slightly. Coleslaw doesn't taste good. Mac and cheese is ok, but pasta is thin and mushy. All in all paying the price of a combo here and tasting the same flavors as supermarket salad sauce n seasoning is no way worth it, especially when hot chicken in LA costs the same and is 100x better.

First time trying out this place and it was okay... Got medium spicy for both meals and couldn't really taste spice maybe should've gotten more since I can handle it. Everything was fresh made so it took a few minutes which is fine. Overall it was ok inside was clean not sure if I would come back.
