This is my first time ever writing a Google review, and I feel compelled to warn others.
On the surface, the apartment looks nice — the facilities are modern and well-maintained. But after living here for just three weeks, I had a truly terrible experience that forced me to move out early.
1. Extremely loud train noise (Amtrek):
I was told that Amtrak trains would pass by early in the morning, but I had no idea how loud and frequent they actually are, even if my apartment is not the closest one to the street. Starting around 6:30 AM every weekday, a train passes every 30–60 minutes. The noise is so disruptive that it seriously affected my sleep and mental health. If you are sensitive to noise or need quiet mornings, this place can be unbearable.
2. Packages often lost or misplaced:
Large packages are supposed to go to the package room or mailroom, but in reality, they can end up anywhere — sometimes you need to dig through other people’s parcels, and some items simply go missing. I lost packages and wasted time trying to track them down. They won't help you deliver packages upstairs even if it is a very large package and you have sent them instructions.
3. Poor move-in & move-out instructions:
The leasing office provided very unclear guidance when I moved in and when I moved out. This led to unexpected issues and extra hassle. On top of that, their attitude was unfriendly and passive-aggressive — they even started by blaming me when problems arose. Clear communication should be basic, but it was not the case here.
Overall, while the property looks appealing, the constant train noise, unreliable package handling, and poor management communication made my stay extremely stressful. I would not recommend this apartment to anyone who values peace, clear support from management, or reliable deliveries.
