"Grab a seat on the deck of The Landing, a seasonal riverside restaurant in New Hope, and take in the sights of the lovely scenery as you listen to the flow of the Delaware River pass by. Order a chilled summer gazpacho to start before you dive into the signature smash burger or fish and chips entree. Sip a cold pint of your favorite beer or order a tropical cocktail, such as the fruity frozen daiquiris and pina coladas, as you chat with friends and bask in the warm sunshine." - Kristen Kwiatkowski

We love this place! Brought our out of town friend from CA for a late lunch. The flowers in the front of the restaurant were so pretty. The hostess Paulette was very friendly. It was a 40-minute wait due to being understaffed, but we all had tasty drinks at the bar. The sangria was delicious! We were seated at a table close to the water and enjoyed the view. The turkey bacon sandwich was so good. Our friend and her daughter LOVED the fish and chips and the chicken parm was good too! They were happy I suggested The Landing as they really enjoyed eating here. Of course, we'll be back.

Pleasantly surprised with the food. Was seated right away, which was great. There were a couple of items I wanted but wasn’t sure how they would turn out. Ended up ordering the veggie plate, which they were all out of- ultimately getting the salad. I was pleased.

Beautiful outdoor lakeside restaurant! Went with my girlfriends we all love the place food and drinks! They have delicious crab burger must try! French fries are crispy and crunchy loved it. Pita and hummus platter was also good. Highly recommended must go.

Great location to start with. Wonderful landscaping. Beautiful views of river and bridge. Great food. Burger was thick and juicy. It even was cooked medium like we like it! We would certainly recommend it to others coming to visit New Hope. Great little town!

The atmosphere is amazing. It’s a cute place by the water. The view sets a perfect mood for a great dinner. Visited with my girlfriends recently and had an amazing time. The fires were good and the crab burger was delicious. It was meaty and moist. Hummus was average. The drinks were good. Service could have been better. Would visit again for sure.

It was too cold to sit outside, but we can’t wait to come back when the weather is nice. We were immediately greeted and seated. The waitress was super kind and attentive. We ordered the nachos and the turkey BLT. The nachos were bean focused (don’t let that fool you, they were amazing) which were perfectly layered so all chips had cheese/toppings. The turkey BLT - GET THIS the sourdough, the spicy mayo, the amount of turkey, the bacon. It was amazing. And so were the steak fries, you’ll want to finish them all. Great spot on the river, we will definitely be back soon.

Google
First of all beautiful place to eat. I can't speak for the inside seating but the outside seating is very nice with a nice view and umbrellas at each table. The food was really quite expensive but very delicious. The selection is small but has something for everyone. Plenty of beers and a nice bar to sit at right on the water. There was a dog near us and it was quite hot and the hostess brought over some water which was super nice and made me quite happy. It was a bit understaffed which I can understand but the staff that was there did an amazing job and were constantly moving.

Came here for lunch on 06/24/2021 after a hike in Washington Crossing State Park, NJ. After about 40-minute waiting at the seats in tree shades, we finally got our table right by the river! With the background of the blue sky and the bridge, and breeze caressing gently, it can’t a be better place at at better day for a perfect lunchtime! Service was very good. And the food was very good, only that the taco shells were too flaky to hold in shapes. Otherwise everything would be perfect.

Yelp
I recently visited The Landing in New Hope and had a great time! The food was solid, earning a 4-star rating--my toddler loved the chicken tenders, and my chicken wings were really good. The view and outdoor patio are absolutely fantastic, so they definitely get 5 stars. The picturesque setting really embodies the charm of New Hope. However, I'd rate the service and price point at 3 stars; they could use some improvement. Overall, I'm really glad we went--it's hard to beat the ambiance and scenic beauty!

Yelp
I love the landing and have for decades. Sitting out by the river drinking a $15 cocktail or $11 beer (lots of choices). Delicious food and good service. I love it here.

Lauren A.

Yelp
Incredible view and love the environment (music, etc.) on a pretty day. For food go with the bar food classics and you'll be fine - similarly stick with beer to drink. They could use more servers and need to get the food out more quickly. Kid and dog friendly. I would come back for the view.

Yelp
Beautiful views and a decent meal. The Landing is located off the main road in New Hope. There is plenty of outdoor seating that overlooks the Delaware River. The waitstaff was friendly and worked at a typical pace. The food was average, but did not impress me. With the restaurant being outside, there were lots of ants all over the chairs and tables. An ant even got into a water glass. I was pleasantly surprised when I received the bill, it was not as expensive as I had thought it may have been. For the price and view, it's worth a shot!

Joselyn U.

Yelp
Everything was great and the view was spectacular. The food was very tasty and the service was pretty good. Overall an awesome experience and will come again! Our waiter was very attentive! Great job Logan!

Thomas D.

Yelp
We sat at the bar, and I do recognize that the bar is essentially an outdoor bar, the bar itself was sticky and grimy - had not been wiped down for quite some time. The cobwebs in the skylight (above the bar service area) had been there for quite a while, and in my opinion - shouldn't get that out of control. The bartenders or bus help should be wiping the bar down, general maintenance (like cobweb removal from a service / prep area) is Management's / Owner's responsibility. It was a pretty slow afternoon - there should have been more help behind the bar. Food was mediocre - hers came out hot, mine cold. Your experience may vary!

Sandra L.

Yelp
There is no advanced notice this resturant is closed. I looked on thier website there was no NOTICE WE ARE SHUT DOWN AT THIS TIME. My party and I were very disappointed. A person at my party said she called to make resevations and the recording said "we do not make reservations" there was no indication they were closed.

Inessa B.

Yelp
Came here for the view. But the food is eh. My sandwich was sad. Husband had ribs and they were too just ok. Could use a good dusting day and a good cleanup inside. Our waiter was nice though.

Joshua S.

Yelp
The food was not very tasty. The table was really dirty, so upon request, I had to clean it with the server's rag. Drinks were not impressive. Great view, though!

Eric S.

Yelp
A View to kill...and good to put you to sleep. This is place with a great view as you sit along the Delaware River. Every table outside has a great view. It's lively and has friendly staff. Parking is available on the street and in lots but beware that weekends can be a bit of a challenge without patience. Now the food. Meh. So average that you wonder if an appetizer of nachos is worth $20. I can tell you what's not worth $16...the "Mexican shrimp cocktail". Soggy shrimp and a ketchupy taste. No bueno. The rest of the menu is the same. Some tasty things but not worth what you're paying. So come here for the great craft beer list and the views and ...he'll..it's outdoors! Great for groups/meeting up with friends.

Yelp
This was a difficult place to find but our neighbor insisted it was worth the trip. It is a converted old building and had the charm of 18th - 19th century charm. Although located on the waterfront, the water is not visible from the dining area. The service was good. I had the fish and chips and wife had the turkey sandwich. The fish was tender and the outer batter had a nice flavor. The fries were shoestring type. They were hard and tasteless. The turkey sandwich was STINGY! three thin slices of meat and a thin slice of cheese. There must be a turkey shortage I am not aware of! The meal was PRICY for what was served. Very disappointed in experience! One less restaurant to visit next time in New Hope. I guess this place should be listed in NO HOPE PA.

Yelp
There is a newly renovated restaurant located at 22 North Main Street in New Hope PA called The Landing and it is stunning. I remember walking past this place in the summer a while ago and they would be slinging beer and fried bar food to crowds of motorcyclists on their outside patio. The patio still exists but everything has turned upscale. The inside is spacious with a large bar and plenty of seating and their kitchen is open for all to see. It is decorated exquisitely. As you would expect, the prices have gone up as well. We had Easter lunch at The Landing and received a very limited menu. four entrees were $75.00 each and the NY Strip steak was an additional $15.00. There was a lamb entrée, a vegetarian choice, salmon or chicken. I have always said that a eatery would be better only offering a few dishes that are great rather than a diner length menu that is all mediocre. Our party ordered two chickens, a salmon and a lamb. Everyone enjoyed there meal very much. We also has a bottle of wine which was obscenely marked up in price. Carrot cake or fudge brownie rounded out the affair and they rocked. The servers and hosts were on point. I would say that The Landing might be a place for a special occasion. Any more often than that and I would become broke. They are first rate but you pay for that.

Yelp
TERRIBLE. The only positive thing is the ambiance. Food was terrible for the price, drinks were weak and selection of beer was limited, the beer and drinks that were decent were not available. The waiter was not friendly and rushed us through ordering and eating (the place was empty for a Friday night, we should have known) but then took his time with the payment process. Will never go back. Only adding 1 star because I have no choice.

Jordan S.

Yelp
This is a nice place if you're going for the ambience and view, not the food. The food is sub par for how expensive it is. The veggie burger was tasteless, soggy, and fell apart. Waitress seemed uncaring and indifferent, which I get, but definitely didn't help at all. Service was pretty slow for it being a slower time. Hysterical that the lowest, pre calculated tip amount on the receipt was 20%, as 10% seemed high. Oh also there were ants crawling around, which is pretty disgusting. Imagine what the kitchen looked like. "The landing" restaurant. May as well rename it "The Taking Off" cause I'm outta here.

Anne W.

Yelp
Pricey and disappointing! Nice view. Had lunch with sister on July 3, 2024. $3.50 Yuengling on menu but they didn't have any so I ordered a draft ($7.50!) The gazpacho was excellent! Ordered wings which were tasty, but were all "flats"..no drums so disappointing River. River view was nice. Server never refilled our water and it was a hot day. I don't think I'll ever go back. Oh and the bathroom needed a good cleaning...

Jacob A.

Yelp
Compliments to the chefs! Really took their time, I waited about 1 hour for 4 burgers. The restaurant wasn't even half full. At least the waiter was good, as for the food I would say it is NOT worth the wait but still good.

Melanie S.

Yelp
The scenery first look is nice and beautiful however I was utterly disappointed with my visit there. We went with a party of 9 and had to wait to be seated which is understandable but it took our server more than 10 mins to come up and get our drink orders. After they took our orders, it took almost an hour to even get our food and the food was bland and in small portions. It was not worth the high prices they were asking for. They also charge a 20% gratuity fee which we can't refuse for service that was slow, forgot some of our drinks, and barely serviced our table. We saw our server a total of 3 times. Not worth the wait or the high prices.

Marissa C.

Yelp
The menu is completely different. We were looking forward to getting a sandwich on the menu but found out they changed the menu over a year ago and didn't bother to update the website. The food that we did get was a good portion and very delicious, but very overpriced . Also they had umbrella police patrolling everyone who put their umbrella up to get out of the sun and said "it's windy" but like there's no wind? All our water glasses were kinda dirty too. It's just super expensive for average food like blts and regular burgers. Try a different place if you're visiting

Christopher G.

Yelp
It was opening day here with the new management and I couldn't be happier. The service was amazing. The food was divine! I had the tacos and it was some of the best green chili and red sauce with these sweet peppers that really complimented the dish. The Turkey BLT my sister had was also very tasty. The ambiance is of course amazing being right on the water. I highly recommend.

Barry H.

Yelp
A lot has changed since I was here a year ago. This used to be my favorite place in New Hope. Menu now is limited, it took 3 orders to finally find a drink they had. How do you serve dessert, but not coffee. Great view is about the best they offer.

Yelp
Lunch date with our Pa. friends brought us to the Landing Restaurant on N. Main Street in New Hope, Pennsylvania. Having had only coffee for breakfast, I was hungry when we arrived here. The Landing is located just off the picturesque Delaware River, just a few miles from where General George Washington made his daring Christmas crossing. But enough history. I'm hungry. The Landing's menu is varied and runs the gamut from light fare to the substantial. I decided on a flat bread offering, of which there were several. I opted for a flat bread supporting an ample blend of prosciutto, caramelized onions, goat cheese, olive oil, and cracked pepper. The dish was nicely done, flavorful, filling and satisfying. From a deliciously varied beer menu, my server recommended a wheat beer. Nicely done, good Sir. Indoor seating, or outdoors overlooking the river, are both available. On a day like today, outdoor dining was exquisitely refreshing. Add great service to a delicious meal and reasonably priced food and you've one more reason to visit beautiful New Hope, Pennsylvania.

Starkey S.

Yelp
Super mediocre food. Definitely the worst French fries I've ever had in my entire life.

Patrick A.

Yelp
The setting is the star of this quaint restaurant in beautiful New Hope PA. Nondescript from the outside save for a sign, we entered what looked like a small house on a lawn (because it was), with a few chairs in the front. I loved this vibe already. walking to the back, we saw the lovely outdoor patio and were seated there, on the water with a great view of the bridge and Lambertville across the water. It was a perfect fall day to sit outdoors. I had a fresh Victory Hop Devil on tap, and later a Southern Tier Hazy IPA, both delicious and fresh, and lines tasted clean. I had the fish tacos, fish the flaky and well seasoned. Service was fine, and food was fine, but again the setting pushed this rating.

Lauren N.

Yelp
The Landing boasts some really nice views of the river, which is what drew us here. We sat on the patio and started out with the fig and goat cheese flatbread. It was good but a good portion of it was bare- I would've expected the toppings to have been more generous for $13. For mains, we tried the turkey BLT, hot pastrami, muffuletta and ahi tuna sandwich. Everything was average- good, but nothing to write home about. It's a nice place to sit outside and have a drink, but next time I would probably dine elsewhere.

Kate R.

Yelp
Excellent views while seated outside! We got a salad that was on the special menu. Wonderful! The meat and cheese board was good too: perfect portion size for two; nice assortment. Cocktails were fine. Service was average. I'd absolutely go there again and would recommend it, especially if you can sit outside.

Gloria H.

Yelp
Totally "eh". My sister and I picked this restaurant because of its central location in New Hope and view of the river. This was pretty much the only good thing about this restaurant. I ordered the chicken caesar salad which was tasty, I'll admit. My sister ordered the cobb salad which was pretty much unrecognizable as a cobb salad. I wish I took a picture, but I didn't. You can sort of see it in this picture of us, but it doesn't do it justice. It didn't have bacon, eggs, or anything a typical cobb salad has. It was basically a garden salad, with green beans on it. It felt like they just put together whatever random vegetables they had in the fridge with no real thought. They also didn't have ANY cheese to add on the salad... what? She asked for basically any cheese, and the waiter told us sorry they did not have any cheese to top her salad. They also did not have any balsamic dressing options, so she used just oil and vinegar. The prices were also high considering the low quality of the food. The atmosphere, however, was really nice!

Stephen D.

Yelp
The hostess was trying to turn us away because dogs who were seated began barking at our yellow lab. He responded by barking at them and said we can't have aggressive dogs here. I said he wasn't aggressive he was reacting to the other 3 dogs barking at him. She never gave us silverware and never checked in on us. Throughout our meal one of the other dogs continued to whine but nothing was said. Our dogs were quiet and calm throughout our meal. Calib, our server was Excellent and the food delicious.

Nata D.

Yelp
ordered veggie wrap, it came not wrapped , literally was falling apart once you move it, mooshy mess inside, not even sure what kind of vegetables were prepared .

Victoria C.

Yelp
The Landing has a beautiful view of the river and very nice patio! The veggie burger was good, but nothing to rave about and was pretty messy. The veggie pasta was also decent, nice light flavor. Next time in New Hope, we would probably opt to try one of the other places in town that seemed higher quality

Mike H.

Yelp
Went on a short car ride to new hope recently and saw the red umbrellas on the Delaware when crossing the bridge. It intrigued me so we tracked down the restaurant where we waited 30 minutes for a table close to the water. Our server was an older gentleman named Ed who had an overwhelming smell of body odor. He needs some sort of deodorant or body spray. He took forever to come get our drink orders and then when they were finally brought to us 20 minutes later they had clearly melted a lot. We put our food orders in and it arrived around one hour later. Our appetizer order was not timed at all with the entre which is disgraceful when you consider the amount you pay for it. My wife's order was incorrect, the salmon sauce was congealed because it was clearly sitting under lamp forever and the appetizer was cold. We would have complained but we didn't see our waiter for about a half hour following and he was clearly avoiding eye contact. A young man who was a server near us ended up refilling our water and trying to track down our waiter for us MULTIPLE TIMES. His tables all seemed very satisfied and taken care of so this may just be an issue with the waiter. We saw the young man point to us and say THEY NEED THEIR CHECK. And he just didn't care. It was a 2 1/2 hour lunch. When he finally came our server didn't even pretend to be the least bit apologetic. When we asked to speak to a manager we were told he was quote, "too busy bartending." Utterly pathetic, disappointing and disgusting. Total rip off.

Shannon Z.

Yelp
Beautiful view out on the terrace. The server was attentive and very polite. I ordered the crab cakes and risotto which was a special for the night. The crab cakes were good but could have used a touch of seasoning. The risotto was not a risotto, more of a rice pilaf. But overall the meal was good, just not exactly as advertised.

Max D.

Yelp
Outstanding and affordable food in an comfortable and pleasant environment. Friendly staff and live music. What more can you ask for .

Tony Q.

Yelp
This restaurant is located in New Hope PA which might be the cutest little town I've ever been to. And this restaurant is super cute also. Located right on the waterfront, I bet it's a great spot for the summer. Unfortunately it was about 20 degrees outside today, so we got a table right by the crackling fireplace. I ordered the chicken pot pie. It took forever to get our food, even though it really wasn't that busy. The pot pie's top crust was a bit soggy and doughy, possibly slightly undercooked. The filling was really delicious but there really wasn't very much of it proportionally speaking. And the bottom crust was so overcooked on one side that it wasn't even worth eating. Service was pretty quick in getting refills. The mimosa I got was really good though!

Steve J.

Yelp
Great spot overlooking the river. Nice beer and drink selection. Food was good, service was great. Selection of food and drink specials daily.

Shania S.

Yelp
If you are in the mood to have brunch with friends that also includes beautiful views, this is the place to be! In midst of Covid-19 they have great outdoor dining, with seating under large umbrellas and a beautiful view of the New Hope bridge. Their menu is full of many options from appetizers to desserts but it is a little pricey. The Crab Fondue is a delicious appetizer to share with friends. My friends an I ordered three different entrees that were displayed beautifully and satisfying. The staff were very welcoming and met our every need. They were cautious of making sure everyone was satisfied and insisting that we all stay safe and healthy with signs posted throughout the area. Looking forward to more visits to Fred's breakfast and trying more items from the menu!

Sam W.

Yelp
Made it down to New Hope during my birthday weekend, a rare but fun treat, where my mom, boyfriend and I stumbled upon the Landing. We were excited for a quick meal and some good views across the Delaware. While I wish I could give this place a more favorable review, this was a classic case of partially proficient service and questionable value superseding whatver positive attributes the food may have brought to the table, pun unintended. To begin, we waited probably about 5-10 minutes after being seated before waitstaff noticed us and took our drink orders. We didn't order complicated things (a beer off one of the rotating taps and two club sodas with a splash of cranberry juice, and lime), but for some reason, it took another 10-15 minutes to get all three drinks, with some small errors (we had to ask again for lime). Following that, we placed our orders for food: calamari, black bean nachos, burger for the boyfriend and chicken wedge salads for mom and me (dressing on the side, of course). The calamari was crispy and came with two sauces, one marinara, one mayo-based. The marinara was a bit watery and not as thick as I like for marinara sauce, so I preferred the one with the mayo-based. The black bean nachos were delicious, with perfectly crunch chips, well-cooked black beans, creamy melted cheese, and enough fixings (pico, guac, crema) to cover every bite. My boyfriend enjoyed his burger and fries (shape and taste-wise, they remind me of McDonald's fries if you ask the staff to double fry them), whereas my mother and I were a bit underwhelmed by our salads, with our chicken being a little on the dry side and the lettuce being a bit difficult to cut. If anything, we were more disappointed when we received the check and got some sticker shock-- $20 for wedge salads with chicken. Needless to say, we were annoyed, both at the price point and the slow service. Luckily for us, there are plenty of wonderful restaurants and eateries in sleepy little New Hope, so whenever we'll be back in town, we'll know not to come here again.

Lauren D.

Yelp
Loved this place! My fiancé and I are staying at the Lambertville Station Inn and we wandered across the bridge last night into New Hope in search of a good restaurant/bar with outdoor seating and views of the Delaware River. Enter: The Landing. The reviews made me a little nervous but I'm glad I didn't let that stop me. When we arrived, there was a bit of a longer wait for a table by the water but we decided we'd grab a drink while we waited. The bar is technically outside but is completely covered, which would be good if it happened to rain. The bar was spacious with lots of seats and a few tables. They also have lots of drink options and specialty cocktails. We decided on the steamers as an app, which came in a white wine sauce with bacon bits and onions. Dipping the warm bread it came with in the sauce-YUM! My fiancé had the pastrami sandwich which he liked but it was very messy. I had the French dip which was also delicious. The fries it came with were the perfect kind of crispy. Our server was also very friendly and prompt. There's something about the ambiance here that is just peaceful. I'm only about an hour away from home but eating on this patio while sipping on my wine made me feel like I was on vacation. Would definitely suggest looking past the not-so-great reviews and giving this place a shot!

Stephanie L C.

Yelp
The bar was covered with ants. The glass pitchers of juice for the mixed drinks had dead ants in it. They weren't covered with saran wrap. The cherries had bugs crawling inside. The bartender left an uncovered cucumber on a drying rack uncovered. The container of bacon had ants all over it, I told the bartender about the dead ant in the glass pitches and the bacon and she just put the bacon in the fridge! It was clear she could care less. I don't post reviews about restaurants ever - but I had to here- I will NEVER eat/drink here again!

Paula C.

Yelp
We chose The Landing for an early dinner on Sunday based on the riverside dining area. While the patio was filled we did not have to wait for a table for two. We each ordered a beer and a flatbread as an app. This came out promptly and the balsamic fig, goat cheese and arugula flat bread was pretty good, though I'd probably try something different next time. I ordered the portobello mushroom sandwich and while it came out a little soggy the sandwich was still very good with the pesto and fresh mozzarella. I enjoyed the basic side salad, it was the perfect amount for the dish. Because it was so buys on this warm evening the service was a little slow but the river was nice to sit by so we did not mind. I enjoyed our dinner at The Landing on the patio and look forward to visiting again next time.

Dennis M.

Yelp
Great Lunch, Great atmosphere! Our host Paulette was an amazing part of our experience! Blake was our server & we will ask for him again!! Kudos all!!!

Rob N.

Yelp
Overpriced food and drinks. Prices have gone up exponentially and menu selections have decreased. Get a drink there for the view and go somewhere else to eat.

Madi S.

Yelp
Had a good meal and a great view, service is okay, definitely a lot more interaction with food runners then servers, but other then that, had a pretty good experience!

K.B. B.

Yelp
You come here for the view. The beer was served with a warm glass, the caprese salad had some odd sauce on it and way too much of it. Oysters on half shell were also not ice cold. One looked questionable-- no response to that being pointed out from server. The scallops were just "ok" and for $29 for 3 that's not saying much. The portobello sandwich, one of the few vegetarian options, was also just "ok". That sort of sums up the food here: ok, not great

Gabrielle O.

Yelp
So looking at this place it has a really nice atmosphere especially outside on the patio. And our service was fine. But the food was seriously disappointing. I specifically asked for my burger to be pink (medium rare) and it came out well done and literally charred. Also they gave maybe 4 fries with the meal. Not worth it especially how overpriced it was.

mike s.

Yelp
No longer consistent or good. Went south after Chris sold it. Still the same great employees, the food just isn't good anymore.

Andreina S.

Yelp
The view and atmosphere of this place are just great! I don't think you can find a view like this one's in New Hope, the food is good.. I probably wouldn't say it's great but it's not bad either, I think it's just a bit overpriced but I guess it could be a lot worse (and expected) in this area. We ordered the special Ahí Tuna sandwich which was really good and the Chicken/vegetable wrap, a bit spicy for me but still really good. My husband got the Bloody Mary (Breakfast of champions) and he said it was awesome, it had a huge celery stick, big shrimp and a pepper in it.

Nancy M.

Yelp
We ordered bowls of chili, that where 20.00 a piece. The chili was cold. We ordered Mimosas and they where awful and they where also 16.00 a piece. We also had coffee with bailey's Irish cream. That was the best drink we had there, they where 10.00 a piece. So over all we spent 100.00 for this lunch. Way over priced, for 2 bowls of chili and 4 drinks. Will not go back there when visiting new hope. Also there was gas smell in the restaurant and outside seating. Seating on the deck was the nice part of our lunch.

Fiona D.

Yelp
We visited The Landing one Saturday in mid October. It was a stunning day out and we had a prime spot right by the river- perfect views!! The food delivery was a bit chaotic as we were in between brunch/lunchtime, and were ordering from two different menus (Fred's Breakfast & The Landing), which meant having to get the attention of multiple servers. My husband and I had to send back our biscuits and sausage gravy as they were cold (from Fred's Breakfast). Our friends were ordering from The Landing and we had our food reheated before they even ordered. Once it arrived, they were disappointed with the "famous" chili and corn chowder. Then when I was exiting the restaurant I tripped on the uneven paving with the inset wood beams, next to the hostess check in area. The staff were very kind and came immediately to my aid (helping me up, getting me a chair and ice for my knees) and the owner Denise even went so far as to offer to pay for the repairs on my boots and sunglasses that she noticed had been damaged as a result. She gave me her business card and asked me to follow up about the cost. However, despite this heartfelt offer she didn't respond to my messages, which is very disappointing. Integrity is everything - especially in terms of customer relations, but it was sadly lacking in this proprietor.
