40% of machines functional, dirty, no maintenance. ***UPDATE 2/10/24 Clean, newer machines, friendly staff, very attentive, looks 100% better. GREAT JOB. 7am on a Saturday is empty... so go early to avoid the crowd.

Nothing works (atms, machines, laundry boss app), dirty water everywhere. A complete mess Update!!!! 12/11/22 They are under new management and have undergone an extensive renovation! Most importantly, EVERYTHING WORKS (washing machines and dryers, laundry boss app, coin machine). Also, the staff is incredibly attentive. So happy I can come here regularly again.

I have been using the wash and fold services here for several months and I have not had any issues. However there is a new employee that is very rude and when I went to pick up my items today that were dropped off yesterday half of my clothes were folded, but still very damp. I’m not sure how someone can willingly fold clothes, knowing that they are still wet, causing the risk of mildew. I need to now wash dry and refold my clothes that I paid to have washed and folded because they are starting to smell because they were folded and placed in plastic bags still damp Update:

Our washer broke this week and I came here today to do a few quick loads. Everything was clean and well-maintained. Machines were easy to use and easy to pay. It was $3.75 per wash and $0.25/6 minutes dry time. I forgot my detergent and they had a good selection of detergent to buy. The woman working was very nice and helpful. Nice laundromat, would recommend.

As long as you don't go right after everyone gets off work, or on the weekend when everyone wakes up, this place always is great. The staff is extremely helpful, machines are always working good, and good cost also. Do not come here after 11AM on Saturday or Sunday if you want to do your clothes due to business!

This laundry service has been a literal gem to our family! We just welcomed a baby girl March 4 and during my pregnancy up until now The Laundry Room provides us an excellent wash and fold service!! When I say our clothes come back folded so neatly down to the underclothes, the clothes are visibly clean and smelling wonderful! I will never stop using their business, shoutout to this amazing service! And shoutout to the owner so down to earth, understanding, and Mrs.Make It Happen!

Under new management the establishment has a noticable 'facelift' that is both seen and felt. Now we're in business. Yes a few 'fixer upper' needed here and there but so far, a top notch place of business is in view. With a husband and wife team at the helm there's now a sense of family among workers and us patrons This is my go to for laundry, keep up the good work guys.
