The pick a brick section was amazing, and the employee was very kind. The build a minifig could have been better though, previous trips have had much better pieces but my little brother did manage to make Shrek out of the few pieces there.

Located inside the Natick mall on the second floor close to Macy's. This is a nice Lego store, which my kids love to visit. They sometimes pass out activity sets and they always offer some legos for kids to build inside their store. The store is fairly small but the selection is fairly good.

Love this place!! The employees went above and beyond to make this experience memorable. Will definitely go again!

I can’t say enough about the staff here. The selection is awesome as well, but the staff is what makes it. I’ve been purchasing legos for several years here and every time I go I’m more impressed with the staff. I now consider them friends who give me incredible advice and knowledge about Legos. I have to say that Indiana is absolutely incredible with his Lego knowledge. Julie, Will, Jay, along with several others have helped me understand such a complex way of collecting. I’d recommend this store to anyone at any age to visit. I often call to ask about sets and they always take the time to help me. Leo P.

I’ve been here multiple times throughout my life and have never been disappointed with the service I’ve received. The shelves are always stocked and organized neatly, with nice displays of current sets available to purchase. The staff are very welcoming and accommodating for questions, with them knowledgeable about the store layout and able to find products we need. I’ve always walked away from the store satisfied with my purchases and never had a bad experience here.

6 days after Christmas and shelves are still empty. Shouldn't start a craze if u can't dullfill the needs of your enthusiasts. Easy to order from Amazon.

Yelp
Paradise on earth for youngsters! They can play with various Lego toys at their heart content. Upon your arrival, you are systematically greeted amicably by a sales associate. They had sales available. Please remember to register to the free loyalty program to get $5 off every $100 you will buy. As a welcome bonus when you will register your VIP card, you will get ten points loaded on your card. It was easy and free to park on the shopping center parking.

Yelp
Such a terrible experience! After expending 20+ min to find something, the cashier seemed annoyed by my son needing to use more than one gift card from his 13th birthday! We ended up leaving without buying... mostly likely get it on amazon...

Yelp
Wow! Service here is absolutely amazing. Right away we were approached by a sales associate who was smiling and he looked happy doing his job. The store is clean with so many different themed Lego. I have to admit it was my first time in a Lego store so I was a little overwhelmed by the many selections. I was with a friend who knows a lot about Lego so she actually helped me pick out a few things. The gentleman at the register was very polite, and the whole experience in the store was just welcoming.

Yelp
It is a store ... full of Legos ... what could possibly be wrong with that. NOTHING! If your "kids" want the latest legos, you gotta hit this place up. Generally, the ones that have been discontinued are not here so hit up Toys R Us instead. You will not find a sale or bargain here but you could get a frequent buyer card and get special "things" from Lego.

Yelp
Oh The Lego Store...... This place is super cool. So, there are multiple people in my family that are in love with LEGO's, to be honest, they really aren't my thing but I still think they are super cool. And to have a store decorated so curated to LEGO's creates a great atmosphere for all the people who do enjoy LEGO's. This particular store shows how the company cares about its shoppers. This store is located on the second floor of the Natick Mall in the Wegmans (opening soon) wing. I have visited before and continue to visit for one reason. The employees. Being someone who isn't super knowledgeable about the products they sell, it's great when I can go ask an employee, as there are always many throughout the store, and ask for help. They are always super helpful and make my visits quick, fast, and friendly. Unlike the South Shore Plaza location, the checkout line isn't normally backed up to the store exit, and just isn't nearly as busy (sort of weird since the Natick Mall is normally busier in general....). In the back of the store, they have this cool section with bins to select the LEGO's you want, with the regular classic type LEGO's and other cool ones. Plus, this store is always stocked fully and has always had what I was looking for. Anyway, great store to bring kids (who are into LEGO's obviously) or get gifts at. 5 stars for the Natick Lego Store.

Yelp
I LOVE this store. It brought me out of my 'dark ages' of Legos. Actually, maybe it wans't just this store. I was picking up a set for my nephew, and chose a tanker-truck with a trailer and cab in 2009 or so. When I looked at the box, then saw it get assembled I was shocked. Lego's have changed so much since I was a kid, and the detail nowadays is truly something special. Oh... right the store. Well I prefer this one to the others in the area (Braintree, Burlington). The others are nice enough, but the staff at this one does something cool - I don't have to walk into the store and say: "Uh.... I'm picking up a set for my son." Of course, back then I didn't even have a son, and now that I do, he's obviously not old enough to play for the cool sets that I was looking at. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, the store's well stocked and I enjoy going there. And even better... looking at the colors and sets and the un-mistakeable mini-figures reminds me of when I was a kid and could play with Lego's for hours upon hours. Check them out!

Yelp
i'm a Lego junkie. There, i said it. Still. When everybody was outgrowing theirs, i was still building stuff. They were only too happy to donate theirs to me. i was quite content to use their bricks to build ever larger and more imposing structures (i'm an engineer, this sort of thing is like catnip, you know). Junior year of college, one of my friends left for an internship and i took over his dorm room as a Lego room. Now i have a studio, so this is harder. Other distractions like a social life and stuff don't help. But a few times a year i dig the buckets out from under the bed and get totally sucked in for a few days. And i need more pieces. The Lego stores go well above and beyond what's really called for. After all, they sell a product everybody wants, and has always wanted. They could leave it at that and charge a premium. But they staff their stores with enthusiastic folks, sometimes honest-to-goodness Lego nerds, don't mark up the sets, have sales, carry all sorts of other neat loot, have frequent-buyer cards... And then there's the dreaded wall of bricks. i dare you to go in and not want to fill a cup of parts. it's just not possible. Of course you don't need one. But don't you want one? See, that's how it starts all over again. Don't say i didn't warn you.

Yelp
Great store. Always so claen and bright! There are multiple sections in the store that encourages kids to play with the bricks and bond. My son love playing here and buidling things with other kids. They always have the latest lego sets, but not always in stock. This store is very high traffic, so popular sets go fast. You can always place an order and have them call you when the set comes in, but other than that, if you see it, buy it. If ou decide you don't want it, you can return it. There's always a greeter at the door to help you as soon as you set foot into the store. With all the kids running around, the place can get crowded pretty quickly.

Yelp
Think twice before going to this store. I have been a faithfull consumer my whole life. When It first opened it was a great place to go to. Over the past 8 years it has changed employees and managers very quickly. The store manager is rude and if you are not going to buy something he does not want you in his store. The employees do not stay long in this store. Everybody that has left has told me that they hate the store manager. do your shoppng online or another retail store instead of going here.
