This company lacks communication and professionality. I applied for a position and was told I would move forward. Completed the background check and then lost all communication. Was never given a reason for not moving forward. Everytime I called was told I needed to wait for a call back. A simple response explaining why I wasnt a good candidate or advising me that someone else was a better fit is all I needed to hear. I called for 3 weeks straight and was never given a solid answer. The fact that I was given the link to provide my personal information for a background check and then no communication is what I find unprofessional and disrespectful.

I had to place one star in order to place a review or it should be a ZERO! These ppl are the worst in communication, they return any messages. I'm surprised they are still in business. I've been with the Phoenix Staffing for almost 2 yrs and out of all the so called staffing companies out there, The Phoenix Staffing is the best!

I usually enjoy my assignments and rarely have any trouble communicating with the staff here. My experience with this company has been above average most of the time and rarely falls to average. They value my input and often help me with any problems I have.
