This was my first time visiting The Library, and I have to say, I really enjoyed the concept. The atmosphere strikes the perfect balance between relaxing and refined, with a clean, aesthetic design that immediately stands out. I came to meet a friend who thought this spot would be right up my alley—and she was absolutely right. We grabbed seats at the bar and were taken care of by Ryan, who provided great service from start to finish. We arrived just after lunch ended and ordered from the happy hour menu, which was great. The food was delicious, the dessert was a sweet highlight, and the mixed cocktail tied everything together perfectly. If you’re visiting St. Pete, The Library is definitely worth adding to your list—a great place to unwind, enjoy good food, and soak in a stylish, laid-back vibe.

This is one of my favorite places for brunch. The food is always great and the portions are big enough for sharing! If you’re a fan of grits, the smoked Gouda grits are delicious. And the warm burrata dish was spectacular - you’ll be craving it for days afterward. The spicy Bloody Mary definitely has a bite but it’s worth it. The atmosphere is as awesome as the food. And though it looks like an actual library, it’s a great time and no one will shush you if you’re enjoying yourself.

The Library restaurant is affiliated with the renowned Oxford Exchange restaurant across from the University of Tampa in downtown Tampa. Much like the Oxford Exchange, the restaurant is uniquely appointed—in this instance within a library setting—and offers the same high quality cuisine and dining experience albeit into the evening hours as well. The food is amazing (we ate there for Sunday Brunch) and it is relatively easy to get table. A fine dining experience at a reasonable price!

We had a wonderful lunch at The Library! I ordered the Chicken Paillard, and wellness drink with tumeric. So delicious! My chicken also came with a side of truffle fries. They were pretty good, but the truffle flavor was definitely on the lower side, I couldn’t really taste much of the truffle. One of my friends ordered the French toast stack, she said it was delicious! We also tried the Benne Cauliflower and that was amazing! Unfortunately, I did not get a picture of it. We loved the atmosphere, great experience.

I was there this weekend, I invited my sister and my boyfriend as I've been there a few times and the food and service is always excellent. This weekend I was dissatisfied and disappointed with my server. She did not check on us, we placed the order with the manager since she was too busy flirting with the customer at the bar, did not offer refills disbite empty glasses. I noticed the table beside me whom she was also attending feel dissatisfied with the service as well. I expressed my experience with the manager and she was very kind and understanding about the whole situation and I appreciate the manager (Kate) for being a great example. I drove from Tampa because i know the service and the atmosphere and I was excited to share that with my loved ones. Other than that the food was excellent I highly recommend the Warm Buratta and the Clementine cake. And an easy shareable is the breakfast pizza.

I love this restaurant. It was one of kind of my dream to have the meal and drink in the library. Everything looks so beautiful. I love their concept of the name for the cocktail. I had the Inferno and it is very delicious. Their menu looks excellent. I had bread and butter which it is rich in flavors. I love my Salmon dish. It was just perfect size and it is very delicious. I would love to come back to try their brunch when I am back in town in the future. Don't miss this out.

Loved the whole setup at The Library in St. Pete! We had a party of 10 for a birthday brunch and it couldn’t have gone better. Our waiter, Dusan, was fantastic—super attentive, though he did vanish for a bit (probably to rest from all our orders 😄), but he came back swinging and stayed on top of things. Food: Everything was absolutely delicious and seasoned perfectly. -Breakfast Burrito – stuffed and flavorful, a breakfast powerhouse. -Library Classic – a solid, can’t-go-wrong choice. Smoked Gouda Grits – creamy, cheesy, and comfort in a bowl. -Turkey Club – fresh, stacked, and well-balanced. -Fried Chicken Sandwich – crispy on the outside, juicy inside, with just the right seasoning. -Burger – perfectly cooked and juicy. -Side of Pancakes – fluffy and just sweet enough to round out the savory dishes. The live music from the gentleman singing was such a nice touch—he was amazing and made the atmosphere even better. The location is prime real estate, right in the heart of the hospital district, so there’s always a steady stream of traffic/customers. The Florida skies weren’t kind to us that day—a torrential downpour started just as we were leaving… lol. Overall, GREAT experience. We’ll definitely be back!

Great looking restaurant at the administrative building of the John's Hopkins All Children's Hospital. The restaurant is run by the group behind the Oxford Exchange in Tampa. The restaurant is dressed to look like a library - George Peabody, by the name and materials. Although the location and service are very good, the restaurant itself feels a bit neglected (hardwood floor is getting a bit worn under more popular tables, many books on shelves have fallen over, etc.). Food is average and portion sizes were fine for the price. Would recommend for the location and vibes.
