I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Harvey Nichols due to the actions of one particular employee, Marcelo ( hair Salon) . As a long-time customer, I expected a higher level of professionalism.
We had agreed on a service price that matched my budget, yet Marcelo repeatedly rescheduled our appointment, postponing it over five times—each time notifying me at the very last minute. This lack of punctuality and disregard for my time was frustrating and unprofessional.
When I expressed my dissatisfaction, Marcelo’s response was dismissive and unprofessional. He even suggested I find services elsewhere, saying, “Go to people who provide service at lower prices, we are not in Marrakech.” This response was unexpected and disappointing.
I hope the salon management addresses this issue to ensure a more respectful and reliable experience for all clients in the future.
