"I found the pop-up series The Lineup is hosting events that showcase ones-to-watch from some of NYC’s most-talked-about restaurants: Agness Kim (a sous chef at Cantonese American Williamsburg restaurant Bonnie’s) will host a dinner on September 11; Nadine Ghantous (sous chef at Ridgewood’s wood-fired Rolo’s) will lead a dinner on September 18; and Jonathan Vogt (a line cook at Michelin-starred the Four Horsemen) will lead a dinner on September 25.
