The Lisbeth recently acquired their first star. To take north German kitchen and boost it to Michelin star level, is definitely an outstanding performance. Paired with outstanding service and a great wine menu. Wonderful experience.

Nice gourmet alternative in Hamburg - focus on modern interpretation of northern German cuisine. Enjoyed the unpretentiousness and more relaxed athmosphere. Specifically nice service - the menu was well balanced and lots of attention to detail - lobster was the highlight for me. While the wine menu had some nice options - the sommelier acknowldedged that there is room for expanding variety. Looking forward to the next visit.

If you are looking for a Michelin star restaurant that‘s modern AND very Hamburg this is probably the best option. Creative and extremely well-crafted interpretations of classics. Very strong wine-pairings and excellent service, too! The ambiance in Hamburg‘s oldest street adds to the „hamburgness“.

Beautiful little restaurant that offers you northern german flavours presented in a contemporary way. Very fine product and the way it’s cooked allows you to discover new tastes. Great combination of fish and seafood, Hamburg is a port, with local vegetables and top quality meat. The service was very helpful and sweet. Thanks!

We had an excellent dinner here at Lisbeth, with a menu that interprets traditional food in a modern way (great concept and ideas!). Superb food, super nice ambience and excellent service. Definitely a star to come back to!

Nestled on one of Hamburg’s oldest streets, The Lisbeth merges history with a contemporary twist. Chef André Stolle reimagines Northern German cuisine with a creative, deconstructed approach in an intimate yet trendy setting. While the dishes showed promise, some left me wanting more. The halibut, for instance, missed the mark on texture, and the portion size of the short rib felt unnecessarily small. Still, the ambiance and charm of dining in a historic location elevated the overall experience. It’s fine dining with a nostalgic flair, though the execution of the dishes didn’t consistently meet Michelin expectations. 8 out of 10

We had a great time at THE LISBETH for the celebration 🍾. We tried Fish & Chips, Beef Tartare, Truffle Pasta, all of them were well made and very presentable. The service and atmosphere were also awesome. Highly recommend 🥰 Will definitely come back again for more special occasions. Thank you ❤️

The staff was very nice and the ambiance was nice too. The food itself didn’t meet my expectation. My fish was fresh but I had expected more due to the excellent Goggle reviews.
