The 14 Best Restaurants At San Francisco International Airport - San Francisco - The Infatuation

"The burritos in San Francisco are some of the best in the country, and even the ones at the airport are better than the sad excuses you’ll see elsewhere. Grab one from The Little Chihuahua because eating one will help you momentarily forget you’re headed to your sixth conference of the year. Will this burrito match the one you got at El Farolito at 2am? No, but it will set you up for a three-hour plane nap. They also have tacos, tostada salads, and tortilla soup." - julia chen 1, lani conway, ricky rodriguez

The Little Chihuahua SFO Airport - Review - SFO Airport - San Francisco - The Infatuation

Service was pretty quick and was friendly enough. The store is attractive and has an effective layout. I appreciated the soy chorizo vegetarian protein availability. My burrito was fairly tasty; the heat level was not painful but IMO a bit too much, blunting my enjoyment of the other flavors. I know airport prices are high but these prices seemed exorbitant even in this setting.

This is our favorite pre-flight meal! Burrito could probably go into the plane too. We got tacos, a burrito, and some margaritas. Pricing is high, especially for drinks, but that comes with the territory in the airport. Food was super delicious (highly recommend the soy chorizo!) and service was solid. Pretty quick too. Highly recommend!

The Little Chihuahua is a small Mexican restaurant with a bar and the tacos are acceptable, but $16 for two tacos? That’s a little excessive. I’ve never had anything at the bar, but I am afraid to even ask how much things are there. If you are craving Mexican food and have time to kill, I suppose it’s OK but be prepared to spend airport prices for food that is just decent.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I had an amazing experience at The Little Chihuahua at SFO! The chicken burrito was incredible—definitely the best I've had in a long time. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality, especially for an airport restaurant. The prices were what you’d expect for an airport, but totally worth it. The service was top-notch, with a super friendly and nice cashier. The wait time was a bit long, but the burrito more than made up for it. Located conveniently right next to Gate B6, I don’t understand the bad reviews at all. I was very pleased with everything. Oh, and the burrito itself was HUGE! In my opinion, they blow Chipotle out of the water—10x better flavor and quality. Highly recommend!

The server behind the bar was beyond rude. My husband and I ordered two burritos through the kiosk, and he left his backpack on a bar stool while he went to the restroom. That’s when the server(or bartender? All she was doing was taking drink orders and asking people if they wanted more drinks) told me that kiosk orders are for takeaway only and that we weren’t allowed to sit at the bar. I thought it was odd since no one mentioned this before we placed our order, and there was only one other person sitting at the bar. Still, I politely told her that we’d move our bags when my husband returned from the restroom. She then replied, “Well, I’m sure he can find you,” which was completely unnecessary. I don’t expect exceptional service at an airport restaurant, but her attitude was uncalled for. I was already dealing with a lot due to family matters, and this interaction honestly took away my appetite. I didn’t get the chance to try the food(It’s still in the bag), but I’m sure it’s just like any other bland, flavorless airport food. If I’m going to be served a subpar meal anywhere anyways, I’d rather give my business to a place that actually appreciates its customers.

Absolutely Insane customer service. I ordered two Tacos item, and requested one to be filled with chicken and one without. They said, either they come with chicken in both or without. When i asked them if they are pre-made, they said no I then asked to just not to put chicken in 2nd taco as my wife doesn't eat meat but they kept saying they cannot and I had to take 2 Egg tacos eventually The lady was quite rude when I asked for any salt & pepper and asked for a reciept The food was just okay, nothing great. Worthless place for spending your money

Eating their breakfast bowl right now. Don't serve lunch until 10:30am and I was bummed as was looking forward to lunch. But this breakfast bowl is great! I added the guacamole. Service was very nice and it was fast.

Google
Great service and good food. I got the carnitas tacos and chips and guacamole. It was definitely expensive (tacos being $16 and the chips and guac being $11), but as far as food goes at SFO I would say the price was expected.
