Oh my goodness. The BEST hotdog I’ve had in a Lonnnnnnggggg time. The sauerkraut, the chili, the hot sauce all taste so good together. And it is SO filling. Also, Dawn is so sweet and takes her time making sure you get exactly what you ask for. Definitely stop by.

Great service, good quality hot dog and fries. Worth a stop during your shopping trip or stop over at Jefferson station. Also obsessed with the logo. They should sell shirts and bags and stuff.

It’s an up and coming hot dog wagon stand that’s guaranteed to fill you up. My friend and I were extremely hungry after a long workout and we decided to eat some freshly made hot dogs with sauerkraut. I thoroughly enjoyed the hot dog, but what Dawn is really known for is the sauerkraut. It’s tangy, umami, and is the highlight of the snack. If she jars her sauerkraut, I’m sure it’ll be a big hit with her fans. She was also very friendly and kind with us, and it was great to hear about her story of starting a business in Harlem. If you’re ever in Central Harlem and want to treat yourself to a snack, Dawn is your gal!

Outstanding stop! Dawn the owner is the BEST! Delicious home made kraut, hot sauces, and she even makes her own vegan dog! The regular dogs are Sabretts.

Salmon Burger was great . The draw back is the train station is busy so make sure you give yourself enough time. Bold move coming to the land of cheese steaks and even a bolder move standing up to Nathan's in New York. Love the diversity, especially the vegan selection. Get on Uber eats to expand your market but definitely a solid product.

Came upon the little hotdog wagon by happenstance, and it was such a lucky find! A delicious beef hotdog with homemade chili, homemade bbq, AND homemade hot sauce!! I wish I had gotten some sauce to take home. Came at end of lunch rush and it was obvious that this is a local institution where the proprietor knows all her customers! Highly recommend

When I typed this review for Yelp, I did it as a new business. However, the business must have started in New York as a food truck, and my review got attached to it as I guessing because the phone number and website are the same. The phone number is for the owner. This review is for their new brick and mortar store in the Food Court at the Fashion District Mall at 901 Market St. in Philadelphia. My trying to contact Yelp to get it fixed went nowhere, so I have to add this caveat. So I was walking to the Reading Terminal Market (see my Review!) and cut through the Fashion District. Lo and behold, The Little Hot Dog Wagon was open! I've seen the sign up for a while and was anticipating the opening, which happened to be today. I wanted to try the place out, but today is a Friday in Lent and I don't do vegan meat which they offer. However, they had a "Wild Caught Salmon Burger" which definitely fit the bill for me. Being opening day, there were a lot of staffers making the orders and all were friendly if not a little discombobulated being the first day and the oil in the machine of running a restaurant was not fully smoothed out yet. But, even with the minor headaches of semi-long waits and orders delivered out of order everyone was excited to have a new opportunity within the food court. I ordered what turned out to be the most expensive item on the menu as it was the combo meal of the Wild Caught Salmon Burger. It came with waffle fries, sauerkraut, and a choice of water or soda. I was hoping to get the special pineapple lemonade but was unable to substitute and was not paying an additional $5 for it. Others were in large numbers, though. I got my meal to go, and once back to my office was prepared to see how good the food was. The waffle fries ended up being quite cold and bland. But, the Salmon Burger was outstanding! Huge pieces of salmon coupled with the lettuce, tomato, and mayo on a decent bun made my lunch so good. I was full and happy. Additionally, the sweet sauerkraut was excellent, too. They promote it as a special to them recipe and you can buy jars of it if you wish. I should have. I hope to see the long lines continue for this newest business and would like to try the hot dogs or fried chicken sandwich someday. A bit on the expensive side for lunch as a combo. $22.98 for the salmon burger, fries, kraut, and water. If I got the salmon burger alone it would be $13 before taxes, so $10 for fries and a water with kraut doesn't seem like a deal although it is about a $4 savings if priced à la cart if I had a soda.
