The Little Sherpa

I had an amazing experience at The Little Sherpa today! I ordered the veg chowmein, and it was absolutely super — perfectly seasoned, flavorful, and made fresh. The texture was spot on, not oily, and easily one of the best I’ve had in Chicago. We also tried their Chicken Keema Noodles, which the staff mentioned is one of their specialty dishes — and they weren’t kidding. You really won’t find this dish anywhere else. It was unique, packed with flavor, and had that perfect balance of spices that makes you want to order it again. The service was warm, the ambiance cozy, and the food exceeded expectations. Definitely a neighborhood gem. I’ll be going back for sure!

My friend and I went to hiking at Labagh Woods and came back to try this restaurant. It was so amazing! The server knew their menu and their food. I loved my Butter chicken with garlic Naan. Steamed Chicken Momo we shared was also extraordinary. Rice pudding was so delightful after the meal. The whole experience was very satisfying. Wanna give extra star if allowed(*´∇｀*)

I visited the Little Sherpa at Cicero, Chicago, with family and friends we had a fantastic experience. my family likes the same homemade foods. The momo were incredibly flavorful and steamed perfectly. The staff was warm and attentive, always checking in to ensure we had what we needed, with Nepali music playing softly in the background. Prices were reasonable, I recommend them to all of you.

The goat curry was delicious, so tender, so flavorful. And the noodles packed a lot of flavor too. Usually I don’t like skinny noodles, but this one was worth it.

I Ate here on my lunch break. I had the dumplings.. and butter chicken. Butter chicken was so good with the bread. Omg then the dumplings was so amazing the green sauce they had for it so goood… also the service was so good. The lady was so nice ! Great costumer service. Very welcoming and polite.

Fantastic Nepalese cousine. Veg momos, chicken momos was amazing. Thupka soup was suoer. Their hot sauce with momos was amazing. We got byob and was served perfectly in restaurant. Lastly we had rice pudding in dessert and was amazing. Restaurant is bit smelly and floor was sticky but will still give 5 stars.

The chicken momo was fantastic! There are not many places around that makes these well but this spot is truly a gem for it. You can tell the dumplings were handmade from the hole on top, which was where the thumb was when the wrapper was pinched together. The wrappers were steamed just to the right doneness and had a nice chew. The filling was juicy and impressively flavorful with many spices creating a layered complexity that somehow still felt seamless. The dipping sauce was pleasantly ginger-forward and made the dumplings even more delicious.

Lovely restaurant. I came with a friend after a hike and we got the butter chicken, chicken jalfrezi, and momo dumpling. All superb. We didn't want to leave we were enjoying ourselves so much. The portions were good relative to the price. Street parking available. Will definitely return if in the area.

Food was good with the just the right amount of spice. The only item that was lackluster was the Tandoori chicken. Very small pieces and not much flavor. Naan was delicious tasted more like paratha but delicious nonetheless. Give them a try

Last night I ordered two chicken biryani's, 1 order of veggie samosa, tawa roti, garlic naan, and two fantas. The food was piping hot, fresh and delicious.

Food was really tasty. Freshly made and a lot to choose from for every taste. Will be coming back again soon. The service was very friendly and courteous.

Absolutely delicious food. Friendly and attentive service. Affordable prices. Highly recommend this place. A bonus -- free street parking!
