If I can just recommend some direction that would be a better experience over all. They have signs but no arrow or indication as to what line they go to. One says express which halfway thru one of the other lines I realized it was for pickup orders (myself) but it doesn’t state that on the sign and no one gives you any direction or says anything to you when you look beyond confused. Not just me either. The other people in there were also confused as to what line they should be in. Overall everything else is okay :prices, product. Just prepare yourself for pure confusion before you get there.

They're a very friendly and knowledgeable staff! Omg! I've never experienced so much positivity at a dispensary before! My sister recommended "The Living Room", and I'm glad that she did! I will never go anywhere else.

I drive by this place a lot and always see a super long line outside. I finally got a chance to stop by and had a great experience. I was helped by Raekwon (hope I spelled his name right) and he was great. Very helpful. I didn't feel like he was pressuring me to buy more than what I needed (I hate when places push sales on you). he had a great recommendation for me and I was in and out. Ask for him if you visit!

**Disappointing Experience at The Living Room Dispensary - Owings Mills, MD** I’ve visited this dispensary multiple times, and every time the experience has been frustrating. The staff here are consistently impatient and unprofessional. During my last visit, I asked about the difference between indica and sativa for a specific brand, and I was told that "they’re all the same." I know that’s not accurate information, and it felt like the staff didn’t care enough to give me the correct details. This isn’t the first time I’ve had negative interactions here. The staff often seems unhelpful and dismissive, making it difficult to trust the advice or recommendations they give. As a customer, I expect knowledgeable and respectful service, but sadly that’s been lacking here. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this dispensary to anyone looking for a positive, informative experience.

I never thought I'd say this but I enjoy customer service with my . This place always feels like family and the customer service is great. If you frequent the Living Room you may gain friends and great recommendations on . Sometimes they do not have my favorite strain of Mimosa by District Cannabis but they always have a nice selection of Happy Js . One day they had a customer appreciation special with pizza and apple pies . I may be biased but I just feel like this place cares about their customers. They have opportunities for growing education and daily deals. DO NOT be alarmed but timing is everything with this place. They will run out of products. I suggest visiting during OFF peak hrs 10-2pm during the weekday. Friday nights , Saturday afternoons, or anytime before they close could mean waiting in line outside the door. This is a small place but they move as fast as they can. I realize the customers do not know what they want and it can make wait times long. Order online or visit early and you might jump into a pop up shop !

The Living Room was the first dispensary I went to when I first became a patient in 2018! Every time I walk through the door I'm greeted with smiles and positivity! I've gotten clones there that did really well! Whenever I call on the phone they answer my questions quickly and efficiently. They treat me like family- every time- they have great suggestions on products and great deals! The quality and variety of the products is great- they are up to date on the latest things coming out. They have events and educational programs and really do care about the community they are serving. They serve both medical and adult use They also have delivery for medical patients.

The people are really nice and knowledgeable. We are from out of town and I need my gummies to sleep. The man that helped me told me about one that would help me sleep longer. And I tell you what it has. I've had the best sleep in a long time. Thank you!

I have been a customer of the Living Room for some years. Truly a wonderful place to get what I need as a medical patient. My last visit NOT SO MUCH. I had to wait an extremely long time which should not have happened being a medical patient. I have the app where it saves my reward points. The manager whom I have never seen before did not honor the reward points listed on my account in the APP. He seemed flustered and told me all that he could do. I did not fuss because I had to pick my son up from school. This need to be addressed. Make sure app and in store policies coincide. He also made the budtender uncomfortable. Just moved to the area and found this dispensary nearby. The parking lot is a little tight right where you enter but there is plenty of parking around the building. You check in a little lobby and then can hang in the living room themed lobby. It's nice in there. My bud tender Terrance was super helpful and welcoming. Highly recommend the spot and Terrance

Not a lot of options, and they also don't take back medical patients first. Kind of disappointing. I waited for 30 mins for an online order being a medical patient.

Drove an hour only to be told the clones I purchased online aren't available. What a waste of time.... I can get overpriced weed in my hometown hah!

I went to the living room yesterday and had the worst customer service experience. My representative was Tabitha and she was very impatient and rushed me through my purchase. I told her several times that I was new to purchasing, and I had some questions in regards to what to purchase in regards to purchase. Tabitha was very impatient and unaccommodating to my questions. I told her I struggle with insomnia and slight anxiety, so I had some questions about wanting a better purchase for these issues. I felt rushed and at one point she thought I was saying something other than what I was saying because she was rushing me through the purchase. I told her several times I did not understand but instead, she continued to roll down her computer naming different items to sell. I felt very rushed and unclear about my purchase. I will never go back there again.

Worst dispensary in the area. The workers were so unprofessional. They did not take people in order, were extremely rude, seemed like they didn't want to be at work? One of the employees loudly called my friend and I liars due to a mistake in their process with checking the IDs. Will not be back or recommend to anyone.

I can't really say enough about this place. I've been going since they opened and it has never failed to be a treat. The employees are always top-notch, providing exceptional service. The products speak for themselves and their team does a great job of curating the selection. There are so many other dispensaries in the state, many of which I've been to, but none compare to this one. As a medical patient, it's important to have a place feel like family. Truly refreshing after having to deal with stigma and harassment prior to legalization. Thanks as always, you guys are great!

On my last visit to The Living Room, I purchased what I thought was a vape pen. When I got home and opened the package, I saw something I had never seen before; the slyde. I called the store and was told that when It was time to recharge, my regular USB cord would work. When the charge was out and I attempted to plug in my IPhone cord, it wouldn't fit, it was too wide for the port on the slyde. I went in today and explained this and was told that there is a 7 day return policy and since this is 2 months later, they couldn't help. So basically, because their employees didn't tell me I could bring it in to exchange within 7 days, I am stuck with something I can't use and will have to throw away. My only option is to spend more money and buy the correct size USB; I DON'T THINK SO. Buyers beware, they are dishonest.

Interacting with the friendly and knowledgable staff is always a pleasure. They have a good mix of routine specials and daily deals which makes it easier to get whatever I'm looking for at a discount. Mike and Eddie are a great delivery team!

I am a regular customer at The Living Room. I am not satisfied with the current system they have in place. Someone should review it and find a better method. When you order online you may still have to wait for 45 mins to an hour once you arrive. I do like their reward points system.

Professional staff, friendly atmosphere, and great product. My favorite dispensary for medicine in the area. If I have questions about different products they are super knowledgeable. I cant say anything negative other than I wish they took debit cards as they are cash only. They do have an atm but it charges a fee. My favorite thing about this dispensary is that you accrue points with each purchase that you can use towards future purchases. It's like free money!

Take way too long for order. Will say ready before you get there still have to wait 40 min to hour even with online order. Only move fast at 5pm before close bc they like to get off
