On my last visit to The Living Room, I purchased what I thought was a vape pen. When I got home and opened the package, I saw something I had never seen before; the slyde. I called the store and was told that when It was time to recharge, my regular USB cord would work. When the charge was out and I attempted to plug in my IPhone cord, it wouldn't fit, it was too wide for the port on the slyde.
I went in today and explained this and was told that there is a 7 day return policy and since this is 2 months later, they couldn't help. So basically, because their employees didn't tell me I could bring it in to exchange within 7 days, I am stuck with something I can't use and will have to throw away. My only option is to spend more money and buy the correct size USB; I DON'T THINK SO.
Buyers beware, they are dishonest.
