The Lodge at Jackson Hole

We stayed here while traveling to see the Grand Tetons and loved it. The hotel has such a cute mountain/cabin theme but it’s tasteful. The room was spacious, the bathroom was nice, the bed was super comfy, and the AC actually worked like it was supposed to (which is huge to us sleepers that love a constant fan). They also had the most wonderful smelling hand soap and lotion. I was so upset when only able to purchase the lotion and not the combo, but just another reason to come back. The breakfast was a step above an average hotel breakfast and only $5. The staff was nice as well and happy to provide recommendations. The pool and hot tub area was very nice and spacious. I also appreciated that we were able to get a massage on site. It is 1.2 miles out of town and parking is difficult so it’s not exactly walkable. They have a shuttle driver who works off tops but we weeent super impressed with him. We saw him on multiple occasions sitting on the side of the building drinking cokes and smoking cigarettes (I guess they keep him on stand by for guests?) overall, This was a lovely hotel and I would certainly come back and stay.

Good place at a good price. Gold at the front desk are extremely helpful. The breakfast in the morning is certainly worth the extra $5. My only disappointment was learning pretty late that the pool/hot tub was closed. It's kind of a big thing. They offered their sister hotel's pool but it was tiny. With that said, their service staff were friendly and helpful.

Have been coming to this spot since it was a Best Western as a child. Now with it being a stand alone lodge- the charm is still there. I had to bring my husband here!| Our stay was fantastic. The staff was friendly. The amenities were great. The decor offers the best mountain lodge feel. The courtesy shuttle is helpful as well! I will keep coming back to this spot!

While we paid inflated prices due to the busy season and booking too late, this hotel was a lovely place to stay. The room was huge and had a fireplace; linens were soft, mattress was comfortable. The bathroom was spacious as well, with room for all my toiletries and a roomy shower. Decor was calming and gave a nod to the 'lodge' name without being theme-y. The front desk gave good dinner recommendations. The location was also close to town - it was a bit of a walk, but very close by car and there were many dining and shopping options just steps out the door as well. Would recommend.

The Lodge is a great affordable option when staying in Jackson. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Coffee makes and microwave in room. I travel for work and after a long day it's nice to be able to warm up a meal and relax. Staff is friendly and helpful. The daily breakfast is basic, but enough to get you going. Free coffee to go if you like. There is a bar for an evening cocktail. Swimming pool and laundry services on site. Gym has been updated. The massage was great. They offer in room or the treatment location is very close. Some room locations can be noisy with early morning garage service. Location is good as well and close to restaurants.

We loved this hotel! Wish we could have stayed longer but we were just passing through. Legitimately thinking about returning just to stay here, and we can also explore the town and surrounding areas a bit more! 🥳 Breakfast was $5 per adult, it was really good, especially the bacon! Not the best, but better than most continental breakfast bars, with a very nice array of options! Staff were very pleasant too. We loved the look of the pool, hot tubs, and sauna, but didn’t have time to “dive in.” Look forward to staying here again! 🫶🙌🤓

Adorable bears greeting us all over the lodge was a treat. Super comfortable bed and pillows! Beautiful lodge! Very clean. Hot tub and pool are nice. The sauna was ok - It took awhile to warm up. Peaceful and quiet stay. Can't wait to go back!

Overall my family and I enjoyed our stay. The rooms were a good size. The pool and hot tubs were clean. The breakfast was pretty good and the service was accommodating. We really liked the convenience of a shuttle downtown, although it did get busy in the evenings. We'd definitely stay again.

Family of four with 9 and 11 year old. We decided to go with this hotel because of the indoor pool and was not disappointed. Check in was easy, the room is a bit dated with a loud old school heater, but clean for the most part with excellent water pressure. The water also heated up quickly which was an A+++ for me. The TV has regular channels and has no Netflix capabilities so we were pretty bored with that. Daily free breakfast is nothing special but free is free. Every day (we stayed for 6 days) it was scrambled egg, potatoes, sausage, very crispy/salty bacon, cereal bar, yogurt parfait and fruit. Just enough to get us started for the day. The parking is abundant and free. The indoor hot tub is just a soaking pool so there are no jets, the indoor pool leads to outside so my kids thought it was fun to swim under the separator from inside to outside. The jacuzzi outside has jets and is actually quite nice on a cold snowy day. I highly recommend this hotel for families.

Very very clean, quiet, comfortable Lodge. Everything we needed was here. Did I say clean? I cannot stress that enough. Everything was spotless. Our room was perfect and had everything we needed. The shower was a double shower including a rain shower head. The beds were super soft and comfortable. The temperature in the room was perfect. The breakfast area was very nice and clean, with a large variety of things to choose from in the free breakfast included in with the room price. Super friendly staff, very attentive to all of our needs. The front lobby had a nice seating area by the fireplace. There's a free shuttle that will take you into town, but it's also walkable at just over 1 mile away. Takes you straight up to Jackson square. There's also stores and restaurants nearby. Overall, perfect location, perfect place to stay. Would highly highly recommend.

Really good free breakfast buffet. Room was clean and updated. I did use the laundry which was $3.50 for washer, dryer same. Rustic atmosphere.

The lodge can be very misleading. The hotel is dirty, worn down, and is in need of new housekeeping staff. Our room was not clean - orange/yellow shower curtain, toilet latches had orange pee residue around the latch, dust and small human hairs (like from a man shaving) all along the bathroom border, floor had not been vacuumed, the couch in the room was stained, the elevator carpet had stains. For the amount of money you pay a night, they have a lot of work to do - cleanliness should be #1 and it is obviously not. Go somewhere else.

Lodge has it all !! Free Breakfast, free on call shuttle , 2 HOT TUBS , Sauna & ‍ Pool ... BAR & Chill room w TV ( sports) Fire place lit Cozy Lobby.. Gift shop w snacks & drinks.... walk to Grocery (Albertsons) & Gun barrel restaurant... 5 min drive to Downtown Jackson dining and shopping.. The Lodge literally has it all ! ‍‍‍My wife and three kids stayed here and enjoyed days on the slopes then a relax in hot tub and sauna and a quick shuttle to dinner and a shuttle ride home... Perfect place to stay... there are hundreds of wooden carved bears and animals decorating the property. My kids loved it.

First of all, I would like to just give my compliments to the hard working staff. The people in the kitchen handling breakfast were on top of it. They refilled the buffet, bussed tables quickly, and kept the dining room looking shiny and clean. The maids came and not only cleaned up the room and bathroom but arranged our kids' stuffies on the beds in a very cute way. The kids loved it. They also loved the carved bears all around the hotel, some climbing poles in the lobby or peeping in at you through the windows or lounging at the pool. The pool is heated and there's an indoor and outdoor part, and there's an outdoor hot tub people started smoking pot in (NOT COOL, maybe I should have let my kids run amok and ruin YOUR time ) and there's an indoor sauna as well. The only issue I have with the hotel (aside from the pot smoking on the property) was there is no way to wash clothes without having quarters, and of course the change machine only takes $1 and $5. The girl at the amenity shop sent me to the bank (they don't do cash back on purchases) around the block, and of course the ATM dispenses $20s, so I still didn't have what I needed. There are actually washers now where you can use an app to pay to operate them but the hotel doesn't have anything close to that. So we ended up going to the laundromat that is accessible through an alley directly behind the left side of the hotel. It ended up being easier to pay for the washers and the Mexican restaurant next door was awesome. The hotel was quiet at night. Overall I would stay here again (but prepared with more clothes or ready to change actual cash for quarters next time).

My family and I really enjoyed staying here in Wyoming! The lodge had a very home-y feel. All of the staff were kind and helpful to us. The included breakfast was amazing with multiple different options. The rooms were nicely cleaned and the beds were comfy. The outdoor aspect of it was very pretty with loads of cute wooden bears all around it. There was also a bunch of parking available which was great. The pool was also great with an indoor portion and outdoor portion, including a hot tub too. Overall would definitely recommend this place to others and would come back again.

Recent visit was very disappointing, the gym was closed and the breakfast was terrible. Stayed here on a recent trip and the experience was subpar. Super pricey and the amenities have dwindled. We paid an arm and a leg to stay here for 2 weekday nights, twice what we paid over the winter season. The gym is closed. Breakfast is still provided BUT the quality is really bad. They have a few bruised fruit, yogurt cups, and premade egg burritos, everything tasted terrible. A huge disappointment compared to the old breakfast that was offered over the winter season. In our room, the faucet was broken, we called the front desk to let them know and have them fix it, after 2 days, no one came to fix the faucet, we had to wash our hands in the shower. Really ridiculous!

My husband and I have stayed here 3 years in a row. This time the were doing some renovation . Yes the signs said please pardon the mess. However there was litter in all the landscaping and mattresses blocking parking spaces. I would never expect the litter very disappointing. I have always given 5 starts. However it fells like this place is falling off the 5 starts . I only can give 3 star's clean up the outside it is the first thing we see.

Melanie was such a help in my trip to Jackson, I only had so much time to go see the Tetons and animals and she sent me a map where I could see things before sunset. I ended up seeing the mountains and a grizzly bear! Couldn't have done it without her help and even though I ended up not being able to stay at the lodge for the night because of morning thunderstorms, when I come back to Jackson I will for sure come to The Lodge because of the awesome hospitality from Melanie!

Mixed feelings... a few pluses, and lots of minuses. First the pluses, the reception staff were very nice. The bar staff were also top notch. The complimentary breakfast was also nice, and they know how to cook bacon right. The complimentary shuttle is also a big bonus, especially since this place is about a mile from the main part of town and temps were in the single digits. The issues are mostly centered around the cleanliness. This place is just pretty gross when it comes down to it. There were red stains all over the white blanket on the "clean" bed when I got there. There were red crayon scribbles all over the shower. The tissue box had clearly been half used, and it looked like housekeeping had just stuffed a handful of crumpled tissue in the box and left it like that. There was also hair in the shower, hair in the sink, and dust all over the main room. The rooms look incredible online, but they are nothing like the photos when you get inside them. Worn out loveseats and couches, scraped up wood all over, and dust and residue/streaks from what I would assume is cleaning products pretty much everywhere. Not to mention, the rooms are DARK. Even with all the lights on and maxed out and the windows open, it's still too dark to really see clearly in the room. Pretty wild to see a hotel charge this much and just be this generally dirty. But hey, it is Jackson... so you know you're gonna pay. Also, there was a ton of super slippery ice in the pool area, which was a very clear danger. I slipped on it twice, but thankfully didn't fall or hurt myself. All in all, not worth the money for what you get. I'll definitely look for another option next time I visit.

Really a great place to stay. Room was big, bed was comfortable and it was in a great location. The breakfast buffet was very good. You can tell the quality of a hotel by the toliet paper they give you and they use great toliet paper!!

Very poor management. We paid for 4 nights and 4 rooms and on the first night we gather to celebrate with the group we were with and we must have gotten loud, but we were not aware we were disturbing anyone and instead of making us aware and asking us to quiet down, the night manger burst into our room without knocking and warned us he would call the cops! I responded saying a simple request to quiet down would have been sufficient. He left and within 5 minutes 4 police officers were there. They found nothing wrong and we continue to have a good time but quietly. We decided to leave and go to a friendlier resort and left after only on day. We requested a refund for the rooms and to this day crickets! Thieves!!!!!

I called the lodge after seeing an attractive rate online on The Lodge At Jackson Hole website. The female that answered the phone was unprofessional & appalled that I should asked to match the identical amount lodged was offering on website. She stated to me "do what you want but we will not offer you the same price we have online". Strange & unprofessional people. Buyer beware & pay attention to all their bad, embarrassing, terrible reviews they have online. Now we know that their different & strange way of doing business & their disrespect for the general public has a lot to do with their one star bad reviews.

Overall our stay was a positive experience. A few notes that may be helpful: - Housekeeping is only 3 days/week, namely Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday - We were lucky to get our room serviced on Saturday We got back to the lodge late that afternoon and housekeeping was just finishing up on our floor, but our room was not serviced. We asked the housekeeper if our room was next and were surprised when she replied by asking if we needed service today. In the end our room did get serviced so no harm no foul. - Front desk staff are curt but they do their job, so pardon them if they're not the bee's knees when it comes to hospitality. - Our room was comfortable; the small fridge came in handy; there's also a microwave, keurig style coffee maker, lockbox, and free wi-fi - Shower was adequate, hot water was fine but lighting in the bathroom was poor - We did not use the pool but it seemed like there was always a cadre of folks enjoying it - Complementary limo to town is a nice touch, however you should know there's also a free town shuttle that runs every 15 minutes with a stop right in front of the lodge; we found out about this after we called for a limo but were turned down because the driver has luggage duty whenever a bus tour shows up - Here's a pic of the flyer we got at check-in. We could not find some of this info on the web site but in hindsight it would've been nice to have this up front.

Super Nice and Cute Hotel. Very clean inside and our room was the cutest cabin vibe. Customer service was great and very accommodating. Pool is open and their bar is open also. Incase you were wondering for Covid restrictions and rules. Breakfast was great and the servers were the sweetest! Just what is needed at the top of your morning.

The place is cute, but extremely orverpriced for the lousy service and bland food. The people who work here look miserable and are very unhelpful. No joy in their voices, no friendly greeting when you walk in or out. They are supposed to offer concierge service but weren't very helpful. We asked for a late check out and we're told that they were afraid to get in trouble if they noted a late check out for us. AFRAID. That is how awful it must be to work here. Then there's the included breakfast. It's awful. For the price, we thought there's be some variety. Even a cheap Holiday Inn has more variety. Same bland scrambled eggs, breakfast meats, and breads as a Holiday Inn.. no waffles or any other variety, yet this place is so much more expensive than something comparable to a Holiday Inn. For the price we expected this to be a really nice hotel, and it's far from it. You will be very disappointed with the value you get for your money here.

The website sure makes this place look amazing. It has a lot of potential and a good location for traveling. Unfortunately this place is very dirty and run down for the price you pay.

As background, I have stayed at various "high-end" properties, including the Fairmont and Palace Hotels in San Francisco and the Enchantment in Sedona. I therefore have some basis for comparison in rating this hotel and its services and facilities. To call this place a "resort" is a misnomer, for there is little about it to warrant this designation -- the exercise room and pool area were akin to what one would find at a Holdiay Inn; there is no golf or tennis; no entertainment is provided, and the dining room itself and the food was average at best, this includes the complimentary breakfast. Further, as observed in other reviews, our room was not clean, with built-up crud in the bathroom. In addition, on our second night the TV in our room froze, with only the channel guide available. The front desk sent two employees, ostensibly from maintenance, to correct the problem -- all either could do was push some buttons on the remote, which my wife and I had already done. In response to my expressed disgust with the television situation, one of the employees preceded to lecture me about my rudeness and lack of appreciation for his efforts. In the end, we were moved to another room and the Hotel did waive the $27 a night "resort" fee, which, considering that the property was anything but a "resort," was no great compensation for the inconvenience of having to unpack, move, and then repack. In all fairness, two items must be noted -- the shuttle service to town was both convenient and efficient and Adin the bartender was great. He was friendly, offered prompt and excellent service, and helped assure that our time in the bar was relaxing and restful. While I realize that Jackson Hole lodging is pricey, for some $600 an night this place as a severe disappointment and, as such, I would not recommend it.

This was the biggest disappointment we have ever encountered on vacation. We paid $2,200 for three nights Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday (it was advertised to be $1500!) and the first thing we noticed was the room was so dark that we had to use the flashlights on our phones to pick out our clothes. The AC rattled all night, the furniture is very dark and worn out. The shower had a regular spray plus a rainshower head which constantly dripped cold water. The exit door to the parking lot had a broken handle which was very sharp and extremely difficult to open, plus the rug was torn so bad it was a slipping hazard. I would never recommend this hotel, nor would I recommend using Expedia or Hotels.com which were no help.

Although I gave a bad review to The Lodge the saving factor was the Bartender Adin he was so friendly and helpful and defended the hotel if there was any reason I came back it would be HIM. But it is hard to overlook the hotel and rooms and speaking with other guests that I can ignore that. Thank you Adin for give us such great service! I'm

I checked into the hotel yesterday and they informed me that even though I'm staying for 3 nights, they will not be able to provide maid services. However, they assured me that if I needed anything, just to call the front desk and they would have it delivered. This morning, I called to get fresh towels and soap/shampoo/conditioner and they told me they could not deliver it to my room. Additionally, when I checked into my room it was missing items such as conditioner. For spending this much money on a hotel, I would have expected better service. I love Jackson Hole and plan on returning, but will not be staying here.

I cannot say this strongly enough - DO NOT STAY HERE. We paid $800/night and within the first five minutes of checking in we were given a room that already had people staying in it which is an obvious security concern. As we went back to the front desk to let them know that room was taken and we needed another, another employee walked up to the person we were speaking to to let them know the chef had called out (five minutes before the restaurant was opening) They had this conversation as they were "helping us out" which was unprofessional. Here are some other notable negative callouts from our "luxury resort": There was dried blood on our comforter. It took two phone calls and a few hours for them to come and change the sheets They only clean the rooms once every 3 days. The day that they were going to clean our room I called them in the morning requesting that they don't clean because I remembered I took my rings off and had them next to my pillow. I came back to my room and my rings were gone. I was obviously upset and went to the front desk and received a lot of attitude and no assistance. She even yelled "JESUS!" as we were walking away. My rings were not given back to me. There were a minimum amount of pros but I will say the pool was great and the majority of staff (outside of the front desk staff ) were friendly and fantastic.

Here are the pros: it's on the main road and accessible. It's got a nice rustic look and feel, nice pool, nice art work in the hallways, fireplace in the room, hairdryer provided, free shuttle, fantastic breakfast, fridge and microwave Cons: There was a huge amount of various types of hair and food in the beds (see photos), no towels at the pool (even though they're supposed to be provided), bundles of hair (like knots of hair with lint) found around the pool, no button or handicap access door to get into the building, the restaurant wasnt even open because they're short on staff, the Keurig coffee machine didn't work in our room and was dripping yellow liquid with black specs inside/smelly mold. Absolutely filthy room. Disgusting. The drawers had hairs, food, particles, etc. The floors looked like they had not been vacuumed in weeks and also had food, some plastic trash wrappers, and other particles. The bathroom door handle had no lock on it and wouldn't work. The lamp shades and lamps were crooked and somewhat bent when we got in our room. About an eighth of an inch a grey dust is accumulating on the top of the headboards of the beds and looks like they haven't been cleaned in years (see photos attached). They also didn't provide soap for the bath/shower, and no lotion (like most basic hotels provide), and no plastic laundry bag in the closet. The drain in the shower was completely clogged and filled up as we were waiting for hot water before even getting in the shower. We travel at least 1-2 times a month and I can honestly say I've never stayed in a filthier hotel. I'm shocked at how disgusting and unkempt it was, especially for the price I paid. The least a hotel can do, is provide clean sheets and run a quick vacuum through a room before a guest stays. This hotel has a major issue with their housekeeping and they probably need to address it. This wasn't a room that housekeeping missed. The beds were made; so housekeeping marked this room off as clean.

Very nice hotel! Pretty nice rooms. We came during late summer. Pool and Spa we're nice and clean. Only downfall was it closes at 10:00. Nice and close to down town Jackson hole. The ski village is not to far either which is where we went to go on a horseback ride. Some of the front staff was kind one lady was rude to a few customers and other staff members knew/agreed. Due to covid no daily house keeping, which is fine but in order to get towels, ice, etc you have to call and they take a long time to bring anything. They are so short staffed the front desk people were delivering the items. It would be nice if they gave you a towel sack to place dirty towels in as they pile up in the bathroom. They could also staff more based on reservation numbers. We asked for ice and it never came. Pool towels took 30 min to arrive, and only came once they were closing the pool. Free Breakfast was very good for a free breakfast. Burritos, pancakes, sandwiches, parfaits, juice, coffee, bagels, fresh fruit. Way more then most hotel free breakfasts.

Rooms were nice, bed was comfortable and we liked the pool /hot tub. Overall we really enjoyed our stay however I need to give 3 stars due to safety. We had a knock on the door at 9:30am and before I even had time to go answer the door the woman (who I assume was a housekeeper, there was a language barrier) opened the door with her key and helped herself in. Check out is 11am therefore no one should be entering rooms before then. I could have still been sleeping or in the bathroom etc. Overall we had a good stay but felt uneasy after that situation

COVID-19 review. Depressed our hopes of going to Hawaii in the summer were dashed, I planned a good-ol fashioned roadtrip around the Western US and have been wanting to go to Jackson Hole for nearly 15 years now after a co-worker turned me on to this place many, many years ago. The time had finally come and I was surprised that the hotels were so pricy including this one. However, the morning we were waking up in this hotel was our anniversary before going to the Tetons and Yellowstone so I thought we'd spend the extra cash and spend the night here. The pictures were beautiful I saw online and I couldn't wait to get here. Basically, this was so romanticized in my mind that it fell way below expectations, unfortunately. What the pictures didn't reveal was that this hotel is on a very large road with a lot of traffic and other hotels and businesses crammed all around and I was hoping it was more remote into the mountains. It's Wyoming. They have a tremendous amount of space with a tiny population, must everything be sandwiched so close together? Now, after that sad discovery, I will say, service was great, the room was clean, the theme certainly fit the whole hotel, and the pool area was wonderful! Social distancing didn't really exist here in July of 2020 but at that point, there were so few cases in Wyoming (less than 1,000 total from March onwards) that it wasn't too big of a deal. We still wore our masks too and from the pool as well as did our best to keep a distance from others, but that only worked to a degree. Bed was comfortable. Kids didn't complain about the pullout but it looked pretty uncomfortable to me. Breakfast during the summer was grab-'n'-go and was actually a pretty decent breakfast compared to what many of the other hotels had offered up to this point. If I went there when less people were in the area, I'd probably like it better, but it was terribly busy in the whole town (which was somewhat surprising?). Would love to go back and ski though!

0/10 recommend staying here. The facility is unsanitary and unprofessional. The pictures and description on the internet are completely misleading. Another guests left behind bikini was on our bed when we arrived, other people's hair all over the room and quite a bit of mold in shower stall with no proper ventilation. I Informed the front desk the first day we were there. Was informed they would send someone up to take care of the issue. We stayed out of the hotel the following night and didn't use the shower stall again until Wednesday. Come Thursday before we are ready to leave the mold is still present in the bathroom. I took several images of the mold as my husband has allergies and mold is TOXIC. I called the hotel after our stay and was confronted with no respect or explanation. The staff was condescending and didn't seem to take my issues seriously. She informed me that if "my husband was that affected by the mold then I should have contacted them again". We were in Jackson to get married, I do not think it's my job to chase hotel staff around and tell them to do their jobs. Never mind the fact that mold should never have been there in the first place. The lady at the front desk told me it would be taken care of and it wasn't.

this place is amazing! Rooms are so comfortable.. beds and pillows super comfy . Fireplace in the rooms . They have have thought of every little detail to make this your home away from home . Starbuck coffee in the rooms . Outstanding breakfast buffet !!! Bottled waters in the room . Fantastic customer service . Nice pool and hot tub ! I could go on and on forever ...Definitely stay here if your looking for the best !

This is a very nice hotel and rooms are large. The breakfast included was a choice of pancakes, burrito or egg sandwich. There was fresh fruit cups also. The rooms were very quiet. The hallways were very wide. The hotel had a cozy lodge feel to it. It was very clean. I would recommend staying here. You would drive to downtown.

Dirty! From the outside the lodge is gorgeous and looks like an amazing resort! Once you step in, it's like a dark, dirty motel. The hallway carpets were gross and dirty definitely could use a replacement The elevators were rickety and stairwells were musty. Once in the room, disgusting. Carpets were just as bad as the hallways and they didn't vacuum because there were old snacks of popcorn on the floor. There was hair on the bathroom counter and you can tell it hadn't been cleaned. The main shower head was all rusted out and you can tel the shower hadn't been cleaned. Luckily I carry Clorox wipes and wipes down everything!! They don't come around for service everyday so we would just grab more towels from front desk. Supposedly came to turn over the room on 3rd day but all food crumbs still on floor. Gave it 2 stars for outside interior and close proximity. I would never recommend this place to anyone!!

I can't begin to say how great this place is. My group of 5 was in from California to snowboard Jackson Hole and after reading a ton of reviews, decided to stay at The Lodge. It ended up being the right decision. The pricing is more than fair when you factor in that they include breakfast daily, have a shuttle that you can call on anytime and never took more than 15 minutes to arrive(we tipped $5 each trip), has a local bus that arrives every 40 minutes outside that drops you off and picks you up from the mountain(the hotel provides daily bus passes valued at $3 each way) and has the amenities that they do (gym, awesome pool, sauna, jacuzzi). The rooms were nice enough and the beds were comfortable. The hospitality was top tier and that includes the team attending to breakfast, the front desk, the shuttle drivers, towel replacement person at the pool and other staff that we'd interact with daily. Everyone was a hospitality pro. There are plenty of dining options to walk to and the shuttle can drop you downtown within about 10 minutes. When considering location, value, customer service and comfort, this place stands with the best. Great job Lodge team!

Stayed here during ski season and was very disappointed. First and foremost the hotel was LOUD! We could hear every single guest walking past in the hallway and the echos seemed amplified. Didn't sleep well for all three nights because of the noise. There was also a spotlight aimed directly at our window, meant for exterior lighting of the hotel but just terrible design. I asked the front desk if they could turn it off but no luck. It was so bright, even with the curtains drawn shut. The hotel breakfast was fine, the expected basics. And finally, I know this has been mentioned before, but the hot tub was broken. I'm aware they've been trying to get replacement parts for months but even so it's a disappointment that took away from our experience. Overall, a disappointing stay and we left feeling tired and annoyed.

Absolutely awful hotel terrible room service that does nothing and rooms that are inferior to 100 dollar a night hotels but they rip you off for 400 a night here! Minus 5 stars if I was allowed to give a proper rating! Avoid this place and don't waste your money!

The worst front desk manager I've had the "pleasure" of dealing with . We got a letter posted on our door stating that there is cigarette smoke coming from "our room " (see photo attached ). We got back from a long day of skiing and I call the frond desk to clear things up . Mister Diego the front desk manager should probably go back to school and learn a bit of customer service . He immediately made sure we understand that if we don't like the way things are handled we should probably look for another accommodation. Way to go Diego . We are a non smoking family with children and this letter comes as an offense . On top of his horrible treatment we are being accommodated at a place that we call "far from being as described " .The pool area looks like a storage room and drinks are being served from dirty cups . We travel from California and $320 a night means much more in our books . I would be embarrassed to answer the phone the way mister Diego did. "A great disappointment " Mister Diego . I would like to introduce myself : my name is George and I currently manage a 5 star restaurant in Los Angeles called "Jean-Gorges". I would like to extend an invitation for you to join us for a customer service training session. Thank you for ruing our family vacation .

Driving 5 hours tomorrow morning to get here and asked if we could be accommodated, Ellie(spelling?) was so helpful and sweet!!! Great service, can't wait to get there

This place was disgusting! Our bathroom in the hotel room we were staying missed the cleaning. Everything else seemed to be okay in the room although it did smell of smoke. I've tried contacting the manager (Joe) 3 times. He's never there or he will return my call, which never happens. I'm about to add the photos from the bathroom but I'm hoping he will see this message and contact me. I'm not sure what else to do since I've already called and tried to get someone to help me when we were there.

Excellent Hotel and Great staff, close to town and great restaurants and shops. Room were comfortable and spacious.

A little disappointing for $400 a night. Rooms are large and fireplaces are nice, but they could be cleaned much better. Breakfast buffet was pretty sad. Same thing every day - rubbery scrambled eggs, overcooked bacon, and dried out overcooked potato cubes. Ate at the restaurant one evening and it was especially bad. Everything sounded so good in the menu, but the reality feel way short of expectations. Better choice next door at the Wyoming Inn.

We've been visiting Jackson, once a year, for the past 5 years. This was our first stay at this hotel. Pros, the room was fine. Nicely decorated and good blackout curtains. Lots of choices for breakfast. The hotel has their own shuttle to bring you to town and it'll pick you up when you call. The cons, found a dirty towel behind the bathroom door. The walls are very thin. Had to listen the bros play music and blast the TV. Their hotel was nowhere near capacity so I don't understand the logic to book everyone side by side. In addition, there were kids running up and down the hall playing hide and go seek. Oh, and they don't have conditioner. They have shampoo and a 2-in-1, so bring your own conditioner. In the end, there are so many hotels/motels in Jackson, I'll explore other options next year.

Nice facility,terrible people skills in Management & Customer Service. My wife & I booked a King Suite for 6 nights & we stayed 3 due to a family emergency home in Los Angeles. I attempted to speak with the Lodge Manager and was brushed off when I requested the desk attendant to refund the 3 nights, his reason was I booked on Expedia. I called Expedia and they granted an exception due to the nature of my emergency, then they called the Lodge and the Lodge still would not refund our money.I placed a call to the District Manager and left 3 voicemails and Did Not receive even a courtesy call back....Maybe you would accept this degree of unprofessionalism. I am following up with Corporate for the principle of the matter, I will update everyone soon..... BEWARE - GOOD LUCK !!!

One of our all time best hotel experiences. Adorable bears all over the place. Awesome breakfast buffet (only suggestion is to get better sausages). But what a huge buffet!!!! Sandwich I the bar first night was delicious. One of the prettiest rooms AND bathrooms ever! How often is one compelled to take a photo of the bathroom. Beautiful paintings in the room and all over the hotel. Super friendly staff at front desk. Plenty of parking. I could go on and on!

We checked in late at 12:35am and were given a room at first floor. The next morning, we saw there were construction works going on with workers walking around and climbing ladders. Asked to change room. Were told that the new room would be facing the other side of the building with no construction. To our dismay, the new room also had construction vehicles outside our window and workers walking around! We had some issues with the computer at the Business Center. The front desk (a guy) didn't seem too happy to assist us, he had a sour and unpleasant face. Breakfast dishes were not replaced immediately. 15 minutes before 10am, the tray of scrambled eggs was empty, mini muffins only left 4, practically nothing to eat! Maids didn't come in to replace towels or empty trash. We had to go to front desk to pick up fresh towels when we got back after midnight. Desk and drawers were dirty and there was a strand of hair at the desk (see picture). On the day of checking out, a maid came knocking at our door at 6am!! Seems like they are diligent working on the list of check outs, but not replacing towels and making sure guests are happy while there! We asked for a luggage trolley, it came after 20 minutes! By then we had already dragged our bags down. Worse, he clearly saw we were in a hurry and he still tried to get into the elevator with the empty trolley ahead of us and blocked us out! My husband scolded him and he replied, 'why are you yelling at me, man?'. My husband said, 'call me sir, not man' Over-rated hotel, not worth the money we paid for.

The carpet is stained everywhere. The room was threadbare and got $400 had a view of the trash area. Very limited in room amenities and no info on surrounding area. Resort fee is a joke. I would not stay here again. If you are COVID aware, there are no masks worn. Anywhere in the Lodge by anyone. We wore masks and were stared at. This is an extremely poor value for the money.

We just returned from an awesome family vacation in and around Wyoming. A family friend recommend that, instead of four days in Yellowstone, we enjoy two there and two in Jackson, AND that we stay in this awesome hotel. We're glad and thankful that we followed his advise. The Lodge at Jackson went through a $6M renovation a few years ago, and it still looks brand new. Exposed timbers on the exterior, with wooden bear statues climbing all over them. A great pool, part indoors part outdoors. A laundry facility. A great restaurant and bar... great food by the chef. Breakfast... awesommmmmmmme! If you're in Jackson, it looks like there are several good hotels... we definitely recommend The Lodge at Jackson Hole.

We stayed here for 4 nights. Room was very beautiful, we loved the wooden finishings. Courteous staff and efficient housekeeping. We didn't spend a ton of time at the Lodge during the day since we were out with skiing and other activities. But when we comeback, we get clean room and also the pool, sauna and hot tub were great for relaxing. Each morning we started with a delicious breakfast. Plenty of hot coffee and creamer to go around. It's only about a mile walk to town square, if you prefer a ride they have a complementary shuttle that runs to 11pm.

Cute little hotel! Especially loved the black bear decorations and the hotel lobby is very cozy with a wood fire. Friendly staff! I could tell they were slightly understaffed (who isn't right now!), but they were very accommodating with anything we needed. Our favorite part was the free breakfast with lots of options and something for us to look forward to each day before we hit the slopes. This was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. Outdoor Hot tub was great too. Indoor one was broken when we were there, but overall the pool area is well-kept and a great way to relax after hitting the slopes. We will hopefully be back next year!

The view alone of the Grand Tetons is worth staying there. Awesome......Location is everything and they nail that. The food was awful......Sorry but it was. The rooms good but not great.

Arrive and checked in, got up to our room it was DUSTYYYYYY I used Lysol wipes I had to wipe things down as once the AC turned on my son 7 started to sniffle, my daughter 4 months started to sneeze, turned our TV on it didn't work so we called for some assistance they said they would send someone up and no one ever came, got into bed that evening and saw rips in the sheets. The next day housekeeping came at 7:30am and I let her know we would be out of the room at 9 and she could clean it after that and she said ok no problem, we came back to the room at 5pm to get the kids ready for bed and the room wasn't cleaned, we called the front desk to complain at this point we want to leave the property we were so unhappy with the service, paid over $700 for what?? We asked for a refund for the night as we were leaving to go stay at a different hotel, can't step back out to wait for them to do there job and the front desk declined our refund.. we left the property and went and stayed at the Hampton Inn and the cleanliness level was suuuuch a difference! Very unhappy with this place and we will be writing a review anywhere and everywhere we can as all they care about is money not the service to the guests.
