Best Restaurants and Bars Near State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona | Eater Phoenix

"Head to Instagram favorite The Lola AZ for beautifully plated variations of game day foods like crispy hot chicken sandwiches, over-the-top burgers, wings, pretzel sticks, and more. For the full experience, opt for one of their beautiful cocktails (such as the Pineapple Delight that’s served in a pineapple) and a giant Cookie Monster sundae that feeds up to eight people." - Jamie Phillis

Phoenix’s Best Chicken Sandwiches | Eater Phoenix

"It’s not easy nailing the perfect crispy chicken sandwich, but the Lola, a trendsetting West Valley restaurant, does this perfectly with its variation, which features a sweet apple slaw. The sandwich is finished with pickle chips, spicy aioli, and of course — a giant piece of crispy chicken all stacked on a lightly grilled knotted bun. The Lola is currently offering in-restaurant dining, curbside pick-up, and delivery." - Jamie Phillis

Automatically produces fun vibes upon entering this establishment! It's fun, friendly, and has an atmosphere you'll adore! Wait until you see the drinks! Everyone is a work of art! A little on the expensive side but very good! My drink came in an oversized Christmas ornament and it even had a lid and it was huge! The food is delicious and the appetizers to die for! Perfect little bar to meet up with the girls! Not too loud and then after a certain time at night they moved the furniture and it's time to get your dance on! Well worth checking out or for taking your out of town guests for a special experience!

Really liked The Lola. The wing flight was solid, nice and crispy. Fries were great and the old fashioned hit the spot. Steak was a little overcooked but still super tender. Easily one of the better spots in Westgate, and I’ll be back to try more of the menu.

Not sure what's up with the bad reviews, this place is awesome! Also is pretty affordable. Super lively, friendly and fun. A DJ during brunch and the food was great with very good portions!

Came here for an event with some friends before Christmas. Overall the servers were friendly and fast. The pull apart garlic bread. Listen if you even remotely like garlic bread, this place will make you FALL IN LOVE with garlic bread. Admittedly I was already a hard-core garlic bread person but theirs is RIDICULOUS. Its like a soft pull apart chewy fresh soft bread with this garlic butter situation baked on the inside. Like shut your mouth and eat ALL of it. I also had a seasonal peppermint cocoa which was amazing. Smooth, just the right amount of sweet. Also had a seasonal coffee that was rich without being bitter and nicely creamy with oat milk. Ok on to the big ugly. The womens bathroom. Like I dont know what the hell to say other than someone either got very drunk very early and got sick all over an entire stall or what. It was DISGUSTING. Like maybe have maintenance emergencies on speed dial or something because thank God I was already done eating at that point or I wouldn't have even ordered food.

Don’t even bother making a reservation, you’ll just end up fighting for tables with walk in groups. I thought The Lola moving locations would be an upgrade to the service but the same exact issues with over booking and terrible, less than minimum service are still there. We got sat outside with menus due to lack of seating inside. We don’t get service for 20 mins after being sat(12:05) in which the server took our drink orders that didn’t come out until 12:45, my family orders coffee at this time as well. Are food comes out a little late which is understandable for a busy kitchen. Food was good the quesaberria tacos were disappointing but the wings and fries were great. We finish our food and up until this point we’ve seen our server 4x max and had to get helped by other employees(no silverware or napkins were brought to the table) after finishing our food our coffee barely hits the table. We ask for the bill which came with an automatic 20% gratuity. I always tip this percentage out whenever I go out but to have it automatically put on there after such a poor service It was like a final slap to the face. I ask for a to go box in which it took over 10 mins to get. We leave without the food. I fully believe in being respectful to servers especially when it’s busy and I know it’s not her fault but I will definitely not being coming again

Google
The vibe was great and so was the food. The drinks were good. Our server did not provide the best service and when asked to split the check she placed it all on one tab. We waited over 30 minutes for each drink request and it took a long time to get our order in. But it's a great vibe and with a different server I would return.

Adrianna absolutely killed it at The Lola for brunch! 😍 Her service was top-notch, and she made sure everything was just perfect. She was attentive, friendly, and clearly knew her stuff. The way she recommended dishes and paired them with drinks was impressive. She made our brunch experience truly special. If you're looking for an amazing server, Adrianna's your girl! 💯👏 Would definitely request her again.

Google
Nice location in westgate, indoor and outdoor seating available. Fun seasonal decorations The music was so loud that you could not even talk if you sit inside. Music selections were NOT good at all for Sunday brunch. Whoever is in charge needs to get a clue that sunday brunch is not like weekend nights party atmosphere, need to put on ballads, nice relaxing music. Service was bad, I dont know if they were short staffed, but it appeared so. We had a reservation but had to wait to be seated about 15 min. Then no one came to our table to get our drink orders or give us water for another 15 minutes. So when we finally got a server we ordered drinks and food. Everything was delicious! Drinks are a but pricey but good, food was great. If you are not in a hurry its fine, but if you are on a time constraint you probably need to pick a different restaurant.

Yelp
Attended a friend's private bday and it was so fun! The party was after business hours, and they only served appetizers. Everything we ate was delish, the drinks were outstanding and the staff was 10/10. Shout out to the two bartenders, Jo and Cece, for keeping everything top tier, and the energy fun! The Buffalo cauliflower was the best I've ever eaten, and the French Fry Board with tons of sauces was fun, and the mozzarella squares were also great. I do wish the kitchen had been open, just because some people wanted to order entrees, and it seemed like even the host had thought this would be available. They were also out of a few of the ingredients for some of their cocktail offerings, but the bartenders really came through in trying to find other solutions. The place is cute, with lots of fun chandeliers, neon signs, and hanging vines everywhere. We also got the peach spritz and two of us shared it! It was huge, and tasted like a Peach O Gummy!

Yelp
I was shocked as before I have had nothing but great experiences. However, they moved into a much larger space and with that came a decline in customer service and lack of staffing for the amount of people and the type of hyped atmosphere they are trying to have. Service was just ok, but when we were missing items the waitress had an attitude with me. The food was ok. The drinks were not good at all, I don't think they even had alcohol and for the price-save your money! We had a 945 reservation my son was first to arrive a few minutes early and was told where to sit, not seated. When the rest of us arrived we got the same greeting. The gal didn't seem to want to move from her bar stool outside in front of the restaurant she just pointed to the direction of where the table would be-no customer service skills whatsoever. The menus were as sticky and gross as the inside of the women's restroom. We had friends that had an 1130 reservation on the same day and had an even worse experience. I would hope management takes the reins of this. Westgate is a ghost town as several restaurants/bars have closed permanently.

Yelp
From their hours on Yelp & their website it seemed it would be open on a Thursday night. Came with a group, on a Thursday around 7pm, front door open. Sign says The Lola now open & it was only two women sitting down eating at a table. No one else in sight. Went to go look for someone around the bar & the girl firmly said not open. Check/ call before coming on a weekday.

Yelp
The Lola is a straight vibe! We visited from out of state and stopped in for their weekend brunch while celebrating a birthday, and this spot definitely knows how to bring the energy. The location in the Westgate Entertainment District is perfect--fun, walkable, and surrounded by so much to do before or after your meal. Inside, the atmosphere was electric. Think high-energy brunch party: a live DJ, sparklers, shot parades, dancing, and nonstop hype. If you love a good daytime turn-up, this is your place. The décor is stunning--chandeliers, greenery, neon signs, and photo-worthy details everywhere you look. Honestly, the aesthetic alone makes the visit worth it. The food itself was mid--not bad, just not as standout as the vibe. The cocktails and presentation, however, were on point. Service was good, especially considering how packed the restaurant was. Our hostess definitely had her hands full, but she kept things moving and stayed friendly throughout. Overall, we had a great time and would absolutely come back for the drinks, ambiance, and party energy. If you're looking for a cute, lively brunch spot where the vibe is the main event, The Lola delivers.

Yelp
The Lola had a glow up and I'm here for it. I heard so many great things about the Lola and the food was stellar. When you walk into the newly renovated restaurant, it's such a cool vibe. There are post-able photo op areas everywhere but especially the front area with these cool egg chairs. The live DJ also plays some killer tracks while you dine and drink. I got a few different items to try including a burger, the steak frites, and mozzarella squares. Each and every item k for was cooked well, seasoned well and tasty. The cheese pull food the mozzarella sticks was epic as well. I of course has to try a couple of drinks too since I saw you can drink out of a pineapple (who wouldn't want to try that). The drink was tasty and it felt like a tropical escape. I'd recommend stopping by and if you have April as your waitress, she's amazing.

Yelp
Lonyae was our server and he was amazing. He was attentive and quick. He works hard and was running all over the place. We came in a party of 7 and while service was bit slow, it was very entertaining. The champagne parade was so fun! They go around with free champagne and random shots to all the guests. All the cocktails were good, a bit sweet for me but everyone loved it. My Bloody Mary was slightly spicy, just how I like it and made to perfection. All the food items we had were generous portions and good. Lola's is a fun place to get together and party. The decor, DJ, champagne parade, champagne gun, sparklers all elevate the dining experience.

Yelp
We came to The Lola for Latin Night since there was a banda scheduled to play. When we arrived, we were informed the banda wouldn't be performing until later in the evening, but we decided to stay for a bit and enjoy some drinks. The vibe here is immaculate. Such a beautiful spot to take photos, and the aesthetic is absolutely on point. The staff was super friendly and attentive, which made the experience even better. We ordered one appetizer, which was okay, nothing too special. We ended up leaving before the banda started since it was going to be pretty late, but overall, it's a great place to hang out, grab a drink, and enjoy the atmosphere.

Yelp
We made a reservation at Lola for dinner and drinks before the Chris Stapleton concert at Desert Diamond Arena. We've never been to Lola before, but it's close to the arena so we decided to give it a go! We showed up and both the host and hostess looked very frazzled. We got there about 10 minutes early and gave our name for the reservation. We were told we would have to share a long table inside with other people if we wanted to be sat now or we would have to wait a while even though we had a reservation? That was strange but we said fine we could share a communal table. It was extremely hot outside so we just wanted out of the heat and to get inside. We sat down inside and immediately felt stuffy and even more hot than we did outside. We looked around and noticed people fanning themselves with their menus and sweating. Then we noticed big fans on the floor. Their air conditioning was OUT!!! It was packed inside, 110 degrees outside and they have no air conditioning and didn't tell us!!! Completely unacceptable! I asked our server if the air was out and she told us yes it was. She was very sweet and it certainly wasn't her fault. The management and host/hostesses needed to be informing people the air was out and let them decide if they still wanted to dine there. They have tables outside but the misters were on so high the tables were soaked so there was no way you could sit outside under the minsters without getting wet. We got up and left. Such a bummer bc they did have a creative Chris Stapleton themed menu to go along with the concert and they were playing his music, but the heat inside was unbearable and how slimy of the management to not inform people.

Yelp
Went to celebrate a friends birthday. The inside is super cute and decorated for all the cute pictures with your friends. The Christmas cocktails were super festive and taste was amazing! Food was average and nothing super spectacular. You do not have one dedicated server to your table and they charge 20% gratuity and dont outright tell you that; make sure to check before you add more. There was a photographer there trying to upsell you framed pictures of your party.

Yelp
The Lola is a vibe . Enough said. But for the sake of Yelp let's get down to the details! We had Saturday tickets to the oogie boogie brunch but we were in town for a Han Zimmer concert so We ate dinner here 10/3/2025 because the proximity of the restaurant near the Desert Diamond Arena . We were pretty bummed when the waitress said the steak frites were sold out but we ended up getting the short rib entree which was actually really good . Happy hour is 5-7 pm we got two cocktails half off . Now for the next day , we ended up back at The Lola for the themed brunch. Check in was somewhat sloppy . We paid for the VIP brunch admission which contained some extra perks . We got rushed into our table by the hostess and we never got a themed menu , our vip amenities were never distributed (a poker chip and gummy worms/boozy worms ) . Our waiter supplied us with our amenities and was super helpful . We came for our daughter because she loves Nightmare before Christmas and oogie did not disappoint. Oogie interacted with all VIP Tables , danced with the kids and adults , and was super fun . I will say this .... - it's loud with the DJ music . Do not come here if noise sensitivity is an issue . - it's a trendy place , lots of sparklers and fun drinks . Champagne parade consists of free shots around the restaurants . Super fun ! - little ones benefit from the 9am brunch instead of 12 pm . More child friendly . My 12 year old handled the 12 pm brunch fine but she's been to loud concerts and events.

Yelp
Boozy Brunch Vibes await at the new Lola location. Still at Westgate but it's moved over into the old Sugar Factory location. Enjoy brunch boards, fun cocktails and a DJ to keep the party flowing. Service can get backed up as it is a high volume spot. Beautiful aesthetics. Definitely worth checking out.

Yelp
It was a beautiful day to sit outside and enjoy the day. Th music was loud it was hard to hear each other. I got the mimosa flight that was good. I got the basic which has eggs, potatoes and your choice of protein and then an English muffin or tortilla. When I say no taste there was no taste. No seasoning used in anyway for the potatoes. Very bland. It was hard to enjoy the time due to the music.

Yelp
Food was mediocre but the ambience and service made up for it! Event Menu as it was NFL Cardinals home game.

Yelp
I always have a great time here, and have been here numerous times this year. We recently attended the Grinch brunch and had a blast! The servers and staff working were all great and very accommodating. The music was loud that morning and they moved out party outdoors to a quieter table. Eva took great care of us. The Grinch came by and interacted with us and then we got to enjoy all of the beautiful Christmas decor! For food we tried: -The Croffle Flight Board: these were a mix between croissants and waffles. I thought it was delicious and would definitely order again. Very sweet though. -Pull apart Cinnamon-Rolls: this was good too! Sweet but still flavorful. - The breakfast burritos here are always solid and very good sized. I had chorizo and it was awesome. We also tried the grinch-mosa and mistletoe mimosa which were both yummy! This Grinch brunch was such a fun way to celebrate the holidays and I'm so glad I got to experience this at The Lola.

Yelp

Yelp
I stopped thru for the Marcus Trufant Seahawks Takeover event. The atmosphere was popping, the service was TOP NOTCH starting with the dynamic and personable bartender Kira who's recommendations and drinks were on point.

Tori G.

Yelp
The ambiance is really nice, they had a DJ when we came on Saturday who played old school music and there's lots of places to take photos. Unfortunately, that is the most we got out of the experience, because the food was NOT GOOD!! My fiance ordered the chicken and waffles, I ordered the basic breakfast, my best friend ordered the fry-tini and her husband ordered the chicken wings. It took about 20 minutes to get out food and when it did arrive, ALL of the food was cold. It looked good, didn't taste good. All in all, you're paying for an experience, not the food. The service was good! Our waitress was very nice but I still wouldn't recommend this place
google avatar

Tay M.

Yelp
Yikes, they definitely dropped the ball. Our reservation yesterday was for 12:30 , a waitress didn't take our order until 12:50 (not acceptable) . I was unable to catch the waitress name but we were at the last table outside on the patio by the swing and picture display if this helps management. Our drinks arrived at 1:21 . My friend asked if the flights came on a display the waitress rudely said NO. Our food came out and the waffles and French toast were cold. The waitress responded (well yeah that happens because we are busy) Very disappointed in the service and food best part was the view !

Yelp
We went in last night for dinner at 930 PM. They have a Girl Dinner on Friday nights that's advertised on their website. They have 50% off some signature drinks and shareable appetizers. As soon as we got there the hostess let us know they were not serving dinner and it was only drinks. We decided to stay because it was our first time at the new venue. We were told to only sit on the bar area. There were probably just a couple of customers there. When we sat at the bar the bartender asked what we would like to drink, I proceeded to ask her about the 50% off drinks. She stated they were not having that. It's very disappointing that they have something advertised and don't even offer. We were really looking forward to trying the new Lola but left very disappointed after.

Yelp
Trendy and fun atmosphere. Drinks and menu change with the theme. Can be loud at times and staff are busy so hard to flag someone down.

Yelp
I recently visited The Lola and unfortunately it left a lot to be desired. From the moment we sat down, the service felt cold and disengaged. Our waitress seemed visibly annoyed when some people at our table were still deciding on their orders. Instead of offering to come back, she just shot us looks and barely answered any questions we asked. One person wanted to change the eggs in their dish, and when the waitress said it couldn't be modified, she offered the option of removing the eggs and ordering them on the side. But isn't that still modifying the dish? Her lack of helpfulness left a bad taste before we even received our food. When our meals finally arrived, they weren't much better. I ordered the tres leches French toast, which, to my disappointment, lacked any tres leches flavor. It was dry, flavorless, and not at all what I expected from the name. I also ordered a side of potatoes and bacon (never got the bacon). When I pointed this out, they took it off my bill. The potatoes that did make it to the table were bland, with only a salty surprise in the middle of the cup. A few others at the table noted that their dishes were similarly uninspiring, although the chicken in the chicken and waffles did stand out as a positive. The decor, though cute, was not quite what I'd expect for a restaurant of this caliber, and the music, though good, was so loud that it made conversation nearly impossible. It was as if the ambiance was trying to cover up the lackluster food and service. To top things off, our waitress did the bare minimum when it came to checking in on us. She breezed by once to ask how the food was, but didn't stop to engage. We had to ask multiple staff members for boxes and for the check. When the bill finally came, it was split for our group of six, but no one explained that the 20% gratuity was already included in the form of a "restaurant fee." (Btw, they came around with a small machine that barely showed any breakdown of the bill and the writing was super tiny). Some people left extra tips not realizing this, which felt like an oversight that could've been easily avoided with a quick explanation, which I did explain to the others so they could decide if they wanted to leave more tip, if they wanted. Overall, the food didn't impress, the service was frustratingly unhelpful, and the atmosphere was a bit off. I'd recommend looking elsewhere if you're in the area--there are definitely better options that value both customer service and quality food.

Yelp
Let's start with my drink, I fot the pineapple delight, delight? More like what a disappointment!!! It was full of ice as it shows in the picture, what a ripoff, I was looking forward to the Lola now at the former sugar factory. They have a very limited menu for food. We wanted short ribs and the steak and it wasn't available until 6pm!! Though it was on their menu and on their website without stating that. We were told to pick something else and we did and they said they were out. Really?? at 4:30pm? why open to the public if you are not ready. I closed my tab and left for food at Bar Louie.

Eric C.

Yelp
This breakfast spot is an absolute hidden gem! From the moment you walk in, the vibes are warm, welcoming, and full of good energy--the kind of place that makes you want to sit back, relax, and soak it all in. The food? Next level. Every plate that came out looked like a masterpiece and tasted even better. Perfectly cooked, hearty portions, and flavors that make you want to come back tomorrow just to try the rest of the menu. And I have to shout out Monica--our waitress. She was nothing short of awesome. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely made the whole experience even better with her energy and smile. You can tell she really cares about the guests and takes pride in what she does. Between the amazing food, great vibes, and Monica's stellar service, this place is officially one of my favorite breakfast spots. Highly recommend!

Yelp
Let me tell you about HANNA JOE.... Out of my MANY years of partying, I'm not sure I've ever had such a PROFESSIONAL and FUN full service bartender, ever. The service I received from her was outstanding. She was friendly, speedy, and I genuinely felt taken care of. If you go to The Lola, HANNA JOE is a MUST!

Yelp
Martin was legit the best server in the world! The football moms got together for a moms with mimosas event at Lola, and he made sure we had the best time ever. Thanks for a good time Martin!!!

Mariah Z.

Yelp
They overcharged us and we ordered a bottle of champagne & were not told it would cost an additional $14 for 2 empty glasses. They did not tell us that the tip was included in our charge or that there was an "event fee". ASK FOR A RECEIPT!

Yelp
Food is mediocre diner quality. Cinnamon pull apart was dry. Edges were burnt dry. We had two bites before placing it to the side. The scramble/mash was good with a lot of hotsauce on it. No complaints with that one. Space itself is beautiful. Large space with chic decor. Great space for influencers. The christmas decor is a good attempt. Enough to call it a christmas pop up. We noted the Grinch Brunch is only over the weekends, we came on a thursday morning. The staff were really sweet when a family came in dressed in grinch theme. They had the grinch come out anyway. Grinch walked around the entire restaurant. Shout out to you!! That experience really was great to be apart of. Would come back just for drinks before or after an event. The RNB playlist hits!! Would be a fun space for a RNB brunch DJ.

Yelp
My friend and I came to the Lola for the Love Island finale/ watch party/ Bell-A meet and greet. I will say the vibes are very girly and cutesy. They have a lot of space that is well decorated. It was fun to be in such a warm and inviting environment. The staff was super friendly. The drinks were good, we loved the fries. I will say, we went midday, and it was HOT. No ac, just fans, and they gave us hand held paper fans with the event. It was a busy event, but a bit unorganized. The flyers said 2-2:30pm meet and greet, and we were at the meet and greet after 5pm. There were also different tiers for tickets, entry, vip, and vip meet and greet. They basically only sold vip meet and greet, so it was not that special. We also never received our "love island" water bottles since they ran out. I would just like to see more organization if they want to hold events and sell tickets in the future. Possibly limit the ticket sales based on whatever quantities of items they are including with the package. Aside from the event side of things, everything else was great! Again, can't talk enough about how sweet all the staff were! I'm sure it was an overwhelming experience for them, and they were all so kind.

Yelp
Made reservations for 1 pm over a month ago. Waited 1 hour just to be seated. Come to find out they said they said they seated us but never did. They wanted to put tables right in the entrance. I told them never mind. Horrible service!

Yelp
Foodies beware: undisclosed charges will be added to your bill here. I went to Lola for the Luke Combs concert that was recently in town. On the menu, it clearly states there is a "3.5% restaurant fee" added to your bill. Fine, no problem I'll pay it. When the bill later comes the server showed me the tipping screen, which stated 3%, 5% or 7% (I believe). To me, this seemed odd, but she said the event fee is factored in, so it's lower. I then asked what the event fee was and she said she, "I think it's 17% or 20%. Pretty sure it's 17%." She never told me what it actually was or found out for me...great. I'm a bit upset at this point, but need to head to the concert, so I pay and submit to get the receipt via text...When I get the receipt I now see a 3.5% restaurant fee AND a 20% event fee, which was not disclosed anywhere when I entered the restaurant or told to any of us when we sat down to order. "The public deserves transparency when dining out, and that includes knowing the total cost of meals before ordering," Arizona Attorney General Kris Mayes The menu should have stated (or even the waiter idc) that we were about to be charged an exorbitant amount of 23.5% in event and restaurant fees. Crazy to me that places like this try to get away with stuff like this, likely thinking they can take advantage of people rushing to a concert. Please proceed with caution and I encourage you to ask about all of their fees before dining here. I paid $72 for 2 mediocre salads and 2 beers...screenshots of all of this are attached.

Yelp
Looked for a place ore game to get brunch. Did not realize it would be a different game day menu. I had ordered the nachos without jalapeños and it came with jalapeños and a cold thin cheese sauce. I wouldn't recommend. In its place I ordered a traditional breakfast which was served hot and tasted great! I had ordered a drink special and it wasn't listed as spicy but somehow maybe they used the wrong liquor? It was a mixed drink with champagne and a side of the champagne came with so I had that instead. The venue was quite cold since the front and back windows were open and it was kind of a wind tunnel so I'd probably recommend they close the back at least. The DJ was the absolute highlight of the service! I could've stayed there hanging out listening to him spin all Sunday if I don't have tickets to the game.

Yelp
Came after the last Cardinals football game. There was very few people inside. I should have yelped before ordering. Food was ok, but questioned server why a hamburger, chicken and waffles, an nachos would cost over 85 dollars. We only had water! The server said, it because a 20% tip and service fee was added! Now I can see why other places were packed.

Yelp
We went for my mom's birthday (Saturday) morning. It wasn't really busy, we were a party of 4. The girl that was being trained was super sweet, she was super on it. The main host was "super busy" we could barley find her half the time. I ordered the chicken and waffle, it's 2 chicken breast with 1 waffle (it's a good size waffle) it wasn't much special about it. The chicken needed some seasoning. My niece got the French toast with strawberries the cream cheese wasn't as good. The Strawberry sauce did not exactly hit the spot. Music was playing some good hits, it didn't get busy until later.

Yelp
Decent food. I recommend the wings. The benny duo was okay. Service was nice and ambiance felt like a dollar store bachelorette party decor. Prices were reasonable. This is a one time visit or a if nothing else has a short wait kind of restaurant

Yelp
We traveled to AZ for the Charlie Kirk memorial and was looking for a place to have steak and eggs. Came across The Lola, which looked like they had decent food. The place was pretty busy, so we had to be seated at the bar. The bartender with curly hair was initially nice and attentive. When I asked about the steak and eggs, she said they don't have the ribeye at the time. She said they only had sirloin or something. I asked her if she were to go somewhere else for steak and eggs, where would she go. This is where her hole attitude changed. She realized we weren't from the area and responded with, "I don't know. That's a weird question to ask someone who is sweating behind the bar". She walked away right after. My wife and I both felt pretty uncomfortable as she then went over to another server and had her take us over for her. At this point I told her we're going to go somewhere else, and that I would pay for the soda. She said no problem and we left. Since when is it weird to ask someone working in the area about local food?

Yelp
The Lola is like that one cousin at the family reunion - it looks great from afar, but once you get up close, it's a hot mess. The floor is sticky, the atmosphere is deafening, and good luck finding a server. But hey, at least the drinks are instagrammable...if you can get a good angle amongst the chaos. If you're into drunks and $18 drinks full of ice this is your spot. Did I mention the drunk girl puking in the bathroom, the empty soap dispenser and broken hand dryer? Bring your hand sanitizer you'll need it. So, if you're feeling adventurous and want to experience the ultimate sensory overload where you don't have to talk or who your with because you can't hear them, The Lola is the place for you! Just don't say I didn't warn you...

Yelp
Good food very tasty, nice atmosphere and friendly service. Minor down fall was when we tried to order some things on the menu was not available. Not sure if it was because we went too early. We went for brunch around 11ish.

Yelp
Went here for Mother's Day !!! We expected it to be busy. We did not expect to see the tables around us to be greeted and served while we were still waiting to even see our server . Another waiter came to ask how we were doing and when finding out that we hadn't seen a server said "oh Damn " . She ended up helping us while we then seen every table around us be given their food while we waited over an hour plus . And no we didn't order anything gourmet. We order chicken and waffles. The service was absolutely horrendous!!!

Yelp
I had high hopes for this spot but it fell pretty flat. I have complaints about the ambiance. The patio area is cute. We made a reservation and had our pick of the restaurant. Ok...the not good: There was no coffee or tea because the brewer was not working. This place has an entire section titled ,"Toasts" and we were excited to try them. Our server informed us there was no toast available. That's it. Didn't say that up front. No "I'm sorry." Just like another day. Super disappointing and didn't help after being told there was no coffee. I had high hopes for the Eggs Benedict to impress. It was just ok. The english muffin looked like it had been roll over. The temperature a little off, but it tasted good. I will say the Bloody Mary was good. But unfortunately the overall experience was disappointing. I would encourage management to train the staff a bit better and get your equipment operational.

Yelp
They opened a 75$ tab fee without telling you. Even if you do not drink they open a 75$ tab fee on your account on event nights.... no where is that stated or told when you book a reservation with them. Poor service and it was not even busy! But 75$ tab fee added to 35 dollar tab with no alcohol..... wtf

Yelp
The place itself is super cute but they really missed the mark with the service. Drinks ran dry and no one came to check on us. The food came out and no utensils- plates slammed onto table and was not asked if we needed anything, had to wait for someone to walk by to ask for some, had to cut our steaks with butter knives, appetizer came out after entree's & the food was super salty and I like mine on the saltier side. To top it off they automatically add 20% gratuity then still ask if you'd like to add an additional tip- that's absolutely ridiculous on a 2 person bill with terrible service. So with all that being said- they could really make this place fabulous with better service. Overall very disappointed

Yelp
We took our granddaughters there for Easter bunny and breakfast the week before Easter and had a wonderful morning. The staff made it special and the meal was delicious.

Yelp
Had a great brunch with my husband this morning at one of our favorite breakfast spots. We had a wonderful server by the name of Martin, who made us feel at home and not a bother to him at all. 10/10, would recommend to all, will be back soon! Would recommend trying the Breakfast Tacos and the Huevos Rancheros, to die for ‍

Yelp
We've been to The Lola for brunch, but did you know they also have an amazing dinner menu? Everything was delicious from appetizers to dessert. The vibe was top-notch, and our server, Javon, was next level. Everyone was so attentive and personable! They also do some awesome celebrations. Here's what I recommend: - Entrees: Alavodka pasta or Carne Asada plate. The kids had their mac and cheese and loved it! - Dessert: Fire Dessert!! It is a whole experience. - Cocktails: Amazing as well!

Yelp
DON'T GO IF YOU HAVE A LARGE GROUP! Everyone from our large group paid for VIP EXPERIENCE and we got stuck in a small room in the back without the full experience! Also the lady manager is the worst! Did absolutely NOTHING and to accommodate for what we paid for! And was just rude! Got charged "event gratuity" and restaurant fee! You're better off going in as general admission! Only good thing we had there was our waitress.

Yelp
Such a cute venue! There is always a theme or special event which is so fun! Brunch was tasty, server was so nice even though he was crazy busy. I definitely recommend it for brunch or late night - no matter the time of day- you must grab a picture at the cute photo ops!
