The Lookout Cafe - Wild Horizons

This is a must visit place when you're in Victoria falls. The atmosphere and the views are unmatched. If you're not a white tourist you'll have a tough time getting and maintaining the staff's attention but I guess that's to be expected. The food is excellent, the pricing is actually not bad for Vic falls. I had a great time here.

This is a wow, An absolute must if visiting Vic falls. Wonderful restsurant, most awesome art work. Beautiful views. Good menu. Delicious food, especially the mussel starter. Friendly staff and reasonably priced.

Lovely place. Took us walk in because they declined a booking so our sitting was not the best to see the gorge. The food: was okay, we had the bream and chips which was tasty, the arbergine /couscous salad was also okay ( could improve on plating) but either the beans or couscous wasn’t fresh, I just thought the sour smell was from the cheese or the dressing, turns out no, so if you smell something off with your meal don’t eat lest you end up with an upset stomach as I did.

Incredible view and a healthier more delicious menu than the usual meat-feast zimbabwe menus. Try the Loaded Vegan Toast (forget vegan, it’s guacamole, fried mushrooms, sausage and other goodies on homemade sourdough toast. YOu have to ask for it as they dropped from the official menu recently. Probably the only healthy food in Victoria Falls!

This one was a difficult one for me. Staff 5 stars, helpfulness even of drivers around 5 stars. But ! The menu indicates that crocodile comes with chips and salad according to the menu - doesn't - missing inventory missing alcohol - not the staff fault, but management. And my rating is for the management, which is a big zero. Not the staffs fault but management is responsible for stock... And looking over the menu. So I tipped well hoping it goes into the staffs pockets. But seriously it's badly managed and I wouldn't come back because of that. Cost us 44 USD... Come on. Big shout out to parking attendant. Service was slow but manageable. No Thai food just Indian. Don't get fooled.

A fantastic place with stunning views and great food… (though no view of the main falls). For the location and quality of food, the pricing is very reasonable ! Perfect for a dusk with some drink and food… I personally loved the way the chef accommodated the preparation customisation I asked for ! Definitely coming again with more people from India !

The setup is stunning. A very beautiful place I must say. The salmon was delicious 😋 but didn't like the wrap, it was a bit dry. Patience is key as the food prep is very slow. Otherwise the overall experience was lovely

The place to be! With an exceptional view to the Zambezi river on the edge of the Zimbabwean side, this venue offers amazing cocktails, food menu and breakfast. Either for food or for drinks then, it is the uttermost place to be when BF if relaxing with a great view is wanted. The staff is extremely polite, always smiling and of course willing to serve. Prices are fair and balanced taking into account the size of the dishes (large enough portions) when it comes to the food, and quite cheap for the drinks ($7/cocktail). Definitely a small gem! PS1: Try the lasagne and the omelette! PS2: Tecla is an amazing well hearted lady ! 💛
