This was such a lovely shop to stumble upon! The staff is so kind & the clothes are fantastic

Andrea is hands down one of the sweetest people I've met. Their customer service is amazing. The clothes are fabulous. If you're ever in Sonoma and looking for a new dress, this is hands down the place to go!

You will never find a better store to collect beautiful pieces for every season. Joene and Andrea never disappoint. They both have an eye for just what a girl wants and needs. Plus they are both delightful and create a fun place to shop! Thanks, Melanie

Visited The Loop and picked up some sweet jeans for the girlfriend and a nice dress for my 14-year old daughter. Andrea does a great job buying.

My go-to for the best fitting jeans, great blouses and tops, casual date clothes and dresses. I've been shopping at The Loop for years, since they opened. My loyalty is well placed

The clothes are overpriced and the clerk was afraid to let us walk around the 10-foot wide store with any garments. It's like she was afraid we were going to run out the door with the clothes.

This is the sort of store where you get a conciliatory "hello" when you walk in but then nobody else speaks to you. My guess is that I do not fit their body type or maybe I don't look like I have enough money. Who knows? Been to many little boutiques like this across the country. They have limited clothing items with brands like Paige you can find at Nordstrom and way overpriced jewelry. They give you that smile without their eyes when you leave even though you could have spent money on a daughter but they've made assumptions about you. Ick. No thanks.

Another small boutique on the square. Lightly stocked. Mostly clothes. Some accessories. Bought a baseball cap with a logo of my hometown.

I went into this store with three other BIPOC women a couple times on my trip. The women in the store not only didn't acknowledge us, but they just sort of stared of us while we walked into the store. The women were exclusively attentive to white women in the store. It was hurtful, disrespectful and disgustingly obvious that they saw us as "others". I actually ended up confronting the woman at the front desk about it, and they both insisted that wasn't the case (while one of them was calling someone on the phone). As they walked out, they literally whispered to each other.

Ugh! Gonna have to change my rating. I was in this store on Tuesday when the Sonoma mask mandate was in effect and the employee that was working was not wearing a mask. Every other place I visited in Sonoma all were wearing masks. I have shopped in this store a half a dozen times since the pandemic and the owner and the employees NEVER wear a mask. They also allow customers into the store and dressing rooms without masks, even during the height of the pandemic. No idea why they choose to disregard CDC standards and the county mandate but I am done shopping here.

There is no sign on the door requiring people to wear masks, the employees and customers are not wearing masks. I asked around about it and apparently the owner is refusing to put up a sign or require and will probably be shut down soon. Will definitely not be entering until they change their policies.

I have walked by this store on two different days since they reopened. The employees do not wear face masks, which is required during the Covid19 pandemic. I will not be shopping here.

Other Yelpers report that this is a great store for the 20 - 30-something gal. I'll officially extend that upper range (not saying by how much) as I, too, like to look at beautiful merch. The Loop is an enticing shop right on the Sonoma Square, with cute clothes, jewelry, and beautiful little things (like shapely hourglasses) that will announce to your visitors that you have some seriously good taste. That said, bring along your fat wallet as we're talking $400 purses and the like. Me? I'd rather fly to Kauai. But a $40 - $80 hourglass to sit on my table and broadcast my fine interior decorating skills? I could spring for that.

I love to support small businesses but was so disappointed with this store. I went in on a Saturday and no one was wearing a masks. None of the customers nor the employees. Will never go back.

Love this shop! Great selection of gorgeous & timeless denim, and the owner is so personable and chill. We're both voracious readers; we talked books and got so excited giving each other recommendations (truth be told, I'm on a mission to get everyone to read The Goldfinch and Madeline Miller's two amazing novels, among others). I was super pleased with my purchase and am excited to go back sometime soon... maybe even tomorrow before vacation ends - my pocketbook be damned!

I love The Loop! Best customer service and the cutest clothes in town. The owner Andrea has impeccable taste and chooses the best items from each line she carries. As a regular customer for years I'm embarassed that it took me so long to write this review. I can't recommend this place highly enough, definitely a MUST visit if you are in Sonoma.

Cosabella lingerie, Trina Turk, Citizen jeans, cute accessories, and even Velvetmen guy's clothes... gotta love this gem of a boutique right on the square. Edit: -1 star for getting rid of their guy's stuff. I would really like to support local Sonoma businesses when shopping for the bf, but now when he needs to get stuff we end up going to the boutiques in the city.

The Loop is by far the best place to shop clothing and accessories in Sonoma. I try to buy local as much as possible and the owner, Andrea Jensen, is a true local! I have no problem admitting that I like to buy the brands that I want to wear! The Loop has them all, just to name a few: Tysa design, AG jeans, Toms, Cosabella, Chan Luu...you get the point...they're all great! In my opinion there is something here for everyone no matter your price point. I find gifts, purses, wallets, shoes, undies and more! If you haven't visited in at least a year you're missing out. Did I mention the sale room? Just Sayin' To match the amazing apparel and sweet owner, the Loop has an amazing and calm atmosphere that welcomes anyone to shop.

This is one of my favorite small shops ever. The clothes are casual with real style. Well selected and displayed to give you ideas of how to put things together. You don't see these clothes around in the big stores, so you can pull your own look. Well priced. If you need a size they can often order for you. Very knowledgeable owner. Really a great find.

Love this shop. Beautiful and unusual items. Staff is ALWAYS friendly and helpful. I would recommend this shop to everyone! A real gem in Sonoma.

Overpriced. The owners are rude and disrespectful especially the college student that works there. I can find all these clothing designers at other stores for less price. There isn't anything special about this place.

The Loop is the only place in town that carries the perfume that my Fiance wants. Every time I go in I'm always greeted promptly and nicely. The owner, Joene, is one of the sweetest people I've met in any of the plaza stores. As said, don't expect bargains. Everything is top notch though. Money well spent

Customer service sucks!!!!! Never did the person at the counter acknowledge me once! Stayed glued to her phone the entire time I was there, at least 10 minutes, and walked right past her looking at all the racks. WTF!!! I work retail at an upscale boutique and would have been reprimanded if I displayed this type of behavior towards a potential customer. I would never step into this boutique again and would not recommend it. This whole experience threw me for a loop!!!!!!!

I think this boutique is so cute. I shop here each time im in Sonoma. If Janet is working, ask her to assist you. SHE IS AWESOME! This is why im always broke when I get home. See you soon!

Really cute boutique with cool brands. Picked up a couple of things. Customer service was great. I was visiting the area and asked if there was a place nearby for a manicure. She made an appt. for me and showed me how to get there. I will totally stop in here again the next time I'm in Sonoma.

Such a beautiful store. Amazing editing of some fabulous brands...Velvet, Mother, AG 360 Cashmere, etc...a classy professional boutique. The gals are super friendly and helpful. They even give great recommendations for local wining and dining. Don't miss their second new store The Loop at Cornerstone on Hwy. 121....another beautiful store and other fun shops to peruse.

Love this clothing store although don't go looking for bargains. Lots of fun unique clothes handpicked by the owner and cutie pie manager, Andrea. I bought the cutest pair of pants there and received tons of compliments.
