It is simply ridiculous that they offer no refunds or other compensation for rescheduling their events. Many of us were planning to go to the 2023 Luminary Loppet but it was rescheduled later to 2/18 when our group already planned a trip to Mexico. We get an e-mail that stated they have a no refund policy, they’re sorry, and we could have our tickets transferred. I am beyond disappointed that the only answer is, “well it’s our policy, so you’ll have to figure it out yourself.”
We loved the Luminary Loppet and plan to go every year. But if this is the service the foundation treats their donors and customers, I have no interest in supporting it or recommending others support it for the future.
Thanks but no thanks.
