"The owners of the Lost Cajun in Keller, Texas, are 'being subjected to unconstitutional race and sex discrimination by the ‘priorities’ that the statute commands for minority- and women-owned businesses,' the lawsuit alleges." - Gaby Del Valle
DFW Restaurant, Trump Cronies Sue Federal Government Alleging Anti-White Discrimination - Eater Dallas
"The lawsuit was filed by a legal advocacy group called America First Legal, founded by Stephen Miller and Mark Meadows, both aides to former president Donald Trump, on behalf of a Keller restaurant called the Lost Cajun." - Amy McCarthy
My husband and I wanted a quick lunch and decided to stop and try this place out. The food was delicious 😋. I ordered the house salad with blackened shrimp and a cup of chicken sausage gumbo and my husband got the Cat-touffee. I ordered mini beignets for my daughter and they were a huge hit! We thoroughly enjoyed both of our meals and will be coming back.

The food here is really good. Shrimp was fresh and cooked to perfection. The frys are crisp and flavorful. The boudin balls are about the size of the hush puppies and are very good. The lobster bisque has a wonderful flavor. The pasta lafitte with shrimp was good as well. The atmosphere is friendly and inviting. The staff was so helpful and ensured we were taken care of.

If you're looking for a unique dining experience in Keller, definitely give this place a go! Authentic Cajun food at a reasonable price, and really great service! The owner even stopped at our table and visited for a minute! We'll be back again soon!

Outstanding food, excellent service & warm greetings & conversation from the owner, Jay. Sampler board was awesome - can't wait to go back & try more of the menu! Great decor, friendly, comfortable atmosphere.

We don't eat a lot of fried foods but this place was worth it! Our sever was super friendly and helpful. Love that you get samples to try. My cat-touffe was delish (the name thew me at first) and the beignets were airy and awesome (not greasy like others). Only downside is no bar, but we'll be back!

A little disappointing. The catfish was nice and moist but the crawfish etoufee was not. Crawfish was mostly missing and if found were tiny. The etoufee itself was bland and nothing like other Cajun places around town. The gator poboy was pedestrian and did not really stand out. There were less than 10 morsels which was expensive I thought. I love Cajun but looks like I have to drive another 20 minutes to get good cajun

I ordered the Crawfish Etouffee and a cafe au lait. The Crawfish was warm with a bit of spice without too much heat. I expected a bit more rice (some places give too much) but this amount was good. It came with garlic bread that was also nice. The cafe au lait was colder than I prefer. My wife and father in law both really enjoyed their dishes, Redfish and fried shrimp. We'll definitely be back to try other dishes

Finally a restaurant that knows what po boys are all about! Between their shrimp roast beef and sausage po boy I can never choose which one to get each time I visit. But I do eventually :-)
The owner's name is Jay and he's very polite and he always comes around and says hi at my table.
Seems to be pretty busy when I visit at dinner time... lunch time or a little after seems to be the best time to show up.
They have a bar and TVs on the wall and usually have a sporting event playing. There is also Cajun background music always on!
The Lost Cajun is now a part of my restaurant routine in Keller.
