On the Grid : The Lot

"The amount of sass that radiates from this high fashion store is enough to knock you flat on your face. Definitely not the shop for a subtle statement, here you can find faux fur jackets in any colour you wish and jeans that comfortably straddle the line between outer and underwear. This store shouts “if you’ve got it, flaunt it!”" - Yellow Door Collective

A cinema experience you feel Cinema Lot isn’t just a place to watch a movie it’s an experience. From the moment you walk in, it feels like you’re about to be pampered. The seats? Incredibly comfortable. The service? Spot-on. A waiter literally comes to your seat, so you can enjoy your wine or a warm meal while watching the film. It’s not just about seeing a movie it’s about feeling the movie. The cozy ambiance, delicious bites, and overall vibe make it something I’ll always choose over a regular theater. Perfect for date nights, solo escapes, or a luxurious evening with friends.

The LOT in Fashion Island is hands down one of the best cinema experiences in Newport Beach. From the moment you walk in, the ambiance feels elevated, stylish lounge seating, upscale decor, and a menu that goes way beyond popcorn (hello, truffle fries and craft cocktails). I came here to see Mission Impossible and the whole night felt like a mini staycation. Comfy reclining chairs, great sound, and the kind of service that makes you want to come early just to soak it all in. Located right in the heart of Fashion Island off Newport Center Drive, it’s the perfect pre- or post-shopping spot. As a local realtor in Huntington Beach, I’m always scouting out OC gems like this to share with my clients, especially those relocating and looking to live the lifestyle, not just buy a home. If you’re searching for a luxury movie night in Newport Beach, The LOT delivers. Happy to share more local favorites if you’re new to the area :) just ask!

My family and I enjoyed a fantastic in-theater dining experience at The LOT, where the convenience of seat-side service made our movie night feel like a special treat. We ordered a variety of dishes: the steak bowl, salmon bowl, poke nachos, and corn esquites, with bread pudding and vanilla ice cream for dessert. The food was tasty and well-prepared, with the poke nachos standing out for their fresh, vibrant flavors and the bread pudding providing a warm, indulgent finish. That said, the prices felt a bit high, likely due to the premium of ordering directly from our movie seats. The service was impressive and friendly, especially considering the theater was only half full. Our food arrived quickly, and our server was attentive, promptly returning to take our dessert order after we activated the service light. The ability to have everything delivered to our seats without getting up was a major highlight, making it a worthwhile splurge. The only minor challenge was eating full entrees in the dark theater, which can be tricky—but that’s more about the general in-theater dining experience than The LOT itself. We highly recommend The LOT for a convenient and enjoyable movie-going experience. The combination of good food, friendly service, and seat-side delivery makes it a great choice for a fun night out. Just be ready for a higher bill and some logistical quirks when eating in the dark!

In a world where the cinema experience is struggling— The Lot @ Fashion Island isn’t helping. I’m a frequent customer who gives 3-stars only because it’s a bit more upscale than most theaters. However— ordering food during the movie is always a disappointing experience. Your food may arrive 10 minutes before your utensils/napkin, and 15 minutes before your drink (assuming you even get the correct drink). This is a regular on-going “for years” fiasco. It’s not rocket-science to get the food, utensils and drink delivered within a minute of each other— especially when you are paying $40 for a burger & soda (w/tax & tip). I’m still hoping someone there with common sense will fix this issue one day. In the meantime— I’m switching to 50% off Wednesdays—with no food purchases. My recommendation/hack: Order your drink “only” first, also tell them to bring you utensils with your drink, then after this is fulfilled/delivered… place your food order. Either that, or set your expectations real, real, real low.

Terrible seats. Seats are way too deep. Can't order online. Can't order food at concession stand, only popcorn, ice cream or candy. Ordering in the theater is not a good idea if need modifications to food (like no mayo due to allergies).

Usually love The Lot and this location. My husband and I go at least once a month. Sometimes we buy food sometimes we don’t. Safe to say we have spent a lot of money at this location. Today was one of those days where we got tickets, and were not hungry. Additionally, I couldn’t have anything that they have due to a recent surgery but I needed water to take my medication. I went up to the concession stand to ask for a cup of water before going in for the movie. Today they told me they could not give me water if I was not buying something to which I told the staff that I was a customer and had movie tickets. I had no problem the day before (yes I went to the movies two nights in a row. Good movies out right now). They told me they could not give me water due to wasting plastic cups? I found this very weird that they couldn’t give a customer a cup of water???? McDonald's even has free water… restaurants in California give you free water upon request. Either the staff was lying which is horrible customer service or The Lot has this as a policy which I find is still not good customer service and should be changed. It was very dehuminazing and felt like I was begging for a cup of water??? Rubbed me the wrong way. Not being able to give customers tap water is crazy especially for a “nicer” movie theater experience. Ended up ordering water from my seat with no problem (the staff serving people at their seats were very nice) to take my medication but my husband and I will stick to AMC from now on. Call me crazy but I believe all humans should have access to water. First time I’ve ever been denied water in my life and the concession stand men didn’t seem to care.

Great cinematic experience. It's a cute and small theater. Super comfortable chairs that recline so far back it is like you are laying on a bed. The waiter/waitress could be better. They take a bit long to arrive. My specific experience that threw me off was, ordering something, waiting a long time that I had to call the waiter back, only to be told that it is not available (the decent thing would be to not keep my hopes up)

Went into have a drink while the wife attended a yoga class. Had the Cesar salad. I didn't attend the theater but the bar was beautiful. Highly ceilings and an open floor with a breeze from the windows. Felt like a great Gatsby film.

Yelp
My boyfriend and I came to The Lot to watch Superman and had a pretty great experience overall! The theater is super clean, the seats are extra comfy, and the food was actually really good -- not just "good for a theater" good, but like, we'd-eat-this-again good. The only thing that knocked it down a star was the water situation. We asked for water when we placed our food order, didn't get it. Asked again when the food came, still nothing. Finally got it the third time we asked -- and by then we were already halfway through the movie and super thirsty. Still, it's a solid spot for a movie night, and we'd definitely come back -- just hoping the service is a little more on point next time!

Yelp
Came for dinner and a movie and everything I ordered was absolutely amazing Love this place so much! Ahi poke nachos are my favorite, and a huge portion. And the best part is you can eat while you watch the movie. Dream come true

Yelp
We stopped by to visit for the very first time to watch a movie at The Lot Fashion Island yesterday. My wife loved the cleanliness and the ambience, it feels like going to watch a movie in a upscale hotel, the check in people were nice! Cons: Since it's our first time, we did not know how to use their dine in service ( There's a QR code on our seats but to just look at the menu), we eventually firgued it out but took us awhile and the person (african american gentleman, we didn't get his name) that took our order seemed bothered doing so. We're not sure why. ( Theater 5, Accountant 2, 6:30pm). Hopefully it was his off day and not because of any other inappropriate reasons. Overall , we did enjoy our experience and plan to come back to watch "Thunderbolts" here, hopefully our experience will get elevated to 5* next time

Yelp
I love this movie theater. Once you try this place, you can't go anywhere else! The seats recline and you can pop your feet up. The food runners and waiters that you can call with a push of a button really go above and beyond. I'm sure it's difficult balancing food and going up stairs in the dark. One waiter even had to turn on a light to show someone the label of a bottle of wine. Super fancy! The volume and bass is loud and immersive- terrifying for a Jurassic park movie but it really keeps you involved in the movie itself! Definitely take advantage of being a member (it's free) and catch a movie on Wednesdays for half off (only $13 per ticket!) Movie Wednesdays will personally be a fun new tradition for me. With dining options in the theater itself and all around fashion island you can create a great date night or fun friend hangout!

Yelp
Always a great movie experience with comfortable seats and strong cocktails. We also enjoy the salt & vinegar popcorn and caramel popcorn.

Yelp
I've been here many times, comfortable seats and delicious strong drinks! Love their flavored popcorn as well

Yelp
OMG! I love this theater for more than the comfort, movies and food! Today I went with my son to see Naked Gun. On way to my car I noticed the diamond from my wedding ring was gone! I called and they were so helpful concerned and kind! And they actually FOUND IT!!!!! thank you to all who looked and cared. You are the best!

Yelp
This might be the nicest movie theatre I've ever been to. The menu was surprisingly extensive--they had everything you could want, including sushi. They also had gluten-free options like flatbread. I ordered the gluten free bbq chicken flatbread and it was a nice size and it was tasty! Next time I'll be ordering the gluten free lava cake too. The theatre itself is on the smaller side, but the experience felt more elevated because of it. The recliner seats were super comfortable, and everything--from the seating to the bathrooms--was really clean and well-maintained. Overall, I was really impressed with both the quality and variety they offer. The only downside is that it's a bit on the pricey side, but for what you get, it feels worth it.

Yelp
I will NEVER go to another movie theater ever again! This place is AMAZINGGGGGGG Full restaurant service and full bar while I lounge in a leather recliner! That was LOVELY!!!!! My friend had the sangria and I had a soda. We got 4 of the fresh baked , warm cookies. Amazing and a couple orders of popcorn. Server was great Tickets were $19 per adult and I believe $17 per kid but it's TOTALLY WORTH IT Bathrooms were VERY nice, think 5 star hotel, parking in the structure was super easy! I will absolutely be back

Yelp
I'm a HUGE Joker & Harley fan, so when Joker: Folie à Deux dropped on our anniversary, we had to see it at our favorite theater, the LOT (Don't worry -- I won't say anything about the movie...) We kicked off with our go-to drinks: Spicy Cucumber for me, Old Fashioned for him -- both perfectly made! Then we ordered the Fried Brussels Sprouts, our new fave, while the Shrimp Tempura Roll is always a must-have. Service is always amazing at The LOT -- special thanks to Angel for making our evening more special by staying on top of things and making sure we were taken care of! The Coconut Shrimp was good, but probably a one-time thing for us. An amazing night of food, drinks, and celebrating 6 years together!

Yelp
Drinks are so good here. I had like 4. I had a very attentive server that came back to check to see if everything was good. Obviously, I ordered a drink every time lol. The calamari is really good too. Such a large portion. I love the outdoor seating, the ambiance is nice.

Yelp
I thought this was a great experience! Cool place to watch a movie while having so many variety of dishes and drinks served to you. There is a button on the seat, a waiter will come by and take your order! A big popcorn bucket is $10, beers are about $8-10, cocktails are about $16, dishes like burgers, nachos, etc are about $17-25 depending on what you get! I thought prices were pretty reasonable considering movie theater prices! A ticket is about $22, but they have a Wednesday deal where tickets are $13. I took off a star because the seats we had, had rips and tears in it... they do recline back and are pretty comfy.

Yelp
Back again! My fiancé and myself were shopping at Fashion Island and decided to see a movie. The new A Quiet Place movie came out (it's the prequel to the other movies), and my fiancé really wanted to see it. I was just there for the ride. I didn't care too much for those movies. I will say, my favorite character in the movie was the cat. lol This is the most comfortable movie theater around! The seats are so comfortable and huge. Plenty of room if you have thick thighs lol And you can recline the chairs back and put your feet up. It's almost like being at home on the couch. You can also order food and have it delivered to you directly. Each chair has a table that you can slide out and put food on it. Awesome. Everything about this movie theater is luxurious. And the ticket price is high, but worth it in my opinion.

Yelp
Pros: 1st time here! Parking is right at front. Accesible and easy to find. Brought my mom with me and ate popcorn, water & martinis. Soft, comfy chairs, with a service button to order. Fast service! QR code to scan for large selection of food and drinks. Seriously it's like a restaurant menu! I love this-- not sure if most of you will consider this a pro but they only have one size popcorn (no large or extra butter). People were quiet and respectful. All the employees are super friendly and attentive to the customer needs. There's a full bar right outside the theater rooms where a lot of people lounge. Beautiful ambience and overall environment. Luxurious-ish. Cons: Be careful when purchasing tickets! (See screenshots of email conversation) I purchased tickets online two weeks ago but couldn't attend so I emailed them 3 hours before the show time for a reimbursement. They refused to give me a refund and instead gave me two vouchers that expire within 30 days. Their reasons for not refunding me were nonsense but I wasn't going to waste my energy arguing. No heated seats. I don't care but maybe some of you do. Wish I brought my blanket or a jacket though as it was a bit chilly. No toilet paper in the women's restroom. Smelled like a footlocker not a movie theater lol Spent well over $100 for how many "cons" there was

Yelp
The lot is located in fashion Island. The theatre itself has the luxury recliners which is nice for a two hour movie. You can tell the theatre is dated as we sat in the last row and the seating was ripped and very worn. Also for previews the audio didn't seem too loud or dark in the theatre. Service on the other hand was on point and attentive when calling for service. I will say the menu is definitely on the pricier side but your paying for convenience to dine and watch a movie. I ordered the turkey club $23 it was pretty solid and filling. The cocktails were strong and worth the $16.

Yelp
First time coming a fashion island to the movies the lot beautiful restaurant great drinks came on a slow Monday to watch sinners for the second time. I'm impressed how beautiful it is. Boyfriend surprised me didn't take much pictures. Margarita flatbread it's amazing. Amazing service. Everything was brought to our seat. We had a QR code to scan and the workers bring your food and drinks.
google avatar

Melanie D.

Yelp
This is a really nice theater, lots of screens and service for food or drinks inside. The actual reason for my review today, though is to say that this is a hidden gem if you want to watch Have food and drinks. They have really good TVs and larger tables if you have a bigger party. Recently we went to watch a game and shared crispy Brussels sprouts, corn ribs and spicy tuna on crispy rice. They were all tasty and well presented. We enjoyed watching the game there, And we're glad to have found it. In the future, I will definitely consider going again just for drinks and apps and to watch a game.
google avatar

Brie A.

Yelp
I loved going here because they had the three best things in life: wine, popcorn, and sushi. I was genuinely disappointed to find out it's no longer available. Please, for the love of all that is good, bring it back! It was such a standout offering that made this place feel special, and I know I'm not the only one who misses it.
google avatar

Paulene L.

Yelp
Oooh. I think my boyfriend and I will travel from the beach cities to here for everytime we watch a movie now! We enjoy the food menu especially the tuna nachos and the banana bread with ice cream on top. I like that you can either eat in the restaurant they have or have the food delivered to you! There is alcohol!!! We sat down minutes before our movie and the worker was able to take our order so he will be ready before the movie as well. It was pretty quick. We did watch a movie at 8:30 on a Wednesday so that could be a factor as well. The seats were a little cracked from wear and tear but besides that it was still pretty comfortable.

Yelp
This is not my first dine in theater experience but it was my first time at The LOT in fashion island and I was very impressed on how fancy and elegant it looks I came to see the Jurassic World movie I sat my self down scanned the QR code and the menu had a variety I decided on the wing+fries+drink combo and man they did not disappoint the wings were perfect not to crispy but not to soft just the right amount of sauce the fries were perfectly crisp my modelo was cold and refreshing tasted really good I also ordered the bbq chicken flatbread and omg it was so good I also got a coke that did not go flat the whole movie so I'm impressed with that the service was good my drinks and food came out in a perfect timely manner I closed out my check as soon as I ordered all in all it was a great experience will definitely be back to catch another flick and eat some food

Yelp
I'm writing this review on behalf of the waiter Omah. (Tall Black Male most likely works Food & Beverage) He was very disrespectful and to be honest quite discriminating. I went with my gorgeous Girlfriend to The Lot which was amazing if I'm being fair. Everything was clean and organized. We used the button to call for service as everyone does but Mr.Omah was taking an order of a very presentable couple that walked in behind us, being interactive with the menu, pointing things out to make sure that's what they wanted, explaining things that were asked, & having the upmost politeness and courtesy for the couple. However, when he came to take our order it seemed like everything I said was bothering or funny to him. It was more of a "what do you guys want" instead of a "what can I get for you guys." I ordered a plate for myself and one for my Girlfriend, mind you we are very basic eaters and I'm picky so a burger and chicken strips was good for both of us. (Some of the best movie theater food there is by the way!) I asked my Girlfriend if she wanted a drink, she said "whatever you'd like" so I said Large Sprite. Mr.Omah looked at me surprised or trying to make fun of me by saying and shaking his head "only one drink" even though my Girlfriend doesn't drink Soda much & it was a Large which we drank the one the whole movie. Finally, he did ask if we wanted to keep the tab open and I did, but as we wanted to order a desert he comes with the bill. No explination no "here's your bill the kitchen will be closing" just a stare and his hand out with the P.O.S. System on the tip options, NO TIP WAS LEFT OFCOURSE(I wish I could have tipped everyone but him). I prayed hoping he had a better night, and hope to be back with a different team attending guest next time, who won't look at a young couple, & Yes we're probably not from around the area (I live 30 mins away, work 10 minutes away‍not far) and assume maybe they won't tip so let me give them a bad experience atomically. Unfortunately, that's how our first experience at The Lot went, but I don't want to take away from how great everyone and everything else was in this place, will be coming back.

Yelp
I LOVE this theater! Prices are reasonable. The service is really good. I've had the Tuna bowl, flatbread, nacho chips, mojitos, margaritas, popcorn, candy, wine and champagne . Not all at once, though! Haha. I come here a lot! Brian is a great server and the night mgr is very friendly and professional. In fact all the staff is nice to me and my friends! The only hiccup is about 3-4 times I've showed up and the movie isn't playing at all. This happened again tonight. I guess it's a disconnect between Google and the Lot. So, it's not their fault. I truly hope they fix that problem. However, they have always given me a comp movie ticket for the inconvenience. Also you get reward points and even your food you order is counted as points. Just give them your number at the end of your meal. :) I can't say enough about how much I enjoy the cinema extravaganza here! It's like no other Movie Theater in town! It's my absolute favorite place to see a movie! Rayner is a great General Manager, too! Just come already ;)

Yelp
Great time at the Lot, with my daughter and husband. Enjoyed watching Ghostbusters and a nice meal with great drinks and for dessert, yummy caramel popcorn & ice cream .. I had the chipotle penne pasta with chicken.. Service was very attentive and fast ! The restaurant area, has several tables to enjoy dinner with TVs , where you can enjoy watching different sports playing. Recommend the margarita. They also, besides all sorts of drinks, have an extensive list of beer on draft. for me that's a plus.

Yelp
I have to say the service was fantastic. Yesica and Omar ( the manager) were so kind and on top of everting! The food and drinks were so delicious!
google avatar

Bogdan S.

Yelp
Great theater itself, but if you run into any issues when buying tickets online get ready for Gustavo Leon from their customer service team to ignore you for days and completely disregard anything you say. That's the only way to contact them is through their email because they never pickup their phone and their voicemail is full.
google avatar

Natalia D.

Yelp
This is a fantastic place to see a movie, have drinks, there's also a restaurant. This time we went to the movies, the theater was clean and neat, you could order snacks, popcorn, drinks, etc. At the designated kiosk or through the button at your seat or website. The waiter was so nice, the service was fast. The chairs are so comfy and reclining. I loved the experience at this place. Parking is at the building structure and was free, I believe, because of the weekend. I'll come back for sure. I highly recommend it.
google avatar

Jeffrey L.

Yelp
This is the best theater in Orange County. Incredible sound system rivaled by NONE. Order dinner right at your chair. Great service. Behaved patrons. This is a 5-star experience in theater.

Virginia J.

Yelp
My experience here wasn't so great. I like that we were seated quickly. Though we came in the middle of the day and not many ppl were there. The restaurant was clean, but the service was lacking, and the food was average. I expected more. I'm not sure why. We couldn't find our waiter after we received our food. We ended up having to walk to the front to pay. The person at the front wasn't sure where our waiter was either, but did help us check out. We got one of the Flatbread, but it honestly wasn't that great, and I wouldn't order it again. I did hear that its attached to the movie theater next door, and you can order food that they will bring to you. I didn't try this service, but it makes sense. The food reminds me of what you would usually find at a concession stand at the movies, not at a restaurant.

Yelp
Have you ever reminisced about a childhood film that you loved growing up, and you swore up and down to everyone that it was the best movie... and then you watched it as an adult and you cringed at your past self, like what were you thinking? That's as close as I can think to describe coming back to The Lot, because man oh man, what was I thinking! For a theatre that charges $23 a ticket and $26 for popcorn and soda (plan to spend no less than $100/couple for tix + dinner & drinks), I am well within my right to expect certain things to justify the expenditure (which in and of itself is a complaint; prices were NEVER this high before), but literally every single seat is tattered and torn, but at the end of the day, I'm paying them my hard earned money, and walking into a theatre with seats slashed open with exposed cushion, dirty carpets, peeling leather and conspicuous messaging of "no outside food allowed" left a really bad taste in my mouth.. fortunately the Chipotle burritos we had the foresight to sneak in changed that, but we will definitely not be back. TL:DR - Save your money and go to AMC

Yelp
Met with a group at the lot for appetizers, drinks, and enjoying some live music. The drinks are great, this time I tried the fly me to Hawaii which is somewhat similar to a Mai Tai. Rum with pineapple juice and a dark Rum float. It was a good drink, strong enough to definitely taste the alcohol but still enjoy the other flavors. I didn't eat this time because I was going to dinner right after. But last time I had the ahi tuna poke appetizer and it was tasty. I'm kind of a sushi, poke, sashimi snob and I liked the taste, texture, and lack of odor. My only complaint is that this is the second time I have come for the live music and both times the band was really loud. Like ears ringing long after I had left the lot loud. I think that the crowd would enjoy the show more if the artists turned it down some. It's hard to enjoy the music when you're getting a headache from the noise level being so high. Prices are a little high but considering that you are at fashion island that is to be expected.

Yelp
I recently visited THE LOT at Fashion Island to see Longlegs with my grandmother. I was excited to take her there because she's never been to a movie theatre as plush as this. We sat down and her inital reaction was in awe as she was like these seats recline. I think its been years since she's been to the movies, but I decided to treat her to a little date. We started with some Chicken Tenders and a large popcorn. The food here isn't like AMC's microwave items. She was impressed with the quality of the food, but was thrown off with the prices. The seats were comfortable and the service was on point making sure we had the necessary items to enjoy the movie. Our server noticed that my grandma was a bit chilly and he decided to give her a blanket on the house. It is truly the small things that can change your experience. We didn't order full meals as I usually do, but we certainly enjoyed our experience. I will give my experience a 8.5/10.

Vince M.

Yelp
Wow 15 minutes before F1 premier night and we can't even get somebody to serve us! People clowning around in the kitchen, when we chose a place to sit the table needed to be wiped downot impressed.

Austin A.

Yelp
Attempted to come for lunch. Server had one table, didn't acknowledge us when we walked in at the front. After about 5 minutes the apparent hostess showed up and said "seat yourself" despite the sign out saying "wait to be seated." We sat down next to the only other table sat in the place. Server finished with them and ignored us again. After a few minutes of watching her chatting it up with another employee we gave up and left. Won't be returning.

Yelp
I've already written an in-depth review of The LOT in La Jolla. In short, that location is the best place to see a movie in San Diego. As luck would have it, the Fashion Island location happens to be across the street from my office for those rare occasions when I'm not working from home. So, I decided to go after work and let traffic cool down before heading back to San Diego. How does the Fashion Island location compare to La Jolla? Very favorably. The theaters are clean, very well maintained and the sound system is crisp and appropriately loud. The food at this location was even better than my experiences at La Jolla. The quality would make this a decent meal even without a movie. And the service was attentive without being disruptive to the film. There is plenty of free parking close by, and the location means you have all of Fashion Island available to enjoy after the show. Is this the best place to catch a movie in Newport Beach? In short, yes.

Spent the afternoon at Accountant 2. Really poor, someone vapping meth. Management couldn't do anything. I will not attend this theatre for anything.

It was very dehuminazing and felt like I was begging for a cup of water??? Rubbed me the wrong way. Not being able to give customers tap water is crazy especially for a "nicer" movie theater experience. Ended up ordering water from my seat with no problem (the staff serving people at their seats were very nice) to take my medication but my husband and I will stick to AMC from now on where I'm sure they can give me tap water from their nice machines. Call me crazy but I believe all humans should have access to water. First time I've ever been denied water and treated like that. So just keep in mind free water is not allowed at this location. If you're thirsty you must buy an overpriced soda so you can get a side of tap water. Movie ticket isn't enough.

Yelp
Love this movie theater. The staff is really nice. It's a bit pricey but worth it. I'd rather go here than anywhere else. Park at the lot next to the core power yoga and the urban outfitter. The food has always been great. I usually get the sushi or chicken tenders. Love all the drinks.

Yelp
So my ex was like... "Hey Babe, I got us tickets for Oppenheimer at The Lot in Newport." Ugh... I was in such a bind. I wanted to go see this 3 hour movie so badly and honestly, I could have afforded it in the discounted theaters-- no problem. But... do I want to see a 3 hour movie in a discounted theater with sticky floors? Or do I want to sit at The Lot; where there are servers bringing you bottles of wine and charcuterie? Where there are leather reclining seats. Speakers basically built right into your ears. And a cute little swivel table that gave you flashbacks of college auditoriums. The Bougie Lot with the Ex or... discounted Regal cinemas alone? The Lot (and the ex) wins again!!! Low Down on the Price: 2 tickets: $41 Bottle of red wine, charcuterie board, and chicken strips: $150 (with tip) I didn't choose the bougie life. The Bougie Life chose me.

Yelp
Came out tonight with my ladies to watch some sexy men dance, but decided to have dinner prior at The Lot and was pleasantly surprised by the food, drinks, and exceptional service! Shout out to Yesenia who was both our server and bartender, she makes amazing drinks. Omar the manager gave excellent service and was so accommodating! I would definitely come back and recommend The Lot to everyone!

Yelp
I visited The Lot on Valentines Day to see One Love and it was my first time at this location. I must say I love the atmosphere and cleanliness of the theatre. As soon as we walked up we were greeting and asked if we needed assistance. We were able to find our seats just fine and the service was great. The food was good and it came out pretty quick. I will definitely be visiting again soon.

Yelp
Very clean. Good service. Fried Calamari was really good. We got nice seats and sound system was just right. Price is in the more expensive side but it's worth it. Def going back

Yelp
The food was AMAZING at the restaurant. The BEST chicken tenders I have ever had. Everyone was super kind and professional. We even got a free dessert. I would highly recommend this restaurant/cafe/bar.

Yelp
First time here and I wish Muvico was as efficient. It was so clean in here and the seats were comfortable. Service was great and friendly. We ordered Kids cheeseburger and fries . This was the perfect amount of food for me without feeling too stuffed to finish the movie. It comes with ketchup and ranch for dipping ! I like options . Spinach artichoke dip was good especially being served with warm pita bread. Grilled cheese sandwich with fries. It was so cheesy ! Lot cheeseburger was nice and juicy . The sriracha mayo was a great touch. Bottle of Oyster Bay Sauvignon Blanc is one of my favorite wines. So glad out of all the sauv blancs to have they had this one! Bonus points to them for serving it in a bucket of ice and actual wine glasses . Only con here is it would be great if they gave us actual napkins for eating rather than the bar napkins. Oh and wet wipes would be perfect too!

Yelp
If you are looking for a romantic and unique experience, the Lot is for you! The decor is great, cocktails were full of flavor and very balanced, the food was filling and priced right, and the movie experience was fantastic! When I pushed the call button for service in my reclining movie theater lounge chair, the server came over quickly. When our order was ready, the servers brought out items out in about 12 minutes! Great experience overall and I'll definitely be a patron in the near future.

Yelp
Food wasn't great, the seats were torn and used up and you can hear the other movies through the walls while in your seat. You can feel the theater shake.

Yelp
I used to love the lot. But if you're gonna charge 30 dollar tickets for seats that look like this why would I continue to come? It's supposed to be a "luxury" theater. Please replace your seats.

Yelp
We came here to celebrate Valentine's Day and paid for the three course meal. For what it was priced, the portions were tiny for pretty average food. We started with a strawberry salad and tomato soup. The tomato soup was extremely bitter and we waited for a while to even find our server. Our second course was the short ribs with mushrooms and carrot purée. Unfortunately, there was a whole lot of carrot purée and mushrooms compared to the tiny piece of short rib. The third course only offered one option of a chocolate mousse which was just okay. For a special occasion like Valentine's Day and eating out at a fine dining place, the food should have been comparable to the price. I will say that the ambience of live music was nice, but wouldn't recommend for food, fine dining, or wanting somewhere nice with a spouse. We left hungry which was disappointing.
