THE LOT Fashion Island

The Lot at Fashion Island is one of those places that makes going to the movies feel like a treat instead of just another night out. The second you walk in, it feels stylish but still comfortable, and the whole vibe is very “Newport casual luxury.” The recliner seats are super roomy and insanely comfortable. Honestly, it is hard not to feel a little spoiled. One of the best parts is the in-seat dining. You just press a button and someone comes right over to take your order. The menu is actually really good for a movie theater, with everything from tacos and sushi style starters to burgers, salads, and cocktails. It is the kind of spot where you can grab dinner and watch a movie all at once without it feeling rushed or chaotic. The restaurant and bar area outside the theater is also a nice surprise. It is perfect if you want to hang out before or after the movie. There is a big patio, fire pits, and plenty of space to relax. Overall, it is definitely pricier than a regular theater, but the comfort, service, and atmosphere make it worth it. It is a great pick for a date night, a celebration, or anytime you want a movie experience that feels a little more special.

A cinema experience you feel Cinema Lot isn’t just a place to watch a movie it’s an experience. From the moment you walk in, it feels like you’re about to be pampered. The seats? Incredibly comfortable. The service? Spot-on. A waiter literally comes to your seat, so you can enjoy your wine or a warm meal while watching the film. Food was worse than AMC. Do not order the nachos. AMC plain cheese nachos were better and cost 1/3 the price. We added carne asada and it all tasted weirdly bland but sweet and tasted processed for $30 nachos, you’d think they could do a bit better. Chicken tenders tasted like Costco tenders heated up for $20. Not worth it. With water, soda, taxes, tip and fees… it was $100 for two shareable plates with water bottle and soda! I was excited and hoped for a decent meal for what we paid. I’m a goody and don’t mind paying for quality food but I didn’t eat more than 3 bites of nachos. Guac tasted warm, bland and not fresh…like room temp baby food. My 14-year-old son could make better nachos at home. Very disappointed. I’d go again but would prior and then get a drink and popcorn there. The movie screen it self was not latest tech. So so movie system.

What a fantastic experience with full food and bar service to your comfortable recliner! I recently watched the new Avatar and indulged in the pretzel bites, which were surprisingly large and delicious. A perfect snack to enjoy during the film, they exceeded my expectations in both size and taste. Highly recommend for a great night out!

I’m extremely upset and disappointed after what happened during our recent visit to The Lot Newport Beach while watching Frankenstein. I briefly checked my phone for less than 30 seconds when the man sitting behind us suddenly HIT me so hard ,it made me cry. After HITTING me, he started aggressively cussing at me and my boyfriend in front of everyone. Security tried to remove him, but he refused to cooperate, so they had to wait for the police to arrive. Even after PYHSICALLY ASSAULTING me, he wasn’t charged with anything — not even trespassing. I was kind enough not to press charges, but I was hurt, shaken, and deeply disappointed that this happened in a theater where I should’ve felt safe. To make things worse, the manager handled the situation horribly. There was no empathy, no real concern, and no follow-up afterward. I even emailed management after the incident and never got a response. I’ve been a loyal customer of The Lot for years, but after this experience, I don’t feel safe coming back. It’s shocking and heartbreaking that someone can assault a woman inside your theater and face no immediate consequences. This shows a serious lack of accountability and care for customer safety

The QR Code takes you to online site to order the food/concessions. It’s fails every time, requiring you to request server to block your view. Shouldn’t be that hard to fix, but they haven’t figured it out. Fix it!

Theater setting is nice; food is above average, food service is always great. Managers who you have to talk with to issue a refund if you use AMEX (must speak with a manager over the phone if you used Amex) are absolutely the worse. They are rude and condescending. They are such a disservice to an otherwise good business

We went to The Lot at Fashion Island to see Wicked and had such a good experience. The theater is really nice and feels more elevated than your typical movie night. The seats are super comfortable, and they recline almost fully, which is a game changer. There are also little lamps next to each seat in case you need to see something during the movie, which is a cute touch. You can either press a button on your seat to call a server, or just scan the QR code and order directly from your phone. We ordered drinks first so they'd come out quickly, and then ordered food once we were settled. Everything is brought right to your seat, and the tables are attached to the chairs, so it's super convenient. We actually liked the food. Obviously it's not like fine dining, but for movie theater food, it was solid. The drinks were really good too. For Wicked, they even had themed pink and green cocktails, which was such a fun touch. This spot is perfect for a date night. We also heard they serve breakfast in the mornings, which we'll definitely want to try at some point. Overall, such a fun experience and we'd absolutely go back.

I have mixed feelings about this place. I've only been to the restaurant, not the movie theater. First time I was here to dine and watch a game, it was good, nice ambiance, fun, limited vegan options but accommodating. This time, I'm giving 2 stars, only because our server was super nice... but I was disappointed the only vegan option on the menu is the guacamole and chips. I ordered the pasta with basil and tomato sauce (no cheese) and asked if they could add mushrooms. The waiter came back and said they don't allow changes. See picture for the amount of basil in the pasta. My son ordered the Wagyu Steak and Frites, they were out. He ordered the Korean BBQ Hanger Steak, but wanted fries instead of what it comes with and he was told no changes are allowed. My boyfriend ordered the Wagyu 1/2 lb Burger and he really liked his food. My son ordered the same and he took a few bites and left the rest there. He didn't care for the taste. He also ordered the Lava Cake, and he did like the cake. I really wish I could give a more positive review but that's how my experience was this time.

The movie tickets are slightly less expensive than other theaters in the area but the food is waaaaaay overpriced! Nothing was all that delicious either which was a big disappointment. So basically eat beforehand or be prepared to get a way overpriced bad tasting meal. Which is a bummer since the idea of dinner and a movie is awesome but other dining movie theaters execute that concept way better than The Lot. The service is fine. It's slow if you're not one of the first people in the theater but the employees work hard and try their best. I'll come back here just for a movie since it's a nice theater but I'll eat dinner beforehand other than typical movie snacks

Went to The Lot today for a Thanksgiving day movie with a friend and ended up also staying for their Thanksgiving buffet. The theater is well kept with comfortable lounge seats. The restroom also smells amazing which is very unusual to write in a review but it's true. The thanksgiving buffet had a great selection including turkey, baked salmon, and prime rib. They had all of the sides, two different salads, charcuterie board, and an assortment of desserts. I will definitely be back for future events and I'm really looking forward to ladies night! Shout out to Tiffany for putting on amazing events at The Lot!

Everything went well but hoping they find my husbands blazer in seat C1 last night!! Food was great and movie was fabulous..

I'm a HUGE Joker & Harley fan, so when Joker: Folie à Deux dropped on our anniversary, we had to see it at our favorite theater, the LOT (Don't worry -- I won't say anything about the movie...) We kicked off with our go-to drinks: Spicy Cucumber for me, Old Fashioned for him -- both perfectly made! Then we ordered the Fried Brussels Sprouts, our new fave, while the Shrimp Tempura Roll is always a must-have. Service is always amazing at The LOT -- special thanks to Angel for making our evening more special by staying on top of things and making sure we were taken care of! The Coconut Shrimp was good, but probably a one-time thing for us. An amazing night of food, drinks, and celebrating 6 years together!

We stopped by to visit for the very first time to watch a movie at The Lot Fashion Island yesterday. My wife loved the cleanliness and the ambience, it feels like going to watch a movie in a upscale hotel, the check in people were nice! Cons: Since it's our first time, we did not know how to use their dine in service ( There's a QR code on our seats but to just look at the menu), we eventually firgued it out but took us awhile and the person (african american gentleman, we didn't get his name) that took our order seemed bothered doing so. We're not sure why. ( Theater 5, Accountant 2, 6:30pm). Hopefully it was his off day and not because of any other inappropriate reasons. Overall , we did enjoy our experience and plan to come back to watch "Thunderbolts" here, hopefully our experience will get elevated to 5* next time

I'm writing this review after one of the worst experiences I've ever had at The Lot Newport Beach. My girlfriend and I were watching Frankenstein when a man sitting behind us suddenly HIT her just because she briefly looked at her phone. He HIT her so hard that she started crying, and then he began cussing and yelling at both of us aggressively. Security came over and tried to remove him, but he refused to cooperate, and they had to wait for the police. Even after PHYSICAL ASSAULTING my girlfriend, the man wasn't charged with anything -- not even trespassing -- and was eventually allowed to leave without any real consequence. It was honestly shocking to see how poorly this was handled. The manager didn't seem to take it seriously at all. There was no compassion, no reassurance, and no real sense of urgency. My girlfriend even emailed management afterward, and they never bothered to respond. We've always liked coming to The Lot, but after this incident, it's hard to ever feel safe there again. Seeing someone assault a woman in a movie theater and walk away without consequence is beyond unacceptable. The lack of accountability and care from management was extremely disappointing

I will NEVER go to another movie theater ever again! This place is AMAZINGGGGGGG Full restaurant service and full bar while I lounge in a leather recliner! That was LOVELY!!!!! My friend had the sangria and I had a soda. We got 4 of the fresh baked , warm cookies. Amazing and a couple orders of popcorn. Server was great Tickets were $19 per adult and I believe $17 per kid but it's TOTALLY WORTH IT Bathrooms were VERY nice, think 5 star hotel, parking in the structure was super easy! I will absolutely be back

I thought this was a great experience! Cool place to watch a movie while having so many variety of dishes and drinks served to you. There is a button on the seat, a waiter will come by and take your order! A big popcorn bucket is $10, beers are about $8-10, cocktails are about $16, dishes like burgers, nachos, etc are about $17-25 depending on what you get! I thought prices were pretty reasonable considering movie theater prices! A ticket is about $22, but they have a Wednesday deal where tickets are $13. I took off a star because the seats we had, had rips and tears in it... they do recline back and are pretty comfy.

Drinks are so good here. I had like 4. I had a very attentive server that came back to check to see if everything was good. Obviously, I ordered a drink every time lol. The calamari is really good too. Such a large portion. I love the outdoor seating, the ambiance is nice.

I love this movie theater. Once you try this place, you can't go anywhere else! The seats recline and you can pop your feet up. The food runners and waiters that you can call with a push of a button really go above and beyond. I'm sure it's difficult balancing food and going up stairs in the dark. One waiter even had to turn on a light to show someone the label of a bottle of wine. Super fancy! The volume and bass is loud and immersive- terrifying for a Jurassic park movie but it really keeps you involved in the movie itself! Definitely take advantage of being a member (it's free) and catch a movie on Wednesdays for half off (only $13 per ticket!) Movie Wednesdays will personally be a fun new tradition for me. With dining options in the theater itself and all around fashion island you can create a great date night or fun friend hangout!

Back again! My fiancé and myself were shopping at Fashion Island and decided to see a movie. The new A Quiet Place movie came out (it's the prequel to the other movies), and my fiancé really wanted to see it. I was just there for the ride. I didn't care too much for those movies. I will say, my favorite character in the movie was the cat. lol This is the most comfortable movie theater around! The seats are so comfortable and huge. Plenty of room if you have thick thighs lol And you can recline the chairs back and put your feet up. It's almost like being at home on the couch. You can also order food and have it delivered to you directly. Each chair has a table that you can slide out and put food on it. Awesome. Everything about this movie theater is luxurious. And the ticket price is high, but worth it in my opinion.

Came for dinner and a movie and everything I ordered was absolutely amazing Love this place so much! Ahi poke nachos are my favorite, and a huge portion. And the best part is you can eat while you watch the movie. Dream come true

Pros: 1st time here! Parking is right at front. Accesible and easy to find. Brought my mom with me and ate popcorn, water & martinis. Soft, comfy chairs, with a service button to order. Fast service! QR code to scan for large selection of food and drinks. Seriously it's like a restaurant menu! I love this-- not sure if most of you will consider this a pro but they only have one size popcorn (no large or extra butter). People were quiet and respectful. All the employees are super friendly and attentive to the customer needs. There's a full bar right outside the theater rooms where a lot of people lounge. Beautiful ambience and overall environment. Luxurious-ish. Cons: Be careful when purchasing tickets! (See screenshots of email conversation) I purchased tickets online two weeks ago but couldn't attend so I emailed them 3 hours before the show time for a reimbursement. They refused to give me a refund and instead gave me two vouchers that expire within 30 days. Their reasons for not refunding me were nonsense but I wasn't going to waste my energy arguing. No heated seats. I don't care but maybe some of you do. Wish I brought my blanket or a jacket though as it was a bit chilly. No toilet paper in the women's restroom. Smelled like a footlocker not a movie theater lol Spent well over $100 for how many "cons" there was

This might be the nicest movie theatre I've ever been to. The menu was surprisingly extensive--they had everything you could want, including sushi. They also had gluten-free options like flatbread. I ordered the gluten free bbq chicken flatbread and it was a nice size and it was tasty! Next time I'll be ordering the gluten free lava cake too. The theatre itself is on the smaller side, but the experience felt more elevated because of it. The recliner seats were super comfortable, and everything--from the seating to the bathrooms--was really clean and well-maintained. Overall, I was really impressed with both the quality and variety they offer. The only downside is that it's a bit on the pricey side, but for what you get, it feels worth it.

The lot is located in fashion Island. The theatre itself has the luxury recliners which is nice for a two hour movie. You can tell the theatre is dated as we sat in the last row and the seating was ripped and very worn. Also for previews the audio didn't seem too loud or dark in the theatre. Service on the other hand was on point and attentive when calling for service. I will say the menu is definitely on the pricier side but your paying for convenience to dine and watch a movie. I ordered the turkey club $23 it was pretty solid and filling. The cocktails were strong and worth the $16.

Food is good, facilities are great, food servers are outstanding. However, if you pay with Amex and need to process a refund, you must speak with a manager over the phone. Even if you call hours prior or days prior, the managers are rude, condescending, and unfriendly. The managers at the LOT Fashion Island are taking an otherwise great consumer experience and making it utterly unpleasant.

This is a really nice theater, lots of screens and service for food or drinks inside. The actual reason for my review today, though is to say that this is a hidden gem if you want to watch Have food and drinks. They have really good TVs and larger tables if you have a bigger party. Recently we went to watch a game and shared crispy Brussels sprouts, corn ribs and spicy tuna on crispy rice. They were all tasty and well presented. We enjoyed watching the game there, And we're glad to have found it. In the future, I will definitely consider going again just for drinks and apps and to watch a game.

My boyfriend and I came to The Lot to watch Superman and had a pretty great experience overall! The theater is super clean, the seats are extra comfy, and the food was actually really good -- not just "good for a theater" good, but like, we'd-eat-this-again good. The only thing that knocked it down a star was the water situation. We asked for water when we placed our food order, didn't get it. Asked again when the food came, still nothing. Finally got it the third time we asked -- and by then we were already halfway through the movie and super thirsty. Still, it's a solid spot for a movie night, and we'd definitely come back -- just hoping the service is a little more on point next time!

Oooh. I think my boyfriend and I will travel from the beach cities to here for everytime we watch a movie now! We enjoy the food menu especially the tuna nachos and the banana bread with ice cream on top. I like that you can either eat in the restaurant they have or have the food delivered to you! There is alcohol!!! We sat down minutes before our movie and the worker was able to take our order so he will be ready before the movie as well. It was pretty quick. We did watch a movie at 8:30 on a Wednesday so that could be a factor as well. The seats were a little cracked from wear and tear but besides that it was still pretty comfortable.

I LOVE this theater! Prices are reasonable. The service is really good. I've had the Tuna bowl, flatbread, nacho chips, mojitos, margaritas, popcorn, candy, wine and champagne . Not all at once, though! Haha. I come here a lot! Brian is a great server and the night mgr is very friendly and professional. In fact all the staff is nice to me and my friends! The only hiccup is about 3-4 times I've showed up and the movie isn't playing at all. This happened again tonight. I guess it's a disconnect between Google and the Lot. So, it's not their fault. I truly hope they fix that problem. However, they have always given me a comp movie ticket for the inconvenience. Also you get reward points and even your food you order is counted as points. Just give them your number at the end of your meal. :) I can't say enough about how much I enjoy the cinema extravaganza here! It's like no other Movie Theater in town! It's my absolute favorite place to see a movie! Rayner is a great General Manager, too! Just come already ;)

Great time at the Lot, with my daughter and husband. Enjoyed watching Ghostbusters and a nice meal with great drinks and for dessert, yummy caramel popcorn & ice cream .. I had the chipotle penne pasta with chicken.. Service was very attentive and fast ! The restaurant area, has several tables to enjoy dinner with TVs , where you can enjoy watching different sports playing. Recommend the margarita. They also, besides all sorts of drinks, have an extensive list of beer on draft. for me that's a plus.

First time coming a fashion island to the movies the lot beautiful restaurant great drinks came on a slow Monday to watch sinners for the second time. I'm impressed how beautiful it is. Boyfriend surprised me didn't take much pictures. Margarita flatbread it's amazing. Amazing service. Everything was brought to our seat. We had a QR code to scan and the workers bring your food and drinks.

This theater is nice. The restaurant service is okay. Pretty slow. Prices are wild yet limited. Customer service was good in theater.

This is a fantastic place to see a movie, have drinks, there's also a restaurant. This time we went to the movies, the theater was clean and neat, you could order snacks, popcorn, drinks, etc. At the designated kiosk or through the button at your seat or website. The waiter was so nice, the service was fast. The chairs are so comfy and reclining. I loved the experience at this place. Parking is at the building structure and was free, I believe, because of the weekend. I'll come back for sure. I highly recommend it.

I have to say the service was fantastic. Yesica and Omar ( the manager) were so kind and on top of everting! The food and drinks were so delicious!

My experience here wasn't so great. I like that we were seated quickly. Though we came in the middle of the day and not many ppl were there. The restaurant was clean, but the service was lacking, and the food was average. I expected more. I'm not sure why. We couldn't find our waiter after we received our food. We ended up having to walk to the front to pay. The person at the front wasn't sure where our waiter was either, but did help us check out. We got one of the Flatbread, but it honestly wasn't that great, and I wouldn't order it again. I did hear that its attached to the movie theater next door, and you can order food that they will bring to you. I didn't try this service, but it makes sense. The food reminds me of what you would usually find at a concession stand at the movies, not at a restaurant.

Have you ever reminisced about a childhood film that you loved growing up, and you swore up and down to everyone that it was the best movie... and then you watched it as an adult and you cringed at your past self, like what were you thinking? That's as close as I can think to describe coming back to The Lot, because man oh man, what was I thinking! For a theatre that charges $23 a ticket and $26 for popcorn and soda (plan to spend no less than $100/couple for tix + dinner & drinks), I am well within my right to expect certain things to justify the expenditure (which in and of itself is a complaint; prices were NEVER this high before), but literally every single seat is tattered and torn, but at the end of the day, I'm paying them my hard earned money, and walking into a theatre with seats slashed open with exposed cushion, dirty carpets, peeling leather and conspicuous messaging of "no outside food allowed" left a really bad taste in my mouth.. fortunately the Chipotle burritos we had the foresight to sneak in changed that, but we will definitely not be back. TL:DR - Save your money and go to AMC

Met with a group at the lot for appetizers, drinks, and enjoying some live music. The drinks are great, this time I tried the fly me to Hawaii which is somewhat similar to a Mai Tai. Rum with pineapple juice and a dark Rum float. It was a good drink, strong enough to definitely taste the alcohol but still enjoy the other flavors. I didn't eat this time because I was going to dinner right after. But last time I had the ahi tuna poke appetizer and it was tasty. I'm kind of a sushi, poke, sashimi snob and I liked the taste, texture, and lack of odor. My only complaint is that this is the second time I have come for the live music and both times the band was really loud. Like ears ringing long after I had left the lot loud. I think that the crowd would enjoy the show more if the artists turned it down some. It's hard to enjoy the music when you're getting a headache from the noise level being so high. Prices are a little high but considering that you are at fashion island that is to be expected.

I recently visited THE LOT at Fashion Island to see Longlegs with my grandmother. I was excited to take her there because she's never been to a movie theatre as plush as this. We sat down and her inital reaction was in awe as she was like these seats recline. I think its been years since she's been to the movies, but I decided to treat her to a little date. We started with some Chicken Tenders and a large popcorn. The food here isn't like AMC's microwave items. She was impressed with the quality of the food, but was thrown off with the prices. The seats were comfortable and the service was on point making sure we had the necessary items to enjoy the movie. Our server noticed that my grandma was a bit chilly and he decided to give her a blanket on the house. It is truly the small things that can change your experience. We didn't order full meals as I usually do, but we certainly enjoyed our experience. I will give my experience a 8.5/10.

I am posting this review with deep disappointment after experiencing a significant accessibility-related issue at The LOT Newport Beach and their in-house restaurant, ZENTRL. Not only was the incident itself extremely distressing and time-consuming, but I've since had great difficulty getting in touch with the appropriate party to address and resolve the matter. Despite sending multiple urgent emails, I've received no meaningful response from any party or member of management, which has only added to the frustration and distress. Given this very distressing experience, I would strongly caution any disabled guest considering patronizing ZENTRL or The LOT at this location until accessibility concerns are properly acknowledged and addressed by senior management. I sincerely hope that senior management takes prompt action to respond and resolve this matter informally and respectfully to place this matter behind me and in full resolution at this stage !

I loved going here because they had the three best things in life: wine, popcorn, and sushi. I was genuinely disappointed to find out it's no longer available. Please, for the love of all that is good, bring it back! It was such a standout offering that made this place feel special, and I know I'm not the only one who misses it.

OMG! I love this theater for more than the comfort, movies and food! Today I went with my son to see Naked Gun. On way to my car I noticed the diamond from my wedding ring was gone! I called and they were so helpful concerned and kind! And they actually FOUND IT!!!!! thank you to all who looked and cared. You are the best!

Love this movie theater. The staff is really nice. It's a bit pricey but worth it. I'd rather go here than anywhere else. Park at the lot next to the core power yoga and the urban outfitter. The food has always been great. I usually get the sushi or chicken tenders. Love all the drinks.

I've already written an in-depth review of The LOT in La Jolla. In short, that location is the best place to see a movie in San Diego. As luck would have it, the Fashion Island location happens to be across the street from my office for those rare occasions when I'm not working from home. So, I decided to go after work and let traffic cool down before heading back to San Diego. How does the Fashion Island location compare to La Jolla? Very favorably. The theaters are clean, very well maintained and the sound system is crisp and appropriately loud. The food at this location was even better than my experiences at La Jolla. The quality would make this a decent meal even without a movie. And the service was attentive without being disruptive to the film. There is plenty of free parking close by, and the location means you have all of Fashion Island available to enjoy after the show. Is this the best place to catch a movie in Newport Beach? In short, yes.

So my ex was like... "Hey Babe, I got us tickets for Oppenheimer at The Lot in Newport." Ugh... I was in such a bind. I wanted to go see this 3 hour movie so badly and honestly, I could have afforded it in the discounted theaters-- no problem. But... do I want to see a 3 hour movie in a discounted theater with sticky floors? Or do I want to sit at The Lot; where there are servers bringing you bottles of wine and charcuterie? Where there are leather reclining seats. Speakers basically built right into your ears. And a cute little swivel table that gave you flashbacks of college auditoriums. The Bougie Lot with the Ex or... discounted Regal cinemas alone? The Lot (and the ex) wins again!!! Low Down on the Price: 2 tickets: $41 Bottle of red wine, charcuterie board, and chicken strips: $150 (with tip) I didn't choose the bougie life. The Bougie Life chose me.

This is not my first dine in theater experience but it was my first time at The LOT in fashion island and I was very impressed on how fancy and elegant it looks I came to see the Jurassic World movie I sat my self down scanned the QR code and the menu had a variety I decided on the wing+fries+drink combo and man they did not disappoint the wings were perfect not to crispy but not to soft just the right amount of sauce the fries were perfectly crisp my modelo was cold and refreshing tasted really good I also ordered the bbq chicken flatbread and omg it was so good I also got a coke that did not go flat the whole movie so I'm impressed with that the service was good my drinks and food came out in a perfect timely manner I closed out my check as soon as I ordered all in all it was a great experience will definitely be back to catch another flick and eat some food

Poor customer service skills, disrespectful attitudes all around from staff, deeply disappointing given the location and pricing of it all. If i was looking to be treated in a dismissive and condescending manner, I'd have gone literally anywhere else that at least offers refills.

Best place to watch movies! Comfy reclining seats, in seat service food and drinks, always a good time!

This is the best theater in Orange County. Incredible sound system rivaled by NONE. Order dinner right at your chair. Great service. Behaved patrons. This is a 5-star experience in theater.

Great theater itself, but if you run into any issues when buying tickets online get ready for Gustavo Leon from their customer service team to ignore you for days and completely disregard anything you say. That's the only way to contact them is through their email because they never pickup their phone and their voicemail is full.

I don't normally give reviews and I do enjoy going to this but we went to a late movie and got food the food was very cold and it was very disappointing

Spent the afternoon at Accountant 2. Really poor, someone vapping meth. Management couldn't do anything. I will not attend this theatre for anything.

I visited The Lot on Valentines Day to see One Love and it was my first time at this location. I must say I love the atmosphere and cleanliness of the theatre. As soon as we walked up we were greeting and asked if we needed assistance. We were able to find our seats just fine and the service was great. The food was good and it came out pretty quick. I will definitely be visiting again soon.
