Very comfortable and really cute! We really enjoyed our time at The lofts and will stay again. Definitely would recommend. 2 recommendations would be that there was confusion upon arrival for check in; location and procedure. It would have been nice to have more than 2 towels for 2 guests. As a woman, 1 for hair and 1 for body is nice during the winter when there isn’t a robe in the room. Small inconveniences compared to how great the overall experience was!

Came down to visit our oldest for my wife’s birthday and couldn’t have been more happy with the entire experience. Leading up to check in we were sent plenty of emails walking you through the process. Our rooms were ready early which was great and parking passes made everything that much easier. We were within walking distance of everything Loveland offers so we enjoyed an afternoon drink in the igloos next door at the brewery followed by an amazing lunch in the restaurant downstairs from the lofts, then some shopping in all the great shops (especially loved the record store), a couple more drinks and a round of big bang theory trivia at hops and berries, finished off at the works brick oven pizza that literally has a train car you can dine in. What a great town. I know the lofts warns of possible noise from the restaurant but here’s the best part, they have box fans in the closet which is the PERFECT white noise. Couldn’t hear a thing and slept like a baby. We had two rooms and both were excellent. My wife and I have already said we won’t stay any other place than this when visiting our son. Thanks for a great time guys. I’ve seen the negative reviews from the previous management and can tell you that this was nothing short of spectacular. Keep up the great work.

The Loveland Lofts is absolutely adorable and perfect for first time Loveland visitors! So many amazing restaurants within walking distance and adorable shops to browse through! The owners were so gracious to allow us an early check in and communicated wonderfully on our arrival and departure instructions. Thank you so much! We will absolutely be back to this little gem of a town!

We stayed at The Loveland Lofts for a weekend in early September. We had an excellent time. Great location. The rooms were clean and nicely furnished. Really quiet and clean. Bed was super comfortable. If you’re visiting Loveland, it’s the only place to stay! We tried hotels in Mason prior and nothing as nice as the Lofts. We will be back!

I wish we had read more reviews. We stayed in Loft #3 and the whole studio space vibrates from something mechanical in the restaurant directly below. We spent as much time out of the room as possible since it was so distracting. I was prepared for some party noise but was not expecting to feel the low rumble all night long. The balcony is a shared balcony for all the lofts so it is not private. The walls and doors are thin so if you have loud neighbors, you’re out of luck. This loft is certainly conveniently located but the downsides out weigh the positives for us. We came for the Hearts Afire weekend in February so the price was elevated, but for $250/night we could have stayed outside of Loveland and had a better experience. We will not be returning.

Wow! This place was great! Very clean, beautiful room. It was a great place to spend the night after a long day on the bike trail. The town of Loveland is extraordinarily charming, with many restaurants, cafes, and shops all within walking distance of the Lofts. I had one minor issue with the coffee maker in my room, but the manager's response was great. Well worth a visit!

We stayed in Loft 2 for one night while bicycling the Ohio to Erie Trail and it was incredibly spacious, clean and comfortable. There was more than enough room for us and our bikes in the Loft. We loved the repurposed bicycle sofa/island table!! We also spent some time on the private patio which we really enjoyed. The owners give a very accurate description of what to expect. We were there on the first night of Loveland's Oktoberfest celebration weekend, so the streets were bustling with people enjoying the festivities. Just as they describe, you can hear music from the restaurant below, but we did not find it to be loud and the music and street activity ended by 10 pm. I appreciated the ear plugs they provide as I can be a light sleeper at times. We would definitely stay at Loveland Lofts again!

We had a great trip. The flat is decorated by a local furniture company (Bond) with classic details and a comfortable king bed. The studio has a suited kitchenette, television, full size couch and a large bathroom with a walk-in shower. Behind Bishop's Quarters and between Narrow Path Brewery there is an alley to temporarily park and utilize the elevator (lift) for ease of luggage transport to the 2nd floor. Despite a few failed attempts (probably user error) at the locks we were able to access our room. We stayed on New Years eve and opted out of hitting local bars to stay in and watch the college playoff game (go PSU) with a pizza from The Works (it was average)but, would probably opt for Bishop’s Quarters, Ramsey’s or Paxton’s. Noice was obvious from a band playing below- but definitely not annoying. Downtown Loveland has so many activities available including a wonderful bike path with rentals available, kayaking with rentals and cute shops and a coffeehouses, in the warmer months there is an outstanding farmers market.

I had a suspected heart attack episode and a major death in my family (my beloved 93 years old mother) only a day before my scheduled, reserved 2-nights stay (the weekend of Nov. 10-12, 2023) and the management of the Loveland Lofts refused to grant me/us a full refund. Very shameful!
