"In Sesser, about 300 miles south of Chicago, a BYO-style lounge plans to open in late April or early May as Illinois’ first on-site marijuana consumption venue. The concept encourages patrons to buy cannabis from off-site dispensaries, stocks rolling papers and will rent smoking paraphernalia, and is pitched as a safe space where customers won’t be kicked out for rolling up a joint. The spot will not serve alcohol due to state indoor smoking restrictions, will host food trucks outside, and was approved by local authorities in March 2020 as part of efforts to boost tourism in the town." - Ashok Selvam

Very cool space. Chill atmosphere. Holly is super helpful & kind. Prices on glass & clothing, even papers, were way below what you would expect, which was awesome in this crazy greed-filled world. The old bank vault is really neat.

Love this place! Super nice people that own and operate the place. They have a full blown audio set up, some good music was playing right when I walked in. There's lots of space and seating to hang out and enjoy the atmosphere. Love the hospitality here.

Environment was nice. The variety of seating was a very cool vibe. Live music was great, & the art displayed was open minded. Very cool experience for my first cannabis lounge. Although I feel the business would make more money of debit/credit was accepted. It's a shame banks won't work with the employer.

Everyone is so friendly and inviting!!! Super great atmosphere! I planned on going back after we ate but we live a little ways away so I decided otherwise but I'm definitely going to be back another day and hopefully often!! Also bought some lovely art from a very lovely lady ✨ Very rad to get to watch her paint 💚

Let me tell you about this special place. A place where live music is welcomed and appreciated. A place where all types of people are welcomed. Luna Lounge, located in Sesser IL. This little gem is Illinois first on-site cannabis consumer lounge. Tied with beautiful people that want you to have an amazing experience. Holly is your lovely host and she made sure that everyone was happy and taken care of during our performance. We had an amazing crowd. It's not some run of the mill bar where music is the background and your are the dance monkey. This atmosphere is perfect for live music and meeting new people!! Even introverts will feel welcomed!! This venue will put Southern Illinois back on the map!! They support everything local so 5 stars all day!! 🌠🌠🌠🌠🌠

I came down from Urbana Illinois to play a show and I was very happy that I did. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the environment was comfortable and relaxing. I look forward to coming back to play music again sometime. I would highly recommend checking this place out if you are on the fence about it.

I love this place 1st time here. Me and the husband drove all the way from Effingham Illinois. It's definitely worth the drive for $4.20 per person it's amazing ❤️💕🥰 the owners are amazing I love their vibe, personality, and I love how the business looks. It's going to be great start for the future! I'm so glad we came tha k you guys for everything!
