Where to find hand-pulled noodles in Las Vegas | Eater Vegas

"Diners love watching chefs make the noodles at the Magic Noodle. This unassuming strip mall spot has bar seating that puts noodle lovers just inches away from the hand-pulled noodle show. The resulting chewy, springy noodles are served stir-fried, in soup, or with sauce." - Janna Karel

Noods so good, you'll moan! As a group of 4 adults, we started with the cripsy and tasty Scallion Pancake that was missing a dipping sauce that we could've requested. The Spicy Pork Dumplings (Szechuan Style) were a hit with that tingly magic from the Szechuan peppercorns. You can choose your noodle style (Hand Pulled, Knife Cut, or Flat Wide), and watching them make the noodles in the open kitchen is like dinner and a show. I ordered the Chong Qing Spicy Noodle Soup with Flat Wide noodles and I’m so glad I did. The broth looks really red but it's actually the perfect level of spice. With ground pork, peanuts, pickled veggies, scallions, and cilantro, this bowl brought the flavor and the portion size. I had leftovers and I happily had them for breakfast the next day. No shame! Service was excellent! Even with a slightly complicated order where part of it was take out, the staff nailed it. Great food and great vibes! Slurp responsibly. NOTES/TIPS: **Order delivery/pickup on DoorDash and Caviar. **Plenty of parking in shared lot.

Google
This is legit northern Chinese style noodle spot. Looks like Vegas is finally getting the much needed street cred on Asian food! I had the beef brisket noodle soup and it was very very good! I chose the knife cut noodles. There are 3 choices, thin, knife cut or wide. The house special Fried Rice is also quite excellent. Only critic on fried rice is the serving size is not large. Did I mention they show the noodle making right in their kitchen. It is quite interesting.

Google
Awesome noodle house in the NW of spring valley area. Saw it online as a local hotspot so decided to checkout out. We got there around 7pm and still no wait to be seated. Place was not large but plenty of seats. They have the guys in the back through glass see through the window pulling their own noodles. So decided on the wide pulled noodle plus beef stew. And family got the classic spicy beef noodle soup. The beef rolls were crispy and tasty as well. One of the best pulled-noodle houses in LV. The prices are relatively cheaper, when compared to than other Chinese noodle restaurants vs Chinatown and other places.

Google
Absolutely phenomenal. Great atmosphere. Great service. Amazing experience eating at the bar, watching them stretch handmade noodles. We seriously take everyone who visits here and go back all the time. Everything is great but the spicy wonton appetizer is a go-to every time. All of the noodle dishes are fantastic, love the saucy-style maybe the most with that ground pork. Pork Belly is a perfect add-on!

Google
Still really delicious after years in business. Prices are pretty good especially for the quality of the food. Appetizers are great, two of them could be a meal. And the entrees could be split and still satisfy two unless you’re super hungry. Spicy wontons are superior. The onion pancakes were good too but pretty dense/heavy for an appetizer. The soup noodles are classic, can’t go wrong with the flat wide noodles. Wasn’t blown away by the shrimp chow mein but it was still good. Maybe it’ll warm up nicely. They get busy so expect to wait during main dinner hours. Smaller place so not the best for large groups (2-4 people is best). Not sure if they take reservations but don’t think so. When it gets busy they can be a bit slow but the staff are polite and do their best. Overall a great dinner option. Probably worth a 25 minute drive.

Google
Full amazing flavor. Definitely recommend. The knife cut and wide noodles are delightful and tasty. The spicy brisket was very tender and delicious. The spicy pork ribs are also on the same level of flavor. Will come back anytime I’m in Las Vegas.

Google
I was skeptical about coming here as I've heard portions here are small compared to other places in the valley. Happy to say I had a good experience here for take out. The building inside is very tight. Not lots of room between tables, there's even a table just a few feet in front of the door right next to their waitlist tablet. I placed my order with a server and he said it would take about 15 mins, which is fine with me. I came in after 15 mins to pick up and noticed tables who ordered after I placed my take out were being served- meaning the cooks move impressively quick. My takeout was also ready. The ordering and pickup process was quick and easy. I ordered their beef brisket noodle without cilantro. I ordered the soup with their flat wide noodles, and paid for extra to try their regular hand pulled noodles. Whoever said the portions were small are either crazy or REALLY REALLY hungry people, because the portions I received were huge! I did get two noodle orders, but only one soup, so I got only one portion of broth, meat, and vegetables, and it was surely enough to split between the two bowls of noodles! The broth has a nice deep flavor. The noodles were as fresh as can be, and I truly loved their hand pulled noodles. Other places I have had hand pulled noodles, they are dense and unpleasant to eat. The noodles here are light and don't feel so heavy to eat, and are still very filling. Overall I absolutely love the soup here! It was a great lunch even on a hot summer day!

Google
Haven’t been to the magic noodle in a minute and was pleasantly surprised at how reasonable their prices still are. The quality of the food has not declined either. Service was also amazing for an Asian restaurant; seemed like everyone that worked there was actually happy to be there. We got seated immediately on a Saturday at noon which was amazing, considering how long we waited for a table last time we were there. We got the cucumber for an appetizer and the flavor on that was really nice without being too overpowering. We shared the pork belly fried rice and the Szechuan spicy beef brisket noodles (hand cut). The saltiness of the fried rice complemented the spiciness of the beef noodles perfectly. It was a match made in heaven. We should’ve come back to this place much sooner. I have a feeling we’ll be back much more often.

Yelp
Hands down a must try for Vegas! This spot is such a good find for foodies looking for great food and fast service. Its busy and a smaller restaurant but the friendly staff and chill vibe and music make it comfortable. The knife cut fresh noodles are sooooo good! Both my husband and I ordered knife cut noodles (I ordered braised pork belly with string beans, and he ordered Mongolian beef) and a side of spicy Szechuan style dumplings. Everything was hot, fresh, and DELICIOUS!! Skip the trip and try out the Magic Noodle for some great chinese food! We will definitely come back at our next trip to Vegas!

Yelp
My husband and I came across this place while driving home. We decided to stop by since we always see a line outside the restaurant. The Beef Brisket was tender and the noodles were perfect. The service was good and fast. Smaller space than it should be but still worth a visit!

Yelp
Amazing. That's all I can say, and I'm huge on this kind of food. Service was great we got sat right away, the food was just so delicious. The spicy wontons were our favorite and the cucumber salad. The spicy wontons were so GOOD with the chili oil they provide. Omg. We also got noodles with beef belly and string beans that were great! It's cute inside and you get to see them freshly making noodles! We came all the way from California and WILL be back!

Yelp
Literally the whole reason we ended up in Vegas! Hand pulled and knife cut noodles are an absolute delight that you can't just find anywhere, so we drove 6.5 hours for some! When you walk in you immediately see the glass kitchen where you can watch the magic happen. We were all enthralled watching how fast everything goes! This is an art form that is truly under appreciated. We ordered scallion pancakes to start and then had beef brisket noodle soup and braised pork belly with string beans, both with the wonderfully chewy knife cut noodles. They were both absolutely delicious! The braised pork belly was so incredibly tender and flavorful, it melted in your mouth so perfectly! Truly worth the wait, worth braving the heat of Vegas and absolutely worth the drive!

Yelp
Spicy wontons (5/5): The sauce makes this dish! It pairs really well with the green onion pancakes. Green onion pancakes w/ braised beef on the side (5/5): The braised beef is very flavorful and tender. The scallion pancakes were crispy and go well with the spicy wontons and braised beef sauce. Beef brisket noodle (4/5): The soup and brisket were flavorful. This dish would have been better if the soup was hot. It came out room temperature for my friend and I, which was a bit disappointing. Service was good. Everyone was friendly.

Yelp
A solid noodle spot! Their hand pulled / knife cut noodles are authentic and made in house in front of you. Their Szechuan flavors are so good, and the texture of the noodles are spot on. One of the pancakes we got with egg was a miss however, but the onion pancake with pork hit the spot and was very decent. Overall i would definitely visit again!

Yelp
The Magic Noodle was absolutely Phenomenal! My group and I had the opportunity to sit at the counter top & it was arguably the best spot to stay as a first time guest. There was a glass barrier between us where we were able to watch all the noodles be made to order & the staff member performing the hand pulled noodles was super interactive as he saw us recording! The quality of the noodles and the Szechuan beef brisket base was to die for. The appropriate spicy and beef to noodle ratio paired so perfectly. The other star of the show would be the Spicy Pork Wontons! If you only had to pick on appetizer, look no further - the spicy pork wontons win amongst all other options. The service was great & very attentive! I appreciate the attention to detail and modifications made for those with food allergies when ordering! Kind, friendly, and very knowledgeable service. I will surely be back again!

Yelp
This was a place me and my sister wanted to go to as seen on IG and recommended by our family when we came to visit from Cali. The restaurant is small but lively and you can see the noodles are fresh with a window showing how staff hand-pulled them as advertised. The flavors were what we needed for our first bite in town, not overpowering and just right. The consistency of the noodles was just right and I was close to ordering another bowl. Definitely will come again.

Yelp
We have been coming back here just been lacking on leaving updated reviews. This place has never disappoint at all. Food is very good! We will keep coming back because they are very consistent with the food

Yelp
I can't believe I haven't tried this place before. I've always wanted to try hand cut noodle among different sizes. The Mongolian beef dish was excellent. Perfect smoky of spice (definitely add more if you want to breath fire). Very classic Chinese dish and interior and makes you feel good to stay and converse with your fellow colleagues or family. The staff here is very great and meet some of the guys rolling noodles and you can tell they enjoy doing what they do. I would highly recommend to try this place if you haven't already. Or make it point to go there!! There is a waitlist so best to go during downtimes. Fork up!

Yelp
spicy beef noodle soup (1000/5): SOOOOOOO GOOD! the noodles are chewy and cooked perfectly, the beef is tender, and the broth is so flavorful. best spicy beef noodle soup i've ever had anywhere. this was my first experience having spicy beef noodle soup and it sucked because i have not been able to find a restaurant that serves it better than this place (and i've tried a lot of restaurants to find a comparable beef noodle soup!). not sure how this compares to the shang artisan noodle, but the entire group i came with loved this dish. i also thought it was cool how you can see the workers making the noodles, which were really good and fresh! i would come back to LV for this place alone. i would make sure to try their other dishes as well.

Yelp
I recently had the pleasure of dining at The Magic Noodle in Vegas, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth and efficiency and promptly seated despite the restaurant's modest size. The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the mesmerizing sight of the skilled workers hand-pulling and knife-cutting noodles right before our eyes, a testament to the authenticity and dedication of the culinary craftsmanship. The interior exuded cleanliness and comfort, enhancing our dining pleasure, while the prices offered a refreshing contrast to the exorbitant rates found on the Strip. The menu boasted a delightful array of options, but I opted for the House Special Chow Mein, which is customizable with a choice of noodle type - hand-pulled, knife-cut, or flat wide. The dish consisted of tasty flavors and textures--furthermore, the ability to add various toppings and enhancements allowed for a genuinely personalized culinary experience. Without hesitation, I highly recommend The Magic Noodle to anyone seeking an authentic and satisfying dining adventure in Vegas - it's a gem worth discovering amidst the glitz and glamour of the city.

Yelp
Abracadabra yummy!! Saturday @6ish, no wait and seated right away. After driving hours on our first leg of our road trip (from Sacramento) we stopped at magic noodle. In a blink of an eye the noodle dishes appeared! My husband and I devoured our flavorful, tasty, měiwèi dishes. The noodles are freshly pulled in the open kitchen!!! Ordered: 1.) Mongolian beef stir fried noodles 2.) Dan Dan noodles with pork- wow the Dan Dan noodles are a must!!! 3.) appetizer-pan fried pork dumplings. Good, but the dough was too thick and it seemed like the entire dumpling was fried in a fryer. Hmm oh well. A small place with big flavor. I would definitely recommend eating here and I can't wait to eat here again! Other: -affordable $$$ -takes card and cash -bathrooms Inside (singles) -booth, table and bar seating available - can order for pick up -located away from the strip

Yelp
We initially wanted to dine in , but who knew there would be a wait list at 730pm on a weeknight. The dining area is pretty small but they did seem to turn tables pretty quickly. I got hungry, so we place a take out order instead and that was super fast. I'm glad I live down the street. The spicy wontons was yummy. The noodles were cooked perfectly. It's very similar to Shang. I'm glad we have 2 amazing noodle shops to close by.

Yelp
It's always packed at The Magic Noodle, and for good reason! The food here is so delicious. I'm a fan of hand-pulled noodles, so the noodles here hit the spot. They also make knife cut or flat wide noodles, which are also tasty. I've tried their beef brisket noodle and Szechuan beef brisket noodle and recommend them! The broth is tasty, and the noodles are so chewy and delicious. I've also tried their stir-fry, which is good too but I prefer the soup noodles. The Chinese beef burrito is also fantastic. I've tried this dish from many different restaurants, and I'd have to say The Magic Noodle's is one of my favorites! They pancake is thin and crispy, which I love! And they also fill it with a good amount of beef, whereas some places will stuff it full of cilantro and green onions instead. I've also tried a few other dishes including their house special fried rice, all of which I enjoyed. If you like dumplings and wontons, you have to try their spicy wontons! The wrapper is thin, and the wontons are meaty and flavorful. The sauce that comes with it really brings it all together with the right amount of heat. Regardless if you live in Vegas or are just visiting, definitely stop by The Magic Noodle!

Yelp
After seeing all the rave reviews, I'm curious to check this place out. I came on a weekday so the wait wasn't too bad. There's plenty of parking since it's inside a big plaza. My party ordered the potstickers, dumplings with chili sauce and Mongolian beef noodle (non-spicy). Interestingly, there's a common theme to the dishes that we ordered, which is there's some sweetness to the savory sauce. The noodle dish is good, but it's a bit over seasoned for me. The potstickers are good. It's somewhat crispy on the sides and dipped into a vinegar and somewhat sweet sauce. The dumplings with chili is just as expected. Although someone at my party kept saying they prefer the chili sauce at DTF more. Aside from that, the ambiance is nice. You can see the staff who hand pulled the noodles. Prices are also reasonable with good services. Maybe I'm just a bit spoiled since there are a lot of good noodle places in LA, so I probably won't be a regular

Yelp
If you love noodles, this spot is for you! The Magic Noodle serves some of the best hand-pulled noodles I've had. The Dan Dan and the Sichuan Sweet noodles were delicious! The Dan Dan is much spicier for my liking but still good. The beef roll wrap and spicy wontons are definitely good options for appetizers. Service is quick and friendly. Can't wait to come back next time to try other menu items!
google avatar

Trixie T.

Yelp
Best noodle place all around. The wait can be a bit long, but once you're seated the service is fast and great. The seatings with the window facing the cooks is fun and you get to watch how the noodles are made. The ambiance is warm and social.

Yelp
Located in a busy parking center on the SW side of town. Better make sure you have your appetite because the portions are decent for the price. We decided to check them out on a lazy afternoon after shopping and maybe it wasn't the smartest of ideas because the smells made me ravenously hungry and I wanted to eat everything. My eyes were bigger than my stomach for sure and we took most of the meal home. They were a bit busy, so the service was a bit lackluster, but we will definitely give them another try at a different time to see if that was a fluke.
google avatar

Yelp
Magic Noodle is affordable, quick, and does the job. We ordered the Beef Noodle with Knife Cut. The broth was decent and the noodles were chewy. Overall, a decent place. Be sure to either, Yelp waitlist or go earlier, before the lunch rush at noon.

Yelp
===== [Overview] ===== A pretty good noodle shop on the outskirts of Las Vegas. This is typically my favorite to go to due to their rich broths and hearty meals. Seeing from other reviews, this may not be for everyone. If you are sensitive to fatty and oily foods, there are alternatives for clearer broths out there or other items on the menu. You may skim the top layer off, but that removes the rich profile that contains chili oil and the flavors from the meat. A trick I learned is to also use an ice cube to draw the fat off the top. ==================== ===== [Restaurant] ==== There is plenty of parking in the plaza since it is right next to a grocery store. There is usually a wait unless you come at opening or right before closing. They very rarely take reservations but will add your name to the list if you have a large party (6+) coming in. When you arrive, come in and sign your name on the paper then you can wait in your car for the next 25-30 minutes before checking again. The wait never exceeded an hour for each time I've come here. Lunch is typically more busy than dinner. All the noodles are fresh made in front of you and there is an open kitchen (behind a glass wall) where you can watch them do their magic. Bathroom is in the back. ==================== ======= [Food] ======= I have found my bowls of noodle to have sufficient meat. If you are looking for extra, they allow you to ask for more as an add-on. Recommendations: - [Steamed Chicken with Chili Sauce] : Decent but this is my favorite appetizer - [Spicy Pork Ribs Noodle] : Mild spicy, more savory. Careful because it's hot - [Spicy Wonton] - [Beef Brisket Noodle] : A favorite for noodle soups in general. Sometimes the beef can be fatty but I never found an issue. Just pick out the fat if you don't like it. - [Chong Qing Style Spicy Noodle] : Pretty spicy but good - [Knife Cut Noodles] : Yes. always a yes for noodle soup. - [Dan Dan Noodle] ====================

Yelp
Service- good, not overly attentive and not negligent. Ambiance-casual, fast paced Food, we tried so many items, and we all agreed it wasn't for us. We just didn't like it... and that's okay. It just does not align with our flavor profile. Glad we at least tried it though.
google avatar

Yelp
A solid noodle spot. I ordered the brisket soup with the standard pulled noodle and thought it was excellent. We also ordered the spicy pork dumplings which were quite good. The restaurant itself is a bit small, so the wait time can be a while, so make sure you plan ahead. Overall, a very good restaurant and I'll come back again.

Yelp
The SO was craving beef noodle soup but after the experience 2 years ago, I was hesitant but finally gave in as they consistently have great reviews and even opened a second location. Food/Taste/Flavor: 5/5 - after a terrified first bite, very happy to have given it a second chance! We ordered a Beef Brisket (C3) and Szechuan Beef Brisket (C4) with hand pull noodles. Both dishes were delicious with a peppercorn spice that gives it a more earthy taste from the szechuan soup. The hand pulled noodles were thinner so they absorbed the soup taste better. Service: 5/5 - very quick to seat us, take our orders, and deliver our food. Despite it being extremely busy, they stopped by to ensure we had enough water. They were taking phone, to-go, and sit-down orders back-to-back and staying extremely organized. Ambiance: 5/5 - we sat at the counter again but the container of menus is now on the side so it was no longer in front of customers. The large window does let us watch the kitchen and how quickly they move in there! Value for price: 5/5 - reasonable price, delicious food, and very fast service. Make sure to get there before 6 or there could be a bit of a wait!

Yelp
Dan Dan noodles here are quite amazing. Writing this a year or so after the fact, but just had Dan Dan somewhere else and found myself comparing it to here as a gold standard. Recommend checking it out and I would definitely come back!
google avatar

Matt C.

Yelp
I went here for the first time last night. I ordered the Dan Dan flat noodle, shrimp chow mein, pork dumplings & onion pancake with pork belly and absolutely everything was delicious. It was a little pricey but nothing crazy and I got all of the food for just under $50 + tip. Service was prompt, staff was friendly, everything tasted fresh, restaurant was clean, and I have a new favorite noodle place.

Ron R.

Yelp
Very small limited seating usually a 15-20 minute wait but well worth it. They make their noodle on site live action in the kitchen. C4 is fantastic!!

Yelp
Another place that was over-hyped by influencers. I discovered this place through IG where I saw videos of Szechuan/Chinese-style noodles and added it on my list to visit. I was told that the Magic Noodle is the sister location of Shang Artisan Noodle. I stumbled upon the Magic Noodle by accident when we were on our way to Blue Bubble. The Magic Noodle was actually a couple of doors down from Blue Bubble and we thought since we were already here, why not just try this place out? It was actually off-dinner hours around 4:00pm and there were already a wait outside their restaurant. I signed in and the wait was not too bad. There were 3 groups ahead of us but we waited for 10 minutes or less. A bowl of noodles seem quite large when looking at our neighbors' orders so we ordered the Chong Qing style spicy noodles with extra knife cut noodles to share. Chong Qing style spicy noodles: Our server recommended the knife cut noodles since it was the noodles that was used in the photo of the menu. The noodles came out around 15 minutes along with our extra noodles that they put on the side. This is when things started to go downhill. First of all, the noodles were so soft and mushy. When we grab the noodles with our chopstick, it immediately broke apart. The Chong Qing flavor sauce was not spicy and it was terribly bland like it was watered down. Not authentic to the Chong Qing flavors at all. The noodles were so mushy that we had to use a spoon and scoop them up instead. With just one bowl, we couldn't even finish it and left the remaining extra noodles pretty much untouched. Overall, we were pretty disappointed in terms of the food. The portion and the price for one bowl of noodles was pretty affordable. The flavors just didn't taste like authentic Szechuan or Chinese-style cuisine. Not sure if it was an off day or the location itself. We decided to not try Shang Artisan Noodle after this experience. Since it was almost 5:00pm by the time we left the restaurant and we were still hungry, we went to In-n-Out instead.

Yelp
This place slaps... figuratively AND literally. (A slippery piece of noodle escaped my chopsticks and literally slapped me in the face when I tried to eat it. Good thing I decided not to go with spicy broth or the drop that landed in my eye would have caused more damage!) The broth (that stayed in the bowl) was flavorful and not too salty. The beef brisket was very soft. I tried the shaved noodles, but they were a bit too al dente and slippery for me to hold with chopsticks. Next time, I'd probably go with the flat wide noodles instead. It's not a huge place, and it does fill up, so I'd recommend getting there early and/or hopping on the waitlist while you check out some other spots in the shopping plaza.

Yelp
I have been seeing this place on Insta forever. So when a friend suggested we go I was beyond excited. We went for a late lunch on a Saturday and there was around a 20 minute wait and as we were leaving there was huge line outside so be prepared to wait. We were able to sit at the window and watch them make the hand pulled noodles which was awesome. We ordered the Dan Dan Noddle made with knife cut noodles, Chinese Beef Burrito, Spicy wontons, and Onion Pancakes with Pork Belly. Let me say there wasn't a bad thing we ordered. All the food was more than GREAT. Loved the texture of the knife cut noodles, like the perfect chew. The beef burrito was more on the sweet side but again everything was well balanced. The sauce on the spicy wonton was bomb, wasn't too spicy for me and was super flavorful. Onion pancakes were crispy and the pork belly was very tender as well. Def worth the Instgram hype and I can't wait to go back.

Yelp
The Magic Noodle on Fort Apache has never let us down. It's a small restaurant, so come early to get your name on the list and not with a large party. Our go to choices are: * House Special Pan-Fried Pork Dumplings - The kids really enjoy this and we always end up with a couple of orders. * Spicy Pork Wontons - This is one of my favorite things to get. * Lan Zhou Noodle * Spicy Pork Ribs Noodle * Spice Beef Noodle Soup - The Husband prefers this version over the Spicy Pork Ribs. Extra noodles are on only $3 more! Service is fast and efficient.

Yelp
Long wait but they actually sat and served all guests very quickly. It's saying a lot that out of all the businesses in this plaza, this restaurant was the only one popping with lots of customers. Small and quant restaurant buy it was very efficient and well run. Staff were super friendly and quick. Noodles are made in house and all food came out super quickly. Everything was absolutely delicious We ordered knife cut beef noodle soup (C1), stir fry hand pulled noodles (E3) and two orders of beef rolls. All the beef was super delicious I liked the hand pull noodles over the knife cut and the stir fry more than the noodle soup

Yelp
I came to The Magic Noodle on my way to Vegas for vacation and WOW! This place is so so so GOOD! I found this place on Instagram as it's super hyped; but they definitely exceeded the hype! Comparing The Magic Noodle to the Taiwanese food around my area (DTF, Thumbling, Noodle St), this place shines. We went on a Saturday at 2:30pm and there was no wait. Service is very quick and friendly. This place is a cute and small restaurant. Spicy Wontons - Surprisingly very spicy! Filling is very flavorful, wonton skin is bouncy, and sauce is to die for! Must order when coming here! Szechuan Beef Brisket Noodle - We got the hand pulled noodle option and it was super bouncy and chewy. So YUMMY! Not too spicy. Beef was fall-apart tender and juicy. House Special Fried Rice - This fried rice was very good and salty (in a good way). But, I think I might opt for the chicken fried rice next time as I'm not a huge fan of all the proteins. Chinese Beef Burrito - Perfect appetizer! The green onion pancake was nice and crispy and the cilantro added so much freshness to balance the dish. Must order when coming here! The only con I have is this place is too far from me lol But, I will be stopping by here every time I go to Vegas now! :)

I came in today for lunch based on a recommendation. It's a small restaurant, and it was packed, so upon entering ther entry area was crowded because there wasn't much room for standing. I added my nape to an iPad and since I was only a party of one, I was sat after about one minute. The menu is small and straightforward. I ordered the Szechuan dumplings and Szechuan been soup with knife cut noodles. It took about 10 mins for my soup and another 5 for the dumplings. Both dishes has a depth of flavor. I enjoyed how think the noodles were to soak up lots of broth. Overall I had a great experience and I would definitely return to try more dishes in the future.

Yelp
This place is always packed every time I pass by, so you know this place is good. Also, the place is not that big. Luckily I was with a small party of 2 and we were able to get seated quickly. Small menu with a variety of apps, soups, and sauce noodles. I like to get the Dan Dan sauce noodles and my hubs got the chicken and mushroom noodle soup. The sauce for the Dan Dan noodles comes on the side. It includes minced pork, hot chilli oil, and other spicy goodness. My go to are the Dan Dan noodles and the Chong Qing Style Spicy Noodle (soup). Both are very similar except one is more soupy. Anyways, last time I tried the chicken mushroom noodle soup and the flavor was on point! Perfect amount of salt. I think I'm going to get that again next time.

Yelp
The food is good, place is really small. Not too greasy. Service was fast. The Dan Dan noodles were good just so greasy

Yelp
The Magic Noodle was magically delicious! Seen them a few times on social media and have been wanting to check them out. Went with a buddy for lunch and we were both blown away. The food was exceptional! We tried a variety of dishes including the chili dumplings and we each got a bowl of noodles in soup. The beef was super flavorful and the noodles were perfect. The service was friendly and quick. It was a little busy, so we had to wait and walk around the shopping center for a bit but it was defiantly worth the wait. Go check them out and enjoy!

Yelp
Pork belly is delicious, I always get it with the green onion pancakes. I'm usually not a huge gyoza fan but these were also very good- be careful not to eat too soon coz it burned my tongue haha. I got the flat noodle with pork belly and veggies, also hearty and yummy! Will be back for another quick Chinese dinner as to me this is ten times better than other quick Chinese takeout places. Only there for about 30 minutes tops!

Yelp
Okay, don't come for me for this, but this place is our poor man's Shang Artisan Noodle we come here when we don't want to make the full trip out to Shang, but are craving hand pulled noodles. Here's my take on this establishment... First, there's always a wait and service can be a bit slow. Now, the wait is due to its popularity and smallish seating area, so that is what it is, but yeah, the service could be a bit better, in my opinion. Second, the food is fine. I've heard many people rave about this place, but the dishes that I've tried have fallen just a little short for my taste. In specific, I'm talking about the Dan Dan noodles. Traditionally, this dish is supposed to be very spicy - like numbing spicy, but packed with flavor so you don't care. The one at Magic Noodle like just misses the mark and I can't exactly put my finger on it. Maybe they lower the spice level so it's more accessible to the general public? Not sure, but the Dan Dan noodles from Shang are superior hands down. Anyway, I'm not trying to bring Magic Noodle down because the food is good enough, but it just wouldn't be my first choice.

Yelp
Food is good and authentic. I brought my family here. They tried the onion pancake with egg for the very first time. Everyone loved it! They customer service is very good also. We were celebrating my brother and sister in law's birthday. They tried so hard to help us make it special. We had a good time here. Everything is perfect. Thank you! We did wait 20-30min to get seated during dinner time which is not that bad!

Yelp
A decently popular noodle place in Las Vegas that is probably one of the few places I can picture myself eating at for lunch everyday. Magic Noodle is simple establishment, you don't come here expecting The French Laundry or duck confit. Magic Noodle does well priced hand made noodles incredibly well that hits your itch for some well textured noodles. You come here to impress your traditional immigrant parents so they can lecture about how they had things in the "old days" It's traditional, sticks to the basics, and that's what makes their handmade noodles shine. -- All in all, the noodle soups really hit the spot. The stirfry noodles are ok, nothing special about them unfortunately. The cucumber salad was great, I personally prefer a bit more vinegar but that's just because I would drink chinese vinegar out of the bottle if I could.

Yelp
There are a lot of noodle places to choose from the Vegas area, this one is about a 20min drive from the strip and worth the hike. This is a pretty small restaurant that offers bar and table seating, the bar seating is where you can view the hand pulled noodle process first hand. The must have appetizer is the spicy wonton...tip keep the sauce from the wontons and pour it in the noodles you get. It will make you crave more and more. Now for the main course - the hand pulled noodles paired with the spicy pork was decent... I ate the whole bowl and even though I was full I wanted more. Check this place out it won't disappoint...bring your appetite. All of the servers we super nice.

Yelp
Finally went to Magic Noodle! We can order the compound fine, noodle the Chinese burrito and the spicy wonton dumplings. We really enjoyed everything we tried. The flavor on the Kung pao and the spicy dumplings was delicious. The Chinese burrito was a tasty surprise. The only downside was we probably only got 4 small pieces of chicken in the Kung Pao chicken stir fry noodles. So not a lot of protein which was disappointing.

Yelp
We loved it here! We bad the hand cut noodles and spicy dumplings!! We've been a few times and everything is fantastic! Even if there is a wait, it goes quickly. Food is made to order so it comes out as it's made. Huge portions! Staff is friendly and efficient. Location is clean and cute!

Yelp
I've seen this place all over my Tiktok. The hype is deserved. Their noodles are handmade and they offer hand pulled, knife cut or flat wide. I got the Fish Noodles with flat wide. The flat wide noodles were delicious even if they kept slipping out of my chopsticks. The soup was spicy with, but it had a good flavor with the pickled vegetables and tangy/ sour taste. I also shared onion pancakes, which were good. I wish they were a little crispier. My friend ordered the spicy beef brisket with wide noodles and spicy wontons. He said the wontons are the best, especially the spicy sauce. Service was good and staff friendly. A lot of their menu is pork based, which I don't eat for personal reasons. They do have shrimp, chicken and fish options. I look forward to trying other items on the menu next time. Like the sweet & sour cucumber.

Yelp
Totally recommend this spot, it is a bit small and always busy but that's how you know the food is amazing. Both my kids love it, so it's family friendly.
