I stopped by the Mark Bar for a quick drink after a very long meeting. The front bar area is small but very sleek. The service from the bartender today was outstanding. This is definitely a nice classy spot for a drink and/or some light bites on the Upper East Side of Manhattan.

We found refuge in the Mark Bar after getting caught in the rain on a Saturday afternoon. Wet to the bone, I greatly appreciated the hostess seating us for drinks. The actual table service and drinks were just fine, but it gave us an opportunity to dry off and sip an old fashioned.

Reading the comments, I see I'm not alone in getting ripped off by this place. The bartender with the lip filler will serve you something you didn't order to make your bill higher. When you try to contact someone about it they will completely ignore you. Incredible the lack of couth this place has considering its a Jean Georges establishment.

Immaculate as always! My daughter, Delilah Dubois is a regular and always treated with utmost hospitality! My wife and I were her guests and that treated us likewise! Love...Love...Love this place! ❤️👍🏾❤️👍🏾❤️👍🏾❤️👍🏾❤️👍🏾

One of the coolest bars I’ve ever been to! Service was excellent too and the drinks are so unique. Great to pop in for a drink if you’re trying to kill some time in the UES

I felt that the drinks were quite expensive- a glass of wine was kind of insane. Decor...very uninviting (to me) and the actual bar has 3 seats. The actual hotel tho was designed nicely. Weird mixed crowd inside. Def won't be back.

I’m a sober person out with a sober friend and right off the bat the men at the bar were touching us. We got upset and the bartender said he wouldn’t serve us because of that. Then a man very obviously grabbed my arm while i headed to the bathroom. A concerned customer reported it to the bartender and he responded “they’re drunk”. It is his JOB to report behavior like that. I live in that neighborhood and this was my local bar, but i’m disgusted at his arrogant behavior protecting predators. Sal is his name.

$32 for a paloma. Tipped 10 so i could charge my phone at the bar. Asian bartender was nice, while the older itallian/maybe french? man was condescending as a whole, acting like i was skipping out on the check as i was leaving. I appreciate them letting me charge my phone AND this place is still wack.
