I'm sad to say goodbye to Chef Jen, who I believe is a good woman with fantastic ideas, and helps her fellow man. In hindsight, they are a tight-knit family type group full of loyalty and devotion for the Boss Jennifer Russo is a beautiful person with a huge heart and a love for the culinary experience. She truly enjoys serving her customers with her creative outlook in cooking. Thank you Chef it was a pleasure to meet and serve you and your establishment. Stewart

The other night I was finally able to try The Market by Jennifer’s after hearing about it so many times. The restaurant is tucked away in an alley in Arcadia but has such a great vibe when you walk in. The kitchen is huge and open to the restaurant and there are so many great drink options. The Chicken Satay was perfectly fried chicken with a delicious blue cheese dipping sauce. The Gnocchi dish was one of the more creative dishes I have had. The tomato-vodka sauce was thick and creamy but wasn’t overpowering so the taste of mushrooms and spinach still came through along with the slow-roasted pork. I need to go back and try more dishes here!

We had reservations at the Century Grand, which doesn't serve food, so we decided to stop at The Market by Jennifer's beforehand for a bite to eat. I'd never been here before, but they were nearby and offered vegetarian options. It just happened to be restaurant week, so we were able to try out the special menu. Everything we tried was delicious. I was very pleased with the vegetarian selection. I love that more and more restaurants are offering vegetarian and vegan dishes. The restaurant didn't look like much from the outside, but the inside is clean and comfortable. You can see into the kitchen area, which is pretty cool. The service was good. The restrooms were clean. I'd go back if in the area.

Simple and low key. Been years since been back. Came in for brunch. Left wanting a little bit more. Enchiladas are good, but not wow. Needed some freshness and spice… maybe even a meet protein with the fried egg. The French toast was huge but one slice was more custardy than desirable. The cooked parts were good with the fresh fruit and sugary coating. Service was good - but it wasn’t busy so that helps. I’ll need to come back for burger Wednesday when they run a 1/2 off special and see how it compares to others.

I've been wanting to come here for quite some time. The vibe is great and I love the space. It took quite a while to be approached with the opportunity to get a drink which seemed odd as it wasn't busy and our server passed us up several times, maybe she just had a lot on her mind but it was noticeable that we had been sitting for a while with nothing on the table. I was here for restaurant week with a friend and we were a little disappointed with the portions. It felt like you got a bit less for what you were actually paying for. The presentation was nice and the flavor and taste of the food was great. But I will say that I would probably not come back here for restaurant week, specifically, I definitely left still very much hungry even after having their "3-course meal". I am curious as to how their normal menu is. So I am willing to come back and see if we can get that fifth star added based on a normal evening.

We went for restaurant week and enjoyed our time her. Service was outstanding, attentive and we even got to wave at the chefs as they're visible. The television featured sports when appropriate but it's not overwhelming. The food is good but missing that little something to make it great.

Amazing place. Loved it so much. Everything was fresh and delicious. Just tried it and am going back on Sunday already.

The social media algorithms were on point. Surprisingly. Came here due to an IG ad while staying in the area. It was so close I walked. I came when they first opened and service was fit for a queen. Kaila was wonderful and would ask for her again. The food was devine! I was quite hungry so I ordered the Market Breakfast and the Green Pozole. Yes just for myself. As I mentioned, I was hungry. And while the breakfast was delicious. That pozole was one of the best I’ve ever had. My SIL’s mom is from Mexico and makes one that I dream about. Yes, that good. So I consider myself a decent gauge, in my humble opinion. Whether I come back for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, I’ll be ordering that pozole on my next visit. I loved the boutique environment and the attention to detail. Presentation of the meal was also very nice. I look forward to eating here again.

The chef is an award-winning chef. Although her dishes may not look like it, they truly taste like it. We had their version of beignets (French donuts). they did not use the typical powder that is used for beignets and used cinnamon instead. It was still mouthwatering tasty! The sauce that they use on their steak makes the steak more juicy, and tastes better with the sauce. The only disappointment I had with this restaurant was that some of the items photographed on their yelp food photos was not available. I initially went to the market for the cheese appetizer, which they no longer serve.

Came for the August French dinner/wine pairing. What a beautiful menu!! Had the pleasure of Levi as our server. He was so fun and informative of the menu. Never missed a beat keeping our drinks coming and our entrees delivered. He accidentally hit me in the head... and I teased him all night about needing a helmet next time I come in. I enjoy someone that can take a joke. The food was top notch. Enjoyed it all! As someone that goes to France frequently.... I can say.... This was just delightful. Can't wait to try the Spain tasting menu!

Easter 2024 Lunch at The Market! Loved the interior, hostess was awesome and our service was fantastic! Started off with pre-lunch drinks and can't say I've had a fig mule before but I'm definitely keeping that one on my drink list Brunch menu was offered, but we stuck with their normal menu and couldn't have had a better meal than what we had today. Chilaquiles were perfectly seasoned with the egg (sunny side up). I had their mango / habanero hot sauce and while it kicked up my tastebuds to a new level I didn't find it to be unbearable to keep pouring more on. Dessert we both agreed that the lemon tart was our favorite and was light, fresh, not too sweet and loved the homemade cream on top. Don't let this pass you by and give it a try!

Came here for their Euro wine series (France) on a Thursday night and had the best experience! Our server was so nice! We weren't at all rushed with the courses and got to savor our food/wine. Every course was delicious and very well balanced. My friend who came with me has never done a set menu and isn't really one to try new foods. But she ate everything on her plate for every single course and loved it so much that she wants to come back next month for their next country! Would recommend this to everyone!

The Market by Jennifer's was on my hit-list because the items on the menu sounded delicious, especially since they ingredients are sourced locally. While the restaurant is cute and the service was quick, the food was ultimately lacking in flavor. We started with the burrata. It came out quickly and was plated quite beautifully, so I was excited to dig in. With the wide variety of toppings (including beans?) I was confused why I couldn't taste any of them, aside from the oil. For my main, I got the chicken piccata. It came out looking fresh and smelled delicious. This dish was more flavorful than the appetizer, but without the gravy to pour over everything, would've been lacking in the flavor department. Chicken was cooked perfectly, with a moist interior. The asparagus was okay, although the ends needed to be trimmed more, as it was quite fibrous. The entire dish could've been improved with something as simple as a touch more salt and pepper. My fiancé got the yellow fin niçoise. It was filled with fresh ingredients, but again, he said it lacked flavor depth. Overall, if we were to return to The Market, it would be to enjoy a glass of wine. For the price of the food, we can get meals we thoroughly enjoy somewhere else. If you're into high quality ingredients and blander food, this would be a great spot for you. In terms of service, our waitress was attentive and sweet. There were only two other tables seated at prime time on a Saturday night, which apparently left the kitchen staff with nothing to do but stare at the diners, which was a bit uncomfortable. The interior has a cute, intimate feel, and is in the same building as Trevor's. The chairs are definitely cheap and slightly uncomfortable, but play into the overall aesthetic. Sadly, the plastic backs left me with no place to put my purse. It's difficult to enjoy a nice dinner with a bag on the the table top, and I didn't want to put my handbag on the floor.

The brunch was divine! This was my first time coming in for brunch - I had the lemon ricotta pancakes, and my husband had the Benedict. The pancakes absolutely hit the spot, the warm berry sauce and lemony filling about did me in! I love how open and inviting the restaurant is, and the staff was very friendly. Even more so, I love that it's not so loud that we couldn't have a conversation!

Such a hidden gem! Hard to find but very good cuisine and menu options! I would go again! The location is small and quaint but cozy. A good local spot.

Very warm and inviting atmosphere and a great location especially across from Platform 18 . When we arrived it was probably before the dinner rush and it wasn't busy, having said that the service was friendly albeit a tad slow. We started with the Market chips and dip, house made potato chips with dip and they are plenty for the table piled high! I guess I never realized I needed avocado crème and lemon dill dip for a potato chip but I now know I do! Several of people at the table including my partner had the burger and the consensus was it was okay. It came with the same home made chips as our appetizer but the ones accompanying the burgers everyone complained were stale and soggy (don't know how that happened) the appetizer ones were perfect. I had the gnocchi vegetarian with mushrooms and spinach and it was fine , the pasta was good and it was rich enough I took half of it home . Would I go back? Not 100 percent sure.

Haven't been to Market By Jennifer's for 8 months or so and missed it! Always delicious...had the salmon and a Pinot Blanc which was delicious. Servers always super friendly and helpful and flexible with adding/removing spices, etc. Can't wait to go back soon as their brunch is fabulous also!

We stopped here before going to one of the nearby theme bars. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Food was delicious! Would recommend to others. They have nice outdoor seating and music on some nights.

Comfortable, knowledgeable & friendly table service team. Fresh, crispy & bright vegetables. Each menu item including dessert presents as artistically custom and delicious. A dinning setting for any occasion.

One of the best kept secrets in Scottsdale. After a fun night at Century Grand, a quick walk across the street to an amazing meal. Chicken Piccata is the best I have ever had. The pasta, burger and steak with frites were also a big hit with everyone. Thanks for a great meal!

I had a burger and a cosmo , let me just say ! It was fantastic . The service was great and the ambiance is great . Love this place !

Had a great time tasting The Market's fall restaurant week menu! The service was quick and the ambience is amazing here, and my highlight was the dessert. The vanilla panna cotta was so flavorful and light and had an incredible strawberry compote pairing. I think the tempura shrimp was quite good - it wasn't as crispy as one would expect but I don't mind a softer crunch so I enjoyed it. The steak was perfectly done and had a unique pairing with chimichurri which was quite good, although the fries missed the mark and were quite overdone. I wasn't craving a replacement but despite the staff being quite nice and attentive, I wasn't even offered one. Overall I would say this is a place worth visiting.

Had the Fig Mule Wife had the tequila paloma Bitter Adovada omelette, with a side of Yukon potatoes Mom had chilaquiles, which came with chicken Music was too loud for such a small space

This place is a hidden gem. More so because it's tucked away at the end of the shopping plaza so don't miss it! In case you didn't know, this place serves BRUNCH. And if you were thinking about coming here for Brunch, please do! They also serve beer, coctails and wine which includes Mimosas and Bloody Mary's in case you need a Brunchy Beverage to cure the hangover blues. The interior was nothing to gawk about and had a bistro type feel with the small dining area. On a Sunday morning it was not too busy and was not sure if patio seating was even open at this time. The BURRATA was amazing. The mozzarella was served on focaccia with pesto and fried basil on top. Talk about salty goodness, I highly recommend. The CHILEQUILES were made with a salsa verde and has a bit of a kick. This tomatillo based salsa was soaked up by the tortilla chips and created a satisfying contrast of soft and crunchy. The over easy egg and tomatoes and cilantro and cheese and crema were perfect elements for a morning plate. I'm eager to try other dishes for the dinner service. Will be back!

Ate last night first time will defiantly go back want to also try the brunch. I was surprised more people not in here for a Friday. The space is inviting and intimate so great for a date night or group of friends just talking, eating and enjoying a cocktail.

We came here for Valentines day! Wow, every dish was very well executed, the flavors were all paired well. The service was on queue. I definitely will be back compliments to the chef and staff..

Great food modern atmosphere We had the Pozole Verde soup and the Caesar Salad and the Yellow Fin Nicoise Everything was fresh, well seasoned and was delicious. This place is one of the best kept secrets in Phoenix.

Very cute atmosphere & great music selection! We started off with the burrata it wasn't the traditional burrata with a red sauce that most places serve its with some type of pesto which was really delicious! I would recommend getting it without the onions though & I love onions but it def leaves a strange after flavor for the rest of the evening lol it also comes with only two slices of small toast but it's noble bread service so you know it's amazing! I had the steak frites & micro greens salad it was seasoned and cooked perfect. My husband ordered the gnocchi which was a generous portion but lacked actual flavor so would pass on that. We noticed some other diners enjoying burgers that looked really tasty. The service was a bit slow but friendly so not the place to go if your in a hurry to get back home to the kids from date night. But would make the perfect sit and enjoy some cocktails and catch up with friends or even a great date night option.

The food and ambiance are great the server we had she should have stayed home the man making the mock cocktails for the prom party was more tentative to us than our server it was supposed to be a great night out for my dads 82nd birthday but even he said she was poor and he never says anything about anyone.

I used to live so close to the plaza this was in, and of course this hidden gem came about after I moved! I love that this spot it a little bit hidden within Arcadia. They have an adorable patio that's perfect for these fall nights. The decor is cozy and somewhat industrial, but stylish with pops of red. I knew I was going to love this place when I saw Geyserville wines on the menu. These locally focused restaurants really are next level, and between the wine and food, you could really tell how fresh everything was. My friend and I had arancini to split. Though I'm a sicilian stickler for good arancini, this take on arancini was amazing! It had a vodka and saffron like sauce. My main dish was the shrimp and polenta, and it was outstanding. Fresh, delicious and just filling enough. I'll definitely be back soon!

Hats Off to the Chef!!! I had as an appetizer the Lobster and Crab roll, which was amazing! I ordered for my entree the Yellow Fin Niçoise and although a little too salty for my taste (Disclaimer: I don't like nor cook with salt) it too was amazing. The fish was perfectly cooked with a little pink in the middle as it should. My husband had caramel salmon with risotto which he said was an excellent dish. The place is small but has elegant decor and the service was impeccable to match the food! A must go-to-place!

The menu offers variety yet is still only 1 page long with fresh locally sourced and grown ingredients. We had the Green Goddess, Arancini, Steak Frites, Bolognese, and Brownie Sundae and loved absolutely everything! House wine was amazing and the Old Fashion went wonderful with desert. Amazing atmosphere and fantastic service !! Siani took great care of us and made us feel super welcome while making amazing recommendations along the way!

Most disappointing *attempt* at a birthday dinner ever. We were really looking forward to try their AZ restaurant week menu. Had a reservation at 5pm, we were greeted and escorted to a high top table, which has tall uncomfortable narrow metal stools, but I guess they look cute right... so priorities. Well we asked for a regular table instead since there were several available and the manager *quickly* replied it was just not possible and stated that having a party of three was "odd" and they would be busy at some point so he couldn't accommodate us. Mind you there are empty tables available at a mostly empty restaurant at 5 o clock pm. But I guess this place prioritizes potential future customers that are coming in vs. patrons that are already *uncomfortably* sitting there. Shame on us for making a reservation for an "odd party" of three. We weren't even able to explain it was to accommodate one of our party members who had an injury and would not be able to physically sit there for an entire dinner before the manager stated he just couldn't do it. The manager then hollers, "well I can do the bar if you want to sit here". No, sorry. We didn't make a reservation to celebrate an occasion over dinner to sit in a row in front of the kitchen and not be able to enjoy each other's company At that point we were already looking for other places that could accommodate our odd party with a normal dining experience we could all enjoy. So we decided to leave. The cherry on top was when manager hollers across the restaurant in a completely unprofessional and loud sarcastic tone "Thank you! We appreciate you!". Aka don't let the door hit you in the a**. Note to Jennifer: your food may be great but your manager needs some education and training in customer service and professionalism. Thanks, we appreciate you guys back.

2 words. TRÉS ELEGANTE! If you want exquisite food in an intimate setting, go to The Market. Attention detail and flavor are important here, from fresh flowers, to friendly service. And if you want an explosion of flavor, try their beignets. It's a festival of lemon, bergamot and YUM that just makes your taste buds say HELLO!

We decided to try this place during restaurant week. It was a delightful dinner with really tasty food. Ordered the wedge salad but it was unlike any wedge I had before. Was skeptical when it arrived with a vinaigrette vs a creamy dressing. But it was delish. For my entree I had the Beef Tenderloin which was also very tasty al though a bit salty. Boo ordered the Shrimp & Grits for a starter & the Salmon Piccata. He loved it. For dessert I ordered the bread pudding w/caramel sauce & Boo got the Spiced caramel chocolate tart. We had our desserts to go & enjoyed them at home! We each also had a cocktail, I had nice margarita & Boo had a rum drink. We were impressed & will be back. Service was outstanding. Side note, we ordered some bread & it was very tasty, nice and butter! YUM!!

My polenta (with shrimp) was OUTSTANDING, and my panna cotta was DIVINE. Loved our server, too -- she was GREAT.

Delicious, fresh made food. Would love to go back to try another dish. My only suggestion would be to have a kids menu.

I liked this little restaurant it just felt cozy. The food was good. I ordered the chilaquiles that I always compare to my mom's, and this is one of the only spots I've had some really tasty chilaquiles. When I checked in I got a FREE cup of Pozole which was a BONUS!! Honestly I would've been totally content with just the pozole because it was amazing! I wish it would've had a little more cilantro, and maybe some more lettuce, but either way it was yummy. The meat in the pozole was so tender. I loved it guys! The server was super sweet & attentive! The reason I say this is because my husband ordered meat balls, and he really didn't like them at all. He had one bite, and was done. She offered to take it off the bill, but we told her she didn't have to do that. We paid for them, but the offer was nice. My hubby also ordered the French toast which I took a bite of, and not my fave. The consistency was like cake bread. All in all I'll for sure be back because I had a good experience.

Went for Restaurant Week. Flavors were good, but some of the items were not what I was expecting -- especially the hanger steak. The server mentioned it was served pretty rate (listed as medium rare). I asked if I could get it closer to medium and received 2 charred steak tips that were basically tartare inside. I'm not sure how they were exposed to so much heat on the outside, yet remained so rare inside -- these weren't tomahawk steaks! The burrata appetizer had great flavor, but the cheese itself had the texture of a buffalo mozzarella vs. a fresh/creamy burrata. It was very firm and I couldn't spread it on the toasted bread it was served with. Assuming I got the firmest most outer edge of the burrata ball. Dessert was great and the cocktails were nice. I'll likely try something else on the menu in the future, but wasn't blown away. Seating was kind of cramped, too. May hold off for a cooler day on the patio.

Last night we were looking for a place to eat. We happened to drive past the restaurant. It was so cute we had to turn around and try it. The front has a wraparound patio with outdoor seating. Inside is full of fun energy. Jonathan our server was awesome! He delivered on his drink and entrée recommendations!! I highly recommend this place.

This place is fantastic! We really enjoyed it and had a great time. Will be back soon

I come here all the time for the Pozole Soup. Usually get it to go. It is literally the best version of Pozole I've ever had. The chunks of pork are so tender, the broth is so flavorful. It comes with the usual: chopped purple onion, shredded cabbage, tortilla chips, sliced radish and lime wedges to squeeze for the finish! It is amazing!

We decided to try The Market for AZ Restaurant Week. Not only is Jennifer the daughter of our long-time dentist (proud papa) but I also enjoyed watching her on "Chopped." The judges on the show loved her steak entree, so I wanted to order her steak and frites plate. Here were my three courses: *Cauliflower soup - This was really creamy and delicious, and I loved the addition of a toasted pretzel and fried cauliflower. *Steak and Frites - The star of my meal. The seared hanger steak was very flavorful and cooked just right. I liked the cute little container of green pepper sauce, and you can't go wrong with shoestring fries. *Pound cake - The vanilla cake was unlike other pound cake I've had. Not bad, just different. The Grand Marnier poached apricots were a nice addition, and the crème fresh was an ample portion. My husband also enjoyed his squash and pancetta linguine. Our waiter had the serving thing down pat. He knew just when to check and in with us and never hovered. The Market is kind of tucked away behind a strip mall, but they have turned an industrial space into something appealing. Come check it out.

Really amazing service, FRESH food... the kitchen is wide open for anyone to watch them make your food. Delicious and priced well. It's a little hidden and never too busy! Definitely coming back. Also Wednesday's their burgers are half off!

Excellent neighborly farm to table exquisite dining experience! Ambiance: very charming. Great lighting. Small dining area indoors. If we come back when it's not summer, would definitely sit outside. Clean bathroom. We came here just after CDC recommended even vaccinated people wear masks indoors, no one followed this recommendation. It didn't bother us, we wore our masks, but wanted to inform future patrons. Food: The burrata and Green Goddess salad will go down with me to my grave as the best starters I've vet ordered. Perfect balance of the roasted peach with balsamic and burrata! The salad hit other taste buds with the Gremolta dressing, Parmesan cheese and arugula. I enjoyed my chicken piccata but my husband's shrimp and grits was too sour for our taste buds sadly. Service: had the family appeal service. Everyone was determined to go above and beyond. Our server brought our drinks out promptly. She was superb!

Incredible. Cocktails were refreshing and the meals were delicious. We tried the Yellow Fin Niçoise, butter-poached lobster & crab roll, pozole, and a breakfast sandwich. Service was awesome, food was fresh & tasty, and the cozy ambience was the perfect environment we had in mind for for a relaxed Saturday afternoon lunch. Will be back again.

Brunch is a mess. We, the Foodie Party of Five, we're excited to visit The Market. There has a been a steady favorable buzz about this place for lunch/dinner but we hadn't heard much about the brunch. There is a good reason. The Beignets were an overly sugared version of doughnut holes that were accompanied by a strange cream cheese orange frosting that had a mildly bitter character. Just shy of half the dough balls were burned and overall, just meh. The Meat Frittata was a dry, very dry, assassination of the egg. It was surprisingly dense and unfortunately under seasoned. The Chilaquiles was the only dish executed well. This is chili season and the batch they used today was fresh, crisp and had a nice finishing punch of heat. The Ricotta Gnocchi was quite sparse in the ricotta department and quite average in the balance of flavor. The White Cake French Toast was as saccharine as it sounds. To that end, there really doesn't need to be four slices and should be paired with something salty or savory. The Blackberry Bread Pudding was clearly made well in advance. It did not taste fresh and, like the frittata, was super dense. Flavor of the berries was only on the outer crust. The bread itself was so dense that it failed to absorb the best flavors. Service was slow and never did the waiter return to the table to check if the dishes were satisfactory. When asked, "what is good here?" He only mentioned the chilaquiles...which should have been the signs to run. The decor is clean and inviting. Overall, Jennifer may still be a queen of catering but she is a bust in brick and mortar brunch.

Such a bizarre experience. Came in on a Saturday night at 7 pm. The Market "closes" at 9, or so they advertise. 8pm rolls around and the server is clearly trying to get us to leave. We were one of maybe three tables in the entire restaurant, so it wasn't because we were monopolizing a table. We had just been served our entrees. While we were sitting on the patio and eating our meals, the server turned the music and lights off on us at 8:30. I have never been treated this way at a restaurant. I work at a restaurant and have never turned the lights off on customers. This is especially rude and dangerous because you have to walk down a staircase in the dark to the parking lot. If we had known that they'd want us out at 8 we would have come earlier. We went in for a romantic dinner the Saturday after valentines, and we were surprised it was so empty at peak dining hours. Now we understand why.

Oh my goodness - we had the most delicious meal here over the weekend! I LOVE that their ingredients are locally sourced and organic. You can absolutely tell in the quality and flavor of their dishes. We ordered so many items! I started with their Yelp check-in offer {duh!} for a free cup of pozole. It was good! Not the best that i've ever had, was lacking some flavor, so I probably wouldn't order it again but it was free - so no complaints! As a table, we split the green goddess salad and dungeness crab mac - holy heaven, they were both incredible! For my entree, I got the steak that came with fennel potatoes and fresh roasted veggies. The steak was SO tender and perfectly cooked. I am obsessed with fennel so the potatoes were a dream. I was in heaven! We didn't save room for dessert but i'm sure those are fab as well. I want to come back here for lunch to see what that is like too! We'll absolutely be back soon! Thanks for an incredible meal!

Great parking. Excellent decor. Busy, but aren't the good ones always busy? The service was superb. Jon was our server and his expertise is second to none. Jon's flawless attention sets the bar pretty high for other food servers in Phoenix. FOOD WAS GREAT TOO..

Started with a Bloody Mary. Didn't realize it was veggie based versus more tomato based. I added several items to enhance flavor, but it just didn't work for me. The drink wasn't the issue when I asked to just take the bloody away and get a mimosa, it was the attitude that was the problem! Even though I complimented how good the food was but I just didn't like the bloody. The server ignored my positive feedback became somewhat sullen

We came for restaurant week, and had the best meal I've had all year! Had the clams appetizer, the beef Wellington, and the German chocolate tart. The beef Wellington was incredible. We've had that dish at Gordon Ramsay's restaurant in Vegas, and the one here honestly put theirs to shame! So flavorful and delicious. The ambiance of this restaurant is really nice and unique too, it feels like a little gem of a restaurant you'd find in San Francisco or something. Absolutely loved it, and we'll definitely be back even when it's not restaurant week!

I recently tried the Market for the first time after seeing it while driving home. I did not know what to expect because I had never been here and I am new to the area. But let me just say, it was INCREDIBLE. Seriously, some of the best food I have had recently. I tried to burrata, which is my favorite, and changed my life. If you go, you HAVE to try. The staff was so friendly and the interior of the restaurant made me feel like I was in a small restaurant in another country. A great experience and I will definitely be back.

Let me start with - we didn't manage to try the food. We ordered via GrubHub at 6:50 for 7:30pm delivery. Restaurant cancelled the order on 7:24pm, leaving us with a headache of finding another take out option and pretty hungry. At least cancel on time if you cancel. I know it's Covid, so we do our best to support small and local, but as a curtesy to us, please at least cancel timely!

I started ordering here after a client mentioned they weren't doing well during Covid. I was really happy after my first order as I usually order the All American Picnic. Since my first order, I am upset that I never receive a phone call when they are supplementing the tri-tip, fruit salad, bread, or corn. There have been a couple times where I am missing an item. Unfortunately I will not be ordering from here again and I am upset that recommend this place to all my clients. The price has increased $10 and the food quality and service are very poor. Covid or not, is not an excuse to delivery missing items or alternative items. Update: Jennifer reached out and apologized for the service and offered a free meal to make up for inconsistencies. I am happy that the owner was willing to rectify the issue and will speak to her staff. Thank you Jennifer.
