Asian Grocery Chain T&T Is Opening Its First U.S. Store in Bellevue - Eater Seattle

"In summer 2024, Bellevue mall the Marketplace at Factoria is getting a gigantic new tenant. T&T Supermarkets, a Canadian Asian grocery store chain, is opening its first U.S. store there, and it’s a doozy: According to the press release we got, it will be 76,000 square feet, making it the largest Asian grocery store in Washington State." - Harry Cheadle

Pretty nice mall with lots of parking. The shops are kind of a random assortment. There's plenty of public seating which I appreciate. There's no real food court but there are a handful of fast-food and sit-down options.

I really enjoy this little shopping center. I live right nearby, so I come here often for coffee and to do work on my laptop. There are, like, three distinct carpeted lounge/sitting areas with soft, comfy chairs and outlets nearby. Mighty Moose Comics is a fun place to browse and chat. Target and QFC are right here and you don’t even have to go outside. It’s a lovely little retail space that is nicer and pleasanter than it has any business being. Worth checking out!

Not too big. Not too many selections but it's clean.

The best place to find mindful and scientific gifts that help kids learn and experience better. The prices are reasonable and you can find something for all ages. The staff is friendly and helpful

It is a place that you can hangout with friends, you can do your shopping in Target, Amazon Fresh or T&T or have lunch in Panera Bread, McDonald’s, KFC or Burger King.

Very nice shopping center! So many stores and food places to choose from. Extremely clean and great environment! Fun little photo props too!

I walked to the Factoria Market last week It's picking up due to the newer stores and great food! Factoria still has a way to go, Can't wait to see growth!! Let's fill up the mall with cool people, pets, kids & grandma. 😊

Great area! Many amazing establishments with some pretty awesome repertoire happening. Many are hiring for positions. Great walking with the variety of options available. Wal mart, big 5, nike, famous footwear, jamba juice, panda express Nordstrom. Naming a few. Amazon fresh, Kfc and burger king. In any regards, the business and location are absolutely cozy to venture through. Check out Factoria marketplace.

Yelp
Factoria is a neighborhood of Bellevue, WA, and has a dedicated shopping mall (Marketplace at Factoria) that people around the area will go to. Recently, a large Asian grocery opened as one of the outdoor anchors, so we decided to come down. We noticed right away how crowded the outdoor surface lots were, and that there was a line extending outside to get into the grocery store, so we nixed that idea. Instead, we found a less crowded parking area on the other side of the mall. It is a one story indoor mall, with a mix of small businesses, kiosks, and big anchor stores. The layout is definitely from an earlier time, but unlike malls like this in California which are closed or just empty, this one had a fair amount of shoppers milling around. One thing to note are that some of the anchor stores are not connected to the indoor mall at all, instead requiring you to walk outside and through parking to get where you want to go. Like I said, not a great layout.

Yelp
While staying in this area coming here, along with nearby Factoria Village gave me a lot of options. The two visited stores here were Amazon Fresh, which was a new experience and Rite Aid, which I thought were all but gone until I saw this one. Marketplace or Factoria Square Mall (which I suppose is it's perhaps it's formerly known as) is just that, a mall but has lots of other stores and restaurants in the surrounding area which could also make it a Marketplace. It has those mall halls and everything that goes with a mall atmosphere - directory, benches, displays. The rest of the stores you must leave the actual mall to get to This includes the nearby Wal Mart and the already mentioned Amazon Fresh. Like a lot of malls nowadays there were some empty shops but hanging in there was a Verizon store, some boutiques, a luggage store, a "playtorium" for the kids and even a Red Robin that had some decent traffic, along with other stores holding on. I also came here for a haircut and the owner said that he felt pretty good about place as he'd recently moved to a better location within the mall. I think the mall has a kind of a mouse maze feel to it, but it's ok and has EV park and charge if you have one. Not too much notable here, but plenty of options.

Yelp
So many things have changed here in the last few years. If it's been a while for you, maybe check it out again. They added Nike outlet, did away with the bath store (yeah!) and will be adding T&T supermarket coming summer 2024!! I cannot wait! It's an Asian store. The Mediterranean restaurant closed down and a Venezuelan one is opening up soon. Walmart closed time some time ago too. The mini golf is there (no pet store). I like the variety and one-stop-shop vibe. I can get my groceries, pick up stuff from Target and dinner all at the same location! Parking sucks though! The spaces are tiny and tough to come by -thats my only big complaint. The place isn't very busy so I don't feel jam packed. I'd like to try the slime place sometime soon too. I feel like it's catered more towards ppl with family with kids which suits me well.

Yelp
Love this little outdoor/indoor mall. Right outside of the hustle and bustle of downtown Bellevue, it's a great option to get some shopping done. They've got food options and some great selections of stores, ranging from Target to Nordstrom Rack to Bath and Body Works, and everything in between! It's definitely not as big as Bellevue Square and doesn't have all the boujee shops, but it does the job. The only downside of this place is the parking. I feel like it's always really tight and a madhouse to get a spot. Maybe I'm parking in the wrong section? All in all, I'll continue to come here when I'm in the area and need to get some shopping done!

Yelp
This is a great place for the kids to burn off energy prior to dinner. Cali was amazing we will definitely bring the kids back!

Yelp
Discovered this mall a sad, old, small mall with not much here besides Nordstrom Rack and Target. It doesn't fit in with the current state of Factoria which was worn out a decade ago but now with T-Mobile's headquarters, the rampant new housing developments and Verizon's headquarters along with other new businesses, it's way behind the times. People who work nearby still come in due to the convenience. When a grocery store - Safeway - is part of the mall it's a sign. Old Navy and DSW are here, too, and that's OK. Not much to be complimented, moderate mall for meeting friends and have spare time for fun.

Yelp
This mall used to be a great place but now it is a ghost mall where people go to wear masks! Swore I was back in 2020 as everyone's face was covered. There are basically no businesses there besides Target, Nordstroms's Rack and Old Navy. Other than that it is nearly empty!! The businesses that do remain appear as if they're marking time till they can get out of their lease and find a better place. Great place to go if you enjoy wearing a mask and like walking around an empty mall. Look forward to seeing this redeveloped someday.

Wal-Mart is part of this mall. Need I say more. There are some buildings separate from the main mall such as Novhilos, a Brazilian restaurant, a bank, etc. The parking is OK and there's plenty of it.

Yelp
This mall is so bitter-sweet! Bitter: Always dead, there's barely anyone in there. Lots of closed retail spaces that should be filled. Inconvenient parking; you park by the Nordstrom Rack sign outside the building and you actually have to walk across the mall to actually get to Nordstrom Rack. Poor lighting makes it seem like an abandoned strip mall. Sweet: They have a Nordstrom Rack, Kohls, Jumba Juice, Coldstone, InSpa, and Old Navy.

Yelp
this is one of my fav malls! the target is the best and the tj maxx is awesome! my favorite place in the mall though has to be the boba shop! BobaT is amazing because they aren't super expensive and the boba is amazing. i allways get so excited to go here!

Yelp
Pretty decent "mall" in my opinion. It's a bit outdated, but it has some solid stores like Nike, Target, Old Navy, and Nordstrom Rack. There are also the smaller shops in there. Food is definitely lacking, but you're not there for the food. Parking is plentiful. We've been here multiple times and it's always spacious. Good for errands and getting things for sure.

Yelp
I had to ask where was Walmart security? This happened to a friend and her daughter. What they experienced what its like to be black in America shopping at walmart. These are Erika Colon's words. "I experienced what It was like to feel hopeless , and boxed in. This woman shown in this photo felt the need to for no reason at all call both my daughter and I all types of racial slurs, B#%ches etc... you name it, SHE said it ... knowing what I know about the world I had one of two choices to make. The mom in me decided that this woman was not gona turn me into a fool in front of my child & for me to speak love and positivity into my daughter as this woman tried to break us. As I'm doing that and telling my daughter that it's people in the world that has to be ignored she then let's my 7 year old know that "she's just as much as a ni**er as I am just without the dirty hair " Today was the hardest day of my life. Today was the HARDEST day of my life . TODAY was the HARDEST DAY of my life. I'm not going to lie and say I feel good about not knocking her glasses clean clean across the floor BUT what I will say I will never let anyone make me forget that my DAUGHTER is watching me . I can only thank God for being my shield and letting me walk out of that Walmart with my daughter hands in mine and NOT with my hands behind my back. Honestly as many conversations as we've had about racism in America no talk could have prepared my 7 year old for what she experienced today. But she came out of it SO MUCH STRONGER and to hear her thank me for not going to jail and have her tell me she understand that I only let that lady say those things because I didn't want to do bad things in front of her was everything my heart needed . So say hi to BECKY y'all ... she wanted another black person wrongfully arrested or shot dead and I beat her at her own game."

Yelp
I think the best way to show someone who has not been to Marketplace @ Factoria just how run down and vacant this mall can come by saying the following statement. Marketplace @ Factoria is classified as a mall in the Seattle metropolitan area that even Starbucks will not rent in. (The one in Target is not a real Starbucks). If you want shoes though, this mall is the place to go. It has DSW, Famous Footwear and a Payless. Factoria has a lot of shoes but no coffee, what a wonder.

Yelp
One year ago, I would have called this a "C" Class mall... not a very inviting or interesting place. They have improved some since. They put in new flooring, new lights, benches, etc. and got a few great new restaurants/shops. There are some very useful, great stores there like: Target, DSW Shoes; TJ Maxx, Nordie's Rack. We love eating at Goldberg's Deli, Red Robin, Panera Bread, Panda Chinese. My kids like Claire's boutique (cheap jewlery), and the Bubble Tea place. I have gone to the In Spa and love their prices and procedures ($39.95 pedicure is great!!!!!) However, the rest of the mall is either vacant or boring.. the "big" anchor tenants have all gone bankrupt (Lamonts, which later became Gottschalks). Stores like Seattle Best Coffee, Hallmark, the Italian Restaurant (forgot the name!), Orange Julius, and the Automobile licensing place all went out. The Safeway Grocery and Rite Aid drug store are old, small and not inviting. Hate shopping at those places and avoid them like the plague. The Old Country Buffet is just that: "OLD"!! Good for old people, and not much else (think horrible sluckish carbohydrate fillers and cheap meats); My kids no longer like Old Navy so we don't shop there. It is an okay place, close to where I live. Convenience is why I shop there, not much else. They have many vacant spaces and need some more stores to "oomph" up the mall.

Yelp
This mall has a lot of potential to be awesome but the empty storefronts and the weird placement of the stores (most of the main stores main entrances are way in the back) make the mall fall short of a place to be. There are some nice stores: Nordstrom Rack, TjMaxx, DSW, Target, Walmart, Petco, so it's good for the basics. The rest of the mall seems eerily empty, although there are a few scattered food places and whatnot. There's an Old Country Buffet, Jamba Juice, Panda Express, Greek food, bubble tea, and a Panera.
google avatar

Jencen R.

Yelp
This is an okay mall. It has an okay sushi place, and an okay dim sum restaurant too. The parking situation is okay. The Safeway and Rite Aid and Old Navy are all okay. The Panda and Panera are alright. The TJ Maxx and DSW Shoes are okay too. The interior is pretty modern, with big chunky wood furniture and plants all over the place. The best thing this mall has to offer is a Nordstrom's Rack, the best location in my opinion. Target is also convenient with all of the people that pass through Factoria for school and work. Many people don't know of the hidden USPS post office across the street from KFC, or the AWESOME asian marking, Jing Jing, right next to the post office. Factoria has really grown around the mall. The AMC Factoria theater just reopened with power reclining leather seats and a gorgeous interior. And the QFC across from the theater is open 24 hours a day. In conclusion, this mall is nothing exciting. No crazy cool attractions. Really bad traffic around rush hour all around the mall. A solid place to meet up with friends for a burger at Red Robin or ice cream at Coldstone Creamery, but not a mall you'd want to spend the whole day shopping at.

Ahriza B.

Yelp
I used to come to the Target over here all the time when I was younger and now I'm working at one of the stores at Factoria. Honestly, this is a nice and quiet mini mall for those who doesn't like going to crowded place like Southcenter. It literally has everything you need - a grocery store (Safeway), clothing store (Target, Old Nagy, Nordstrom, etc.), and more!
google avatar

Julia Z.

Yelp
I like Factoria Mall pretty well; I've lived within a few miles of it for three or four years, and my daughter's gone to school a mile from the mall for four and a half years now, so I've probably spent more time there than a lot of people. The mall management does a pretty good job keeping the facility clean, well-maintained, and free of serious riff-raff (compare to Southcenter, and then realize how safe and boring Factoria seems)! There's a community room that you can reserve for meetings of your group, which is nice, and the mini-police station costs us two prime Target http://www.yelp.com/biz/T3qEAUdJDf2jQJ3rmdvM8w parking spots but also means that crime is low, lost kids are found, and there's a good place to ask non-emergency I'd-like-to-ask-a-cop-about-that questions. On the whole, despite running at least monthly community events, it's not Crossroads. But it still has a lot to offer and as they work on getting new/better anchor tenants, it seems to be improving. There are some reasonable food choices: Old Country Buffet http://www.yelp.com/biz/2Wiuf32277icBvJwLjJ_fA Red Robin http://www.yelp.com/biz/WCR0S66lcwlzPi9GW2Essw Goldberg's Famous Deli http://www.yelp.com/biz/ghevOlsDkOSwOFX0ucrxNg Grazie http://www.yelp.com/biz/jlmaXONhqsCZO8KIaPR8CQ Burger King http://www.yelp.com/biz/eypCbHitRzUAyrnqS0HBzA Orange Julius http://www.yelp.com/biz/yMWHNC0g9-hVZSHgVS9xvQ Cold Stone Creamery http://www.yelp.com/biz/yccgQKhxBqwTG4oeiZI24A and just off the mall property, Shanghai Cafe http://www.yelp.com/biz/1VHODXJOmOwNT9-Xz6vROA Thai Ginger http://www.yelp.com/biz/qPYCRv_2PkcAfKcb479puw McDonald's http://www.yelp.com/biz/ypLh-nAuERrjR7HlixqZgA Subway http://www.yelp.com/biz/pHw7JglMF3lMPdv_3M0v4w Taco Time http://www.yelp.com/biz/RYdIW_-BR6uBB2WYpinZGQ The Keg http://www.yelp.com/biz/BtEOIIzt24f3FD3KxbP_TA and if you insist, Applebee's http://www.yelp.com/biz/Vr3mowa-ML9EE8TNGoS_Vw and, finally, thank goodness they killed Billy McHale's. There's banks in the outer parking lot, including Bank of America and Washington Mutual, a grocery store (Safeway) and a drug store (Rite Aid) http://www.yelp.com/biz/MR5JrbLcXMUXBaXW96T4KA there's a tiny post office branch, and there's even a place to renew your tabs (special bonus to Goldberg's Deli; they have tables where you can eat and watch the tabs' place "now serving" numbers change; this is fantastic if there's a long line for tabs and you're hungry!

Yelp
This mall is 'okay' - there are some great places in it for the 'under 6 set' as I regularly travel with but not much else. I see they have really improved the entrance area near the new Panera Bread and it shows, but it stops there. I would love to see this mall reduce the rent of all the stores by 20% for current tenants and 30% for the first year for new tenants and get some more businesses in there! Look at me, I'm Donald Trump with the money ideas!
google avatar

Laura N.

Yelp
Oh no. I could probably just stop there, as although I was warned by my family, I wasn't quite expecting an Elephant Graveyard of Lion King proportions to await. But as my old stompin' grounds of 20+ years ago, I felt like there must be *some* redeemable factor to this epicenter of economic disaster. What I found was a $2.00 "Experience A Hurricane" Machine inside what looked like a phone booth. In front of an entire row of boarded up storefronts. You know, there's a Jack Handy quote that comes to mind: "One thing kids like is to be tricked. For instance, I was going to take my little nephew to Disneyland, but instead I drove him to an old burned-out warehouse. "Oh, no," I said. "Disneyland burned down." He cried and cried, but I think that deep down, he thought it was a pretty good joke. I started to drive over to the real Disneyland, but it was getting pretty late." Pondering this deep thought further, as one is only apt to do, I realized that Factoria Mall would make said "old burned-out warehouse" look like Disneyland. Don't get me started on Factoria Cinemas...

Yelp
This place is alright. It's always mega crowded on the weekends. It's got a few places I go to on a regular basis. It's not the fanciest of malls, but it's got your basics. Old Navy, Target, Nordy's Rack, DSW, etc. It also has Novilhos on the periphery (unlimited meat, check it out), and Drive Thru Boba across the street in the gas station (yay!). The many closed store fronts and cheap looking stores make it a little creepy, but this is not so much a wandering mall as a you go in there knowing what stores you're stopping at kinda mall.
google avatar

Yelp
I'm not a mall person, so I dig Factoria because it's still a little mall with Personality. It's not so much a "destination" as much as a neighborhood place. Remember when malls weren't owned by totally faceless national entities? They'd have the funky candle store and local restaurants? Remember when the only people hangin' out were teens with nothing to do...not a bunch of folks clutching the latest name brand trying to act like they have money they don't? Well, Factoria doesn't have a candle store - but it does have everything I need when I'm staying nearby. I like the mix of larger things like Target, Nordstrom Rack and a Safeway (Slaveway, we like to call it at our house) with little places like a dress boutique, Goldberg's Deli, and a great little gyros stand whose name is escaping my memory at the moment. If you must, this is a good mall to take the kids to. Aside from the aforementioned places, they also have Coldstone, a pet shop and Jamba Juice. It's small enough to trek through with little ones - but, more than that, it really has all the basic things you need in one stop. Hopefully, it's just going to get better with time, they seem to be reconfiguring it. They need a book store, among other things. And can I just say, I don't need another friggin' U Village. I don't need to fight through a bunch a posers when doin' my bizness.

Yelp
This is an OK Mall. It's easy to get in and out of the Target. The have the largest Osh-Kosh store around (read my review). There is also a 24 hour pharmacy and a Safeway with easy access. I don't tend to venture into the interior of the mall because the last couple times it was like a ghost town (but maybe that's changed). I tend to just go to my destination (usually either Osh Kosh or Target) and move on.
google avatar

Adrienne H.

Yelp
This "would-be" mall - would be worth another star or two if there were actually some worthwhile stores occupying the abundant space. The other reviewer hit the nail on the head when they mentioned Old Navy, Nordstrom Rack, Target - and I will add Petco to that list. Other than these stores, there isn't much going on here. We stopped and ate at Red Robin (which i'm not toooo fond of, but my garden salad and chicken sandwich were pretty tasty). There were a lot of disrespectful teenagers running around, and jumping over the partition at Red Robin - and parents with small children that they apparently were hoping someone would steal - because they let them roam free.... I almost tripped over several of them. The good news is - I found a great purse at the Rack and a top at Old Navy - so not all is lost...
google avatar

Henry L.

Yelp
I remember back in the 80s when Factoria was actually fully occupied. There was an arcade inside and I loved this mall. Now, well... It's pretty desolate inside. This isn't a mall where you'd go if you were just interested in browsing. It's more like an indoor collection of storefronts. For example if you needed to get alterations, shoe repair, watch repair, embroidery, etc. There's a store for those in the mall. High fashion? Um, you've got Old Navy and Nordstrom Rack. Factoria Mall is a weird spot. It seems like they are building up the back side rather than the inside/middle of the place. TJ Maxx and DSW can only be accessed from the back. It creates an odd mood inside the mall. It looks shiny and clean inside, but you can just feel that everybody there is all a little depressed. The gleams of hope are only for the stores with access in the back.
google avatar

Yelp
I was complaining in another review about southcenter being too crowded. Well this mall is TOO deserted, it's creepy. Half the stores in there now are all empty and locked up and the ones that are still open I have no interest in going to. Last time I was there it was so empty I could hear my own footsteps echo across the room. I was afraid maybe a freakin vampire might leap out a dark corner and...yeah. Coming to this mall just depresses me now. If you want a real mall shopping experience w/o thinking something is hiding in a dark corner way, head on up to Bellevue Square.

Yelp
My wife went in to Ulta and tried to purchase two products that were "Buy one, get the second 50% off." The cashier demanded her phone number and email and then refused to honor the advertised price. Only when challenged and asked if the issue was primarily racial and cultural did she offer the discount. Pity that I can't review the actual Ulta store, but the probability of us visiting Factoria in the future went down perceptibly after this encounter.

Yelp
Bathroom here is CONSTANTLY disgusting! So unacceptable and makes for an unpleasant and uncomfortable shopping experience because I know eventually I'll have to walk into it. It stinks so bad as soon as you walk in. Reeks of butt and dirty diapers. Today, real lovely, no seat covers in ANY of the 3 stalls, no paper towels, and cold water. The same was to be said for the men's restrooms as well. This is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. Especially in the middle of a pandemic. This mall is lackluster, used to be my favorite especially when Old Country Buffet was here. The Nike store is drab, and an eyesore. The employees Are borderline rude. Then we have the overly zealous and quite ANNOYING Bath and Body Works girls shoving scents into your masked face. They are obnoxious. Anyways, the restroom is by far the worst. The front door of the mall handicap button didn't work also. And their hand sanitizer is in an old pump and barely filled. Floors wet and so dirty. It's very obvious this mall is neglected. Really needs to be attended to, or I won't be back. Gross and unacceptable.
google avatar

Julian H.

Yelp
Eh... Factoria feels run-down and is badly in need of the upgrade currently in the works to University Village-ize it (also known as de-Crossroads Mall-ification). The main redeeming feature is the plentiful parking around several big retail stores... but walking through the mall is pretty depressing. Which is weird, because this seems like pretty prime real estate, surrounded on all sides by suburban affluence.
google avatar

Cindy C.

Yelp
Any mall that has a Nordy Rack, a DSW, a TJ Maxx, and a Target is a-ok in my book. Sure, the inside still looks a bit sparse, but it's so much better than 5+ years ago. It is set up a bit weird -- the main entrances to the cool stores aforementioned are all in the back... Some of them can be accessed from inside the mall, but some, you have to enter from the outside. Kinda doesn't help with foot traffic inside the mall if you ask me.
google avatar

Jen T.

Yelp
Wouldn't be my first choice of a place to go shopping, more like a "oh shoot I forgot something and I need to make a quick stop" on your way home from work kind of place. They have a Target, Safeway, and a Walmart. Other stores include Petco, DSW, Nordstrom Rack, Bath & Body Works, Old Navy. It's small, layed out kind of funny - some of the stores you can't get to from the inside of the mall, you actually have to be outside of the mall to get in. There's a good selection of your basic restaurants around including Red Robin, Old Country Buffet, and then some fast food places down the street. Very empty. Lots of retail space available. I bet if you stood in the middle part, you could hear yourself echoing throughout the mall. The restaurants I've never really seen busy and I don't see many people leaving the stores with shopping bags. It gave me a outlet mall feeling, without the outlet prices. Not many people go there either it seems like. If you're trying to have a good shopping experience, I recommend making the extra drive to Westfield Southcenter in Tukwila, or Bellevue Square.

Yelp
The only real reason I come here is because Target and Nordstrom Rack is here. There seems to be a lot of shops closing down lately. The mall itself has pretty decent parking, and is usually really clean.

Yelp
As the holiday season rolls around, coming into the Factoria Mall was a better experience. The familiar beige walls, and emptiness was now transformed and had Christmas decorations, including lights, wreaths, candy canes, and even a small area for taking holiday pictures with...Santa!! Next to Target had a area transformed into a Hickory farm store which offered lots and lots of yummy goodies from their collection including spreads, crackers, cheeses, candy, sausages, and gift boxes. Casually walk on by, and they will offer you free samples of the cheese, sausage, and spread. YUM! (I have to get myself the garlic cheese spread next time). The mall definitely had a lot more people this time around-holiday shopping, and roaming around. All in all, it wasn't that bad this time around!

I have a serious Golden Tee Golf obsession, and the callous to prove it. Last week Geoff and I had a pretty big wager riding on a game over at the Twilight Exit. Abe wins, Geoff buys dinner at the Factoria Mall Hometown Buffet on a Friday night. Geoff wins, Abe goes to The Cuff on a Friday night with a Fu Manchu and has to accept every drink bought for him. I played like my life depended on it. Crushed him. Even hit a hole-in-one. I can taste the cold prime rib and hear the screaming chubby kids now. I can get more stuff done here in one stop than anywhere else in the Seattle area. Food for the dog, food for the dude, weird ass Nike's from the Rack, everything else from Target and Safeway? Plus a post office, a police station, and maybe the last remaining bank of working pay phones in existence? Yes. Hell Yes. The pickled tongue sandwich at Goldberg's is pretty great, with an awesome bartender who regales you with stories of smoking $.50/gram hash in Germany in the 60's.

Yelp
I feel like the Factoria Mall is always overlooked as a mall being between Bellevue and The Landing. And you know what? It's really not that bad. It reminds me of a clean, pleasant ghost-town. There are, however, a couple of places I feel like everybody else forgets are in the area, too. Like: Nordie's Rack, The dirty bird (a.k.a. Red Robin), Target, Old Navy, and a DSW. It is usually fairly quiet in these stores, maybe except for Target, and I find it a pleasant area to shop. It's very clean inside, and although some of the small shops don't interest me, the large stores do. It's easily accessible from the highway (both I405 & I90) and I usually get pretty close parking because, we'll, it's like the forgotten city there.

Yelp
This was almost a dead mall, but it's been given a shot of adrenaline and has perked up recently. This is close to where I work. I don't really think it's a "drive more than .5 miles to shop at" caliber, but if you really, really, really need something from Target or another one of their stores, it's here for your convenience.

Yelp
I really like the Factoria Mall! Its never overly crowded, its not hard to get to, and they have great stores! I really can't live without Target, love the Nordstrom's Rack - and don't mind a bite at the Red Robin. Parking is never difficult - which is a huge bonus. There are also a number of decent restaurants and other smaller boutique stores that are really treasures.

Yelp
This mall has been around for a while and it shows. While they have made some cosmetic upgrades and improved the selection of available stores, it still doesn't qualify as a place you would rather go to over any other shopping center. There's a few places I will go here for like Goldberg's Deli, Novhilos, and of course Target, but the overall variety just isn't there. There's really nothing wrong with this mall, it just doesn't stand out in any way.

Yelp
Small crowds. Plentiful Parking. Limited Stores. Nordy Rack for the wife. Kids quest museum. Red Robbin for group of hungry adults and kids. Its good for bellevue. It aint LA Shopping, but its good enough for me.

Yelp
I'm struggling to review this mall, because, well, there's nothing really to say about it. It kind of just is what it is without any real character. It's one real plus is Nordstrom Rack where they pretty much sell shit you can find in the real Nordstrom but half the price or better. I like to call it the Rack. Other then that, the mall's atmosphere feels desolate and almost eerie at times. I would not want to be the janitor with the late night shift. It's sort of a "oh shit I forgot something I have to go pick it up" kind of place. I would never stroll through the place casually. Again, it's just sort of...There. 3/5

Yelp
For a mall, this mall would suck. There isn't any popular stores worth coming in to shop for. This wouldn't be a place I would ever mention to tourists because this isn't the impression I want to leave people visiting this area with. It is a sad, sad empty mall with barely any traffic walking. But because this mall sucks is why I love it. I think the only reason to even stop by Factoria Mall is because of Target, Walmart, Safeway, & occasionally Nordstrom Rack. Because nobody goes here is the reason why I can just park my car, go in to grab something, and leave within a short amount of time. You have no idea how nice it is to be able to not have to fight crowds and lines entering a Walmart. May this mall never renovates so it doesn't create any more traffic than needed in Factoria because although this mall may not be a hot spot, this area is due to the T-Mobile headquarter being close by. Tell me about your experience if you've been here or is going to after reading this review:)

Yelp
Homeless Shelter or Mall, you make the call. Where is Mall Security? There are literally Homeless people sleeping on the wooden benches inside the mall and no one is around to stop this, on top of that the odor in the mall is so over powering and makes you sick upon entering. The only redeeming factors are the Nordstrom Rack, and the Comic book store. Other than that, this place should have been bulldozed when the economy collapsed in 2008.

Yelp
I think I find myself at this mall about once or twice a week. I have a long lunch and there's not a whole lot to do in the area I work in. An hour is a good amount of time to kill and while I used to go out to eat (like every day) I'm trying to cut back my spending. So, I often wander around here aimlessly which really is a waste of time, but I'm usually bored. Factoria Mall is pretty much a ghost town. The chain restaurants and chain stores are still open, but most of the smaller spaces are vacant. It's kind of creepy, really. I'll peruse Nordstrom Rack and if I'm really bored drop by Old Navy. I also will browse the magazines, DVDs and CDs at Target, but have yet to purchase anything. For the most part the clientele of the mall seems sleazy. They let their children run around crazily, they talk really, really loudly about ghetto things and there are a ton of teenagers that should be in school that run around like little hoodlums. They're displaying signs about a huge renovation they're planning that will include an elaborate outdoorsy area (looks similar to what Alderwood did). I don't think it will work though. Not with this economy and not with Bellevue Square so close by. I wish there were more interesting things for me to do during lunch...

Yelp
I am a fan of this mall. Not very big at all but has great anchor stores Target, Wal Mart and even a Safeway. The malls hallway is nice and clean. Im a card collector and they have card shows here every couple months which are fun event to attend. Best of all this place doesnt get too crowded nor busy. Parking is plentiful and access going in and leaving is a breeze. Complete 180 of bell square, which has tons of stores and may look nicer but is a overcrowded super headache t0 navigate through. Factoria is my go to mall in the Bellevue area.

Yelp
This poor mall, since the recession this place has open store shops left and right. The only reason why I think this place is in business still and not torn down is due to the Target Nordy rack side and Old Navy. Which is the only reason I go there. I remember shopping in Mervynn's growing up there. Its a little bit of a ghetto-y mall if you ask me.

Yelp
To sum it up, Factoria is empty. Not completely empty, but empty for a mall. While it does have Target, TJ Maxx, DSW, and of course the Rack, it's pretty depressing.

Yelp
Factoria Mall has the potential to be a decent mall, it really does. I like the Nordstrom Rack there and there's a Bath and Body Works, Old Navy and a Target being renovated. I like Old Country Buffet sometimes, but that probably won't do miracles for the mall image. This place is always just so sad and deserted. I never see people come here for anything besides OCB and the Rack. I think if they put in a good store or restaurant or two, they could totally revitalize this mall. Come on Factoria- you can do it!

Yelp
It's just a hop, skip and a bridge (I-90) from my pad ...and with the recent additions of DSW and T.J. Maxx ...the Factoria Mall can keep a bargain hunter busy for hours! It's quickly becoming one of my favorite "nothing else to do so...." kind of spots to waste away a day off in the Seattle area!
