The ham and cheese quiche was delicious. Not dry at all but flaky and had enough cheese that even though I found myself looking for a sauce or something (expecting it to be dry) but I didnt end up needing anything. The espresso was perfect. A basic iced latte that wasn't over sweetened or bitter. It was smooth and tasty and I love the atmosphere. Great, friendly music and tasteful decor. I wish there was more prepared to take and go. There was a salad that looked amazing and a few things like coleslaw. The service was perfect. Friendly and upbeat and they helped to suggest what I night prefer and I overheard them selling the sweets as well.

Recently treated to such welcoming and friendly customer service via text and in store just before Christmas, facilitating a Dinner Made Easy meal I purchased for a home bound friend! Store had just closed but I couldn’t have been treated better and made to feel appreciated and welcome for my business! Rare under the circumstances when dealing with other businesses! Food looked delicious! They are a delicious gem and do appreciated fir their genuine kind service! Many thanks! B back soon for a delicious Tuna sandwich casual lunch! ❤️

The Marketplace at Arcadia Farms Cafe is located in Old Town Scottsdale on 1st ave and Goldwater. Walk up to order pastries, coffee, and sandwiches and then pick a table inside the market or outside under Parisian inspired umbrellas. It's a cozy shop with tons of cute home decor, soaps, and kitchen accessories. Currently, they've gone all out for Easter and have cute items to accentuate your table or to fill your baskets. I enjoyed my savory Croque Monsieur open face sandwich with a refreshing elderflower Arnold Palmer. Under the black and white striped umbrellas, I read in peace and enjoyed the beautiful spring weather. They also offer family dinner to be ordered ahead and picked up. Next up, I need to go across the street for lunch or dinner at their sit-down Arcadia Farms Cafe restaurant.

So many things to see. So many things to eat. AND so many delicious pastries! 🥐 Our favorite coffee house down the street was out of pastries, so we walked down to the Marketplace. We really enjoyed our sweet treats! 😋 🥰

Google
First of all, this place was beautiful. Second, the menu was small, which I really like, and the quality of the food was top tier. I got the ham and cheese quiche and it was so tasty. Coffee was perfection. I normally avoid Old Town, but the location of this spot was slightly off the beaten path and there was lots of nearby free parking. However, they do have a small dedicated parking lot as well. Plus, if you are visiting the Poisoned Pen bookshop, this is the perfect place to stop by first. Highly recommend!

INCREDIBLE!!! The food was so great, the coffe was seriously the BEST macciahto I have ever had, 11/10 Want a lighter sandwhich with a hint of sweetness? Turkey and brie is for me! Want something larger and more filling? Croche moussier sea voo plae

Today they rolled out their new cinnamon rolls...WATCH OUT! THEY. ARE. DANGEROUS!!! Thanks ladies! 😎👍

Google
Cozy atmosphere and cute cute decor all around. Food was yummy, coffee was lukewarm:( that’s the only reason I’m not giving a full 5 stars. No biggie.

Brandon M.

Yelp
Good coffee and simple, tasty, tea selections. Extremely reasonable prices for them; especially being in Old Town. $2.50 for a 20oz Ice tea & $3.50 for a cold brew. Would be nearly twice the cost at other places in the area. Recommend.

Denise M.

Yelp
After lunch across the street, we walked over to see what this marketplace was all about. What an absolutely charming coffee counter service cafe this is! They have some of the same food that is across the street at the lovely Arcadia farms Cafe, along with coffee and pastries and other delicious food. It is just full of homey, French country charm, and not only does it have food and coffee, but it's a store with kitchen items, boutique gifts for children, cute dog toys and accessories, lotions and soap, and lots of kitchen items. I can't wait to come back to have a slice of quiche and some coffee and just sit in the charming atmosphere.

Tim S.

Yelp
Came here for their pastries (they make pastries for Arcadia Farms across the street). We had coffee and their mushroom, spinach and leek and quiche and a strawberry scone with (proper) jam - not grape jelly! Quiche was cooked perfectly and scone was good. Not a traditional English scone as the dough is softer and crumbles more easily. Overall this place is lovely, has great pastries and the staff are very friendly and inviting. We will be back for sure!

Zachary H.

Yelp
It's amazing. Breakfast sandwich, pastries, and pricing is top 0.1% of places. Highly reccomend a bacon egg & cheese on croissant w/ a Strawberry Scone

Shane S.

Yelp
Stumbled on the place when I was waiting for an appointment in Old Town, Grabbed a sandwich and ice tea, the sandwich was light and the tea was good. The staff were friendly and helped answer some questions about which sandwich to pick. The place itself is a cafe marketplace where you can buy kitchen items and has a cluttered farm house feel so you may have people walking around you shopping while you are eating but the place itself seems to be more of a grab and go kind of cafe.

Amber W.

Yelp
One of our favorite spots in Old Town! Our favorites include their chocolate toffee muffin and the ham and cheese croissant. Staff is always pleasant and there's never a long wait.

Luke H.

Yelp
Had lunch here and was a pleasant experience. The cobb salad met expectations and the ambiance was nice for brunch.

Kat V.

Yelp
We got delivery. The food here is delicious. All the pastries, cinnamon pecan roll and double chocolate brownie, are so good and not too sweet. I love their baked goods and want to get some more everyday. The smoke salmon sandwich is huge and tasty. The mushroom tart is super yummy and cheesy.

Yelp
With one of my all time favorites, Arcadia Farms café, officially closing, I am really sad... The only bright spot is that the neighboring sister business, Arcadia Farms marketplace, is still up and running, and it's the perfect place to stop in for freshly prepared salads, sandwiches, baked goods, amazing, desserts, hostess gifts, and even family meals. I have been ordering from the family dinner menu for quite some time now, and I have never been disappointed. I find the portion size generous, and the food is always great quality. I typically pick up a salad for lunch when I stop in to pick up the family dinner as well! If you have a sweet tooth, you cannot go wrong with any of the pastries from the marketplace. The baby cakes have become a family favorite... carrot is my absolute favorite, but coconut cream is a close second. The sprinkle cake is adorable for a festive occasion, and the tuxedo cake is always a winner as well. I recommend subscribing to the newsletter (on their website) to be "in the know" on menus and events. You can thank me later!

Alvina T.

Yelp
I stopped in the marketplace after eating at their cafe, hoping to get an almond croissant my friend ordered one at the cafe and I had to will myself not to keep staring at it! Unfortunately, when I got to the marketplace they were sold out of all but 3 pastries!! It was later in the day, especially for typical bakery hours, so I wasn't too surprised. I managed to grab a strawberry scone and a lemon blueberry muffin. Both were scrumptious! Super moist muffin and a good size. The scone was dusted with powdered sugar, had just enough of a outer crust and soft doughy texture inside. Also a bonus, the scone wasn't overly sweet. I also picked up a little cake (they have cute, small cakes with different flavors like carrot cake, sprinkle, tuxedo, etc. I gave that to a friend so I can't comment on the taste but the presentation is great. A bit pricey, again to be expected for a "specialty" cake. I'll be back for the almond croissant

Jaslean A.

Yelp
Ordered the chicken salad sandwich and the Ellie Palmer and omg this combo is PERFECT!!' This tea is probably the best summer tea I've ever had im not even kidding! Not to mention the sandwich is delicious and the ladies up front were so sweet one of them (I think her name is Heather) noticed my drink looked off and immediately made me a new one! Very sweet of her! A nice little cafe to enjoy- i will definitely be coming here more

Carla G.

Yelp
I LOVE coming here. I usually get a turkey Cobb salad with ranch dressing instead of the blue cheese dressing, and an Ellie Palmer or Arnold Palmer: I forget what it's called lol. The one thing I am disappointed about is the chicken hot sandwich they had. It has onion, bacon, cheese, and chicken, it was so good but they recently changed the bread that they make it with and it ruined the sandwich. Literally so sad about it but oh well.

Melissa Q.

Yelp
Last week I called to place a cake order. No return call. I called second day, no return call. Placed an email, no reply. I am very disappointed, as their cakes are good, but you might want to try a more reliable bakery if it's a special occasion. I would have appreciated a return call or email even if the order could not be filled for a 6" inch cake.

Jeanne S.

Yelp
Always tasty food & attentive service! Service, food & ambience is always excellent! I have been coming to this restaurant for over 20 years & everything has always been consistently excellent!

Matt P.

Yelp
Stale pastries and they use the cheap dairy alternatives for coffee. Better places in old town.

Sara M.

Yelp
This is located next to Arcadia Farms cafe and is a quick to go spot. They have a full menu of food, cakes and a coffee bar here and also cute things for purchase. The fresh cakes and pastries caught my eye when we first walked in. They have beautiful candles and soaps that are handmade and smell so good. Overall, if you're looking for a quick bite to eat or a nice coffee shops with shopping as well this is your place!! Cannot wait to come back!

Lisa R.

Yelp
The Marketplace is located at 7020 on the north side of the street. The chocolate muffin is delicious.

Brittany D.

Yelp
Adorable little cafe. Grabbed a quick sandwich and a muffin after flying in. The salmon club was very good and so was the coconut pecan muffin. I'll be back next time I'm in town.

Darya S.

Yelp
This was absolutely atrocious. Paid $16 for a salad that was mainly lettuce. I can't tell you how disappointed I was. I was so excited for a big, hearty salad and that is not what I received. I also got an almond milk vanilla latte, that tasted like straight black coffee. It has no milk or vanilla flavor. Place is cute, but it's a major ripoff, which I guess they justify by being in the middle of Scottsdale. Hard pass, dude.

Carla F.

Yelp
If you are looking for a good spot to have some really yummy fresh food that feels like it jumped straight out of an Ina Garten book or you want to relive your trip to France, just pay this little hidden gem in old town Scottsdale a visit! There sandwiches are made with the fluffiest freshest bread and their salads are to die for! It's also an amazing spot to get someone a nice little treat or gift! This is long overdue, but I also wanted to say the owner and employees went out of their way to take such good care of us while planning our wedding in the beginning of covid! She called me to personally let me know what foods she thought would work well traveling to Sedona and be served the next day. They prepared everything so thoughtfully and beautifully! We were able to put together a gorgeous spread for our lunchtime reception and everybody loved it! This was all during a time when it was very hard to get help and they just went above and beyond! :)

Christine B.

Yelp
I've been to Arcadia Farms Cafe plenty of times but have never experienced the marketplace until now. During these crazy Covid times, they're selling wonderful family meals for families of two or four. (Helpful tip: if you don't have large appetites, you can easily feed an extra person with these ample portions. Except for the desserts of course. Never, ever plan to share your dessert!!) You can purchase extra desserts along with your meal, FYI which is never a bad idea. We bought our meal for two on a French-themed week, and it was très incroyable! Main course: Seared halibut - it was cooked perfectly! You just had to finish it briefly in the oven at home. It was a succulent cut of fish! Sides: I can't remember the name of the potatoes, but they were cut thin and stacked, probably with some cream and herbs, and cheese on top. Very rich, but yummy. We also had two miniature croque monsieurs, basically baked ham and cheese on a toasted, buttery round of deliciousness. The meal also came with two portions of ratatouille. I didn't know if I'd like it, since my only familiarity with the dish stems from the Disney movie. It was terrific though! To top it all off, we had chocolate mousse. Arcadia posts their weekly meals on Monday but I recommend you don't hesitate to book yours, as the meals sell out fast. Their parking lot is small, but if you can find a spot they will bring the food to your vehicle if you call. I highly recommend supporting Arcadia Marketplace and treating yourself as well.

Tracy D.

Yelp
Small/quaint quarters. Staff were busy. Felt rushed even though no one was in line behind me. Everything looks delicious. Ordered a coffee because I was waiting to eat in their restaurant. Coffee was strong but did not have great flavor.

Laura G.

Yelp
Delightful market with great coffee, delicious pastries and salads, and an inviting selection of gifts and books. Some terrific gifts for children! I'm making note of that for the next time I need a new baby gift and a croissant to go.

Sanja V.

Yelp
Waited over forty min for a breakfast sandwich and the coffee machine was broken. As nice as the staff was it wasn't worth the visit.

David Z.

Yelp
More like "Karens farms". Horrible service and overpriced basic food and drinks. Save your time and money and don't go. Had dirty chair and food like you're at Dennys. Hard potatoes and all the old ladies that work there are super mean. We wouldn't recommend it.

Ava C.

Yelp
I stopped by here after eating lunch at the sit-down version of Arcadia Farms. Since the main restaurant doesn't carry specialty drinks other than plain coffee, my waitress there recommended I stop by here. The marketplace is located next door, to the right of Arcadia Farms Cafe. They have a few outdoor patio tables as well as some indoors. They sell pastries, breakfast, lunch, and specialty coffee drinks. They also have an area of home goods and cooking books for sale. I always enjoy looking through their assortment of home items -- they're usually unique and farmhouse themed. Perfect for gifts or for your kitchen! I ordered a hot cappuccino with almond milk. I was a little bummed they didn't carry oat milk as another alternative, as a lot of restaurants have this as an option. But I settled for almond! The cappuccino was okay, but nothing special or unique. I noticed a lot of their lunch items were similar to the ones from the main cafe, but for a slightly cheaper price. However, I'm not sure how the marketplace portion sizes compare to that of the cafe's. I don't think I'll be returning here again just for the coffee, but I will definitely come back and try their pastries and breakfast/lunch!

Karen W.

Yelp
After having a lovely little brunch next door at the cafe I spied a little note on the bottom of my receipt that said you can get 10% off purchases from the Marketplace next door so naturally I had to go in and check it out! The interior is as adorable as the cafe with bakery goods, sandwiches and salads just to name a few food finds. Note that your 10% off is for non-food items only so this review is based solely on the merchandise for sale. While one half of the store focuses on food the other half offers lotions, soaps, and French inspired kitchenware, housewares and books. The soaps are of the heavily scented, super fragrant kind and some of the designs and packaging were so cute. I spied a goat's milk lip balm with SPF made with all natural ingredients which looked very tempting since I'm always on the lookout for a good SPF lip balm. I also tried some of the lotions, and was intrigued by some of the scents such as the lychee rose hand cream for sale. Since most of the lotions are as heavily perfumed as the soaps I wasn't a big fan of them but I did end up taking home that lip balm. Service was fast and friendly. I definitely want to go back sometime and check out the food items next time I'm in the area.

Cynthia F.

Yelp
I've had the Turkey Cobb salad once and the correct thick blue cheese dressing came with it and the last two times this thin oil dressing came with it. A Cobb salad should have thick blue cheese dressing, not runny olive oil dressing. I won't be ordering this salad again.

Debbie V.

Yelp
Love this place! The bakery is amazing! And love the whole look and all of the great gifts for sale! We came here after having a delicious breakfast at the Arcadia Farms Cafe. So many great gifts. I got a yummy petit four for an afternoon dessert and we got cinnamon pecan pastries and strawberry sconces for breakfast the next day. Oh and a tub of granola. People were seated here eating breakfast. And they have great lunch options too. Can't wait to come back next time!

Cynthia B.

Yelp
"Let them eat cake" I ordered the coconut cream cake for my daughters birthday, and I'm so glad I did! The cake was a huge hit. Everyone wanted seconds. I didn't get her name, but the lovely lady who was behind the register when I came in to pick my cake up was so very helpful. Great customer service! The cake was very moist, and so delicious. Beautiful cake. We have had a tradition of ordering our cakes from a different bakery, but from now on we are only coming here. Thank you so much Arcadia Marketplace.

Tracy L.

Yelp
What a great little find!! I was craving a good veggie sandwich and Arcadia farms marketplace didn't disappoint! Super fresh, yummy bread (I opted for the sourdough), service with a smile, and great atmosphere- even for a marketplace!! Unique marketplace items to browse while waiting for your yummy meal. There's even space to sit inside and enjoy your meal. If you're in a hurry, they offer grab-n-go meals that I saw a lot of regulars picking up- so they must be good, too! Substantial menu. Two thumbs up!!

Alexa S.

Yelp
One of my favorite places in Scottsdale. Everything about this place is perfect. The outdoor patio feels like you are sitting in a beautiful backyard. All of the food is perfectly curated and fresh. Some of my favorites include the blueberry coffee cake, Mushroom goat cheese tart, turkey brie sandwich and pesto shrimp salad. The potato salad is the best I have ever had, I could eat a whole tub of it. The staff is super nice. If I could eat here everyday I would.

Cindy M.

Yelp
I ordered the German Chocolate inside out cake for Father's Day. It was fabulous! My father and family loved it! The cake was moist and the chocolate frosting countered the sweetness of the coconut pecan filling. I also brought home a slice of the blueberry coffee cake. The coffee cake was a tender cake that was not overly sweet. I will define oh try their other cakes and look forward to trying their restaurant as well.

Brittany N.

Yelp
Extremely disappointed in the catering process. Krystal does not respond in a timely manner. My wedding is 5 weeks away and apparently nothing has been reserved and I am completely in the dark about what is finished and what the next steps are I called Arcadia Farms today since I have not received a response in a week and a half. The woman I spoke to told me that the catering person lives in New York and is on a trip right now.. so I guess that explains it. I am paying 5000 minimum for the food (50 people) with service staff on top of this price and equipment rentals too. I have not been quoted for any of the service prices or the rental price. And I learned (TODAY) that none of it has been confirmed, since I haven't paid anything yet. It's not that I don't want to pay, it's that I have not received an invoice or bill or anything yet. Very disappointed with this whole situation so far.

Katie L.

Yelp
I was recommended this place by the ladies at Fourtillfour for a good breakfast sandwich. As you can see from the picture, it looks tasty, but unfortunately it was very bland. They don't use salt in the eggs and the English muffin tastes like cardboard. Really wanted to love it, but unfortunately one visit was enough for me. Cute spot though and the service was fast! Fruit was decently fresh (grapes were old).

Dorothy J.

Yelp
My review is based off the service . This is my second time in . I ordered a salad first time and a sandwich the second time . The food was fine . My issue is the lack of service!!! Both times the lady said she would bring my food to me . I wait wait wait then I Finially ask where's my food oh it's in fridge or oh it's back here ! What? Very annoying . I really don't get why they don't communicate effectively. Somebody please help this team out !

Paul E.

Yelp
Ran into this place by chance. When you walk in your a hit with the most amazing smell of fresh pastries followed by a welcome greeting. I had the best breakfast sandwich ever and of course bought the apple crumble for later. Highly recommended. Can't wait for their restaurant to open.

Kathy W.

Yelp
I am a huge fan of Arcadia Farms and the Marketplace is next door. I received an email from them over the weekend that shared they are making family dinners for 4 for $55 to go during the time of COVID-19. Wanting to support this and other great local restaurants during this time period, I ordered Monday night's dinner (chicken pot pie with a field green salad and housemade raspberry vinaigrette) and Thursday's family meal (chicken enchilada casserole). I picked up Monday's dinner yesterday. True to the email, I called them, told them I was in the parking lot, and out came my meal. I reheated the four individual chicken pot pies in the oven tonight. My finicky 91-year old father loved both the chicken pot pie and salad. Super simple and something I would never put the time into making myself. He asked what I was bringing over tomorrow. I had to tell him nothing but I would be back on Thursday with the chicken enchilada casserole. If you are looking for an easy and delicious meal this is your place. And, during this time, I think these local restaurants really appreciate the business. I can't wait to see what is on the menu next week.

Hadas L.

Yelp
The spinach and goat cheese quiche and their pastries are amaaaaazing! We've had almost all of their muffins, croissant and pan au chocolate, as well as their strawberry scone and all have been absolutely amazing!!! We've had their breakfast sandwich, which honestly was meh, I wanted to love it so much but it was just flavorless, the bacon was the most flavorful part of the sandwich. Ok now I'm sure you're wondering why the 3 star review? I would have left 5 stars if this didn't happen. Well. I ordered a oat milk Carmel latte, I guess the barista put a little too much Carmel so she dumped some Carmel in the trash, then took the cup and rubbed it against the side of the trash bag to clean up the sides from the Carmel spillage and still used that cup to put my coffee in it. It was absolutely disgusting and beyond unsanitary. I didn't say anything, and I should have. But I was just so shocked- I took my coffee and pastries and left. I will return just for the pastries and will continue getting my coffee down the street at our favorite coffee shop.

Natasha K.

Yelp
Always a good place to be. Aesthetically pleasing with the eyes on decor and products sold here. Customer service is always great.

Erica P.

Yelp
Food was absolutely disgusting, completely inedible. I was with 5 people and no one liked their sandwich. Mine was soggy and tasted like it had been sitting out for a while. I miss the Arcadia Farms restaurant as their food was delicious. Definitely do not come here if you're looking for the same quality of food as the restaurant.

Leslie M.

Yelp
Started getting the family dinners and what a treat this has been. In the last week, we've eaten delicious pot roast w/ mashed potatoes, homemade chicken enchiladas, fabulous spaghett/meatballs and coq au vin w/ papardelle. Excellent salads and yummy desserts completed each meal. Food quality and value are excellent. Glad I found this treasure!

Kimberley C.

Yelp
Cute, sweet, perfect for casual biz meeting or relaxing pastry and coffee! Great selection of gifts, cookbooks and to go food! Dine in menu is great too!! Inside & outside dining available !

Regina N.

Yelp
I'm pretty sure when I stopped in this week that I found my new place to get gifts for those who love to cook and love food. This cute marketplace/bakery is adjacent to the Arcadia Farms restaurant and is one of the absolute most fabulous retail places I've seen in the area. The vibe of the store is as if Ina, Martha and Nigella decided to go "all in" on a retail store location. I kid you not that it's a sensory experience of beautiful creations and delicious smells and at the same time visually appealing. If you want to eat something sinfully amazing and hang out in a very beautiful setting and at the same time want to get a thoughtful gift or start your Xmas shopping, this is the place.

Maryellen S.

Yelp
Cute little coffee/dessert place with gifts and books. A little too small for me, but nice place for older ladies. I'd definitely come here to pick up a mini cake or dessert for take out.

Christina P.

Yelp
I've been wanting to check out Arcadia Farms Marketplace and their Cafe location ever since I stumbled upon them on my iPhone Maps. I still have yet to go to the Cafe but today I made a late morning stop to the marketplace. Walking up to the market place they have tables outside for open seating, so my girls and I figured we'd grab some coffees and pastries and get a table outside. Walking inside- WOW! What a beautiful little marketplace, filled with an assortment of French pastries, savory foods, and a coffee bar. With Easter approaching they have so many Easter themed entertaining and decor stuff to buy. There's a lot to look at, even cook books you can purchase. I didn't spend long looking at their retail but I'm excited to go back maybe even after the holiday to look at what they have. (French soap imported from the motherland? Yes please) As for the good stuff, we enjoyed a couple drip coffees and a sugar free vanilla cappuccino with almond milk. Coffee-is-amazing! There are way too many mediocre coffee places in the valley that you will 100% appreciate the quality and taste of what you will drink here. We also enjoyed some pastries (lemon cake, cinnamon bun, lemon bun) and can I just say I'm sorry I didn't get any pictures. Oh well, it gives me a good excuse to go back haha. The pastries were so so so so delicious- très bon! I cannot wait to get back here and try other items. Je serai de retour ici très bientôt!

John C.

Yelp
I stumbled upon this place when I was cruising the streets. I wasn't really looking for anything just killing some time. I saw from afar a pastry display case so I naturally felt the desire to see if they had cinnamon rolls. To my luck they did. Not your typical style but more along the lines of croissant and morning bun mix. It had chopped pecans and powered sugar; I was very pleased and it was not overly sweet. I believe this is an extension to the restaurant next door; more of a grab and go type of place. Staff was nice and friendly, the ambiance was convivial and reminded me of Europe. I'm definitely stopping in again and picking up some more sweets. Oh...they also had samples of their flat bread that they made in-house. Oh man was it good.

Gilbert M.

Yelp
Excellent baked goods! Pleasant atmosphere, especially on the patio. Attentive pleasant servers.

A M.

Yelp
Excellent little bakery and quaint gift shop for the chef in your family. Pastries are all made in house, probably the best scone I've ever had. Strawberry scone was moist, not dry like your typical. Fresh strawberries throughout. And their fruit tart was crisp and flaky, with delicious fresh Fruit piled in the center. I will definitely be going back next time I'm in Scottsdale! Also, if you want to get someone a cookbook or some other kitchen related gift, they have a very nice selection. Extremely nice friendly polite staff. What's not to like?!
