Update: I’m amending my review based on how Vanessa handled the situation. It’s never comfortable having to apologize on someone else’s behalf and she made me feel heard. I still think that guy is a pretty mid human, but I appreciate her and the other bud tenders that have given me friendly and professional service in the past. I just had a very uncomfortable and disappointing experience where my husband and I were accused of lying by an employee at Matchbox. About a week ago my husband came in and purchased two vapes: a Matchbox Chicken and Waffles and a Fresas Con Crema of another brand. About two days later the Chicken and Waffles battery died, and would not accept a charge. I brought it into Matchbox and spoke with the same gentleman working tonight (12/13). After I let him know I had tried a couple of different chargers, he tried to plug it in himself and had me step outside to draw on it and saw that it was not working properly. He spoke with a manager and said that they could do a return or even exchange but my husband would have to be present since it was purchased with his ID so I brought it home and we came back this evening. He greeted us and I reminded him of the situation. He went to go to the back to clear everything with his manager. When he came back he told me that because I “had already been there that day and been told no” that they would not honor the exchange. He said that his manager told him I had already been there and the vape had teeth marks. He told me the vape I brought to him was not the one I brought to him two days ago. It’s totally possible my 4lb puppy chewed on the end of the vape after I brought it home, but it was the same broken vape I brought in. It was still full when it broke, still full when I went in the first time, and was still full when I came in this evening…because it’s broken haha. I had not been in earlier that day. Up until an hour ago I’d been in my pajamas baking cookies for a cookie exchange. I asked to see the manager so they could see I’m clearly not who they’re thinking of and was told they weren’t there and were on the phone. I asked the other employee there if she’d been there all day and could verify I had not been there. I asked him if he’d been there all day. Neither could. I should have asked to FaceTime with the manager. Would that have proven it? To state so matter of factly that I had been there and been told no when I had not was really insulting. I’ve never been called a liar. I’m so confused why something that could have been cleared up fairly easily was treated as me trying to scam them. I’ve been a loyal Matchbox customer since they opened. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars there. I’m sure you can look that up and verify it. I’m a server and I always tip. It is a slap in the face to treat a customer who has never been anything but kind and respectful as a liar and make no attempt at righting it or finding out the truth. I encourage you to check your cameras. I don’t know why that guy switched on such a dime. It all felt disrespectful and that they weren’t wiling to just let me prove that it wasn’t me they were thinking of. Dang. What a truly uncalled for and disappointing experience. I left the vape with them. This was never about trying to get something for free. Please think about what you say and how you treat people in the future. And maybe make sure you have the right person first haha. I would very much appreciate a follow up from management regarding this. What a sad way to lose a customer. I’m gonna miss that one manager that looks like Russell Brand. He’s cool.

The honesty of the staff and welcoming approach to questions is refreshing in an area where the market is saturated with so many amazing choices. Now, for their flower 🌼 🌸 I love love, love the flower, amazing color, smell, and effects from the flower to the house waxes are just a beautiful product ❤️. They carry other local farm products, edibles, disposable pens, and some glass wear . The picture is from the product I picked up named Dante Inferno,THC 26.3% an indica strain absolutely incredible!!!!

got cute box of Prerolls of "Pancake" for Father's Day. If they put as much time into the product as they do into the cute packaging they might have a good product but these are terrible. Good at first but the relight is not smokeable. Never have I drawn in such harsh smoke. The store said "oh you should blow out when you snuff." Idiots. Don't waste money.

Been there twice, I was told the first time the last hour of the day they give you 15% off on everything, on my second visit at closing time when I was ready to pay and the cashier scanned my total, a guy came over and marked items with only 5% off, they won't respect 15% off as they say, my purchase was $95 BUYER BEWARE
