I'm a big fan of The Matzo Project! I was about to add the business, but it was already listed. Their products are super tasty and free from dairy, sugar, trans fats, and artificial flavors. Made in the USA in a kosher facility, though not all items are kosher for Passover. You can find them on Amazon, but I prefer shopping directly from their website. Lately, I've been enjoying a lot of fried matzoh since it's soft and works well with my low-residue diet delicious! 3/30/25
