The McKinley at Memorial City

Great location front office staff great people but building ownership does not care about their residence. If you are looking to move here I would not recommend it. There is a huge smoke problem coming from restaurant on ground floor. Which is not the restaurants fault it is the buildings ventilation system they designed. They dump the vent straight into dog park. So if you have animals do not move here. Your animals can not even go out side the smoke is so bad. The parking garage and stairwells are cover in smoke it soaks into your cloths and you smell like you have been grilling BBQ all day in a matter of seconds. Residence have been begging for a solution but building ownership has come up with no resolution.We have asked for three months to resolve issue but they do not care and have offered no time line to resolve it. Really sad great location great staff horrible ownership.

Receptionist was very unprofessional and rude. She was on her phone while I was speaking to her and I had to repeat my self multiple times because she was distracted with her phone. She would also not call or try to contact the tenant at an apartment that I had an appointment with for some furniture assembly I had to do. Me & my Daughter stayed here over a year & we miss it . The staff made us feel so safe & treated us like family . If you are looking for Luxury & upscale. The McKinley is the best in Houston seriously. They go above and beyond for their residents. Knowing that my daughter had in extra set of eyes while she got on & off the school bus was the best !! Pool & gym beautiful & clean . Pete & the entire management team are top tier . We miss them so much . 10/10. (My corner unit was bomb )

Absolutely love it here!! Best decision of the decade and planning on renewing for the years to come. If you are looking for the perfect high rise in Houston, this is it!

Great place to live. It’s only been a few months and I’ve noticed a significant difference from other properties. It’s not only positioned well but also built well. You should check your electrical boxes when you move in because you will be impressed. The building’s positioning make it easy to enter and exit compared to other properties and the garage is very breathable due to it’s openness. The lobby is sexy and furnished well. The staff and property manager are delightful and friendly.

The smoke venting into the community, particularly the dog park, from Credence needs to be tended to asap. This is an amenity we are paying for that has been ruined and unusable majority of the time. You can’t even walk in the parking garage or the sidewalk without smelling like smoke. FIX THE TRASH CHUTE ISSUE! It’s disgusting and at these prices, we shouldn’t be dealing with this. Every single week, the chute and trash rooms for the lower floors get clogged up making the hallways smell like a landfill. I do not care what the reason for the issue is. I’m tired of smelling it and putting in work orders week after week. Get more dumpsters, stagger your team’s work schedules, whatever the excuses are, it needs a solution. You’re charging market rent and increased the amenity fee to $130. It’s unacceptable. Also, fix the hot water. Everyone has been complaining for at least 1.5 years and it’s still an issue.

We moved in November 1st. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. Leasing team is amazing..They have had some of the best events where everyone is invited.!!! We have met so many of our neighbors. Great place to call home. Highly recommend ❤️

We moved in to the McKinley in November and love it. The amenities are some of the nicest we have seen at any property. The concierge desk is so awesome and always willing to help out with any needs we have. We have had a couple of minor maintenance issues and the quick response and professionalism in our apartment helped confirm we made the right decision in coming to the McKinley. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking.

Been here for 3 years, the staff is awesome the area is perfect !! Me and my wife have been working with Alejandro and Liza they're both amazing and always helpful
