The Memory at On On Hotel

Booked ON ON Hotel about three weeks before my trip and I’m so glad I did. The location is unbeatable—right in the middle of Phuket Old Town’s Sunday Market. Check-in was smooth and quick, and we only waited around 5 minutes for the room. The place felt cozy with a charming antique vibe, which is exactly the hotel’s style. We were welcomed with a nice drink and shown to our room by a very friendly receptionist who explained everything.||The room was comfortable with a nice bed, basic amenities, and a spacious bathroom. I loved the vintage décor throughout the hotel. There’s also an upstairs area and a restaurant right at the entrance.||Overall, it was a really good and memorable stay. Cozy, central, and surrounded by everything you need. If you can, stay on a Sunday so you can enjoy the amazing night market right outside your door.

The Memory at On On is a wonderfully vintage hotel in the heart of Old Phuket town. When you walk in through the open hallway under the red lampions you’re immediately greeted by the radiant “Sawadee-kahs” and smiles from Penny, Jenny, Nathan and other colleagues. The hotel is like a time machine that takes you back to the rich melting pot past of Phuket with dark mother-of-pearl inlaid furniture, rooms decorated with Pernakan red or Nobel blue. There are atria with small fountains that provide an element of natural airconditioning inside and the small cafe Mem next to the entrance offers a selection of decent wines. It’s morning espresso brewed from freshly ground thai roasted cofee beans deserves a special mention. Furthermore, its location makes for a perfect beach head into everything there is to see, do and especially eat in and around the old Town.

Room is very clean and beautiful，building is quite old but having its own characteristics, decoration is baba style. Most importantly, i will give the service 10 out of 10, they are the most hospitality and polite staff I've ever met. In my point of view, I think it is suitable for those who like to deeply discover this city, since it's located in the centre of old town, which is a stone throw away to any places in here.

Location is perfect to stroll around the old town, with cute coffee places, massage salons and nice restaurants. And also the staff was so helpfull and very kind. Room is clean and comfortable. Would recommend and would stay again:)! As a solo traveler women, felt safe and secure.

This is a GORGEOUS property in the heart of Old Phuket Town. The design and architecture are stunning. Everywhere you look, there are beautiful historical details. The bed and pillow were incredibly comfortable - I slept so well! You're close to everything in town from here, so there are a lot of walkable options for food and shopping. It's absolutely worth a stay here!

Excellent, historical and atmospheric hotel. Kind of unique too with the front lobby full open to the street and the room arranged around inner open to the air atriums. Rooms are clean and comfortable and of their period. So not huge. The decor is part original, but some is mocked up and set-designed to resemble the original period. Which makes sense cute. Only thing is the mock up includes an all day gramophone playing popular songs of the period through the open atrium too. Very cute when you arrive. Less so at 8am in the morning when they crank it up. Lovely place though.

One of the best hotels I've stayed at in recent years. As one of the first hotels in Phuket, this 98-year-old property offers a truly iconic experience. The rooms are well-maintained, preserving a charming old-world feel. The front desk & operations team, especially Mr. Nathan, was incredibly friendly and played a big part in making our stay memorable.
