The Memory at On On Hotel

It was my first time in Phuket, and I’m so glad I stayed here. The hotel is located in Phuket Old Town, making it very easy to explore everything within walking distance. The lobby has a beautiful heritage style. Although the rooms are a bit older due to the nature of the heritage building, they are kept very clean. All the staff were friendly and helpful—special thanks to Jenny for being so attentive to my requests! I highly recommend this place and will definitely stay here again on my next visit.

Stayed recently with my family at The Memory at On On Hotel. The property has an old world charm, it is lovely with a lot of antiques and is very quaint. So you get all the modern amenities in an old world setting. What tops everything is the service level of the team, fantastic is not enough to describe the warmth, authenticity and customer first mind set they all have. Special thanks to Nathan, Penny, Gigi and Philip who ensured we felt welcomed, taken care of and comfortable throughout our stay. Despite the high season and the hotel being full, the team didn't hurry us and were patient with our questions and validated our suggestions of places to go and things to do. The location is amazing, walkable to all the sights around Phuket Old Town and easy access to many great restaurants. Thank you to the team for everything. we cannot wait to be back again. I saw a perenakan house and knew I needed to go there. We just went for a cafe visit but I'd consider staying here after I had a look around. It's right in the centre of Phuket town and is a converted mansion. The staff were so kind they let me look in the non cafe areas because I am obsessed with the beauty of Perenakan culture. The cafe is v cute, croissants were really delicious. The staff were unbelievably kind and looked after us super well.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. This place was amazing. The staff were incredible - we travelled with a baby and they took such amazing care of us and supported us so much. We felt relaxed and taken care of every moment. The hotel is absolutely stunning, has beautiful facilities and gorgeous, sparkling rooms. The location is amazing - we happily stayed for 5 nights and never ran out of things to do. I couldn’t recommend this hotel more.

Old Town Charm: The Memory at On On The On On Hotel was one of the highlights of our two-week Thailand trip. It’s got historic charm, a convenient location and the price was right. Nathan is the Best! The hotel is great, but the service is what really made it special—and that’s all because of Nathan at the front desk. He was there the minute we checked in and was always around to help with anything we needed. He carried our bags to our room, got a boat transfer to our next island booked easily, and even brought up our Grab food orders. He did it all with a huge smile. Nathan is a total gem, and the hotel is lucky to have him. The Location: You can't beat this spot in Old Town. It’s right next door to Thalang Road, so you're seconds away from the Sunday Night Market, shops, and places to eat. But it's just far enough off the main street that it stays nice and quiet at night. Our Room: Our room was just renovated, so it felt new, clean, and was a good size. Oh, and the water pressure was super strong, not the far too often trickle we get from many other hotels in asia. Small Perks, Great Price: They had these little snacks out every morning. It wasn't a full breakfast, but perfect for grabbing a quick coffee and a Vietnamese pastry before heading out. We paid around 1,400 baht per night (about $46 USD). This hotel is a fantastic deal and we highly recommend it.

Great stay...Great staff and such aesthetically pleasing place. The rooms though a bit small are clean, beautifully decorated. The entry is protected by a gate that can only be opened using the card key they give so it's safe too. Staff is an absolute delight !

I enjoyed a wonderful stay here for 2 nights during my recent holiday. Staff were the most hospitable among all the hotels I have ever stayed at. Room was comfortable, providing a restful environment. Location is right at the heart of old town which is very convenient. Overall, will highly recommend this hotel as a top choice!

Memory at On On Hotel in Old Town Phuket is a wonderful place to stay. A beautiful Portuguese influenced building, on a relative calm street, spacious, stylish and clean rooms that have been well decorated giving the atmosphere of upscale 19th century travel. Most impressive, however, was the ever so friendly and helpful staff, including Jenny, at the reception. Thank you Jenny for your helpful support and your advice on any travel topics.
