We used this venue for the high school prom and it was absolutely beautiful! The spacious rooms were very accommodating for guests and vendors were able to set up with ample space. The students loved it also because they were able to use the big screens to highlight memorable experiences from their high school years on video. Lastly, the owner was extremely friendly and easy to work with.

We’ve had the honor of interacting with Meridian, specifically Amit, Dave, and Elizabeth on multiple events, and every single time the experience has been flawless. The venue is stunning, spacious, and always set up beautifully, but it’s their professionalism and attention to detail that truly make a difference. Highly recommend Meridian for anyone looking for a top-tier event space with an amazing team behind it.

Gorgeous Banquet Hall, Very nice staff. I was a vendor for the cake for a wedding today and it was such a beautiful venue, very clean, organized, very nice staff. Would recommend to anyone who is in need of a place to hold an event especially a wedding! Gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous!

I recently attended my brother and sister’s wedding and reception (The Griffin Wedding) on August 23, 2025, and it was absolutely beautiful. The Meridian Event Space was the perfect setting—truly stunning from start to finish. From the elegant atrium to the spacious main hall and the lovely bridal suite, every detail was thoughtfully designed. The bathrooms were spotless, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. The venue itself is remarkably spacious, making it ideal for any type of celebration. I would highly recommend this hall to anyone in search of a truly outstanding event space!

I had the pleasure of attending a wedding at the Meridian and I can’t stop thinking about how beautiful everything was! The Asian Indian Women's Association (AIWA) successfully celebrated its 25th anniversary with a gala event held at the Meridian. The venue provided an elegant setting, enhanced by the photo collage displayed on the entrance screens and a video showcasing AIWA's history, which played continuously in the main lobby. The AIWA logo, elegantly projected onto the water feature, added a unique and memorable touch. The spacious reception area facilitated comfortable pre-dinner mingling and provided ample space for guests to enjoy the appetizers. The main banquet hall, beautifully appointed and meticulously organized, created an atmosphere conducive to celebration and enjoyment. The dedicated stage and dance floor seamlessly accommodated the evening's entertainment program. We were delighted to welcome over 400 guests, who thoroughly enjoyed the event. The success of this Silver Jubilee celebration is a testament to the collaborative efforts of many individuals. We extend our sincere gratitude to Amit Pathak, Elizabeth Davis, Dave Whitelaw, and the entire Meridian staff for their exceptional contributions, professionalism, and dedication in ensuring a truly memorable and successful event. We couldn't stop raving about the atmosphere, the flow of the event, and how beautiful everything looked indoors—especially given how unpredictable weather can be. We hosted our Sangeet here a few nights ago. The experience was excellent. The best part of this venue is how flexible the staff is and how they want to work with you to realize your vision. Compared to other venues in the area, the Meridian does this best. Other aspects of the space is great, such as the two suites they offer for host parties to get ready (with a bathroom and vanity). If I can offer one area of improvement, it's that the dance floor was in not great shape, and necessitated us to get a wrap. Other than that, it was awesome. Will definitely recommend local friends and family to consider this venue when they are hosting an event.
