The Mighty Colorado Burger

This place was amazing!! The mushroom burger was probably the best burger I've ever had. That truffle aioli, oh my God! Fries were crispy and seasoned perfectly!! The vibe was cool, everyone there was super friendly. Definitely recommend. AND the guy making the burgers bares an uncanny resemblance to Ron Weasley, which makes this place even better in my opinion

Mighty Burger used to be great but quality and consistency have taken a pretty hard downturn. Got two burgers to go tonight and both were barely cooked. Not the first time orders have either been poorly cooked or outright wrong. For nearly $20/burger, this is unacceptable. Customer lost.

Probably the best burger I've had in Colorado!!! The holiday special with bacon jam and goat cheese was amazing! Awesome fries! And great dipping sauces!! What could make this place better? Nothing because it's located inside a brewery!

By far one of the best burgers I’ve had. It’s juicy and flavorful and I freaking love crunchy tater tots, it really adds to the experience for me! The double mighty burger: 9/10 Tater tots: 10/10 Ranch sauce: 7/10 You will find this food truck inside the Denver Beer Company.

Burger was perfect! I got the mushroom burger but no mushrooms. The bun was soft and tasty and a bit sweet. It was slightly crispy on the edges and held together very well. The cheese was melted and the burger cooked to a slight pink. Flavor profile was awesome, the crispy onions and truffle mayo went perfectly. Fries were salty and crispy. Gorgeous

Burger was cooked perfectly and the toppings were fresh. Enjoyed a strawberry rhubarb sour from the colocated bar, which cut nicely through the (proper) fat content in the burger and fries (not greasy, perfect seasoning). Only problem is I couldn't put it down and ate too fast!!

Order from an old bus then they give you a pager that goes off when your food is ready. Had the mighty Colorado burger of course and it was delicious.

Ran across this little gem of a place and decided to try it out. You walk inside and up to the Airstream trailer to place your order. Only 1 person in front of us and they took our order and gave us one of those pagers for when the food was ready. You pay right there at the counter once you get your order done. However, they do not serve any kind of drinks. You have to walk over to the bar and order whatever you plan on drinking there. It's a seat yourself kind of place, indoor or outdoor seating is available. I tried the mighty bacon cheese burger with avocado. It had peppered bacon on it and was delicious. Very healthy size patty, cooked fresh to order. The meat had a good flavor. It came with shoe string style fries, and they had just the right amount of salt. Cool place with a cool atmosphere. 2 thumbs up, so if your in the area, stop and and give them a whirl.

The Mighty is a walk-up food truck INSIDE the Denver Beer Company, so don't be fooled if you're looking for a stand-alone restaurant! The burger and bacon were a little overcooked for my personal taste, but still good and the tots were crispy with some good sauce options. It's a solid place to grab a bite if you're stopping by the brewery for a nice pint on the patio!

My burger was mighty good! It was not overcooked, had fresh lettuce and tomatoes, and the bun was soft with a bit of sweetness. I enjoyed the fries with some truffle mayo. For my beverage, I had the Gold Amber which was perfect. Ambers are great when you don't want something light, but also don't want something too heavy. The atmosphere is pretty rustic, and suitable for this type of food fare. I liked that you could see their brewing area. The service was lacking- far from friendly, just order takers. If not for this, I'd give The Mighty 5 stars. Maybe next time. Stop in and see if you agree.

Fantastic burger! I'm not sure why I didn't try this place before. Came in with family, the four of us. Not all burgers are good re heated but if you cant finish it this one is outstanding! Very casual dining experience. A few oddities were that they allow dogs in there. BIG DOGS and a lot of them! We sat inside. Also, no ice! Not as single cube in the entire joint. So, I had a glass of warm water. The only cold thing to drink is the beer. Other than that, all the staff were very nice! After leaving we bussed our table, and I gave it wipe down with a towel sitting in a small bucket of water so the next to arrive had a clean table. The place is crowded mainly because the food is so awesome! It's on par with the top five burgers I have tried, and I've tried a lot!! Enjoy!

I have been dying to try this spot! I LOVE burgers and have always seen this spot. It's located inside Denver Beer Co as a permanent food truck. There's indoor and outdoor seating, this place is also dog friendly!! I ordered an OG burger with grilled onions & tater tots. I thought that this burger was delicious, I may get a little more creative with the additions next time but everything was delicious!! I got a side of spicy ranch for my tots. Delish

The food might have been good had it not been for the exorbitant amount of salt on the fries and the patty. I couldn't even finish the burger and left most of the fries. My wife barely touched her fries as well. My tongue has that chemical burn feeling from salt. The lettuce was mis proportioned along with the barely there avocado. It looked great but after the first bite salt pucker and my kidneys kicking in to filter the salt out of my system, I knew it was going to be a abysmal . Service was ok (meh) and expedient, although I thought the worker's self added 20% tip to the order was incredibly tacky. Cooks need to taste. The most disappointing burger I've had in years and would rather drive to The Power Stop in Gunnison than try this place again.

I didn't realize The Mighty was a food truck within Denver Beer Co so I was a bit disappointed when we arrived and it wasn't the experience I was planning for. Burgers were solid, but the fries were the standout. Overall, a nice spot if you're planning to hang out at a brewery!

we go to mighty /Denver beer company quite a bit. their service is fast & friendly, even on busy nights like trivia. their burgers are delicious!! I honestly can't give a single review to any one burger because they're all delicious. We have our natural go to use like the standard one that they have on the menu. their fries and tots are delicious too. my personal preference are the tots. One thing I wish but I don't think I've asked can't really say is that they had different types of sauces outside other than just catch up and mustard. Sometimes you love a barbecue sauce on a burger.

The mighty was busy and bustling on a Thursday evening. On Thursdays, they offer live music at 6pm and trivia at 8pm. There wasn't a dry seat in the house for trivia. It's free to participate and gave the place a fun, playful ambiance. The set-up is interesting. The restaurant itself is a vintage airstream parked inside a brewery (Denver Beer Co I think?). Half the seating is inside, half outside. The mushroom burger was amazing! One of the best I've had. They had our order of 4 burgers done in less than 15 minutes. I highly recommend the cheese curds; they were fried to perfection and had chewy, stringy cheese inside. Stellar.

We've been on the hunt for a really delicious burger for a while now as our former fav place closed down. My wife and I just happened to be in Arvada. If you're looking to enjoy an amazing traditional burger, seriously wow--mouth wateringly juicy, savory, quality--get the double with bacon with a side of truffle mayo. It won't disappoint! We also got a side of beer batter cheese curds which were fantastic and should definitely be ordered. It's a master pairing with a fun vibe. You can order your meal from The Mighty's airstream trailer then grab an ice cold beer while you wait or vice versa. Okay, let's morph this review into what really matters... THE BURGERS THE BURGERS THE BURGERS THE BURGERS There are four different burgers to choose from: The Mighty - a classic american burger The Mushroom Mighty - a mushroom swiss burger The Double Mighty - a classic american burger doubled The Bacon Mighty - a bacon cheddar cheese burger There are five different sides to choose from: Fries, Truffle Fries, Tater Tots, Truffle Tots or Cheese Curds There are five different sauces to choose from: Chipotle Mayo, Truffle Mayo, Sweet Baby Ray's Barbeque, Ranch, Spicy Ranch As you can see, you can "Power Up!" or "Ranger Up!" with whatever combo or flavor you're feeling. Of course, we are in the same squad so we tried each other's burgers. Everything was 5 PLUS STARS! The burgers were juicy and full of flavor. The fries were crispy and the perfect vessel for dipping into their amazing homemade ranches. My husband and I agreed it's one of the best burgers and fries we've had in the Denver Metro area. We will for sure be back and ready to morph into action for round 2, 3, 4 and so many more. Once a Mighty Burger eater, always a Mighty Burger eater!

Located inside Denver Beer Co at Old Towne Arvada. All burgers come with fries, and you have the option to upgrade to truffle fries or tots. Burgers are 1/3 lb burgers on brioche buns. Both of our burgers were perfectly cooked. I loved the buttery tasting brioche bun; it makes the burger look and taste more gourmet. You can also upgrade to a veggie burger or a chicken burger instead of a beef patty. I'll definitely be trying the chicken burger next time.

Good burgers and fries! Cool concept of an airstream food truck parked in Denver Beer Co in Olde Town Arvada. We crave a good burger from here regularly. They can be greasy, but oh so yummy.

This place has a great burger no doubt! The main downside is they will get your order wrong 99% of the time. I think I've only been here twice when they didn't mess up an order. That being said, it's a burger and they always fix it, but definitely check your order if you're taking to it go.

Food was amazing. The fries were delicious! I had the bacon cheeseburger, and my mom had the green chili burger. Both were 10/10 in my opinion. The only reason my review isn't 5 stars is because there was a huge lack of drink options. It's inside a brewery, there's plenty of beer, but if you need a drink besides that you're out of luck

Burgers totally rocked. My wife rated this above my brothers bar. I think I'd rate it in the same tier, not sure if higher or lower. Main thing she loved about these burgers compared to my brothers bar is the crispiness of the patty while still being juicy and flavorful. As good as burgers get !

From first bite, you can taste the freshness. Very much hole in the wall feel with it being embedded in the denver beer company, but the two feel like one. A great place for family and friends.

Awesome little food truck bus located inside of Denver Beer Co. in Old town Arvada. It's a solid burger that will satisfy your craving. Burger comes medium with a little pink. It's pretty juicy with a nice toasted butter bun. Only complaint might be that t can get a little soggy or oily if you don't eat it quick enough. I ordered the double mighty because an extra patty is only $2, so why not. I ate half before taking my picture. Parking can get a little difficult since there is no main parking lot but rather street/residential parking.

Good burger and fries. Terrible employees. They charged our card and flipped the screen around choosing their own tip amount. When confronted the guy said, "Sorry man! It's just habit."

Best dang burgers in Denver in my opinion. Amazing environment, great food and an amazing date night for $30 for food. Everyone is so polite, the food is consistent and you're absolutely bound to have a great time.

Inside Denver Beer Company, this vintage Airstream Camper has been modified as a Food Truck and serves up Hamburgers. All of them go well with the beer from the main establishment (Denver Beer Co.). This is a solid hamburger, that you can customize the way you want it. Nothing real fancy, just a good old fashioned burger. I did not find the burger particularly great nor was anything wrong with it. Fries were crispy and hot. Depending on when you want to eat, will depend on how long it takes to get your food.

We love this place!! Mighty burgers are delicious, juicy, fresh jalapeños, lettuce, tomato and onion. Fries are thin cut and crispy!

It's 8:20pm on a Monday. I drove 20 mins to get here because no one picked up the phone. I assumed they were busy because they always are. No way to order online either or I would've just done that. Showed up and there's a sign that says "closed". GOOGLE SAYS 9PM AND THEIR WEBSITE SAYS 10. I was still confused so I asked the guy with long hair if they always close at this time and all he did was shrug and say "I don't know I just started here bro". How do you work anywhere and not know when you close? This place for real dropped on the ball on customer service. That's just courtesy. At least pick up the phone and tell people you're closed.

So apparently this is a food truck within Denver beer company in olde town Arvada. My friend and I both got the mushroom burger. It was ok. Not much flavor- I think it didn't have enough sauce. Luckily I got both garlic aioli and truffle mayo as a side with my fries so I dipped my burger in there ti give it more flavor. Texture of burger was good tho. The fries were tasty and plentiful. The garlic aioli was amazing. Truffle mayo aiight. Overall aiight. Employees were nice!

Burger was descent. I thought the meat lacked quality but everything else was great. You order from an indoor food truck and they have indoor seating. Drinks could be ordered from another location.

Absolutely slammin' burgers! Clearly quality beef, fresh produce, all the right topping selections. Fresh, hand sliced fries? Yes, please. Love how this feels like an outdoor bar (with a few good non-alcoholic options other than soda for Mormons like me) that's actually inside. The burger place is actually housed in an airstream across from the bar. The burger was good, but not good enough for me to feel like I HAD to finish it (it was 9 PM and my body doesn't like eating that late anymore). The fried cheese curds, on the other hand, were on another level and I'd go back for those alone.

Tucked inside an airstream trailer that is tucked inside what looked to be like an old fire station is Mighty. Also inside this building is Denver Brewing Co. which served as the perfect companion to go with my burger. These burgers are GREAT. It starts with a meaty fresh 1/3 pound patty that is smash griddled to this most perfect char on the outside. Thin and crispy around the edges and retaining its meatiness in the middle. And the bun... did they butter them like a Culvers??? IDK but all four of us agreed that only this delicious sweet and buttery vessel could hold this burger. Enjoyed it immensely with just standard LTO toppings plus some chipotle mayo. Then their fries are delish too. Thin hand cut little guys with the skins on. They give you a ton with every burger and I enjoyed them immensely. Check em out!

Stopped in at the Denver Beer co to grab a beer and saw this burger spot. I ordered the three chili mighty with fries. 1/3 lb patty, chipotle mayo, roasted chilis, pickled jalapeño, avocado,sour cream and scallions. The fries were really good, tasted like fresh cut fries. I did have to add salt but I would prefer adding it myself. The burger was juicy and filling. Cooked very well and I couldn't put it down. The toppings gave a really good flavor profile and it wasn't too spicy I did also add pepper jack. The staff was very friendly and patient while I figured out my order. The food took about 10 minutes which was impressive as there was a ton of people in the brewery that had ordered.I would definitely grab this again regardless of it being in the brewery.

Great burgers and exceptional fries and curds. I ordered the Mighty burger. Huge crispy chunk of lettuce, red onion that didn't overpower the burger and the bun was toasted perfectly. The french fries were salty, and delicious. The cheese curds were battered in angel kisses and fried to gooey perfection. Washed it all down with a fruity sour from Denver Beer Company. Awesome vibe inside and on the patio.

I was craving a burger (pregnant) and Mighty was right around the corner. I ordered the regular burger and fries with whatever already came on it. It was just perfect. Perfect amount of fries and my favorite kind. Perfectly sized burger patty with just the right amount of toppings and on the best bun. It was super fast which was unexpected with the crowd at the brewery. Made my day and afternoon of errands well worth it. Good price too

Double Burger & double grilled chicken burger were one of the best we have had in Denver. Fries however were skinny, soggy and not tasty at all. Highly recommend the burgers but get something other than the fries. Tried the truffle fries but equally unimpressive. Service was great! Ambiance is typical brewery.

Best burgers we have ever eaten. So delicious there is a seasoning on the burgers which is out of this world. We have the might burger and the mighty mushroom burger. Sooo good. And the fries are so good as well. So fresh and seasoned beautifully as well. Soooo good. You need to try this place which is also connected to Denver Beer Company which is also sooo good. Burgers are well-seasoned and flavorful. We had a bit of a wait but multiple orders were placed before us. Meat was juicy and fries were plentiful. Cool Airstream kitchen!

This was our favorite burger by far. Not sure what happened. We both commented that our burgers were dry and not juicy and buns hard. Really a 2 star experience for the burger but the fries still rock.

I see reviews stating "best burgers anywhere" these have to be beer tainted reviews. We've had their burgers at least a dozen times while we were at Denver Beer and they have gotten progressively worse. Salty and overcooked seem to be the common theme. The last time we went there we just purchased an order of tots, hard to ruin those.

It was a perfect Sunday afternoon burger and beer! My God, I was in heaven... had to go back the next week for a repeat!

Yuck ! It is a good thing that they have the Beer Business to fall back on because the food is terrible. The burgers 3 of them were SO overcooked. The extra side of onions for $1 see photo. What a joke. The tots were grease soaked , the cheese curds had no cheese it all leaked out so it was over fried batter chunks with no cheese. Like I said awful. Go for the beer and eat anyplace else

Damn. Get you a fried egg on top and enjoy the burger ride. My only recommendation, put a sign on the brewery entrance door so out of town folks can find you more easily.
