3 bartenders told us to go to the other bar because of a shift change. How are you closing a bar at 9 without your replacement 😭🤣 this bar is embarrassing, go anywhere else.

I have visited this establishment a few times with my friends. I truly appreciate the ambiance and enjoy watching the dancers perform. There's the area outside with tables & seats to relax & talk.

Upon my first visit Chris was my bartender and helped me get familiar with the place. I went on a Tuesday to avoid a crazy crowd upon my first impression. The dancers came out around 11:00. There was no cover, and per Chris there's never one. Decent prices for drinks. I would go back.

I absolutely love this place! Jacob is one of my favorite bartenders here. No matter what day of the week good eye candy and cute drinks.

If you have the chance to converse with Angie, consider yourself lucky. I come here to hang with her and her beautiful energy.

If you’re going to indulge in this place, TAKE CASH. I just arrived back home after a visit to Dallas and this establishment only to be notified about an additional tip being added to my card. I didn’t tip (on purpose) because the service wasn’t that great. I paid $14.75 for a LIT and ended up being charged $20.76. That’s a 6 dollar tip that I didn’t authorize!!!! Please use cash if you plan on going to this place. I should’ve never……

First time here for New Year’s Eve. This is my favorite club for a couple reason. Mind you I don’t go out too often since two years ago. 1.Diversity here goes crazyyyy. Racially. Aesthetically. Everything. 2. This vibe is not stuck up. Dancers are friendly and vibrant. The crowd doesn’t feel like other places I’ve been where the vibe is stand-off ish. 3. Service is great. We got drinks super fast and they prices were reasonable. The bartender went out of the way to ensure I could handle my drink. Also it was very cold last night and the outdoor bartender was still killing it in his outfit! Such a breath of fresh air. I’m not use to interacting with such friendly service people on a night out. 4. Environment: I loved that there is enough space to actually breath and move around. I can’t stand always feeling in the way of something or smushed. I love that there’s two patios.

✨ New to Texas … just moved here .. so iHad to find a new “ spot “ TMC definitely holds that place for me!! iLike pop music..& of course r&b.. heck , iLike it all. They have a super diverse playlist , plus the staff is not only iCandy but SUPER friendly.. no one likes rude iCandy anyway lol. But yes !!! Special shout-out to ROBERT ! He’s 1 of the bartenders but he’s my personal favorite bec when iFirst came to TMC iWas alone & he talked to me , kept the drinks coming , he definitely made me wanna come back .. then iMet these beautiful human Jaili !!! I went to TMC on a slow Monday afternoon/evening. Alec was so wonderful, we chatted at the outside bar for hours, and he made me a custom pineapple peach drink based on what he thought I might like. Happy hour is great for pricing. Love!

If you want to get double charged and get your money stolen, then you are in the right place. I suggest to pay in cash when you come here and do not leave a tip because they already took extra money.

Don't go here unless you're using cash. They will take money off your card days after. If I could give negative zero stars I would. This place is a joke!! Look at the other comments of where they've stole people's money off their bank card!!!

Starting my review will let you know how it goes. However, I went to this bar the last Saturday may 15th And got two shot and a drink $20 for a drink and $20 for two shots. Plus tip which was like $50 something dollars. Now it's the next week and I have an extra $50 added like hello?! I didn't even go back so I'm confused? I know I didn't tip $50 dollars. I ain't rich. You can't even get the money from me I'm a broke college student . Anyways left them a message so we will see how it goes. And yes I closed the card so they can't charge me now. Edit: so my card got fixed I called the chase bank and they gave me my money back! No help from the plqce but way to go chase. I'm not even sure if they have someone behind the phones I'm talking about TMC

All my friends were afraid to go here...not me and I had a blast! The staff were amazing and super friendly. People got along great and the entertainment was awesome. This is my kind of place!

I am a petite woman and came here with my two gay best friends. Everything went well until a man vary blatantly tried to steal my wallet from my purse that I put on the table the three of us were sitting at thinking it would be safe. It led to a shout fest/fist brawl with the perpetrator who would not leave on multiple occasions. We contacted management to kick him out and were initially willing, until I pointed out the perpetrator, who responded with, but "he's a usual." So they wouldn't do anything but offered comped drinks. Thanks. That says everything I need to know about your enterprise. I guess it's fine if you know thieves frequent your establishment but are usuals. Stay away. Watch your things.

If you want to have fun and do something different on the gay scene, this would be it. You'll see all of The Who's who of the gay and gay loving community and boys who know how to work a pole. The drinks are strong so hold on!

Let's talk about TMC's new renovations! I've been coming for years and I must say, I'm really impressed with what the staff n company have created! Always has been a place to come see, now it's a Must See!

Why do they have a web site email or telephone? They absolutely don't answer or respond.

Came with a group of friends and a RANDOM man started calling us "whores" "skanks" and "prostitutes" within 5-10 seconds of walking in the door. When we asked why he was doing this, he kept repeating "go home" and that we did not "belong there". The bartender was NO help (2/26/22 at around 7 pm) and told us he was a regular and he just wanted us all to get along. We clarified what he had said and asked if this was tolerable behavior, he asked us to "cheer up" and enjoy our night. This was SUCH a negative and unwelcoming experience for our friends birthday and we will NEVER be back. On our way, several of the people at the bar apologized profusely for the man and bartenders behavior and told us to not let this experience ruin our thoughts on the establishment, but clearly this is behavior that is tolerated here and that is just unacceptable. Go literally anywhere else in Oak Lawn and have a great time!

This review was also posted on the other listing of this place as TMC... A $6.00 pint of Blue Moon???? Are you kidding me? Where do they think we are NYC? I don't know if this is selective pricing by the the bitchy bartender but regardless no way is this establishment worth the premium. Took 5 mins for the bartender to ask for a drink (he was too busy on his phone) and only 6 people (all of them had drinks) at the bar. Regardless don't expect service. Won't be sad that another business who doesn't care enough to make sure their staff puts the customers first goes away.

Fun place. Good music and large venue to see and be scene. I recommend going and checking it out.

I have always been a fan of TMC back in the day. I have been coming here for years to the old Throckmorton Mining Company and now with my partner at the new TMC, is still a fun place to hang out with your group/s of friends on Sundays. This is a great new look for TMC (where Sue Ellen's used to be) The minor upgrades look great and Caven didn't overdo it. Just the right amount of flair. Yes, it's dark, smokey and a very cruisy place on Sundays after 10P. The best Trash Disco music by the DJ's. The dancers have there own spot to strut there stuff and they are all very friendly. Awesome music as usual and the music is not as loud. Staff is very friendly outside before you walk in and they have a great patio out back with tables, chairs and to sit down with friends or just to relax after dancing and smoking. When you walk in there is one bar to the left and you could order a drink or wait till you walk in to your right because there's another bar as well which is quite long. The dance floor is really small and gets very crowded on Sunday nights. I would recommend this to groups or if you are going to meet a friend there, this is the place to be seen on Sunday nights for sure. TBRU (Texas Bear Round Up), the third weekend in March is fun here on Sunday night. You won't be disappointed. The front of the patio should have been used as a quiet seating area to make a phone call on your cell. Would take one star off but this place is still perfect in my book. Still like the old TMC two story look as oppose to this single story. But, it won't still keep me from being there on Sunday nights with the hot men in full force.

I'm new to the area and I like to come and relax after work or on my days off on the patio. Today I was sitting out on the patio and the bartender tells me I have to leave because he have to spray the patio down. Shouldn't this be done before or after the bar open? I explained to the bartender I just lit my cigar and he simply says you have to put it out. Of course I cant take a lit cigar into the bar. I asked him what should I do with this, he had this blank look on his face. He said you have to leave because I have to spray the patio down. This didnt make any sense to me. I guess ill find another spot to relax and chill.

Wow what a nice place. I'm visiting from out of town on thanksgiving and could not find any food places open to save my life. I came here and they had a whole potluck of food and was really so nice and truly thankful. Staff was really friendly just a nice place to chill.

Kinda smells like moldy bar floor. Snorting sounds coming from the stalls, drinks are over priced and the dancers are glazed over like they're half-aware of reality. Two stars because they still managed to get me drunk.

I've tried to enjoy this bar 3-4 times, but every time I walk in, I am ready to turn around immediately. Your first impression of TMC is likely the Abercrombie type entrance, with an attractive college guy on the poster of the doorway. You might also pass the patio (which has potential) but typically has a couple of bored 19 year old dancers on their cell phones, taking a break. When you walk in, you're likely to find the front bar full of older men who are there to see the young "dancer" boys. They'll check you out, but they aren't the type to engage a stranger in conversation. They'll seem creepy, but equally harmless. You'll be fine. As you pass this bar, you'll often see more dancers than customers (which is not intended as a compliment). Some of these dancers look a bit burned out or bored, but I'm sure they're all nice boys. Around the corner to your left is what looks like pole dancing practice. You'll find a few dancers attempting new things on the pole. Nobody is usually watching them, which is a great way for them to focus on themselves and try to learn their first couple of moves. If you hit the patio before you run out of the bar, you'll realized that the boring scene you saw before you walked in was exactly that. Boring. If you're like me, you'll be happy to leave without having purchased or committed to a drink. Take my advice and don't return. Coming back a second or third time will not make the bar any more appealing. JRs is right down the street, cleaner and less creepy.

Its sad this place is not busier. I like the people, the dancers *clears throat, and the bartenders -for the most part. The older bartenders that have been there through the move sure know how to treat a local, but there are some twinks behind the bar that fail to realize who is shelling out and who is selling out. Look behind you, don't just stand there. he he. "Tall tanqueray and soda, couple of limes, please. Sir, hello? Sir?"

Each bartender charges different prices for the same drink, when i asked a short chubby latin bartender why, he told me if i didnt like the prices i could go somewhere else. I told him i was just curious why the same drink made by 3 different people was 3 different prices (well gin and tonic). He then turned his back on me and walked to the other end of the bar and started talking with other guests and then they all started giving me nasty looks. Typical of a gay bar i guess.

This place was interesting. The girls restroom is a men's restroom, I think basically because no women go? My friend didn't think they'd allow me in :p Anyway, we head out to the patio of this place and there is a firepit going and next to it we see marshmallows and skewers, so naturally I drunkenly roasted marshmallows. What the hell was that all about? Heh, anyway, it was a happy evening. There are no windows and honestly, I really like the place. It's a lot nicer than it was when it was Sue's, that's for sure.

Went and had a cocktail I left my card with the bartender found there were hundreds of dollars of charges the very next day whenever I went to report Brandon the bartender outside they assured me that couldn't be the case even though I was provided footage with him using my card a different location this is a terrible establishment with thieves working everywhere

Great place to enjoy live dancers and enjoy reasonably priced drinks. Weekends are the best and most packed. Justin is one of the most popular bartender in front area. Small dance floor, pool table, and two patios, one in front and one in back. Front is open all the time, back only on weekends.

Great place for music, some inexpensive drinks and the candy is dandy there too! Cruising the crossroads on Friday and Saturday-- even cheaper drinks 1030-11PM! Great place to chill or get crazy!

I like this place because the bartenders remember your drink and the venue is big. Plenty of space to walk around and people watch. There is a front and back patio where you can smoke and catch the fresh air. I went a few times these past few weeks and it never seems to get packed, there will be an ok crowd there, but not as busy as it could be. Maybe they need to start holding events or do a better job at marketing to draw in the local crowd.

Bartenders David. Kenneth. Micheal. Juan. And Jb are outstanding bartenders! But David and Kenneth have been withh TMC since the beggining so show them sum love when u go and tell em little David sent ya!

WTH.. TMC use to be the place to go. The music was horrible. Once this was a great dance club. Now more of a want to be club. I had to leave within 20 minutes before I hung myself.

This TMC is not your father's TMC. More like JRs with very young boy-toy dancers. Unlike the original TMC that catered to men this version is more for the very young and their admirers. Located on the strip this place is great to take out-of-towners or party with a group of friends.

My new favorite. Without the pretense of JRs, not as falsely trendy as S4, this place a great bar to hang out at and drink.

Not really a fan of TMC. Have been there a number of times--most of the twin crowd as attitude in Dallas or "Dalli-tude". More than one guy was stoned on either club parTy drugs or meth. The 30,000.00 annual income millionaire attitudes of the crowd ruins it. Not at all Texas friendly

This is my favorite gay bar in Dallas. The nearly naked boys are dancing all over the place. There's a patio in front and in back. There's a small dance floor. The music is decent. I guess the biggest draw for me are the sexy boys hanging from the ceiling and dancing on the stripper poles.

meh. i was pretty much ignored at the bar the entire night. i think you have to be a certain type to receive any kind of friendliness. typical typical typical.
