This place is horrible…. My sister lives here this is my 4th time coming to her apts and still nothing has changed, they haven’t emptied the dumpsters in months and it’s still like this, she hasn’t had hot water since she moved in, this place needs to be condemned. It’s very in humane and something needs to be done. She had called the city, health and health dept and nothing seems to be getting done. They have homeless people living in the empty apartments, their no lighting anywhere in the parking lots she needs a flash light to walk to her door.., if anyone has any suggestions on handling this situation please let me know, other than that PLEASE DONT WASTE YPUR MONEY!!!

I actually live here and it's terrible. Trash hasn't been picked up in a month, we haven't had hot water in almost 2 months. Neighbors are living in apartments that have boards on the windows. This is ridiculous!!!!!!

Do not rent here. Management is hard to reach by phone. They take too long and need multiple visits to properly fix issues. Multiple break-ins and a few fires in vacant units. Had to move appartments because they failed to fix the roof properly. Was supposed to be a temporary appointment while another was made ready for us. Spent 4 years in the temp unit before we left the complex. Various units are boarded up. Not being taken care of. The laundry room was unusable when we left. A work truck was left on the day we were moving, blocking the path to our moving truck. No one was working that day. And I had asked beforehand for it to be moved.

This place is the worst place to live. People do not rent here. I've been broken in, ga e the office my police report, and they have done absolutely nothing. They towed your vehicle even if it's registered. I requested to secure my doors after the breaking and the request was placed on hold. It's been 2 weeks since this happened, and Managemnet has done nothing. I'm looking for another place to live. Oh, but quick to try to send eviction notices after 2 days

I drove through here yesterday. Bro! What is happening? How does something like this exist in our community. I will be reaching out to the city Councilmember for this district ( D9 Elizabeth Beck) I hope anyone living here does the same. And before anyone tells me that no one lives here...I know better. If you or anyone you know lives in a place like this just know that you deserve to be treated better.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! My family and I have been here almost a year it’s been terrible there has been break ins, fires, roaches, molds, cover ups, maintenance doesn't do their jobs and management doesn’t do anything and they don’t be in the office EVER! I have mold in my bathrooms because of the ceilings has been leaking since we’ve moved here. My kids and I never get any rest because of our noisy neighbors constantly stomping late nights and early mornings it sounds like they about to fall in we hear cracks every time they walk. We address this to the management when we first moved in. Elizabeth the previous manager even said we are not supposed to hear them. She gave them warnings but they still continue she said there is nothing they can do which it’s crazy we deserve peace like everyone else who pays rent. We have been paying for pest control and garbage but nobody never came to spray here since we moved here and the garbage been piled up for months. This place needs to be shut down and the residents need a refund for the whole time living in this raggedy apartments. Also, Kristie the manager needs to be fired she claims she’s going to fix our problems but she never does and she never answers her phone. She don’t even be at the office all she do is lie and worry about money…so don’t be fooled by her. UPDATE!!!!!!!!!Our lease ended on the 25 of February. We’ve been told Kristie and Colleen months ago that we were not going to renew our lease. We have proofs of our conversations but since we’ve moved Kristie the manager refused to take us off the portal and still charging us for termination fee. Don’t make any sense if we already told y’all months ago we were leaving and she told my husband that she is not taking us off. Now I have to proceed to take them to court because this is very illegal. To the future residents or if anyone try to move here please do not this apartment complex is the worst I’ve ever moved to!

Management will never responds to messages or service requests. Didn't have hot water for over a month, finally got hot water back around time rent was due, then 2 weeks later back to not having hot water. Rarely ever is there someone in the office during their business hours to talk to. For about a month trash was over flowing from dumpsters and piling up around them. Outside areas are poorly maintained. They are currently painting over all the apartments and painting over things that should be replaced and when they were painting around my apartment, they did not inform me they would be painting and all my stuff on my balcony got over sprayed with paint.

I’ve stayed here for about a year and it’s true it’s the worst trashiest nastiest apts in ftworth. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! Don’t waste your money

By far the WORST apartments I have lived in. I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND. The water is off every other day. They never answer the phone. The parking lot is terrible. Your packages get stolen by the office workers or they give them to other tenants. I HATE it here I wish I could move but I don't want to ruin my credit by breaking my lease and it's only been a month since I've been here.

Absolutely terrible. I would prefer to rate 0 stars, but that is not an option. A 2 bed 2 bath for over $1k/month, staff is slow to respond to maintenance requests if at all, our unit was not weather sealed, and to top it all off many of the other tenants have NO respect for privacy, or property. Staff is rarely in the office, and often is rude when you bring issues to their attention if at all. Any line of communication to them is unreliable at best. An irrigation ditch would be a better home than this place, we've had a serious roach problem and nothing has been done about it since the rebrand, and to make matters worse the AC drains into the guest bathroom causing all sorts of mold to grow in there, the walls are made of paper so weak that any amount of weight on them leads to holes being made in them. The foundation of our building is sinking and many sections of the floor are sagging noticeably because of it. DO NOT live here if you can avoid it.
