The mocking bird

Great food. We tried the XL Mac Daddy, and it was quite good. The chck'n was a good chunk, the bread well done, mac n cheese very yummy (and lots of it, which is awesome) and the macaroni salad. They even throw in a bag of chips. Overall great stuff. Would love to try other stuff on their menu too.

Just had their 'chicken' and waffles at the new location at BG food carts. It was excellent!! I had a meat eater try and she couldnt tell the difference. Ps I'm sure they didnt intend this but it doesnt heat up well, just fyi. Will absolutely be coming back!

Alright like how is it possible that plant based chicken can taste this damn good! Totally coming back, totally flavorful and not overly salty. You leave feeling satisfied without the bloating from typical friend chicken. Give ‘em a bite, def worth the drive!

We order something new to try every visit (so far have been 5 times as of this review) and we are blown away each time! Try whatever the special is, get the potato salad (if avail), Mac Daddy is always a winner... Happy family every time we eat from them! Our 2 yo loves the Mac n chz! Creative names, sammies, upgrades.. Eat here!

I had a special donut sandwich for brunch and it was one of the most amazing breakfast sandwiches I have ever had. Their chicken is amazing and I can’t wait fo go back here for more food. The pod it’s in is super nice and clean and seems to have a lot of great carts especially if you are with a diverse dietary group. Regardless I can’t recommend this place enough for vegans and non vegans alike!

On Thursdays, you can now get some items gluten-free and not just vegan. There are noticeable differences to texture, but the flavor is still on point. It's great to have such tasty vegan food without the side effects.

Delicious vegan chicken and waffles and mac and cheese! I ordered from their cart at BG's Food Cartel. What a beautiful location! Lots of space. The chicken is really well seasoned and has a great crunch. The waffle has complementary herbs and the syrup and butter made the whole thing lovely. It was definitely enough for two meals for me. I also had the mac and cheese which was delectably rich and creamy. Will be returning to try their sandwich!

Totally delicious! I have been searching for a good vegan fried chicken sandwich and Mocking bird definitely delivers! Their chicken is very crispy and satisfying. I definitely recommend trying them out! The chicken bacon ranch is my go to!
