The Mockingbird Review - The Gulch - Nashville - The Infatuation
"With in-your-face floral wallpaper, an oversized bird head mirror sculpture, and a collection of vintage plates used for all your brunch dishes, The Mockingbird has personality for days. That same energy spills over onto the brunch menu, where you can get a cocktail in a plastic pouch, a pork belly fried rice bowl topped with a fried egg and sambal, and bagel balls stuffed with gooey scallion cream cheese. It’s a brunch that doesn’t take itself too seriously—it’s the kind of place where you can let loose without worrying if you’re pronouncing “asafoetida” correctly." - Jackie Gutierrez-Jones
The hostess was awful , not polite, waitress barely came to the table, got one refill and they lett one table have all the umbrellas and we sat in direct heat! Not a lot to choose from food wise either.
