The Monkey’s Treehouse Play Space & Eatery

We had the best time celebrating my daughter’s third birthday at Monkeys Treehouse! The venue is the perfect place for 2 and 3-year-olds to have fun in a safe, contained environment, while parents can sit and relax. Ellen, our party coordinator, did an excellent job communicating with me about all of the party details and ensuring that it was a wonderful celebration from start to finish. My daughter and her friends loved climbing on the playground and eating turkey sliders, fruit, and cupcakes in the party room, which was beautifully decorated in princess theme. Ellen ensured that the party room was prepared and cleaned up so that we didn’t have to lift a finger—very helpful when you have your hands full with little ones. I would absolutely recommend Monkeys Treehouse for birthdays, especially for children under 5. Thank you for making my daughter’s birthday celebration so special! We can’t wait to come back to play!

We booked a private party rental for our son's 2nd birthday. I highly recommend! I did not have to do anything. It felt so strange going into the day and only showing up. We were able to fully enjoy the time with our family and guests. Ellen and the team took the stress out of the day. All of the kids had a blast and were sad to leave.

We had our son’s 3rd birthday here at it was awesome! We did the DIY package (tables in the main area) and it was perfect! Staff were friendly and helpful and the reserved area was clean. Definitely recommend having a party here for your child! It was also nice to have the party in the main area so you can have a view of your kids at all times. I brought my boys here today and when I came in and tried to pay they don't take cash which was an inconvenience. But then my boys had been playing maybe 5 minutes and my son came up to me with a huge splinter sticking out of his knee. He had sweatpants on and it went through his sweatpants. When I went to find the girl working here she was outside on the phone on a personal call. I had to open the front door to get her attention. Then when I asked her for their first aid kid to get the tweezers and had basic bandaids and that was it. She didn't seem concerned at all about my son or that their childrens play place was splintering. I got a bandaid and pulled the splinter out myself with my fingernails and was astonished to find how large it actually was. My son showed me the floor in the small tree house and there I took a string it ripped off his sweatpants when he got splintered. I went to show her the place he got hurt and I couldn't find her again. She was back outside back on her cell phone on another personal call. The phone keeps ringing at the desk and she is still outside walking in front of the business talking on the phone. As a mom with 6 children, the idea of a place like this is super neat, but this place needs to be up kept MUCH better for safety and also needs better attentive staff and an adequate first aid kit! It was not cheap and I was super disappointed this was the quality of play area we were met with. We won't be back!

Such a fun spot for my kids to play. There is so much to do. My one and almost 3 year old played for 3+ hours and still didn’t want to leave. We used our PogoPass for entry and it was a very easy process. Had a great time!

The idea of the place is good, and is a good place when the weather is cold, but everything is worn out. Many toys were missing pieces, and most of them were dirty. The baby area had a hard, dirty carpet with no floor cushions, which makes no sense for small babies. There were also uncovered outlets, which is not kid-friendly at all. It’s supposed to be a space where parents can work without worry, but i don’t think that it is accurate. Giving 2 starts because the front lady was kind and helpful .

Great space to let the kiddos burn off some energy and be stimulated by new and creative concepts of play. They also have food options available for order and adult drinks for purchase. Definitely a good place to come with young kiddos!

Wonderful birthday experience for my 2 year old. Easy to schedule and the communication for preparation was excellent. Ellen and the team had everything ready to go and executed a seamless party. The facility was very clean and had something fun for every child to play with. Will book again next year.
