Great food, atmosphere, and service. We first found out about them on a TV show on KQED Bay Area ‘Check Please’. Came on a weekend night for dinner and tried the lamb burger and pretzel knots. We rarely eat lamb meat but we were glad we gave theirs a try. It was so tender and melted in our mouths. The burger bun was also delicious like a brioche bun. Each bite was better than the previous one. As a side, we got the garlic parm fries, which was also delish. Service was great. The restaurant has a calm, spacious, and clean atmosphere.

Google
What an incredible find! Beautiful, welcoming space, warm, friendly service that makes you feel like family, and excellent food. I had a relaxing, casual lunch with a close friend. We both got the stupendously creamy, perfectly seasoned butternut squash soup sprinkled with pumpkin seeds; amazing, and just the right size. I got a terrific Caesar salad with homemade croutons & avocado & my friend got the beet salad served over little gem lettuce with goat cheese & pine nuts. Both salads were generous portions. The details everywhere are exceptional. In addition to the great food & service, bountiful natural light and fresh artwork, the enamelware serving pieces are charming, and best of all - the table is set with heavy, elegant, high quality flatware that’s a pleasure to dine with. We can’t wait to go back!

Google
Monks Kettle, our neighborhood restaurant and micro brewery, has been a bit of a letdown lately. Tonight was especially disappointing. My husband and I shared a lamb burger, and our son had his own. We both got fries and a side of brussels sprouts. That’s it, no drinks or desserts. The lamb burgers were tough and chewy, like they were precooked hours or days prior and microwaved just before serving. The bun was stale, and the brussels sprouts were way too burnt and swimming in oil. The fries were okay, though. At $80, we felt like we were getting ripped off. No drinks or dessert. Just two burgers, a couple of sides, and an $80 bill not including tip. It’s a shame that the closest restaurant to our house is so bad. I’m afraid we won’t be going back anytime soon.

Yummy burger and fries hit the spot. Sat at communal table. Service was a tad slow, but staff were amazing. Very happy with our visit. Keep it up, Monk’s team!

Went here on the recommendation of a friend who liked it. They must have gone on a better day. While the staff were wonderful and friendly, they never refilled or water glasses once during our meal, which was really unfortunate because some of the food was so salty it was almost inedible. We started out with the brussel sprouts, which were very tasty, but also very salty, moved on to the garlic Parm fries, which tested like they put all the salt for the fries in the brussel sprouts instead, bland. We them tried their tomato and fennel soup which had a great flavor, but again was so salty that no one could finish more than about a third of their bowls. Or mains were a mixed bunch alternating from either being very bland, very mid, or so salty they were inedible. We mentioned the overly salty meals to our waitress so I hope she told someone on the cook staff or management about it. You guys really seem to have a hard time with consistency, which is really too bad because there is good potential there. Hope you can do better in the future, but I and the group I went with will unfortunately not be going back.

A perfect addition to the neighbourhood, been coming here often in the past year. Perfect for romantic meals, family brunch or a friends party! The food is out of this world and served by wonderful hosts with charm and delight! Never miss the wings or fries but also their new grapefruit mimosa is out of this world! American football Sunday is a thing at monks! They often are filled so book ahead if you want a table! Cheers!!

Had a great dog-walk stop with 2 beers and hop-salt fries. In the courtyard patio, my dog was so relaxed that he almost fell asleep. These dogPub stops are all about the dog. He (and I) just love the courtyard patio, but the front-of-building table is terrible with the dogDiscomforting activities such as bikes, cars, scooters and skateboards. In the after-dinner hours, you would need to book a reservation for the patio via the website because, obviously, that courtyard fills up with parties with or without dogs. Some beers are better than others, and the staff is quite chill.

Perfect place to sit at the bar and chat to fellow customers and friendly staff. They have an excellent selection of good local beers that staff are interested and knowledgeable enough to talk about. Excellent pub grub too. 🇬🇧🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

Yelp
10 stars if I could give it! My family held a private event at Monk's Kettle over the weekend, and everything exceeded expectations. Jeff and Christian were so easy to work with from the start. We planned this with 1.5 week notice for an event with over 200 attendees. The chef prepared a spread of finger food that was placed on a communal table on the first floor and a smaller spread for those in the mezzanine. They were able to set up A/V for us that allowed us to have a music performance, speakers on a microphone, and slideshows on their TVs. I can't thank the staff there enough for making the event go so smooth. If you are looking for an awesome place for a private event, Monk's Kettle is IT! They also have a location in Oakland. Even if you are not looking for a private event venue. Monk's Kettle offers good vibe, great food, and amazing service, so definitely visit if you are looking for a place to dine or just a place to hang out over drinks.

Yelp
Standard bar/gastropub in the Santa Rosa area. Charcuterie board fare was fine, beer/wine selection pretty standard. Servers were polite and courteous. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating available. Nice that they have a loft where you can hide away with your small group and catch up, have a conversation, or just relax with a glass of wine or beer. Plenty of adjacent parking available in the lot. Hard to find unless you're specifically looking for it, but if you're in the area, may be worth stopping by for a bite/drink.

Yelp
Ahi burger was delicious. Husband had fried chicken and I want to return for my own. I suspect all food on the menu is a hit. The iced tea has a little flavor in it, FYI. I don't mind it but it's not straight black tea, for those that mind. Will be back!

Yelp
Great beers. Love the DJ and live music. Asian chicken salad is tops. Usually the fish and hips are tops too but last time I was there it was off the menu. Waaaaahh! It's a tap room without fish and chips....

Yelp
If you're looking for a modern pub with a chill vibe then Monks Kettle is the place. It's tucked in the Terra Linda neighborhood in San Rafael. Tons of beer in tap for all you beer lovers! Try the lamb burger or their homemade pretzels.

Yelp
I feel so lucky that we live right up the street from this awesome spot. Whether it's a family dinner or meet up with friends, this place is great for it all. The fish and chips is a family favorite- it is huge, so we usually order one of them for the table. The ice cream is also 10/10. Great beers, live music and delicious food.

Yelp
Had the Monk burger with Gruyère cheese and tomato soup. Food was very delicious! Atmosphere is always great. Service is amazing (Amir is awesome).

Yelp
I would rate this place 3.5 stars. Food is too pricey for what you get. Service was great though, and the food comes out quickly. The prices in conjunction with the serving sizes steers the restaurant downward for me and reason why I'd choose other places to eat over this one. I want to want to come back here because of the great environment! I have had the double smash burger at lunch, and the chicken sandwich for dinner. The chicken sandwich was $18 with chips. I left slightly more satisfied than I'd have eaten chick fil a. But no waffle fries and double the cost, excluding tip. The drink prices are expensive aside from beer. I am a proponent of a restaurant doing less and doing it well, but the food options are too limited., I feel the execution and servings are average (or below sizes) in some instances. I feel this restaurant has a lot of potential. I'd change the food options to have more substantial offerings at a comparative value. The ambiance is good as is the beer list.

Yelp
Great find while on our way home! They have an outdoor space for those who have dogs and open concept inside. We ordered the ahi sandwich and lamb burger, both were super tasty and perfectly done. I loved the shiitake mushrooms on the ahi sandwich, added a good amount of texture and flavor. The lamb burger was super good with the tahini and pickled veggies. We also ordered the garlic fries that were done the perfect amount of crunch. Staff were also really nice and welcoming! We will definitely be back.

Yelp
Went in for a Sunday brunch. I had their egg burger (classified as a sandwich haha) with hop salt fries, I think that's what it's called? The vibe and staff was good, probably because everyone was watching a football game on the TV haha. Personally, I thought the meal was a little on the salty side, but if you order a cold one, you can counter it. Great taste! I'll be back.

Yelp
Nestled in a neighborhood of Eichlers, Monk's Kettle is a new spot to enjoy a variety of craft beers and tasty bites. I like their friend chicken sandwich and pickled vegetables. Service is wonderful, and the open concept of their dining area gives a bustling atmosphere. I always feel comfortable here and am happy to relax into some conversation over drinks. Many great food options very close by as well.

Yelp
Love this place! The staff is always so friendly and welcoming. The beer and wine selection is fantastic. Great burgers too. Shout out to Emma the Manager who always makes me feel warm and invited to this Gem in Terra Linda.

Yelp
Went here for happy hour with friends - liked the Smashburger, brussels sprouts, pork rind, chips, and a couple of their stouts. Food was fun, good and filling - we sat outside with the pup.

Yelp
Friday lunch my wife and I stopped by for food and a beer. The food was excellent. We had a BLAT and the tuna Niçoise salad and two pints of delicious beer. For desert we had a crème brûlée also fabulous. We were served by the manager who was a delight to have as our host. The food has improved significantly from our precious visits.

Yelp
Great welcome as we came inside. Quickly seated and greeted. We ordered both the chicken sandwich and the lamb burger along with mac and cheese and hop fries. . Stout beer and a diet coke. Drinks brought out first. Long story short (kidding) Waitress said all the food would arrive simultaneously. Chicken sandwich was delicious as the two sandwiches arrived. Now the bit of bad news. I did ask for well done lamb but it was like eating a charcoal brickett. I'm taking the blame for that and will order medium well meat next time. Very nice waitress came by fifteen minutes later and said 1 more minute for the mack. Came back a few minutes and said the cook forgot to start the order. Now I begin to think the cook something? and maybe they fell asleep half way between the lamb and the Mac. When the Mac did arrive it was tasty. We were not asked if we would like desert or a break because of the Mac and cheese episode. Overall medium experience pub with a great beer selection. A bit overpriced. I hope to go back and retry the lamb again. We drove an hour plus bridge toll for that sandwich.

Yelp
I ate lunch here on a Thursday afternoon. We sat at an outdoor table, with an umbrella shading us from the afternoon sun. Both of us ordered the fried chicken sandwich, and I got a side of garlic french fried potatoes with it. First the good news. This may have been the best fried chicken sandwich I ever had. It was a substantial piece of chicken, thick and juicy and perfectly seasoned and cooked. The menu says it comes with celery apple slaw and garlic aioli. All I know was it was a great bite and I finished the entire sandwich, even though I had been planning on taking half of it back home for my wife (sorry hun). I should have taken a second photo, a side-view of the sandwich to show how beautiful the piece of chicken was! The fries were ok. The garlic sauce was clumped in a few areas rather than tossed with the fries, and because the sauce was so concentrated, it resulted in soggy fries. Flavor was good, just not the texture I was hoping for. I did bring home some garlic breath (sorry again, hun). I was very impressed with their extensive beer offerings! This was the first time I saw a dark non-alcoholic beer on the menu (Dark Sarcasm Porter Non-Alcoholic Beer). I had to try it, if nothing else, because of the name. I liked it, but was expecting more substantial flavor from a dark beer. Service was excellent, with the server stopping by often to check on us. One minor complaint, we were seated near the speaker playing music, and the levels were a bit high. Next time I can ask for lower volume (or sit somewhere else). I feel this is a great find, and I'll be back (this time *with* my wife).

Yelp
On our way home from Stinson beach and decided to grab a bite here. The place was packed but we were able to get sat quickly outside since it was hot. I thought we would be forgotten out there but the server was great! The burger was delicious but to me, the star of the show were the pickled veggies! They were crunchy and had a nice kick. Hubby ordered the chicken sandwich which was ok- I enjoyed the burger better. I was little bummed cus we had been drinking all day at the beach so wasn't really feeling like more alcohol. I will have to come back again to try all the different drinks they have.

Yelp
Great food great staff and great drinks. What else do you need? Coming back for that killer happy hour real soon.

Yelp
Just had dinner tonight and everyone in our party was pleasantly surprised with how good everything was. We were seated quickly and looked over the menu. Multiple things jumped out but we settled on the kale salad, fried Brussels, cheese board and veggie curry. My little had the kids burger and fries and she was quite happy. We'd definitely all happily come back again!

Yelp
Food is delicious! Love this local spot!! A staple for us. Good spot for families and groups too.

Yelp
This is my favorite spot! The food is amazing, best ahi salad I've ever had. You can tell the service and staff really go above and beyond to make you feel right at home. Lily was amazing and helped my dad and I have a delightful dinner with a view of the hills. Monk's is consistently a neighborhood gem!
google avatar

Caroline F.

Yelp
Server was attentive. Seating was fast for inside but we had a reservation and when we arrived we couldn't choose patio. It's not an option on open table, so be sure to note your request. Food was ok but Asian salad had way too much dressing, Wine pours were generous and draft beer selection was varied.
google avatar

Yelp
Stumbled across Monk's after a round of golf. I got the fried chicken sandwich with parm fries. The fried chicken was nicely fried and the inside meat was juicy. However, the parm fries was slightly well done. Great service, nice bar area, and plenty of outdoor seating spots on a nice day. They also have a great selection of beers and TVs to watch sports.

Yelp
This event was November 2024. If the menu was changed I would not know. But experience was very poor and food was extremely expensive.

Yelp
We love this neighborhood restaurant! I don't know what's with the negative reviews, it really is delicious and super cute. I love the salad nicoise, pretzel, lamb burger. My kid loves the mac n cheese. Great selection of beer and wine. Please support, we love having Monks Kettle here!

Yelp
There are some places that aren't perfect but still worthy of a 5-star review. The Monk's Kettle Terra Linda is one of those places. It took us a long minute for us to get our order placed. But because we already had our drinks & in the midst of great company, the wait was nothing to complain about. The staff was very courteous & made some great recommendations. For apps, we ordered the garlic-parmesan fries, romanesco, and a scotch egg. T-t-t-tasty, tasty! The waitress suggested their highly-rated monk burger, which my son said was fire. The burger was scrum-yumptiously served with a couple strips of bacon (extra $), paired with a pint of Pliny the Elder. The hunny had to try their infamous fried chicken sandwich, also served with a couple strips of bacon, paired with a pint of Pliny. Apparently, there is a reason they are infamous for this sandwich, but you would have to find out for yourself. As for me, I ordered the roasted mackerel sandwich. The waitress warned me that this sandwich was a bit fishier than your normal fish sandwich, unlike a salmon burger. But if you like the rich umami flavor of mackerel sushi (saba), then you'll love this sandwich. Besides a mildly-fishy taste, the mackerel has its own natural complex flavor of salt & vinegar. Served between a torpedo bun, the added pickled peppers, tomatoes, onions, and ranch dressing only enhanced the true flavor of the mackerel without the over-powering fishiness I definitely would order this again. They also have a lovely beer garden that we plan to visit once the weather permits. Can't wait!

Yelp
Lovely lunch spot, with a casual friendly atmosphere and the best butternut squash soup ever! Lamb burger was perfect and my friends said their Ahi poke nicoise salad was really good too. Highly recommend this out of the way spot in Marin. Nice outdoor patio and high ceilinged two level indoor dining space. Nice people!

Yelp
This might be a nice place to have a drink mid-afternoon and watch a game but as far as coming for a birthday brunch no thanks. The banana bread French toast was gross and had no crisp to it, and was amusingly small. Ahi burger was ok, but missing something. Maybe sprouts or arugula for freshness. Bread pudding, just bad. And very small. Pickle jar= was way smaller than the one I saw on check please bay area. Fries tasted kind of stale. Didnt really notice even the hop flavor. Salad had a spicy dressing that wasn't mentioned on the menu. Maybe this place is better for dinner...maybe. Thanks guy from Check Please Bay Area

Yelp
Great squash soup and Mac and cheese. The other dishes leave something to be desired, but the service and ambiance is great.

Elliott W.

Yelp
Food is consistently good, including Asian chicken salad, brick chicken, fried chicken sando, burger, butternut squash soup. Service is OK

Richard L.

Yelp
Had lunch there today! This place could be decent if they had a manager leading the staff. Molly the young lady was helpful and gracious in getting our order, food is decently prepared, although i couldn't understand why I had to order the standard eggs/bacon/potatoes a la carte, it should be a standard item, bacon a little tuff as if it has been cooked earlier and reheated, all in all for Terra Linda few choices of eateries it's an OK addition.
google avatar

Alex D.

Yelp
Been here twice now, and the food has been excellent. Every time I would highly recommend this place. The beer is excellent as well.

Yelp
Monk's Kettle is a great mix of neighborhood gathering place and high-tone foods. It's a pub setting where people who don't normally relate to pub food can go and feel included, by way of the fine fare. We had a sampling of dishes, both vegetarian and meat dishes alike. Everything was delicious. Loved! the Mac 'n Cheese (with bacon, of course) We had the Brussel Sprouts, Crispy (maybe a little too), Asian Chicken Salad, and a few more. All Good! Plus, we sampled some wonderful beers to wash 'em all down. Just great! We noticed a great mix of clientele, too ... a table filled with young techs lookin' guys, some older folks, a few couples, and a family with a couple of kids (with Chicken Strips for dinner, of course). The staff never dropped a stitch, either. Their friendly, cooperative service insured that every table was covered, and the service overlapped so that no one seemed forgotten. For a place at the back of a Terra Linda strip mall, Monk's Kettle is top notch!

Yelp
The food here was tasty, but that's kind of where the good news ends. We were driving through to pick up my grandma and stopped in for a bite. We were greeted and told to pick a table. It took a while for someone to come by and take our order. People were walking by but I one stopped. We got water initially but then had to flag someone down to get our cups refilled. It seemed like they were still trying to work out some bugs with service and their POS system. Most likely wouldn't return. Hope they get all the kinks worked out.

Yelp
Monks kettle, super homey style grub, delicious beverages. Fried chicken burger exceeded expectaions, quite refreshing slaw, perfectly toasted bun. Steak fries was teriffic, fried shallots, and three sauces to go with perfectly cooked steak. Mayo, artisan ketchup, and Verde sauce like a chimichurri.

Yelp
I've always wanted to try this restaurant after hearing the raves. Well, I have to agree, the food was quite good. I got the little monk cheeseburger, and a side of fries. The burger is cooked medium, as it's a smash-type burger. I liked the meat's crusty parts. The burger had good flavor, and was plenty big for me! Fries were decent. I want to come back and try the fried chicken sandwich and fried chicken. Forgot to mention: the young male waiter did an excellent job with service. Very professional!
google avatar

Karen M.

Yelp
I've been to Monks a few times and yes I'll most likely continue to go there when I'm in town visiting my kids and grandkids. They live in the neighborhood. I've never been greeted with a smile or even a hello. The food is not bad.. great salads, sandwiches, fries even a wonderful pretzel that comes out warm but it's interesting that every time I've been to this restaurant they've forgotten to bring something that we have ordered. I think it's an adorable place to come to and the patio is awfully nice especially if you live in the neighborhood. Like I said before if the people were a little more friendly I think this place could be really fabulous..

Yelp
Visiting town without a car I looked for dinner in walking distance of my hotel. Being pescatarian, I looked through menus on Yelp and this place sounded good. Upon walking in I could see it was packed with overflow seating at outside tables in front; was told 45 minute wait for a table for 1. Pleasantly surprised that within 10 minutes got a text letting me know a table was ready! However, I was seated on a back patio; they'd neglected to ask upon checking in if I preferred indoor or first available. The person who seated me was quite friendly. I proceeded to order the tuna melt (not actual name of dish). It came quickly but was rather uninspiring, the bun being plain (not as described on menu). I guess it was ok but because of how chilly it was dining outside I had to wolf it down and couldn't really enjoy the flavors. The accompanying fries were thin and not great (I prefer thick & meaty). Lesson learned: menu descriptions may sound more appealing than the actual food.

Yelp
An excellent place to eat/drink in a great location! Yummy food, good selection of drinks and friendly and fast service. Indoor or outdoor seating is available and the outdoor area is pet friendly! Lively energy and lots of tv's. The cheeseburger is tasty, as is the plant based version. The grilled cheese is yummy and so are the chicken strips and the Marin Fried Chicken. You really can't go wrong with a visit here!

Yelp
Great hangout! Catching up with a few friends in Terra Linda, we were looking for a nice place to sit, drink and chat! One in the group who was more familiar with the neighborhood suggested The Monk's Kettle. We sat outside and ordered a few snacks. I tried a couple that were within my reach on the table, the Pickle Jar and Hop Salt Fries, two thumbs up! We all opted for draft beer which they have a good collection of. Mine was just right, cold and poured just right! The servers (I use plural because there were two of them and one was a trainee) were very good and knowledgeable about the menu. We had our drinks and snacks served on time and as ordered. To summarize, The Monk's Kettle Terra Linda is a great place to hangout with a few friends, drink, munch and get happy and loud!

Yelp
Monk's has a nice menu with a lot of variety and a great selection of local beers. I went for lunch and ordered the kale salad and added chicken and I also got an iced tea. The tea was good, and they provide free refills! The Magical Kale salad was also tasty, although I got hungry about half an hour later. I would recommend ordering something else in addition to the salad to make for a more substantial meal.

Scott S.

Yelp
I have been a long time customer of Monks Kettle. First in S.F. and now in Terra Linda. My wife and I ordered delivery from the Terra Linda store last night that was terrible. I ordered the $29.00 fried chicken; one of the two pieces was burned and completely inedible. My wife ordered the Rib Confit and it was so dry she had to wash it down. We were really disappointed that Monks left S.F. and now Terra Linda has declined. I hope Rockridge is a better story.

Yelp
I'm so sad that the food here is just never good. It's close to where I live so I want to like it and be able to enjoy it, but my husband and I never find anything decent. Asian salad doesn't even taste like an Asian salad (it's so bland). Same with the curry. It's like slightly spicy gravy with chopped vegetables. Bleh. His ahi salad was also bland and my son didn't even want to eat the macaroni pasta. My other son liked his fried chicken tenders, but kind of hard to ruin those. Aside from coming to get a glass of wine, I won't be eating here ever again. I've tried numerous times and it's never good, it's overpriced, and bland.

Yelp
Walked in on a Saturday evening and sat at the bar. Hostess and bartenders were friendly from the moment I arrived. They have an impressive selection of craft beers. I ordered the lamb burger and brussel sprouts. Juiciest, most flavorful lamb burger I've ever had. The mint in the sauce paired perfectly with the meat. The brussel sprouts had the perfect texture, crispy on the outside and soft inside. The seasoning on them was delicious. Reminded me of crispy onion rings with a vinegar drizzle. The music was a Mac Demarco Tame Impala vibe. I will be returning!

Yelp
I really liked the design of this space with ample outdoor & indoor seating. The service was quite good. Ten was attentive & answered our many questions. Quite a list of beers on the menu. I don't love beer so hoped to see a sparkling wine on the menu, however there is none. I had a (hard) kombucha that was tasty & refreshing. The food however was underwhelming The butternut squash soup was the best of what we ordered (a bit sweet). My mom ordered the artichoke and it was clearly not cooked enough and she was unable to eat it. The staff kindly did not charge her. I love avocado toast so ordered that. Typically a fresh avocado is kind of smashed on the toast. The version here was guacamole spread on the toast. Radishes topped this which I did not think were a good match. I love seeds on mine (Everything But The Bagel) is the best in my opinion. As the restaurant is somewhat new, I'd like to give it another try and hope the (limited) menu will offer more choices and the chef will have fine tuned the dishes.

Yelp
Enjoyed lunch at Monk's Kettle. The interior is well designed with abundant seating on the ground floor and loft areas. For starters, our party of three shared the pickle jar which was refreshing and tasty. We had the Monk burger, BLAT sandwich and the Ahi Nicosia salad. Enjoyed the food as the dishes were well prepared and presented. The portion of kettle chips served with the burger and BLAT sandwich were very small and disappointing given the cost for each dish. The draft beer selection was impressive. Service was prompt and courteous.

Julie B.

Yelp
I ate here when it first opened and it was great. This evening I arrived and was greeted by a woman standing at the hostess stand --- positively scowling. Chilly reception. No word of welcome. I had to ask if they were still serving. (7pm). I ordered the wedge salad. I requested a hard boiled egg ( vs soft boiled that had been made " this morning"). I was told 20 minutes for a hard boiled egg. There were only 2 other people in the restaurant. The salad ( sans any eggs) arrived in about 2 minutes. What was there was good, but man, 14 bucks for an 1/8 of a small head of iceberg and a few tomatoes and crumbled bacon? Disappointing.

Yelp
Great service from Joe and the staff. Drinks and Food came out quickly but that was the only positive for the food. Brussels over seasoned and over cooked to an unpleasant no crunch sogginess. Fried squash was bland, accompanying sauces didn't help. 3 pork ribs, STL spare ribs were long and hard to share. Cooked well tender but sauce was plain bbq. Fries soggy again , garlic didn't stick and lack of flavor. Asparagus over cooked soft meh. Didn't get burgers, saw the party next to us on the community table and the bread looked too heavy and burger too cooked. Sub beyond patties nice, I have many at home so no need. Lovely new restaurant definitely needed in our neighborhood. Never have seen this many cars in the parking lot. Good times with good friends drown any sorrow of the food experience. One bottle of sparkling rose available, the rest of the wine were draft. Adequate beer selection of course. I'll be back when they change the menu and execute better.

Yelp
12:35 Friday afternoon. 3 tables outside, 8 people inside. 3 at far corner of bar. I sit in the middle of the bar with six empty seats to my left and right. Waited long enough to let my hair down, wrap it up, count to 100 and still haven't been acknowledged. I see 4 front of house people standing by the kitchen...nobody at host stand, nobody behind a HUGE bar with 20 taps. Finally a girl comes over, doesn't make eye contact, doesn't say a word, walks past me grabs a menu, sets it in front of me, again not a word or eye contact, moves past me again and sets water in front of me and finally manages to eek out a "hi" while hurriedly leaving the bar agsaying. Counted to 80 this time Finally a middle aged man came to the water station, did not look at me or say a word, again! Counted to 30 and left. I work at Andy's Loch Lomond bar... I say, "hi" and smile to EVERYONE as soon as I notice them come in...if I'm busy, (which I usually am) I smile and say "thanks for your patience, I'll be right with you". No 1 star reviews yet.....just sayin.
