This sexy, semi-hidden drinking den (it’s located on the second floor, look for the neon yellow sign) is the Swiss Army knife of Melrose cocktail bars. One night you might wander into a French DJ set with 24-year-olds chain-smoking on the wrap-around patio, the next a musical theater sing-along. We’ve seen Craig Robinson croon Madonna songs at the baby grand piano and comedians try out material for their Netflix special. Maybe it was my first experience but usually I walk into shops like this and the energy is just so warm welcoming and peaceful. I came in and the energy was just not there for me, it didn’t feel right at all. Other than that, it was a beautiful experience to look at all the crystals, quarts and homemade things.

The energy and customer service from this establishment are missing. I stood outside, looking at various items through the gate for nearly 5 minutes before they opened. I greeted the opening lady at about 10 a.m. when she arrived and was essentially ignored as she continued to open the business. I understand that's what she's supposed to do, but there was no greeting or anything indicating it'd be a moment to finish her opening duties. I don't think I'll be coming back. Thumbs down. 👎 EDIT: (3/6/23) SO WHICH IS IT, 32 SECONDS OR 3 MINUTES???? LOL 😆 I was there for a total of 5 minutes despite your 3 MINUTES AND 32 SECONDS caught on camera. It also appears customer service is severely lacking here, too, seeing as how your reply is not only unprofessional, it is unnecessary and rude. On top of that, I'm not the only one who agrees that the energy is missing here. Blessed be. 🙌

Everything about this store is amazing from the products to customer service everyone who works here is just amazing highly recommend if you pass through here or live here I come here very often. The prices are the best and the quality is amazing the guy who owns the store and the workers are so friendly and it's a great vibe every time you walk in
