Like many travelers, I had a layover in St. Martin and my flight was in the late afternoon. The hotel is just a 5-minute drive away and offers day passes for $60. There’s no direct beach access, but the pool is beautiful and has an amazing view of the beach. Everything I tried from the menu was delicious—breakfast, lunch, cocktails, and wines. The staff was also incredibly attentive and made sure I had everything I needed. Thanks to them, I had a wonderful last day of vacation. Thank you again.

Our stay at Morgan’s Resort was absolutely unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. Every staff member went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing experience. Whether it was breakfast, room service, or arranging taxis, they made everything seamless and enjoyable.|The vibe at Morgan’s is light, relaxing, and welcoming – it truly feels like a home away from home. Special shoutout to Ravi, Luke, and Deven (hope I got the spelling right!) for their warm welcomes, helpful suggestions, and incredible hospitality. Also, a huge thank you to the manager, Oswald (again, hope the spelling is correct), who resolved a small issue with such care and attention that it left a lasting impression. I wish every hotel manager were as attentive and thoughtful!|The on-site Salt restaurant and poolside service were equally fantastic, with healthy options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The infinity pool overlooking the ocean was a dream!|Location-wise, it’s perfect. Morgan’s is walking distance to Maho Beach (where you can see planes landing!) and Mullet Beach, one of the best beaches in Saint Martin. There are also plenty of dining options, bars, casinos, and shops nearby, making it incredibly convenient.|We celebrated my husband’s birthday during our stay, and the team made every detail perfect, from the decor to the extra touches that made the day so special.|This was our first visit to Saint Martin, and Morgan’s Resort made it unforgettable. I highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting the island. We can’t wait to come back!|Thank you, Morgan’s Resort team!

I just stayed at the Morgan to celebrate my birthday from 1/20-1/24/25 and the stay was great. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable of the surrounding areas. The rooms was spacious and clean, views from the balcony as amazing. My favorite part was the Spa, which I was able to make my own slat scrub, and the spa hostess was so warm and pleasant she was phenomenal. I came with a friend who also shares the same birthday but I will definitely be back with my family😍

We loved everything about The Morgan Resort and Spa. I will start with how gorgeous the Infinity pool was overlooking the ocean. The pool area itself was chic. Truly Stunning! The Salt Bar was fun in the evening with live music, great drinks and food. Bartenders fabulous. Staff drivers were excellent that took our large group around the island. Everyone was well trained! Everything was just perfect! Honestly can’t wait to come back!

I will start with the highlights. Several of the staff were amazing including Ravi, Trinity, and Okefa. They made the stay enjoyable. The rooms are not clean and I complained about this multiple times. The first room I was given smelled of mold, so I was moved. In the next room, the complimentary lotion in my room was used, there was hair on the floor, and the shower was moldy. I told the front about the mold and I overheard them stating that many guests have complained about the rooms not being adequately cleaned. Housekeeping never cleaned my shower or renewed my toiletries. They removed old towels and did not fully stock new ones. We were with a large group and multiple people had the same complaints about the rooms being dirty. Gabriella was rude and either ignored our party at the pool or questioned whether we belonged. She totally ignored us wearing the hotel armbands and all having on the same shirts. She behaved as if she was not aware that a large group had checked into the hotel. People in our party had to speak up and tell her to stop questioning us. David presented himself as agitated by our presence. In addition to having a large group staying in the hotel, we had a catered dinner and opening reception. He was present each time and generally unwelcoming. Funny enough, I observed him interacting with another guest and he was smiling and pleasant. This let me know that he was unhappy with our presence. His behavior stood out to all of us and is my #1 reason for the low rating. We did not get the name of our breakfast waitress who became angry with a mother in our group. She ordered oatmeal for her infant and he would not eat it. The adults tasted the food and realized that it was salty. They told the waitress and she suggested that they were lying and insisted that the kitchen does not put salt in the oatmeal. It was a bizarre accusation with the waitress being angry and rude. Overall, there are some serious problems with cleanliness and staffing which need to be fixed immediately. Given these problems, the property is way over priced. I do not recommend it.

This was my second stay at the hotel as i had visited with some friends last Nov 2023. Generally it’s great but i noticed a few things: The room wasn’t as clean as my first stay in 2023. For instance, there was a fake eye lash left from the previous guests. The concierge on the weekend (didn’t catch her name) was rude. She seemed to not want to be bothered half the time, wasn’t welcoming and when we inquired about an excursion that the hotel had connections with or knew about, she simply said to “google it” instead of giving more information like an actual website. I feel like the food was better last time at SALT. My husband ordered a steak medium rare and it came out medium well, then they returned it and the outside of the steak wasn’t charred at all, just lazy (see photo). They’re pretty skimp on the lobster with the lobster options. The breakfast was perfect, lunch was cool, dinner wasn’t that great. Overall upkeep of the property is OK. I had to ask for my bags to be taken upstairs upon arrival, which is usually a courtesy offer. On a positive note most staff we had were lovely. Specifically: Aaliyah, Trinity, McKinnley were just remarkably professional and great to have around for service. May return in the future if service returns to 2023 status and dinner at SALT improves and all staff including concierge get it together. Giving it a 4 stars only because of the great staff mentioned above.

I really wanted to give The Morgan 4 or higher. The location was breathless and the room was an upgrade from our prior location however… 1. Why was the air on a timer? Every night we woke up taking turns turning it back on as we were melting. 2. We ordered room service twice and they tipped themselves $6 for each though we marked it as $0 as everything includes automatic 15% gratuity. 3. At the pool we struggled to get service. 4. We asked for information or directions from the front desk and got attitude or inaccurate information. My highlight was the pedicure I got at the spa. Absolutely amazing! The infinity pool by the ocean was gorgeous. The room was small but nice. Once I moved the furniture around we fit as needed. I’d probably stay here again.

The Morgan resort has been by far my favorite resort I have EVER stayed at. Firstly, upon arrival my friend and I was greeted by Luke whom offered us complimentary drinks and then showed us the hotel and took our bags to our room. He was very informative of the resort and was a pleasure our entire stay! Also, he booked our excursion for horse back riding and which we loved! He was truly our go to guy at the resort as he was so attentive and kind! I highly recommend this resort for your stay.
