Definitely one of the coolest wedding reception venues I’ve been to! I loved wandering around and admiring the motorcycles. The atmosphere was great, and it was definitely a picture-perfect spot.

First of all, special thanks and congratulations to the owner for the collection. Checked out The Moto Museum recently and it's definitely more of a cool spot for events than a traditional bike museum. The best part? It's free to get in, which is pretty awesome. They've got some neat motorcycles to look at, but the vibe is definitely geared more towards hosting parties and gatherings than just showcasing bikes. If you're a hardcore motorcycle fan, you might find the collection a bit light, but if you're in the area and got some time to kill, it's worth a quick look. Just don't expect a deep dive into motorcycle history – think of it more as a casual stop with a side of bike appreciation.

Tons of vintage bikes! We stopped here for the DGR in 2019. What an amazing place! Motorcycles from all different eras and countries. You could easily spend a few hours in here. Each bike has interesting information posted next them. The venue is well lit and clean. This would be a great place to hold a party or off property business meeting. There's a restaurant here as well. To top it off, if you get bit with the need to get on a motorcycle of your own, you can go next door and buy one! I recommend those bitten by the motorcycle bug visit with their significant other. That way, there's less explaining to do when you buy that Diavel or Rocket 3 or Duke or even a scooter!

We had our wedding here. Best decision we made! From our first tour, we were sold. Not only was the space cool and unique, the event team was by far the best, most personable and most accommodating we met. Our coordinator Steve sealed the deal and made our event perfect! Anything we asked, he was accommodating to. Colleen was also fabulous, couldn't have asked for a better team. Day of, our wedding was amazing, to see how they transformed the space was breathtaking, they truly brought my (our) vision to life. While the space is obviously filled with motorcycles, it's amazing how they were able to transform the space to make it what we wanted. Everyone raved about the food and the event staff made sure everything was perfect and attended to all our needs the night of...no matter the request. Seriously would recommend this space and team to anyone

As a motorcycle enthusiast, I absolutely loved this museum. There's a wonderful variety of motorcycles from all throughout the 20th and 21st centuries from several countries. The founder and collector, Mr. Steve Smith, did a great job with this facility and I enjoyed the information on the placards explaining the history of the bike and story of how Mr. Smith acquired the bike.

Neat event space, clean, friendly staff and cool atmosphere. Not an ideal location, would have like to see better exterior lighting and more visible security presence. Parking across the street is convenient.

Yelp
We spent close to an hour here, enjoying the Moto Museum. This is a tremendous collection of classic European motorcycles in excellent condition. Thank you, Steve Smith, for sharing your collection! Nearly all the motorcycles had captions explaining their heritage, pedigree and history. The 1937 730cc Nimbus was manufactured in Denmark by Fisker & Nielsen in Copenhagen and the Model C was the first bike in history equipped with a telescopic front fork. The engine has many similarities to an automobile engine, including a distributor for firing the spark plugs, a cast iron exhaust manifold, an oil pan and overheard cam shaft, with exposed valves. There was an interesting wooden motorcycle, a 1955 Bergmeister 350cc made in Germany, 1928 Kaffeemuhle 185cc made in Germany, 1953 MB 250250S 250cc also from Germany. Lots of interesting stuff and great for anyone who is interested in motorcycles or vehicles. [Review 14443 overall, 1769 of 2020, number 77 in Missouri.]

Yelp
This is a really cool space for an event and in a great location! I came here on Sunday for a fashion show. The event utilized the entire space, with the small room, middle gallery, and large space all being used. The event was also catered, which I assume was from The Moto Museum and/or Triumph Grill. The food was excellent! Wings of different variety, veggie tray, and really good spinach artichoke dip, everything was good! The backdrop of the vintage motorcycles added a cool, edgy element to the event and they're very fun to look at.

Yelp
Free admission and the collection of bikes they have is crazy beautiful. Don't forget to look up as some bikes are displayed closer to the ceiling and can get overlooked. I enjoyed every bit of it and this is coming from someone that doesn't ride a motorcycle.

Yelp
While in SL I thought I would Google "motorcycle museums" and this place came up. The owner of the collection is an architect so his museum is fairly artistic and looks the part. He also owns the motorcycle café next door which is convenient and well worth a look. I loved the speedometer art and expansion chamber art he has on the walls. When I walked in I noticed two things; 1) the Bohmerlander in front of me, what a crazy fun bike! Would love to own one (for maybe a week--until I rode it) and 2) there was nobody in the place. Fist thought was "hmmmm wonder if I can find a Uber driver with a pickup truck with a 16' bed???" I would describe the collection as eclectic and quirky. No particular specialty but pretty full of interesting and unusual bikes. I would also describe it as neglected. Six or seven bikes had flat tires and most needed a little love and care. Dude! Respect your bikes! And if you are going to put them on display hire someone to come in one day a week and maintain them.

Yelp
Steve Smith has assembled an incredible and interesting collection of rare and vintage motorcycles. Bikes from Germany, France, Belgium, Italy, Copenhagen, and the Czech republic are nicely displayed. Great information behind every motorcycle. You won't see this kind of collection anywhere else. Very impressive. Admission is free but donations are accepted

Yelp
I was extremely disappointed in the museum aspect of this place as I was expecting a much larger display of bikes than what they actually had. The ones they had were okay but some of them seem to have been very poorly restored. However, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful and really made this place a great location for the large event that we held there. As far as a museum goes, not high on my list at all. As far as a location to hold a large group event, this place was excellent and the food they served was delicious.

Yelp
Great collection worth seeing - props to the owner for his excellent taste in bikes. Lots of rare stuff you never see. The only superios collection I've seen, honestly, was a temporary exhibit years ago at the Guggenheim in Las Vegas called The Art of the Motorcycle. The ding in stars is 'cause I talked up a storm about the place to my boyfriend, and when he came to visit me here in St. Louis from California, it was closed for no apparent reason during posted "open" hours. I tried every door. I called their phone number, all to no avail. So there's apparently no guarantee you'll actually be able to get in. I am so very disappointed and sad. Please communicate better, guys!

Yelp
A real jewel. Beautifully restored vintage motorcycles -- mostly from Europe -- with interesting and informative descriptions. Amazingly the museum is free. Worth spending 90 minutes of your day.

Nicole J.

Yelp
I have came here for multiple events. It is a very fun atmosphere. A museum full of motorcycles. The events that I have been to have all been catered and some time of sponsored event. I will say the staff that they do have work the events are on it and are working very hard. It would be fun to see a wedding here. Space is defiantly big enough for it. They do all kinds of events here.

Paul H.

Yelp
Nice collection of vintage European motorcycles. Free admission self guided tour! Not a bad way to kill an hour or two for motorcycle enthusiasts.

Aimee C.

Yelp
Just had my wedding here and my guests could not stop raving about how great of a space this was and how awesome it all looked. The coordinator was super helpful and the day was perfect.

Why Lie ..

Yelp
Free admission. The staff could of at least acknowledge us but they assured us they were more focus on helping another couple with their wedding however, they did tell us they close at 4 pm and we had to go. Inappropriate customer service but your forgiven. The bikes and interesting facts are the only reason why I gave this 3 stars. God Bless

Michelle S.

Yelp
What kind of museum isn't open on the weekends? The Moto Museum! We were told that they don't open on the weekends because that's when they prepare for private events during the week. I guess having more staff for the weekend tourists doesn't make sense. Really?

Brad G.

Yelp
Pretty cool collection of old bikes. Free admission sealed the deal. Delicately worth a visit.

Yelp
Such a neat place! The attached Triumph Grill looked interesting/tasty as well. For this place to be free (donations welcome!) i don't see how it isn't packed all the time. It's clearly a labor of love. I told all my friends, and i'm not even really into motorcycles.
