Its unusual name nods to a group formed here in the 1790s who became revolutionaries, and chef-owner Gareth McCaughey feels poised to spark a foodie revolution of his own. Low lighting, rustic tables made from reclaimed floorboards, and an open kitchen running the length of the room—where the team’s passion is palpable—create a refreshingly unpretentious air.
