I am very lucky to have found this amazing space! The rooms are lovely and comforting and the terrific Yahama pianos are kept in excellent condition. The vibe is artistic and safe and the community is warm and inviting. The Music Room founder Alaina Ferris is the utmost professional. She runs The Music Room with great care and attends to any issues you may have very quickly. This is the perfect place if you want to practice or teach. Truly a gem.

The Music Room provides thoughtful and elegant rehearsal space for musicians. Safe, quiet, and beautiful rooms available for long term rental. I had a great experience practicing at the Music Room and would absolutely recommend it to any musicians looking for a peaceful and private practice space.

I was so lucky to find The Music Room! I was in search of a place to rent on a regular weekly basis that had some sound proofing so I could rehearse songs and record auditions. I only needed a few hours a week and I happened upon Spoke The Hub with The Music Room and immediately inquired. Alaina was so wonderful with the rental process and any necessary communication required throughout my time at the studio. She was very helpful in also breaking down what time slots suited my needs and how best to book the space. The rooms are perfectly equipped, basement-style with pianos, sound absorbing panels, music stand, etc. They are small but exactly what I needed to sing and make significant noise in. I would absolutely recommend The Music Room for anyone looking for a safe, affordable, and quiet space to teach private/small group music lessons or any self practice.

I rented space here as a gift for my partner, and we both loved the Music Room at Spoke the Hub! Alaina is so warm and responsive, and has created a wonderful nook for artists to use high-quality pianos in a welcoming environment.

I found the space ideal for both, as the piano is excellent quality, and the space is comfortable and has a pleasing interior design. There is a waiting room for student's parents to sit outside of the room. The location is convenient in Park Slope, with lots of restaurants around. The price is very affordable, and Alaina is so easy to work with: communicative, professional, and friendly.

Great practice rooms with convenient access! I used Studio B for solo practice. The room is beautiful and soundproofed well, and the piano was a joy to play. Alaina really puts thought and care into the space.
